customer service
I called May 4th and asked to cancel my future orders. I explained that I would call when I finished the product I now have and do like. I spoke first to Justin and was cut off. I recalled and spoke with Heather ex. 289 and she would cancel my program and would send me a e mail at [protected]@me.com to confirm. As of to date I have not received the confirmation of my cancellation. I tried support and my account and was unable to get any information. I would like to receive my cancellation as the cost is more than I can take on at this time and I still have plenty of product.
Thank you,
Jo Ann Sawyer

I answered a survey and was offered several products as a thank you. I chose Keranique to give it a try I was only to be responsibe for the shipping cost to me of $3.95. I see if I don't cancel, and pay the return shipping for the "free" product that I my credit card will be charged for the next two months totalling $163.85. I am not interested in future shipments, nor will I be using the product. I do not want to pay return shipping charges and will contact my bank to block the future charges.

Received the products frozen in the month of December in Ontario, I phoned company Keranique unfortunally no call back. But was told to go ahead and use product after thawing. Did not see any results so I called company got Justin at ext 293 and was told to ship back any remaining product and original box.
Products were shipped back to me, at that time I'm thinking it didn't pass customs. Called again was told to put a RMA number on and was told I had till march 12/2017 postmarked. I said do not ship anymore. Feb 2017(22?) get another box of products refused at post office. Called again got a rep at ext 237 Joseph very rude couldn't explain anything just said " would not get any money back and it not our fault about customs and postal services." Basically suck it up!
I kept phoning till after 4x I got a different rep she was so polite and nice Kim at 108(ext)said no worries I will credit your card right now it will be on me and sorry u do not have to send back the first package just the second one that I had already refused.
I hope to see a credit/refund but after all this I'm not so sure I will...
I think I just had a really bad experience it would have been nice to try the product another time without it being frozen. I would love to receive a credit/refund and start all over again. As my hair is falling out, heard such good reviews and i need help, pls let me know what I should do...

Good afternoon, It is 5:30pm in New York City. I just got off the phone with "Sonia" with the I.D. # 571. I received horrible service from her. I 'm not complaining because I did not get what I wanted, but the way I was treated. During our 8- 10 minute conversation, "Sonia" repeatedly attempted to speak over me. When I asked to speak to a Supervisor, she...

free trial.
I had the online survey thing happen to me. They said I only had to pay for shipping. They called me shortly after I received their product and asked if I wanted to pay for more and I said NO! in plain English and about a month later they charged my card $80. I called them to resolve the issue and they were a bunch of rude, uncooperative, jack-###. They took no responsibility for themselves and denied everything and said that I would have to pay to have the item returned if I wanted and refund. I had to file a claim with my bank and it was all just a waste of time, money and energy. My advice don't waste your hard earned money, your valuable time or energy on Keranique . They are part of the problem!

Worst Promotion skills i have ever seen in my life! First the staff cannot even speak English properly, second the staff kept murmuring a lot of information including all kind of packages and offers which can never be well understood in the phone! I urged the staff to be more efficient communicating the message they want to say but the staff just kept reading the script!
Please understand that no customer would want to hear all those clumsy ad wording in the phone! Train your staff well before they make bad impression at customer service line!
try-it-before-you-buy promotional offer
Re. : promotional advertisement from keranique.
Customer id sptv [protected]
On 8/13/2016 I found a promotional advertisement seemingly sponsored by amazon, with a promotional offer for keranique products, for only s&h of 3.95. I ordered it out of curiosity. Little did I know what a can of worms this order entailed! Nowhere in this promotional offer I found a clear explanation that two payments of $79.95 each would automatically follow if it wouldn't be sent back within a window of 30 days (This only showed up in the small print on the bottom of the statement that accompanied the package).
When the trial package arrived I was out of town and had an accident that made it impossible for me to take care of anything but my recovery. Going through my credit card statements after I had returned home I got the shock of my life. I am 80 years old and live on social security, barely making it through the months. I cannot afford to pay so much for something that i, at my age, don't even need anymore. I ordered it more or less as the tryout as which it was advertised.
I called to cancel and explained the delay of my cancellation but I was told that my call was later than the window of 30 days, and on 10/18/2016 another $79.95 were taken from my account.
So I paid altogether:
8/13/2016 s&h 3.95
9/18/21016 1st payment 79.95
10/18/2016 2nd payment 79.95
I still have the unopened package. I want to state officially that I do not wish to receive another one. I request a return number so that I can return this package, and I expect that I still will get a refund for the 2 payments, in spite of the 30 days' limit, due to the circumstances of the delay and the somewhat misleading way of advertising the promo.
I definitely am not the only one to whom this happened, according to several reviews on different websites, also on twitter, instagram and facebook, confirming my suspicion that this practice borders on being unethical, targeted at elderly and gullible people. I sent a complaint to amazon who surely does not wish to associate themselves with such practices. I also have notified my bank to block any payments to payments from now on, with my explanation what has happened.
I tried to find a label for my complaint in the list, I didn't find it, so I applied it to 'Health and Beauty - Cosmetics'. This was the closest that I found in the list.
hair growth product
I was charged $49.99 for four products... have yet to receive any of the items... and apparently have been already been put on some auto- order system...
I have made two separate calls to their customer service dept to no avail.
I have received no email explanations, receipts, or future delivery dates, or reimbursement offers.
I believe the website and the TV Commercial are misleading
I seen the as on TV wanted to buy it for a Xmas gift which sucked because I never received anything yet I purchased items on Dec 4. I was told my package was delayed for another week, after I already waited a week being that it takes 5 -7 days. Now it's been almost 30 days and still no delivery..WTF..oh and not to mention they called me asking me to buy something else for 1.99 but it was a 30day free trial. I said why would I want to buy anything else if I'm still waits on this #### that's way over due..what happens next from here..
hair loss treatment/minoxidil dual dropper
1) why can't this company be put out of business?
2) i ordered a sample of everything (It seemed), was billed for it, called, was told i could try a different product and would be billed for it later. I know - why don't i have the exact information?
3) the bottom line/most important part is i don't even want to try the newer product (Referenced above). My hair is still brittle and broken. It was not brittle before. I was not broken off as it is now. I simply thought i was going to get a product that moisturized my hair and made it grow. I have less hair than i have ever had.
I want to return the product & never receive anything from keranique again. I also want to warn people not to deal with this company.
What agency needs to be notified about this product and its sales?
keranique
Everyone please please understand Keraniques commercial leaves alot to be desired. Nit once do they explain how keranique works to promote hair growth. This type of advertising preys upon anyone that is desparate for relief only to promise you are protected to get you to believe you have Nothing to lose. Why else would they keep repeating what they know your fear is and to comfort you to believing they are giving something for free. They work on your emotions and use FAKE Testimony. This type of BULLCRAP HAS BEEN LURING CUSTOMERS FOREVER AND IS STULL USED CLEVERLY TODAY. USE YOUR INTUITION AND LISTEN TO THE SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES REPEATED 3 TIMES OR MORE. THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO HEED THEIR OWN BEST COUNCIL DO NOT FALL FOR FALSE UNSUPPORTED ADVERTISING ONLY FOR YOUR MONEY TO BE USED AND FLIPPED FOR THE INTEREST GAINED IT IS A SCAM AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN SAME WITH ALL THE OTHERS WHY DO YOU THINK IT US ON TV TO THE MASS PUBLIC ? Dont BE SO GULLIBLE
REPEAT BILLING
REPEAT BILLING ! Yea You Have Been Taken ! They are VULTURES FOR YOUR MONEY !
unauthorized charges
I am like everyone and answered the ad for free trial. Got the 2 boxes, called and complained that I did not want all that stuff, did not realize that I would get vitams, and shampoo. So called immediately to cancel this and about 1/half later listening to who ever I talked to, tried to sell me everything in the world- told her cancel this order. So she told me that I would have to send the vitamins back- and I COULD KEEP the shampoo.
So being stupid I said okay till I looked on my bank statement and found out that they charged me $38.07. So back on the phone on 6/21 and got some guy that talked 90 miles an hour and told him that what the lady had told me to keep the shampoo- he said ( I was a liar) they would not give me shampoo and if I want to keep it would cost me $38.07. Charged me $1.00 for 3 beauty coupons that I do not want but they will not stop that part. He knew I was upset- but I think that will be the last time I would ever order anything from any place. It would cost me $10.00 to send the shampoo back and it cost me $3.95 to send the vitamins back. I told them that if I get anything back will turn them into the better business bureau for trying to scam adult women.
keranique fraudulent charges
First they tried to use my Paypal account but was refused. But somehow they got my credit card and used this. I got a notification from Visa so i tried to stop the shipment. Keranique said it already shipped and to call once i receive it. When it arrived, i called again to close any account and ship it back. They tried to talk me into keeping it! they refused to take it back.
I argued with them and then they told me to keep the product and that they won't charge me. I am afraid that they are going to charge me for it. This is a scam. I changed my credit card but i am afraid they will do this again.
This is exactly why I did not order this stuff, even though I thought it just MIGHT work. I don't use my credit card on line unless it is for something from an established company where I have an account. I couldn't understand why I could not just send a check for the amount of a trial offer, see if it worked and order more if I were satisfied. Why would I take the chance of having to pay on and on for a product that might not work. Instead of chalking it up to just being OUT of fifty dollars? When these companies tell me I can ONLY pay by credit card, that sends up all the red flags I need. I am an old fashioned check only user, and I WILL be until they outlaw checks.
hair regrowth
I tried the free trials canceled both the hair and provitamins within the thirty days paid the 38.41 or whatever I was charged both times only to be charged 59 dollars that over drafted my account and have customer service say I never canceled or returned my products even though their automated made me pay for both those products. Now i have to pay 119 plus the customer service guy acted snippy with me when I was clearly upset. This company is a fraud its product is useless and overpriced their system doesn't work when you cancel and their customer service is unprofessional. I will never buy again and might contact a lawyer over all of this. Do Not Buy This! Save yourself the headache.
sneaky business model
Keranique has a confusing (and clever) business model that could
soak the unwary for at least $160. This is what happened to
my wife. It could happen to you, too:
You will see its ad on TV. You will be lured by a "free trial"
offer. But perhaps you will think you are getting a free sample,
with no further obligation. In fact, you will have committed to
a subscription for which you receive a package every two months,
but for which you are billed $79.95 *every* month. The "free trial"
come-on comes with an obligation to call Keranique and turn off
the subscription within the first 30 days after you receive the
first shipment. But you probably didn't notice that detail during
the pitch, did you? You won't realize this until either
the second package arrives or your credit card has been billed,
maybe twice, for $79.95. By now, the 30-day limit will have
passed. So you will call to stop the subscription, get a return
authorization for the second package, send it off, and later
check your credit card account to verify that Keranique credited it
twice for $79.95. Ah, but those credits cancel out the charges
for the *first* package, which you used and forgot about, right?
The company has on its books that they sent you two boxes, and
you've returned only one. So by this time you will probably be
looking at a new $79.95 charge on your credit card bill and
realize that you will be charged the same amount yet again next
month, to complete two installments on the second shipment.
That's how it unfolded for us. I had to figure everything out by
drawing a time-line diagram that included every event. Then I
called and asked to speak to somebody who had the authority to
make adjustments. (If they don't connect you to such a person,
hang up and dial again.) He agreed to waive the next month's
charge, leaving us with us with a net expense for the "free"
trial of $79.95.
keranique
Fraud charges, charged over $200.00 for free trial and my banks fraud department actually contacted me
Cancellation of free trial same day, by 2 emails and phone call
Bank just today had to reverse 2 charges, for this month, which r 1/2 of the original "free trial" charges last month
All it does is "puff"your hair up
I've had weight gain around 10 to 15#'s
Within" free" trial and no warnings on commercial about people with heart problems
I take massive heart and blood pressure meds
Did I mention this month had two separate different charges, plus each different amount
Guess what have yet to even get product I was a total of $139++ charged for and absolutely don't won't

hair growth product, and vitamins
Purely a scam, I have received not; any type of bill, receipt, breakdown and explanation of charges, how many months of added fees keranique will keep charging me for a product I cancelled, we are now up to hundreds of dollars for one bottle of cheap vitamins and one "free" sample box of hair loss product. I was traveling when the box arrived so my "free trial" time had passed and could not understand any persons "english" on the phone. Hugely stressful and frustrating, I feel I got tricked and now I am trapped. I filed a dispute with my credit card company but keranique fought it and my ccard people let them make the charges. I have no paper trail because I was given nothing. So sad this company tricks people then legally binds them into paying hundreds for a cheap quality product. I have no idea what to expect, are they going to continue charging me $170 a month the rest of my life? I see no way out, I have never sued anyone in my life, however if there were a class action suit against this company, I would join, definitely join. Clearly keranique is intentional on trapping people and rendering them blind and powerless to fight the ridiculous charges and have no mercy or given me a clear definite explanation or information. This whole dead end process has waste so much of my valuable time and caused so much anxiety and frustration. Next step; I need to brush up on my consumer rights, now where do I find that?
Clearly upset in california
