On 6/12/22, I went and replaced a middle riser on a deck and did some bondo filling that was agreed upon through text. Nancy Digisi, who I was communicating with the whole time was refusing to pay until she had an inspector there to confirm. That wasnt our agreement. We agreed that I would do the work and get paid. Ive been doing this for awhile now every...

Keller Williams Realty Service/Terminating services

I went to the vandalia, Ohio office. I was working with Patricia Murphy and Amanda Dagmen . Amanda never help me Look for any properties. Each property I wanted to look at she told me they were not available. I reach out to the realtor on each property and was able to view without her help.

I think decided to get another realtor because of the experience I was having with Keller Williams. They never came to put sign up or take pictures. I signed for them to sale my house but I pulled out they would not send my new agent a termination paper.

I reached out to broker he was very nasty . All I am asking is to terminate with them to move on. I am trying not to lost my offer I have on my house but at this point I may lost the offer. I can’t get them to send any paperwork

Desired outcome: Send termination papers

Keller Williams Realty Realestate sale and purchase

Our Keller Williams realtor Failed to apply for rental of our former home causing us to move into a hotel with our pets for 18 days. We were told we could rent back our old home until closing on the new house. On 3/22 He told us he had the paperwork for us to sign. On 3/24 (Monday) He informed us that we had to be out on Thursday by 10 AM. In addition Our home we were purchasing through the VA did not get an Appraisal and he did not follow up to find out why. It cost us 10 extra days in a hotel. William agreed to pay us a considerable amount for his mistakes but, now is avoiding us. I feel cheated.

Desired outcome: We would like half of the commisions paid to this agent.

Keller Williams Realty Agent

I terminated a lease on a condo unit I had intended to rent in Boynton Beach, FL on or around November 22nd, 2021. I informed the owner of my situation. I needed treatment in Miami for a diagnosis of non hodgkins lymphoma. A termination agreement was drawn up by an attorney. I was charged $500 in legal fees as well as a $3200 early termination fee. Even though I never took possession of the property. When I asked the owners agent about those fees he stated in an email that the attorney had insisted on including those charges. I found out later that the agent, a Mr. Stephan Meyer of the Meyer Global Group a division of Keller Williams in Boca Raton, FL had actually impersonated an attorney and written the agreement himself. My understanding is that this constitutes a thrid degree felony in the State of Florida.

Desired outcome: Ongoing

Keller Williams Realty Represented as a buyer

PLEASE READ! Do not work with Keller Williams/RPM!

We hired RPM Home Advisors Keller Williams Midtown Atlanta)to represent us as buyers. As the direct result of an error made by their agent, we ended up spending 18k in repairs shortly after the sale. Essentially, the agent acted on her own behalf without our consent. We approached one of the partners at RPM to explain the situation; he agreed that the agent was at fault and said that he would follow up with his team to try to provide some additional training. When I asked about filing an E&O insurance claim he said “that is above my pay grade”, but put me in contact with someone else.

We filed a legitimate claim which included supporting documentation- emails, texts, expert reports and receipts. Our claim was ultimately denied (months later)specifically because they said that there was an email chain provided by the agent that showed I was not only aware of the error in question, but that I authorized the agent to proceed anyway. The problem is, that email chain DOES NOT EXIST. I have repeatedly asked all parties for a copy of the email and they have refused, saying that they are not obligated to prove their case to me. You would think if there was an email to prove their side, they would gladly hand it over.

I am shocked at how we have been treated by this agency. When we entered into this arrangement, I was not expecting lies, deceit, fraud or incompetence. I really hope this never happens to anyone else so please take my advice to heart.

Keller Williams Realty Agent Max Gomez, license number 01227498 used unethical practice and also committed fraud after he did not complete the repairs to the property

MR. Gomez initiated this sale on Jun 2019 knowing and withholding violations that the property had, issued to Ecclesia Gomez LLC who Mr. Gomez is part owner. The property also was condemned by the City of Los Angeles, and this was also not disclosed. I am aware that most of this is public records, and my Real Estate agent should had done her job and search for all this information. However, it is unethical to pass this burden to a buyer. The closing terms addendum also specify that Mr. Gomez had to make the necessary repairs in order for the city to give the power company the ok to install a new meter. However, the city refused to give the permission needed due to the property having no permits on the renovations made. I Rene Hernandez the buyer sued Mr. Gomez for not completing what he had signed to do. Mr. Gomez blamed it on the Covid19 and claimed the city was not working but that was also a lie. He simply just disappeared and did not answer my calls or texts. After winning the lawsuit and informing him that I was not looking for money all I wanted was for him to make the repairs and bring the property up to city code. Mr. Gomez said he was going to file for bankruptcy and was not going to do any repairs or give me a cent that the judgement awarded me. Mr. Gomez once again proved his intentions were never to do the right thing and was just interested in making the sale and the profit and above all to get rid of this problem and make it mines. Mr. Gomez should be stripped of his license and never be allowed to practice this type of behavior. He is unethical and would lie and commit fraud just for his profit. I am now stuck with this problem and what is more upsetting is that I was told by the tittle company that the seller proceeds were not going to be distributed until the addendum was honored. But that is not the case, he has received his proceeds. All I'm looking for is for the repairs to be made so the property can be up to city code. If you have any questions, please contact me at [protected], my email [protected]@yahoo.com It has been a nightmare that my family and I have been living. I also have been told to bring this to the media so this won't happen to anyone else. I Hope it does not have to come to this.

Desired outcome: I would like for him or Keller Williams to do the right thing and make the repairs

Keller Williams Realty Agent

Complaint detailed in attached photos due to length. In regards to agent Cindy Hawks White of Virginia Beach, VA ; Agent License # [protected] (VA).

Short story: Agent is a horrific bully who also violated laws (sending someone else, not even herself to enter our home without notice). I believe that as a broker for KW, even though most of this occurred as she was representing her own business, her credentials are still a broker through KW and she needs to be held accountable as such.

Desired outcome: Notice that behavior has been addressed

Keller Williams Realty Buying property

Horrible experience where we were misled on multiple levels. We met this realtor Laurie Solomon (Lic# 629187) at an open house in the middle of June for a new home. She was from the same agency "Realty town group at Keller Williams Frisco" as the seller agent. We thought that this same agency situation would result in a smoother process, instead it ended up as a fiasco. 2 contracts had fallen through between us showing interest in June and us working out a deal for this $800k home a month later in July. We were given different reasons for why each of those 2 deals failed, but we can only speculate that it was because the previous prospective buyers saw the problems with the home.

We were told that there were no major problems with the home, only some small, insignificant issues. After hiring this realtor's recommended "good inspector" which cost $650, the new house ended up with problems that we were not present on the inspection report. From a leak inside a water heater causing no hot water reaching the master bedroom and slab leaking, to other issues such as 2 leaking toilets, there were so many previously unknown issues we had to personally deal with. We immediately had to spend over a thousand to replace the water heater since we were afraid it would start leaking into the surrounding attic. We noticed leaking in multiple other places and hired multiple plumbers to come and investigate, eventually resulting in a diagnosis of slab leakage. Being from the same agency, we can only wonder if the realtors were acting as 2 seller agents trying to sell this house as quickly as possible. We completed the transaction for the home in early August and went on a previously planned vacation and came back to find the problems described. This realtor did not give any useful input during the buying process; not even basic advice such as exploring home warranties that may have covered the problems.

The bad faith this realtor showed does not stop with these concrete problems with the new home. When we made our offer for the home, we made an agreement that since this was a simple job for her, we would hire her if we split the 3% buyer agent commission 1.5% each between us. At the time, she seemed friendly enough, and we also agreed to hiring her to help sell our old home and pay her 1.5% seller's commission for that sale.

Up to the point of completing the transaction, we were led to believe that the 1.5% split deal was going to be fulfilled. We were given assurances on the way and were told that the title company would mail the agreed upon sum to us. When we came back from the previously mentioned vacation in August, the check had not been mailed. When we tried contacting this realtor about this, the realtor at first ignored our message, then claimed to be out on a lake with limited signal, then suddenly told us that she was moving to Florida in 2 days and that we had misunderstood the 1.5% split deal that we were previously given assurances on. Leading up to this statement of "misunderstanding," we were told differently. After, we were told that she only agreed to the 1.5% for the sale of our old home. Unfortunately, we did not sign the split deal into paper, but the misleading or outright lying in this circumstance still stands.

This was the realtor who we thought was going to also sell our old home. This realtor gave us 2 days' notice that she was moving out of state. From this we can only conclude that we were misled from the start. We were told things we wanted to hear to facilitate the selling of this house. The realtor said that only NOW did she decide not to continue working in Texas and sell our old home. Of course, this is not very believable. To us it seems like we were played from the start. To us it seems like she never planned on selling our old home or honoring the agreement we made. Moreover, this realtor did not find and disclose the very real problems with the home where they existed.

We are hardworking people who spent almost all of our savings on what we thought would be our dream home. Instead, this situation turned out to be a nightmare for us. Between the misleading or outright lying and the failure to disclose the problems we only found out after moving into the new home, this has been a horrible experience. 10 years of "experience" as a realtor amounted to this kind of result for us, the clients. We are only able to put together this account of our horrible experience since we have hard at work with our jobs and FIXING the MAJOR problems that the house came with. Instead of admitting fault in reneging on previously discussed deals and especially for the host of major problems that the house came with, this realtor continued to claim to have done a "good job." This shows that this realtor will continue to practice negligence, misleading, or even scheming in the future. We hope that everyone who reads this knows about our story and go with a more trustworthy realtor.

Keller Williams Realty Home for sale

Paul Rallo is a realtor for Keller Williams in Beverly Ma. He is selling a home that he and his sister owns, problem is he has not told his sister... possibly there is a fraudulent signature never witnessed by a notary. The property in question is at 15 Puritan Rd. Beverly Mass.. He was renting it prior to the listing after having moved his mentally handicapped sister out of the property. According to the will, money from the property would go to taking care of her, it has not.

Keller Williams Realty telemarketing

Have received one (or more) calls from someone supposedly representing Keller-Williams, wanting to make a cash offer on our home. We are not interested in selling. They had too much background information on us for it to be a 'robo-dial' call! We have never had a business relationship with Keller-Williams, so if the caller is indeed employed by Keller-Williams, they are in absolute violation of the 'do not call' registry.

Desired outcome: Stop their direct-marketing harassment

Keller Williams Realty Complaints

To whom it may Concern, 9/22/2021

I am writing a letter on my behalf to file compliant. My name is JeriLynn My Fiancé Craig and I have worked with the realtor Dan Ramos, Austin K, and the broker Bjorn when we told them as of that we are a first time buyer and requested to get grant as a first time buyer to purchase a house as long as we get a co-signer. We put $3, 000 as down payment. We were told by Austin K, Dan Ramos that we were approved for $15, 000 grant to use as a down payment for the house. There was no communication between us and the broker because Dan Ramos and Austin K have been communicating with Bjorn. The actual problem that they DID NOT communicate that everything changed that we are not able get $15, 000 grant and changed everything to put Craig's parents as the owner not Craig to be not a first time home buyers that day of the closing and forced Craig Coffman's parents to pay $13, 000 as Craig's mother told the realtor that he is lying to us. There was no sign language provided. We have told where our budget range would be for the mortgage would be under 1, 000 a month. We are looking for an appraisal to re-evaluate the house value since the house wasn't well maintained. The major leak happened on the first day we moved in that caused so much damage in the house and there are lot of things that inspection have not looked thoroughly carefully. When I contacted Dan Ramos about this incident and told us sorry. He told us that he would help us to fix the house up. There is a lot of misleading going on between Dan Ramos, Austin K and the broker Bjorn as of lack of communications. They withholding the information about the $15, 000 grant and lied that he did tell us that we have to pay 13, 000 when we put down 3, 000 as he never told us that we have to pay $13, 000 at the closing cost when we are told that we got $15, 000 grant that never happened. We were tricked into believing that we got $15, 000 grant as Dan & Austin said the $15, 000 grant that we got was taken away and changed without informing us everything changed on the day of the closing. Craig's mother caught Dan lying and bluntly told him that he took advantage of us. We questioned them "what happened to the first time buyer and the $15, 000 grant?" My fiancé Craig and I did our research and our homework on the value of the house if the house wasn't well maintained when the listed price for the house is $260, 000 when the previous price was $199, 000 so big jump on to $260, 000 when nothing is updated and up to code. The sign language interpreter was never provided and it is against the law under ADA violation. What can you do to resolve this?

Sincerely,
Jeri L.

I am here to file a complaint against Dan Ramos, Austin Kanode, Bjorn and the Inspector Dan Seeland (Strickland Home Inspections)
Interpreter was not provided and that is against the law!
Ok, first of all, Dan & Bjorn did not clarify my Fiancée and I about the last minute approve loan grant for the first-time home buyer. They told us in the beginning when we were searching for the house and have been approved. But at the end everything changes and forced my folks to pay for the load of 13 grand which I wasn't aware of and was in shocked and was not happy about it. First, we did pay for the 3 grand down payment on the house. Dan, Austin and Bjorn weren't communication with us while they were chatting, and we cannot hear the conversations about what is going on and that is wrong. Dan promises us to help to fix things up and he lied to us and said I am "SORRY" when our dishwasher leak before we arrive at our home. Dan said the house in firm foundation which it was a lie or fooling us. And the house was not well maintained because I had talk to the neighbor about it and they said I was right. Dan smirk about his commission which he should not deserved, and he should be fired. Dan and Bjorn didn't communicate us thoroughly and we are not pleased how things went and they should pay for the damage they have cause and mislead us in a poor manner and not being respectful. Dan was not being respectful toward my mom and my mom caught Dan lying. To be honest that the realtor playing a dirty business and not honest to the customer and customers is "ALWAYS" right.
Dan Seeland did not inspect thru-out the whole house and did some miscalculate. My fiancée and I was not pleased with his performance and the outcome of many repairs and cannot afford to fix things up before the winter.
Dan talked to the previous homeowner the fixed things up before we move in because of the safety hazard and didn't finish the job. It seems that Dan is not qualify as and agent to buy or sell the house and not well prepared. Dan took advantage of us. The monthly payment should be around one grand. The house should be in $199k because most of them are not upgraded and not being repaired. The house was not well maintained.
Dan R, Bjorn and Dan S. should pay for the damage for deceiving us.
What can You do to solve the problem?
Sincerely
Craig Coffman the owner

Keller Williams Realty Not representing the seller of an estate

I hired an agent in Vermont to sell my mother's mobile home on owned land. I had five offers my agent was partial to one buyer from Virginia. I wish I had taken one of the other offers because I ended up with the worst buyer. After Closing on August 24, 2021, as soon as she got there she complained it wasn't clean. I only vacuumed as most buyers hire there own cleaners. Then my Agent actually wrote me an e-mail telling me I had to move out appliances and replace them at my expense. They never paid me for my mother's fuel so she traded that for cleaning. Oh and for such a small house I had to buy four approved smoke alarms which was almost $200.00. My probate attorney agreed to the cleaning and the smoke alarms but not the appliances as they last brought me down $10, 000.00 for a leak in the roof that was disclosed. He said no way that I had to replace the appliances and move out the other one's she did not want as that was not in the addendum. Trying to make me pay for appliances after closing I don't think so! I wasn't entertaining any of it. I knew very little about the place as I stayed away as my brother and my mother smoked cigarettes like crazy. I had a bunch of smelly items to throw out as I found my mother to be a big hoarder. So first agent stopped bothering me then another one started calling me saying the buyer had talked to the neighbor that someone had died there, close but not quite my stepfather had a faint pulse outside the house and he was taken by ambulance and they worked on him all the way there and once he arrived... you don't bother working on a dead body. So that put the buyer in a tizzy and then this other agent said they were ripping up carpet and found a body outline on the floor so someone died there! Wrong again I specifically told my agent she died at a Nursing Home! They have bent over backwards for the buyer. Me I got nothing but harassment for three weeks after closing. I have filed a complaint with the VT Secretary of State on both of them for unethical behavior. Please find a different Agency as they will represent whomever they please, Vermont is not a dual representation State. The buyer was an absolute nightmare and so was KW. Stay away from them.

Desired outcome: I will get my desired outcome by a third party

Keller Williams Realty Buying property

I'm filing complaint about your agent Laurie Solomon (License #: 629187 (TX), email: [protected]@gmail.com) in Frisco, TX. We met Laurie in open house (5578 Beacon Hill Drive, Frisco, TX 75036) and have her as our buying agent. She agreed to pay 1.5% buyer agent commission back to us since it she didn't spend time taking us to see different houses and we will have her to be our seller agent for our old house. We trust KM's agent so much that we didn't write a written agreement. When closing on Aug 9, 2021, we asked about the commission payback, she said the title company will send us check. After two weeks, we asked her again and she did not respond quickly. When she finally returned us message, she said she will not sell us house because she is moving to Florida in two days and will not pay back the commission as we agreed. She has been cheating us all the time. Now we have no trust on KW's agent and will not use KW to sell our properties in the future.

My name is Jun Wu and you can reach me at [protected] and [protected]@hotmail.com

Desired outcome: Due to her dishonest, do not have her as agent anymore

Keller Williams Realty agent Matt Dubas

Hello,
My name is Walter Greenhouse jr. I am contacting you today because my father and I were screwed by our real estate agent Matt Dubas and his loan officer friend Scott Jacobs. I thought about reaching out to you initially but I decided not to because I didn't want anyone to loose their job. Since my father went into Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle for about a month I no longer care.
We decided to purchase a home in Ocean Shores Washington. My main concern to both Matt and Scott was, my father has asbestosis and how would I get my father and all of our stuff to Ocean Shores? I was told that it wouldn't be a problem because they owned a moving company. So I went ahead and purchased the home. A week went by after we signed the paper's and I didn't hear anything. So I started making phone calls. After two weeks my agent called and let me know he had been in Costa Rica getting high with Shaman. My initial thought was, why didn't you let us know? Sitting there we could have called Atlas Van Lines. So I called our loan officer and he told me he was partying in Mexico with the cartel. So I told both of them that we wanted to be moved and how could they leave and not tell us leaving us in limbo and about to pay two mortgages? Our agent Matt Dubas hired his friend to move us. I agreed to pay him 2k to get us down there. I also asked that our pickup truck be driven down as well. And Agreed to pay 300.00 for that. I went to Uhaul and got the biggest truck they offered. Uhaul asked me for the approximate miles. I added a extra 50 miles to go to Ocean Shores and back. After we were partially moved I received a call from Uhaul who stated substantial miles were put on their truck. In dealing with Matt's friend Jeff (the mover) I made it abundantly clear I could NOT go a day without my dad's oxygen concentrator. I dropped the keys off to Jeff and drove back to our old house in case he had questions about anything. We waited there for 30 minutes and he never showed. My father was on oxygen tanks and I didn't want to run out of 02 so we left for Ocean Shores. The Uhaul store was only a couple of blocks away so we were unclear where he might have gone. We arrived in Ocean Shores and hours went by. I called Jeff assuming he was in Olympia by this point. He wasn't. He said he was starting on our carport. This made no sense to me. To make the move easier I had boxed everything up and put it in the living room. Everything except for our beds. A few more hours went by and I called him again. This time he stated they were about to leave. Three hours went by and he called and said they were done for the night. I told him he had my dads oxygen concentrator and he could not stop. He said they were getting a room in Olympia because they were tired. I wasn't sure at this point if I should involve law enforcement. I called him back and begged him to just bring the oxygen concentrator. He said no they were tired. I had no choice but to offer him 500.00 more to bring it because my dad can't live without it and Jeff and Matt and Scott all knew this. So I offered him 500.00 more to bring it (extortion). He agreed and said they would need a room for the night. So with no choice I had to get him a room in Ocean Shores. He showed up and the truck was only 75% full. I thought it was odd because I knew we had more stuff than that. I noticed the oxygen concentrator looked like it had been thrown onto the truck. He had it buried underneath boxes. I unloaded the concentrator and took him to his room. His kids were in a car and I don't know there they went. I came back home and the oxygen concentrator would not work. It was clear to me they had damaged it. I had no choice but to take it apart to see if I could fix it. Or let my dad not breath which was not a possibility. I got it running but not like it had been previous. The amount showed 2 liters of 02 coming out. They came back in the morning at 11 am. They dumped our stuff off and left. A week after this my dad was ventilated in a aid car and driven to Grays Harbor Hospital an hour away. Grays Harbor said his lungs were too bad to stay there because they are a smaller hospital and they had my father transported to Seattle three hours away with a breathing tube inserted into his throat! My dad spent about a month in the hospital most of which he was ventilated. Had my fathers oxygen concentrator not been damaged this would not have happened. So I am wondering what would you do at this point? Would you take this social media? Hire a lawyer? Call the BBB? Matt's friend did not even bring all of our stuff. He left things that we needed. My father and I are both good people. Before we left I stocked the refrigerator full of drinks, 10 bottles of Gatorade, 12 pack of Pepsi and Diet Pepsi, a case of Starbucks coffees, and a case of water. And for my kindness I was repaid by them trashing our house. They left their garbage all over our mobile, excreted into our toilets and didn't care enough to wipe or flush, our carport was damaged, the list goes on and on. Is this the way Keller Real Estate and Fairway Mortgage operate? My father could have died very easily. Then what would have happened? I have all the emails and messages where they stated that they owned a moving company and their would be no problem. I also have all the emails stating my concern about my father's health and being moved three hours away. I cant go back and work on our old mobile home because I cant leave my father. I do NOT want to hear from either Matt or Scott. I do NOT trust either one of them. Another thing that was not disclosed to me was the duplex we bought had tenant's living in it. And one of the Tennent's had made a deal to pay their share of the rent to the mortgage company. I was never told this until after the papers were signed. So since December I have been out that income which is 5 months X 1500.00. I have had to pay people to go over to our home and bring the stuff that was left as well as our truck. I had planned on putting new carpet in our mobile and fixing it up. So in closing this, what would you do? Hire a lawyer? Go onto Yelp and share my experience with Keller Realty and Fairway Mortgage? Since the 90's my parents and I purchased mobile homes in Carriage Club Estates and fixed them up and sold them. I think we lived in about 10 of them. I may have to sell this house "as is."
$2000 for Jeff to move us
$300 to Jeff for my truck that was never brought down
$150 for a room in Ocean Shores
$500 extortion money to get my dads 02 concentrator
$600 to have a friend bring the rest of our stuff and my truck
$500 to have our house cleaned up
