lousy service
I hired a keller Williams agent to sell my home. The agent tol my wife and I "I gaurantee I can sell your home. He did a market study and price the property on the MLS website. You can say that this was a shotgun approach. we had many showings, and only one loball offer.
This particular agent showed the property once to my knowledge. Many of the agents that showed the property dragged pine cones into my house, broke my microwave, and broke bulbs in my bathroom.
When I mentioned this to my agent, he said the other agents showing the property said "the agents said they did not do it". Let me put it this way, there was a lock box on the door, only agents could go into the house. So if there was damage one of them did it... Do not ever hire Keller Williams agents.

fraudulent realtor practices
I purchased a house in July 2006, using the services of two Keller-Williams agents - Deborah Bigby and Travis Westry. During the transaction, the agents received material facts about the foundation of the property which were not presented to me. In November, 2006 after noticing cracks around my doors, windows, and walls I had my home assessed by PowerLift and RamJack and found that the foundation needed repair. I immediately called Ms. Bigby who promised 'we will get your house fixed.'
After a few months I realized that Ms. Bigby had no intention of having my foundation repaired. I wrote the Attorney General, who referred my complaint to the N. C. Real Estate Commission. After a thorough, lengthy investigation by Mr. Stephen Fussell, a December 2008 meeting of the N. C. Real Estate Commission determined that realtors Deborah Bigby, Travis L. Westry and Wayne H. Hankins had violated the provisions of G. S. 93A of the Commission. Incidentally, before the Commission could rule against Ms. Bigby in my case, her license was revoked in another case.
Armed with Consent Orders against Mr. Travis Westry whereas his license was revoked, and Mr. Wayne Hankins, whereas his license was suspended, legal representation was engaged to offer a settlement to Raleigh Partners, Inc. dba Keller-Williams. Keller-Williams refused to settle, even after numerous attempts by legal representation. Instead they wanted to litigate. For a single mother with the responsibility of caring for an elderly parent, litigation is cost-prohibitive.
Since December 2007, I have attempted to bring resolution to this problem, by means of appropriate protocol, waiting for the investigation to reveal what I knew was fact, however it seems that all my efforts have been futile. The acts committed by Keller-Williams agents have been emotionally unnerving.
The Keller-Williams website professes 'using integrity when dealing with customers and making sure their needs come first. By their actions-or rather inaction, in this situation, Keller-Williams has not shown integrity; at the very least, they could be seen as condoning their realtors' questionable actions.
This may seem like merely another complaint in a long line of ones where big business had taken advantage of the customer, but my goal is bigger than merely the repair of my foundation. As two of the aforementioned realtors have been charged with unsavory misconduct in other cases, it shows that I am neither the first nor the only person who has had trouble with them.
The history of questionable conduct of Raleigh Partners, Inc. dba Keller-Williams should be made public so that other consumers will not have to endure an ordeal such as this one.

Worst Full service agent ever
This was my worst experience with a "full service agent" ever
The bare facts:
1. The agent I hired did not show up for the inspection
2. The agent I hired did not show up for the walk through
3. The agent I hired did not show up for the closing.
4. The agent I hired gave me a $500 rebate when I expected $5390 and was promised.
5. When the agent was made aware of the problems, she said it was not her problem and told me not to contact her anymore.
6. Emails and phone to the broker she referred me to too took up to 10 days for a response or were simply ignored
7. Emails and phone calls to Keller Williams corporate office in Texas went unanswered.
8. The inspector the agent recommended missed some very obvious problems. He was so embarrassed he offered a refund.
If you did not receive the information from the real estate commission, let me explain something to you...
Like I told them, I scheduled the appointments for the agent (I'm professional, so I will not mention anyone's name) that was representing you and that was it. This was the first real estate transaction that I had participated in and I was in-training, which you knew as well. I could not prove that you did not receive the report, therefore I could not comment on that. I know the report was given to the agent and that’s that.
My mother is the one that told me that my name was online and for you to accuse me of any wrong doing in this transaction I am displeased, but for you to place my name on this website as a complaint I am disgusted.
This was a lousy attempt to get your money back from Keller Williams. They are a national corporation that has millions of dollars and lawyers that make more than we do in a month than we make all year. That is what they are there for!
Good luck and God bless,
-Travis W.

Read full review of Keller Williams Realty and 5 commentsharrasment of tennant by terry medley
My house is across the street from the condos. I needed a place to do Internet work from so I went to see if there were any units for rent. I met Terry Medley and explained the situation. He showed me the unit and I agreed to a six month lease.
I paid January rent in cash to Terry prior to moving in. Terry asked me if I could help him get his website to the first page of Google. I told him that is what I used to do for a living.
• January rent was paid prior to moving in. Around the 15th I paid the $1000 deposit and February and March rent with certified Wells Fargo checks.
• When I moved in there was a boat parked in my garage spot. I told Terry and he said he would take care of it. The boat sat there for two months. I often asked him about it, but nothing was done. Finally I called the property manager and asked what she could do. The boat was gone two days later.
• In January the refrigerator was making a loud squealing noise. I told Terry. He said that he would be on the property later that week and would check it out. He did not show. I reminded him and still a no show every time.
• First week of February I received a phone call asking where February rent was. I explained to Terry that I had paid three months in advance. He said that he didn’t have the records in front of him, but he would check it out.
• First week of March the same thing happened and again in May.
• Around mid March Terry called me and said that he was coming up so that I could work on his website. I explained that I had a deadline on my project and that day was no good. He said “but I cam all the way out here”. I told him that he would need to make an appointment. From this point on he was as rude as can be to me.
• On April 1st I called to see if he would accept my company check. He said he would get back to me. I called back two days later and he said he would get back to me. May 5th he calls and says the rent is late. I told him that I was waiting on his call and I could pay him that instance. He said the check was fine and to bring it to the office because mail would take too long. I drove all the way to Gulfport. He charged me a late fee.
• On May 1st Terry called and told me that he would no longer accept my business check. I needed a bank check or cash. My bank is not in state so it took a few days for the bank check to arrive. He charged me a late fee. He also told me that there was no way that I could be a successful businessman. I mailed the cashier check along with a letter explaining the unprofessionalism that I was receiving. I did not get a response.
• On June 1st I told him that I was out of town on an emergency meeting and that I would pay the last month of the lease rent on the 8th when I returned. I said that I would pay the late fee. On June 7 he texted me asking where the rent was. I texted back saying it would be there when I get back. He replied with a string of rude text messages including one that said “we’re going to court”. This was absurd. Sour grapes from when I would not redesign his website for free.
• When I returned I called the Keller Williams team manager several times. He did not return my calls. I finally got a hold of him and asked if he read my letter. He said that he did and all he cared about is whether rent was paid. I explained that I always pay my rent and three of the six months were paid up front. He said he didn’t care he only cared about this month.
• I pulled into the parking lot around 5pm the day before court. Terry was crossing the street and we made eye contact. At 5:15 I was in the unit on the telephone when there was a knock at the door. By the time I got there the deadbolt was being unlocked and the door was opening. I grabbed the door the door, but he continued pushing. I asked what was going on. He said he was here for the rent. I told him that we were going to court tomorrow and asked if he was just going to come inside. He said he knew I was home so “Yes I was coming in.” He said he would do whatever it took to get the rent. I reminded him that we were going to court in the morning and told him to leave.
• During this fiasco I asked Terry when I would get my deposit back and asked what makes you think you will deserve it. I texted the question hoping for the same response, but only got “45 days”. At this point I had lost faith that these people would return my $1000 deposit, so I took him up on his offer to go to court.
• I stated my case in court. Judge ruled that I may apply the security deposit to the last month's rent and pay the remaining $50 and be out by the end of the month.
• I moved my things out and cleaned the condo by the end of the month. My wife hand delivered the $50 to his office. the secretary, after going in the back office, came back and refused to sign my receipt of delivery.
• Two days later Terry Medley sent a series of text messages telling me to meet him at the condo so he can be there when I sweep the floor. Another text message demanded that I come to change the light bulbs in the kitchen. The light bulbs were burned out when I moved in. Another text wanted me to have the rug in the bedroom shampooed. This is the same rug that I asked if he was going to shampoo prior to moving in. He said no.
• I called Keller Williams headquarters in Texas and they had me contact the regional manager in Louisiana.
Terry Medley knows where I live and I fear that this harassment will never stop. I am to the point where I may have to file a police report.
UPDATE: I finally got in touch with some of the higher ups. The owner of the firm called me. She was extremely nice. I explained the entire history and she agreed that we were done. She has promised to send me a letter stating that they are satisfied and nothing further is needed from me. I will post again when I receive the letter.

I am not surprised at all. Keller Williams has some nasty agents. I'm sure there are good ones in the bunch, don't get me wrong. The company should reward their good agents and make more of an effort to discipline their unprofessional lot. These agents are ruining the KW name.
post foreclosure eviction
I am a Realtor in Fresno CA. I have a client who lost her home in foreclosure. Before the foreclosure was finalized, she had found a buyer for the home who would purchase and rent to her, as she had a long running day care business set up in the home, with special permits, etc.
Saxon Mortgage offered her cash for keys, a plus for them, but will not negotiate anything to sell the home to the buyer she found, so she can continue the business without being evicted, or required to move. She knows this will totally disrupt her day care, and ruin her business to be under eviction, but they seem to be completely stonewalling this owner who has already lost her home, and now suffers the possibility of ruining her only source of income.
Since they are going to sell the home anyway, why are they waiting to evict her when there is an exceptionally well qualified buyer willing to take the home as-is with the prior owner still in it?
If anyone has an inside contact for Saxon who can think logically, and has the ability to make a sensible logicalplease e-mail me at [protected]@hotmail.com. Thanks- Vic Pasnick

the darkside of keller williams
I used to work for Keller Williams. One of the fastest growing Real Estate companies. They say it's ALL about the people. It's all about a life balance.
It is all a joke. I came across a very difficult deal and the company turned on myself and my clients. Just like that. I asked for help I never got it. I got a kick in the face. No one was there to help me during this stressful time. I had to leave the company because of the way I was treated. I left and continued to try and resolve this situation with the clients. It did not happen. The clients ended up in mediation with no support from Keller Williams. I wanted to be there to support my clients they sent a lawyer to be there with me. (because they HAD too) They ended up hiring a lawyer and then billed me over $8300.00 for it when I paid my portion of E&O insurance for the year.
My clients complained about the service they received on several occasions no one responds.
I complained to the management with no response.
I complained to their corporate office they say it is a Franchise so they did nothing.
I just want other's to be aware Keller Williams Brentwood (northern California)is not what they say they are they did not stand behind me or my clients they were left to fend for themselves. As I was. Anyone who is thinking of using this company should be aware of what could happen to you if a problem should arise.
Agents be careful before you make the move. Unless something changes I would be careful. I have tried on many occasions to resolve this matter they treated me like dirt. A guy who started with them from the ground up was telling other agents and speaking up within the office about how I was treated and he was asked to leave. I do not want what happened to me to happen to someone else. Be aware!

"Dealing" with KW:
House #1 purchased in 2016 in Portland, OR - the day after our offer was presented, listing agent for KW held an open house, even though there was a "competitive" "offer". "Lucky" for us no further offers were presented.
Almost two years later, house #2 offer in Vancouver, WA - less than 20 hours after FULL PRICE offer presented to KW listing agent, get a Zillow alert on the same house having an open house the next day. Apparently the "other" "offer" that was on the table wasn't good enough either...
See Red KW signs, run away. Ethics, not important. Fake "competitive" "offers" on houses on the market for months that just happen to occur the same day. Gibbs Rule #39: There is no such thing as coincidence.
Gyimah Kyei maybe new to KW realty, but he made an appointment and didn't keep it, which was a big inconvenience for me. He called through the main number, so I had to search the web to find his number. I called him & he said he'd call me right back - no apology for not coming. He never did call me back.
None of the other realtors from KW were so rude as Gyimah Kyei, but I have received calls from realtors who've already looked at my special house and didn't member my name when it came up again on a list of for-sale-by-owner. If they spend so much time on the phone, how will they have time to actually sell my house?
I am the homeowner. I listed with KELLER WILLIAMS MCKENNA TEAM in Las Vegas, NV.Was told I was renting to “an older couple and a labrador.” Found out I was renting to 7 people and a pitbull(once I finally went to her office to get the contract). I was constantly told what I wanted to hear. Turns out the tennant was constantly lied to as well. She termintated contract and kept 12 months of her commision after 2 months of poor managment and lack of due dilegence on the contract in the first place (didnt notice that the tenant had changed it before Realtor signed it). Currently seeking legal assistance… Just hate to see anyone else delt with in the same manner. Dont trust ANY realtor without doing your homework!
Me and my wife's first visit to meet with Jason duval about looking to buy house started out with checking out my wife's breasts my wife had to keep pulling her shirt up I did not like first thing that was not professional. Next he kept sending us homes that we told him that wasn't what we were looking for and then the final straw was when we went to go look at a home he said he could not make it and was going to send an a associate that wasn't a big deal then she opened her mouth up and said they were dating and that was it that's not who I want to do business with. Bottom line my wife felt uncomfortable with this creep and shame on this company because it probably has been done before. So if you need a realtor go elsewhere thanks good luck.
I know how hard it can be to find the right place for the right price in the greater Houston area, so as a tenant I want to help my landlord and any future tenants out as much as I can. Having said that, this is still my home for the time being... I am cleaning my new residence and moving through the night because it is hot in Texas in July and I work. On Thursday, 6/22/16, at 7:30pm, I heard keys jingling at my door with no knock, as my dogs would have erupted if there had been, and thought that since I had not been notified of a showing that evening, they it was probably my next door neighbor. I went about my way getting ready to go out... Then I got a voicemail saying an agent was at my door and could not get in. I called them back to explain that I had not received any notice, that I was not decent, my dogs were home, and that the place was a mess. The lady told me that she would inform the agent that it was not an appropriate time. Remember, it was 7:30 on a Thursday night, and I hadn't been informed.
Well I felt bad for whoever was looking for a new home, so I quickly got myself dressed, and opened the door to explain the situation and let the people in my messy home. Embarrassingly enough to admit, I had been cleaning house and preparing to move stark naked. 😳 Again, this is still my home, although I respect my landlord and would like to not see them lose any money on a vacancy on my behalf. Everything up to this point was apparent miscommunication...
But the second I opened the door, agent Amanda Ramirez of Keller Williams in Clear Lake began yelling at me, saying that they've "been waiting, and this is very rude." I tried to explain that I didn't get a notice for the evening visit, but that I had received one for 2:30p. I attempted to tell her that I had dogs in the unit, and the place was a mess, but she continued to speak aggressively towards me in the doorway of my own home. There was no rationalizing with her, so I turned my attention to the young couple to apologize and explain the situation to them, and that I would allow them inside, but to please ignore the mess. That I was doing this out of the kindness of my heart, because I know they're in a stressful situation looking for a home. Agent Ramirez was so aggravated, that she kept yelling at me that I couldn't talk to her clients, and got on the phone with I don't know who, telling them I can't talk to her clients. I honestly thought she was going to try and physically get me to be quiet by covering my mouth. I guess whomever she was speaking with told her to put the key back in the lock box, because she hung up and no sooner did she tell me to move so she could put the key back, she reached between my body and arm to put it back. I honestly thought for a second she was coming at me due to her swift movement my direction and her body language, not to mention the tone of voice she had used since I first opened the door. I raised my arm, and relieved myself of the very close quartered encounter with your agent. As she left I asked her what her name was. She turned and screamed her name from the ground level and told me to google her, while grabbing her name tag and showing it to me, which obviously I couldn't see it from that distance. I honestly at that point didn't know what to say, but I quickly noticed 3 of my neighbors with their kids in the pool where they had watched the whole thing unfold from the time of Ms. Ramirez's arrival on my doorstep, which is right over the pool. They asked who that was and could not believe the level of professionalism displayed by the agent, and when I went down to he pool 5 minutes later, one of the neighbors returned to the pool from her unit telling me that Ms. Ramirez was still out in the parking lot with her clients talking negatively about me. Now I know one agent does not represent the whole lot, or even the company itself, but I am a young teacher with a goal of buy my first home in 24 months, and I honestly can't see myself picking up the phone and calling Keller Williams with the current taste in my mouth, or using your services one day when I hopefully start flipping houses, but that really isn't why I am contacting you today. I'm doing so because I support free market enterprise, and I love this country. I just want you, what I'm sure is a great company, to know who is working for you. Thanks, and God bless!
A.M.
Be aware! This people are unethical and deceivers! We never contacted them and they never presented the buyers of our home, but in a deceive way the represented the buyers and at the end made us paid them 3% of our house selling price. We never even met STephanie Drewry the realtor of this unethical company that deceives people! Please be aware when you are selling your house and this people are in the middle!
I'm a Realtor in SC and have had bad dealings with KW agents
Recently one agent took my buyers offer to their seller and said no other offers were in (she said this 3 times )
Next day I have a call from the listing agent with KW saying my seller rejects your offer and another offer came in at midnight my seller has taken. Seller will not be countering your buyers offer, I was furious and said this is unfair to my buyer and. Not ethical. You said you had no other offers in when we presented ours and the other offer had an advantage over ours since that other agent knew our offer.
This same LA with KW on another Real Estate dealing coached me to present a higher near asking price offer to secure the bid and she is not allowed to give any info on bids
My buyer had no chance to present a higher offer to compete and today that sale closed in MLS and guess what ?
It was a buyers agent listed as selling agent on the same team with KW
Unfair advantage to my buyer client when that listing agent is trying to help her team mate win their bid.
Also KW agent lied and said she was on vacation and couldn't meet seller to present our offer then tried to put our offer off til the end of week when she said she would be back from vacation
Then next day she said she had met the sellers with both offers. How did she get back so quickly from vacation?
She was waiting on her teammate to get his offer in obviously
Anita Hale is a real estate scam artist working within Keller Williams and her own independent company. I was looking to relocate to the atlanta area to further my career. I was a single mom so I wanted to make sure I went through a reputable company. I met Anita online and we corresponded via email for awhile regarding a property that I fell in love with. We later set an appointment to view the house and thats when all the drama started. We arrive early and shes late! Any good agent would arrive before their prespective client to prep the house. The house had been vandalized and all the appliances had been stolen. She reassured me that this was a good neighborhood and that it may have been a fellow agent. I later discover that it was a inside job and she blames it on me. But that will be discussed at a later time. Nonetheless my young eager self fell for her realtor scam charm and signed the lease. Within the lease we agreed on certain repairs that took an exteneded about of time to complete. Now mind you I met her repair man one and one time only during my year lease. Fast forwarding to the colder months is when the house really showed its true colors. The water heater went out, Ice maker quit, the security light in the front didnt work, door bell stopped, bathroom stopped up. After several coorespondeds with Ms. Hale and her reassuring us that our issues were "Minute" I consulted professional help. In addition she had no concern for my kids that didnt have the ability to take a decent bath without us having to boil water. My car also was broken into twice due to her not repairing the outside light! I hired a plumber for the bathrooms and waterheater, an electrician for the light and ice maker. As a result I deducted this amount from the rent. She does not accept my payment and attempts to EVICT me and my family. I decided to fight her in court and WON she was responsible for all of the repairs in which I supplied documentation for. She then decided to harrass us with countless letters ending out landlord tenant agreement, bringing strangers in our home to view the property without 24hrs notice, she had someone beating down my bedroom door because I wouldnt open it due to me taking an online exam, in which I informed her of3 days prior. Fast forwarding to the move out and end of lease we leave on bad terms and I return the key were she asked me too. I later receieve a bill for over 5k of repairs that is also now listed on my credit. This CRAZY WOMEN SAID I STOLE HER WATER HEATER! IM LIKE ME AND WHAT ARMY IM 5'3! She then proceeds to sue me for damages. I seek legal representation and fight her in court AGAIN... YEP I won and she owes ME damages for what she did! She has yet to pay me. She tried to offer me lower than the settle amount just to degrade me. BEWARE OF KELLER WILLIAMS SCAM ARTIST ANITE I HALE... Our story is still being continues after 3 years!
They have an ok training program, but they do lack integrity. I worked for KW City View in San Antonio TX and it seems that all they care about is recruiting new blood (agents) at $500+ per agent. The team leader/recruiter (L.Cutler) promises to give you support, training, etc...but all you'll find is a brain washing session to make you believe the hype. "Don't" join KW it's nothing more than that a hype. Agents pay close to $20, 000 per year in order to use the name KW. Thanks but no thanks. You can also add an additional $1000 per year for office fees (oh yeah long distance calling is not covered by this fee) so good luck on using the office phone to call that buyer in California. Any new agent can invest half of that and develop a marketing strategy. The top lead generating website in the nation cost approximately $750...do the math. They will sell you on the CAP idea... and all you hear from the others (the brain washed ones) is the rhetoric "if you CAP you'll be at 100% commission". Now to add insult to injury if that doesn't convince you here's the icing on the cake. KW has been sued so many times that the deductible for a single agent "if" involved in a lawsuit is drum role pleeease... $25, 000. So on top of paying your $100 per transaction for E&O insurance you better pray to God you're never involved in a lawsuit while working for KW, however statistics show that if RE is your career/profession is not a matter of "if", but more of when. Now you do the math is it really worth staying with KW? for a place that stacks all the cards against you and makes you pay royalties from every deal like if you owned the place. NO THANKS.
Every Broker, Agent has a fiduciary responsibility to uphold the state laws with their Department of Real Estate (DRE) I've read about mortgage fraud, Arms Length Transactions, Acting as Realtor on own personal sells transaction, and accepting a kick back from mortgage company in these statements. This is very serious! The broker is liable for the actions that these agents transact under their licenses. These complaints need to go to state departments such as DRE, or Consumer Complaints with the local DA District Attorney for the State or County at no charge to the victimized individuals. The complaints need to be sent to federal level with Franchise Department. This company is prevalent for acting in a negligent manner and yes there may be a few good eggs, but with as many rotten ones this Franchise and Real Estate Agency needs to be under investigation. Franchise laws are even more strict. Keller Williams runs a free for all franchise and should be required to tighten down on guidelines, laws, and conduct to remain in business. I have a similar story of Agent selling property without a Tax Identification Number on a Multi-Unit (used entire complex APN) never subdivided even to this day! Accepted $150, 000 through their Escrow Company, requiring a Non-Refundable deposit to prevent the property from going into foreclosure, accepting funds and then denying that the sales agreement even existed or that Escrow account existed! Not providing appraisal and cleared title policy of Notice of Default and then claiming that loan was not closed to warrant loss of Earnest Money. The funds required for earnest money is usually in the 3-4% range and so down payment is an astronomical loss. This is not hearsay as to proof is in all legal documentation. The loss thickens and is so deep that the damages are beyond measure. A federal class action may be a better solution for individuals with large losses and to ban together with stronger viable case. Commenting realtor's from Keller Williams are only interested in defending their monetary position and means and if the clients comes first these complaints should be viable enough to cause them to want redirect individuals to great realtor's in their area or squash the damaging agents. You can't just brush the issue under the welcome rug at the front door and think that it is going to go away.
telling lies to my realtor hoping to gain a higher price!
On November 12th, 2006, an offer was submitted to Keller Williams for the property listed above in the amount of $225,000. The asking price was $250,000 and was told to ‘counter-offer at above $242,000 or don’t bother calling back’. My final offer was $235,000 and was told that ‘I should have came back with $240,000. It makes me wonder why the listing agent is so adamant about obtaining $5000 more since her commission after closing is minimal on a difference of $5000 more.
About two weeks later, on November 29th, 2006, the asking price for this property was dropped to $240,000. There was no callback to my agent to ask whether I was still interested in purchasing this property for $235,000. My agent resubmitted the initial offer of $225,000 and was told the counter-offer of $235,000. This was the final price that I had submitted two weeks ago. At this stage, this left an extremely bitter feeling of discrimination & I did not bother to meet that counter-offer.
My perception of this whole experience tells me that the listing agent did not communicate with the seller, exemplify discrimination (for whatever reason, may it be racial or other personal motives) as proven by the second offer confirming that she would have given it to me for $235,000 but never even bother to call to ask.
*****I sent the above paragraph via email to the agent******
Within a few hours, I received a harsh voice mail from the agent after sending my initial correspondence, stating that I don’t know who you are but I’m sure I’ll find you, call me back’. That voice mail sounds extremely threatening & it would be more viable but for the fact that I included my phone number & email so obviously she could find me. I then called the agent & she was extremely rude on the phone, yelling & screaming, stating that I threatened her & she wanted me to take back what I wrote.
She wanted me to write a letter to rescind the above email, I told her to send me an email & I will respond to that). I told her to explain her side of the story, & she said that when I made the initial offer, there were 2 other offers, one of them being the same as what I counteroffered at, which was $235,000 & that she brought this back to the seller & he didn’t want to settle, that he wanted something more. I then asked her why didn’t she contact me prior to lowering the price by $10,000 & she stated that she doesn’t do that. She again mentioned that there were 2 offers on this house after lowering the price & that she will not contact my realtor if the deal falls through since I’m not interested in it anymore. She’s obviously bitter at me & putting words in my mouth. Throughout the conversation, she was yelling into the phone & I told her that I’m not yelling at her but talking to her in a mature manner & she immediately apologize profusely & said that she yells at her husband & this is just how she is. If she really didn’t do anything wrong, why would she yell at me & have the urge to threaten me about stating my personal opinions about this whole experience. She also stated that she used to or is still serving on the Pennsylvania Realtors Organization Board of ethics and taunted me to file a dispute. My opinions are based on the facts & the entire process I had gone through. Her stories doesn’t match up, she stated there were 2 offers when the original offers were made & that the seller didn’t want to settle at $235,000 & wanted more, but then within 2 weeks, the asking price dropped by $10,000 to $240,000. And now, the seller is willing to settle for $235,000. When I brought up this point, there wasn’t any response. Also, she stated that there are 2 offers again & the house is sold, this was also conveyed from my realtor after speaking with her.
*******It's been 2 days since my initial correspondence with her & I have yet to receive any emails from her confirming what she told me about the other offers on that property******
It is very obvious at this stage that the agent lied about other offers on the house & the house being sold. It is still on the market & she was trying to raise the bidding price by telling lies to my realtor hoping to gain a higher price.

Angela Fritts is a real estate agent for Keller Williams in Knoxville, TN. Angela Fritts is vindictive, abusive and makes false allegations. She's not recommended in any way. Stay far, far away from this woman.
I was an agent and they are unethical and that in my opinion is how they are trained to be-I dont not trust them and avoid doing business with them every time I can-i wish this company into Hell!
I have asked this company repeatedly to stop contacting me. I looked at ONE listing under the company. I was called and emailed repeatedly for 5 years. I will never use this company because of this.
The above relator is using Thumbtack to solicit business. It is unprofessional.
I am here complaining about Marisol Tovar, real estate agent in Keller Williams Natomas, CA. This women is a complete fraud and tried to scam my family and I. She manipulated, lied, coerced us into purchasing a damaged home. Marisol was very unprofessional and crude women. Cursed us out via phone and threatened us. She deserves to be exterminated.
An agent called my cell phone, unsolicited, from [protected] twice in 2 minutes. The second call he left a voicemail asking me if I was in the market to buy or sell a house and to give him a call if I were. I am on the DNC and will never do business with a cold caller nor a company who doesn't respect that.
Mary Hamilton is a complete snake in the grass. She lied to me completely and was pushy and aggressive and solicited relentlessly. Her reputation is correct that you need to keep her away from you! I cannot stress enough how AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND SLIMEY SNAKE she is! BEWARE!
I have a KW agent in Paris, TX who has lied to and manipulated me on several occassions. She has even cost me to not be able to sell my property. So I notified her that I wanted to terminate our contract back on 22 June and she redponded with " O NO YOU'RE NOT!" Now she will not return my emails or texts. How do I get this contract terminated ?
I've delt with Keller Williams agent on two different occasions. Both of which led to me cancelling the purchase contract based on information that was left out by the agents. Perhaps it is a failure by Keller WIlliams to hire competent agents rather than a company tactic to be deceiving, but I avoided all Keller WIlliams properties after those two, and had great success purchasing my home through another company.
I have found the agent from Keller-Williams who is representing the sale of my home as leaving me feeling upset, guilty, pressured into decisions (this is regarding over a buyer who defaulted on the contract for my home), and has confused me saying one thing on the phone one day, then changing her mind the next day. I have lost confidence in her in selling my home due to her incompetence. I had only hired her because she was someone I knew in passing and she offered. It's been a nightmare! Who and how do I report her?

In my experience of buying properties, I've learned that the agent:
1. Doesn't have to show for the inspection.
2. Doesn't have to show for the walk-thru
3. Doesn't have to be at the closing - they can send a representative or let you go solo. (they can sign the docs thereafter or beforehand (and their signature really isn't needed)
4. Should have had the rebate in writing or on the disclosures for the home.
5. The inspector had integrity.
My advice - ALWAYS interview at least 5 (FIVE) agents before you decide to work with an agent. Also you can file a complaint with our state's licensing board of realtors.
A friend of ours used an agent at Kellar Williams here in Ahwatukee to purchase an expensive 2BD condo.
The condo is brand new construction from a builder out of Canada who builds these for the Canadians that winter in the Phoenix area. The KW realtor sold this poor woman a condo that had water damage from the unit above. The KW realtor and the site realtor BOTH knew about the water damage but did not disclose to the buyer. The condo also have major flaws including the master bedroom closet door will not open with clothes in the closet, there is no outdoor water connections to hose off a patio, the air conditioning units are located by all the master bedrooms, and when it does rain all the water runs in the front door of the condos. These are defective condos they are trying to dump and no one is buying them in this economy in Phoenix.
While I understand your frustration, I'd like to point out that your agent had virtually no control over the behavior of the showing agents, and it is unfair to slam Keller Williams as a result. These agents most certainly came from a variety of brokerages. I believe you are more upset about the fact that you only received a "lowball offer". Here's the deal - in this market, the sale of your home is contingent upon two things - PRICE and CONDITION. Price it right, clean/declutter/stage, and have realistic expectations. Best of luck to you.
