After approximately 3 months there was a significant improvement. Annual medical consult with your assigned doctor is great as well as the minimal cost. I would highly recommend to anyone that anyone that has concerns about their hair loss.

KEEPS has reduced my sex-drive immensely. I have stopped taking and it returned as promptly as it left. For me it did not work. Also, Keeps has charged me since the expiration of the Annual Renewal which is required for them to send you a product. I have yet to receive a refund but will update when I do. Be careful giving them your information because they will charge you even if it is not legal for them to do so.

Poor customer service. Product did not work as intended at all. I called customer service and asked to cancel, and have a refund for shipping I have not received yet, or asked to sent it back once received. But the rep said they do not accept return ,and they won't refund any charge at all. Please save yourself from this rip off company.

At this point I have still been unable to cancel. I have made 3 attempts to do so with no success at this time. I stated clearly in email responses my desire to terminate the subscription even after digging through the website to find the cancellation workflow. This was also very difficult to find and is clearly a tactic to prevent users from even finding the cancelation path.
I called customer service to complain about a horrible experience I had with the company. Unfortunately, I ended up speaking with a supervisor who was less than helpful. All she did was talk over me and raised her voice. I asked for her supervisor's name and number, but she refused to provide it and then abruptly ended the call. I strongly advise against doing business with this company as the customer service skills of their agents and supervisors are severely lacking.

I received their Minoxidil Topical Aerosol. The container clearly states to not use if hair loss does not run in my family. My family does not have a history or hair loss. I reached out to the doctor with this concern. *** recommended that is still use the product and that it only has to say the due to *** regulations. I don't feel comfortable, using this product for that reason. I attempted to get a refund. They referred me back to their refund policy. I'm disturbed that this company would recommend anyone to use a product that has a warning/do not use apply to the individual.

Once you sign up to keeps there is no easy way to cancel your subscription. Regardless if they keep saying you can do it online. Which is an out right lie. There is more than likely going to be a canned response that states you can do it online or phone them via their number. But there isn't any way of doing it online. It is simply false! They keep on charging you even though they will stop shipping you products. This company is corrupt is the true form of the word. I was going to look at using it again in the future, but just because of the way they do business. I will rather go see my local GP and get the medication directly.

Keeps customer support is the worst thing ever!They lie to you and tell you you've been placed top mof the line but more than 1 day after your order is still not shipped though it's been more than 2 business days since the order was approved by the doctor!They tell you it will be shipped "soon" but never commit to anything but do charge you on the spot!They use the covid excuse for delays though there is no logic for that once it takes more than a day for them to ship a prioritized order (they just say they prioritize it so you feel good but you know it's ).They don't like that you want to hold them accountable and actually ask for a date when they send the order and a commitment on delivery and they just shut down the chat!Poor experience, poor customer support, no commitment and expensive products! I ordered hoping it's going to be fast, quality for the price!I got anything BUT that!

I can confirm that the cancellation process is horrendous. I was tipped off to the company being shady when my first shipment email confirmation arrived and said "we chose the best carrier based on speed" then gave me a *** tracking number with 4-7 day delivery window...lol. No. You pick a carrier based on cheapest available option. Any company that lies to me is a no go. Then I decided to look here and on *** and realized this company is awful when it comes to cancelling. I decided to give it a go and can verify with screenshots that it is bad. Good luck figuring it out on your own, and good luck trusting that it actually cancelled. I will probably have to cancel my credit card as others have had to after being told it was cancelled and then being charged the $120, calling again, told same thing, and then being charged $120 3 months later. LOL. From now on, I dig deeper for real third party reviews.

They intentionally DO NOT have any easily identifiable means to cancel their service on their web page. if you inquire they will send you vague directions to links and buttons on their webpage that do not exist. It suggests that the person who is replying has never even seen their webpage nor is familiar with how it is set up. They will tell you to call some phone number, but when you dial it 3 different times you will get a recording that the phone number doesn't exist The online web page is intentionally vague and focused on getting you to commit to sending them money but absolutely no focus on any sort of costumer service assistance or cancellation options. I literally had to call my bank and request a refusal to pay them, and I filed a NYS consumer fraud form against this company

Never seen a company make it so hard for someone to cancel their subscription. Emailed in multiple times starting even before my card was charged. They allowed so much time to pass until the pharmacy "already fulfills the order" and all of a sudden can't provide a refund. Considering the previous information in other reviews, if they want to provide information to my financial institution regarding the charge then I will be more than glad to provide them with documentation with my multiple requests upon the matter not being honored. Under what security measures have this company been placed under to where contacting support from the email address you have on file for my account is not a form of user validation? Why does someone have to specifically reach out from the tabs you want from within their profile to submit a request? Whatever SOPs the customer service team has in place for account requests and submissions are completely counterproductive.

They make it difficult to cancel.Went on their website and canceled. Got a email with subject that said they're sorry I am canceling. I thought it was just a email confirming my cancelation so I never opened. But inside the email they have a place you have to sign to confirm canceling. I got a email a month or so later telling me I had a shipment on the way. Was I shocked! I thought I canceled. I immediately contacted them and said I'm going to refuse delivery and send it back which I did. They of course then tell me about the need to confirm in the cancelation email that I really wanted to cancel. Crazy. They knew I wanted to cancel. Then they didn't want to refund me even though I canceled and they knew it. So then they proceeded to cancel even though I never confirmed in the email. Tells you how necessary it actually is to confirm. Apparently it isn't. I bugged them over and over. They finally gave me a partial refund. I will never do business with them again or refer them. Horrible experience.

I am beyond upset with the customer service and wouldnt recommend this product. I signed up for the product and was shipped/billed on a quarterly basis. About 10 months into service, I reached out to the doctor who was my only communication employee through keeps and I told him I wanted to stop treatment for 1 of the products I was using. He told me he would suspend my order for that product. I was recently billed for a full year for that product and when I reached out to customer service, they said they cant view my communication with the doctor because that is against HiPPA and they cant return my order because the pharmacy cant accept retuned products. I was told that I agreed to the annual renewal and that for next year they can reduce my order amount. First off, I never accepted an annual renewal and second off, I sent a screenshot of my communication with the doctor saying he would suspend my orders. I have never been more upset with customer service and the way Ive been treated. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

When i first started my journey to keeping my hair i saw keeps and decided to give them a chance. Keeps made it so much easier for me to start my treatment with them and they answered any questions i had as well. Their communication through email never took long they usually got back to me within the next business day. On their website they added a feature to cancel any items you don't want or items you do want to add, they just have to process them through your doctor on the website that is assigned to you to be approved. I have been with keeps for 2-3 years now and i will never choose any other company to do my business with. Thank you all at keeps for doing your job and doing your job right. For those that had negative issues with them you must have been doing something wrong or you simply want to bash a company trying to make it. Thank you keeps for always resolving any issues or questions i have. -

Their products havent been working for me so I was going to let my prescription run out and move on. Then I got an email saying I was charged for a full year again, but they couldnt send me the prescription until I did a follow up because it was illegal but I guess charging my credit card without authorization is okay. I looked through every email I have ever received from them and nowhere did it state I was in an auto renewal plan nor did it state I would automatically be charged. I finally spoke with a customer service rep named Sar and explained it to him and he acted like that happens all the time and he didnt really care. Im still waiting to see if my refund goes through. I dont know if this product really works for anyone but I feel like an idiot for using them. You submit photos to a doctor online and they give you a diagnosis? It is as stupid as it seems and I am an idiot for thinking it would be a good idea. Good riddance!

I would not recommend keeps to anyone! Ever! I debated using keeps for some time but decided to finally give it a go. After completing the signup process and going through the medical questions it said that a doctor would review and get back to me. The response took more than 24 hours to get back to me. The doctors message mentioned some medical side effects that I had concerns with. With the information that was provided from the doctor I did not feel safe taking the products and reached out to customer service to cancel my subscription. The whole experience was absolutely horrible and they were not willing to listen and try and help. They let me know that orders had to be canceled 24 hours after billing is complete. However, they intentionally take longer to get back to you so you are unable to cancel. I was using the chat feature and after trying to get it resolved the just ended the chat without answering questions that I had. The whole process is a scam and wish I had never done business with them. If anyone is considering using keeps, stay away!

Upon signing up I clicked the option to not renew it any more and double checked it to make sure that it would not be charged to my debit card. However, I was charged for a yearly membership yesterday and upon calling the customer service hotline was told that I would not be refunded and that they would not reroute my package despite me no longer living at the address that it was scheduled to be delivered to. What makes this whole situation worse it that once I logged in to check my account afterwards, my payment renewal date was set at the first of July, yet when I backtracked in my email I received several different emails about my payment method failing, weeks before I was scheduled to fork over my payment. Long story short, I am extremely disappointed in this company, and am absolutely disgusted at how they treat their customers. By my perspective, this company does not care about their customers in the slightest bit and only care about the money that you have to offer. I will never buy anything from or even mention the name of this company to anyone I know ever again. Wish I could leave negative stars, because thanks to this ordeal I now no longer have enough money for my rent this month and will likely be evicted. The only thing Keeps grows back is my resentment to companies fixated on income.

After the doctor told me about the many possible side effects of the meds, I changed my mind (same day). I asked to cancel due to the side effects and they won't refund my money. What kind of medical practice charges you for the meds first before talking with you about your needs? What kind of medical practice refuses to give you a refund when you don't like the sound of the side effects? In my opinion, this is not an ethical company.

Okay so a few weeks ago I had cancelled my Keeps subscription online. The product was furthering my depression, pushed some harmful thoughts and messed with my *** drive negatively so I didnt want to use any more of it. They keep sending products without any additional doctor consultations; to top that off they send misleading advertisements that make you think your subscription has been cancelled if you only read the title of the email. Product caused negative side effects to me I wont discuss here because it feels a bit personal. They refuse to refund me and send me a product I cant use or legally re-sell to recoup cost.

Looking over the other comments on this site, it would appear that Keeps has a CX problem resulting in the inability to cancel or alter subscriptions. After reaching out to them in Oct 2021, they told me to continue trying to the product so I can see results. After now months later on FEB of 2022 I reached out to them to try to get a refund because their product has done nothing and at this point I believe this is just a scam to take peoples money. I have done everything they have asked and have gotten zero results and now refuse to refund me my money after I told them that I am still losing hair. I bought propecia from them, they charged me $240 and the product was never delivered after two weeks of waiting, and they claim it was delivered.

The product was fine. I had some mild side effects and canceled my subscription on 6//20 via the website through my doctor messaging. I was informed last week another order had been processed. I contacted my doctor again(2nd cancellation) and informed him I wasn't interested in renewing my subscription. He informed me to contact customer support and provided me with an email. I emailed customer support informing them that I had not renewed since the last time I canceled my subscription(3rd cancellation) and they told me that I needed to do it through the website. The website won't allow me to click the "review your plan" button. It shows up as grey and unable to be clicked. I informed them of this and they said I needed to call customer support. I have continued to try and cancel and the company will not let me. This seems to be an ongoing issue with them.

Despite this, a second shipment arrived today without prior discussion of my adverse reactions. The company failed to check on my experience or inform me about the new shipment, especially inconvenient over a weekend with closed customer service. I've been billed for this unwanted product without any doctor's follow-up. My side effects are severe, including depression, anxiety, thoughts of self-harm, and decreased libido.

I signed up for a deal to try keeps months ago, to try it out as I have been losing hair. Also I would like to note I have ***, and other mental health related issues. One of the medications this place has sent me negativity effects my mental health in a big way. I told the doctor they assigned me of this on there website. I emailed them asking that my account be cancelled. Yet today I received a email that my order has been shipped. They charged my card $138. I am livid. Not only did they do so after I requested my account be cancelled. My family is in a very very bad position financially because of covid. My wife and I went without work for over a month, we have a daughter that is upset she can't get or do barely anything she would normally be able to do. We are thousands of dollars in debt trying to stay afloat and this company is charging me $138 for something I cannot use, without permission.

I emailed and was told to do it online or call. I went back online and there was no option, despite what their automated response claimed. Before I could settle this, I rcvd notice that the order was being processed and I tried to email again and was once again referred to the website where I couldn't changed the order in the beginning. So I called them and they processed the suspension of the subscription then I get notice the next day or two that it has been shipped?!? When I emailed a complaint, the response claimed that it supposedly had shipped the day before I called but I did not receive the notification until after I called and at no time was I told that it was too late. They tell you the process to cancel but it is not doable if you try to follow their instructions, then they just blow off any attempts to rectify the situation. Fortunately, there are plenty of companies offering the same service.

This company has been great and fair to me until just recently and the handling of the issue has brought me here.I was charged my 3 month supply which was on hold requiring my yearly consultation. Upon completing the consultation I was upgraded to a year supply without my consent and charged as such. I have never made that upgrade and was told it shows on Keeps end that I did, however when a change is made you receive a confirmation email of that change which I also do not have and why I know they are trying to cut their losses on their mistake by claiming I made the change.Trying to pacify me of the situation, I was "partially" refunded saying it was done as a courtesy and that it should be enough to close the issue, but I require a full refund because it was an upgrade/change that was made without my consent and I have plenty of evidence to back this claim.I am still owed slightly over $70 and because I have not been refunded appropriately and this was handled so unprofessionally I am taking my concerns and frustrations here.

There were two unauthorized purchased of $108 made to my debit card. One on June *** and another on December ***. I have email documentation from the company that I have cancelled my subscription on multiple occasions yet they have made these withdraws. Their process to cancel is fraudulent. They send you to a link and tell you to "click the cancel subscription" button however the page does not have such link and says nothing about cancelling. If you click a link that says "click here to complete a brief survey" you are then unable to cancel. The only option is to "suspend". So I suspended it and told them I wanted it cancelled. I also called the office but because it was during COVID, no one responded to my voicemail. I spoke with a representative at the company and they said the account was put on hold and after 60-days the hold was automatically lifted and made active again. This was not authorized and I have contacted them on 3 occasions to remove my card from their system. Yet they continue to charge me. I have contacted my bank to receive a refund and that is pending. This company, in my opinion, is fraudulent and makes it as impossible as can be to cancel so they can continue to charge you for their product...which did not work!

I made a purchase several months ago for a trial period. At the end of the period the company attempted to charge my card but it was declined. I contacted the company by phone to cancel. Several days later the charge was pushed through. I contacted the company the same day I received the email, by email this time, explaining that I would like a refund. I was told to contact them again on Monday because it was Sunday and they were unable to make the changes during the weekend. Expecting that everything had been taken care of I received an email stating that my order had been processed and could not be refunded fully ($108.00), but instead I would be refunded $73.00. I asked for a full refund because the order had not shipped, but because of the weekend they also could not cancel because the payment hadn't posted to my account. Three days after being contacted about the partial refund my order was processed and shipped. They still did not cancel my order. I asked to have my issue escalated to which I received a rude "sorry you had a bad experience," by a Supervisor Then I was told I wouldn't be getting even my partial refund. I have also reached out to my credit card company. I feel I was treated like crap especially right now when money is tight. I dont understand how an employee is more understanding and compassionate than a supervisor. I also dont like the fact that there is no physical store I can go in to and speak to someone at a higher authority in person.

Keeps is trying to charge me for products I cancelled and they are saying they cannot refund me because the product shipped. Below is written confirmation of my cancellation including date and times. Keeps then pushed my order through a day later and sent my products any way. I received confirmation that they sent the shipment on Jan 13th and have been on hold with the company over 40min to speak with a supervisor. The chat associate told me I cannot receive a refund due to the products being shipped (long after cancellation) and because the pharmacy filled theses. I understand that *** requires a prescription but all of the other products (minoxidil and conditioner) do not require a prescription

I am very upset with this company and their purposeful dishonesty
I am very upset with this company and their purposeful dishonesty. I signed up to receive monthly shipments of Keeps a couple months ago and after my first shipment I was excited ti get started. However, after doing a little more research online and reading some reviews that I hadn't seen previously, I decided that I wanted to cancel my subscription. I thought I did this via email when they alerted me that my next shipment will be shipped soon but unfortunately because it was already "shipped" the $75 bucks would be taken out my account and couldn't be refunded. I accepted that as a loss and maybe I naively believed that since I was in contact with someone about wanting to cancel, my future deliveries would not be shipped. Low and behold I got an email earlier this week stating that my next delivery will be shipped. I immediately replied that I don't want anymore of this product and don't want to be charged. Then i got an email stating that in order to cancel I need to go on the website and check a box to cancel. I went to the website and there was no such box. There was instead a phone number that it was indicated you must call to cancel subscription and to call between 10am-5pm ET. Because I was at work (I'm a nurse) I didn't have the opportunity to call at the exact time to cancel. I now received another email stating that another shipment is on it's way to my house! I quickly get on the phone to call them and was told that because I didn't time my call perfectly, I will be receiving a 3rd shipment that I don't want and can't be refunded for. I find this very unfair. The stance that the customer service rep i spoke with took is that well once we ship, it's impossible to get your money back, even if you don't want the product. I have a tight budget and am in the process of trying to pay off credit card debt, not create it. This $75 coming out of my account is really inconvenient.

I ordered a trial of a hair product and paid for it. I received the product, used it, didn't do anything as it advertised. Typical, but not my complaint. A month later I received notice a second shipment was being sent. At no time when I ordered the trial did I sign-up for, nor agree to any subscription services. Yet, the message I received inferred I was being sent a shipment per month, which I don't want, nor did I agree to. I looked at Keeps website, could not find any information that by ordering their product I was joint a subscription services. I also looked, through their entire website how to cancel the order any verify, then cancel any subscription. There is no such way to stop orders on the website. The only contact, buried within their website state and very difficult to locate. The website lists no way to directly contact the company. The only contact information given seem obscure and pertains to emergencies. It is listed as Support is available 10am-6pm ET by phone at *** or email at ***. I am Pacific Time meaning 7am-3pm. These are my working hours. I am unavailable for personal phone conversation as are most employed people, and certainly now. I contacted the company through the the only contact information available which was ***. I sent a message asking that any account be immediately closed. The next day I received a return email (which I still have) stating the my issue was addressed and taken care of. This account was closed. Today I received yet another email notice that I had already been charged $80 and "my order was on the way." This is yet another company selling bogus snake oil and it's only way of making money is through deceit and theft. Their website is specifically designed so that orders can be taken 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The website information does not inform of any reoccurring orders, and also doesn't indicate how to return orders or how to cancel orders.

I started using keeps.com on April 10th, product was as described. I was set up on auto-billing cycle. On June 25th, I received an email that a replenishment order was being processed, I asked to cancel the order and they did. Then the problems started coming. On September 8th they sent me another email that a replenishment order was being processed, I asked to cancel my subscription and cancel my order. They acknowledged receipt of both, but did not do either of those things. They said it was not possible to cancel my order as it was being processed, even though I had responded to them within 3 hours of receiving the email. They said they needed to receive the request within 24 hours, which I did, however they still did not cancel the order and shipped, despite multiple emails requesting otherwise. At this time I also requested multiple times to cancel my account. They did not ship my order until September 17th, 10 days later. Plenty of time to cancel my order before it shipped. Additionally they shipped to an old address that I had not updated due to not wanting their product any longer and not keeping my shipping up to date. They asked that I cancel via the website, which I tried but was unable to do, the option was not present for me.Alternatively they asked me to call, and I tried calling them several mornings, but they do not open until after I am in the office I came to find out (after 10AM), so I emailed them again and requested to CANCEL. Now it is December 12th, and I was allerted by my credit card company that they have charged me AGAIN, after confirming receipt of my multiple requests. I asked them DO NOT PROCESS THIS order, and they are still saying I need to do within 24 hours, which I am doing AGAIN. I would like my last two orders refunded. They have continued to lie to me about their ability to cancel orders, and have made it VERY difficult to cancel your subscription, and BLAME ME! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY KEEPS

Horrible customer service. They took 3 days to respond to my inquiry. Shipping is unbelievably slow. I actually ran out of medication on 2 occasions.
If I could give a zero I would, *** is a scam. Products do not work and they will not give your money back. If you notice on there website there is great reviews but here it is way worse. I couldn't even leave a review on their website.
After 9 months of using Keeps, the only growth I experienced were my *** This product does not work, and they won't tell you about any side-effects until after you sign up. Once your product is shipped, you cannot get a refund because they are prescription drugs. Nice business model. Avoid Keeps and save your money for a hair transplant.
