It cannot use this product and cancelled the subscription. Which they ignored.
On June 1, 2020, I cancelled my subscription. On June 22nd, keranique sent me a package with an invoice of $63.54.
I tried calling them when I received this again. The operator who answered the phone abruptly hung up on me. They did not want to hear my complaint about cancellation.
I do not want this product, it doesn't work on me, and I want my cancellation honored and. A refund. $63.54. I will return the package too. There is no address on the invoice, so I do not know it.

bellaplex and daily vitamins scam - free trial
There is no way this is a free trial. I called back to make sure I was not going to get charged for a second lot and they tried to sell me more shampoo for a cheaper price. Which in effect I was happy to do. So basically they say a free trial but then they start charging you every month for the first lot you received. It is not a free trial at all as if you do in fact like the product they charge you another AUD$191 just to cover the cost of the first product you received. The Bellaplex cream is not great and did not react well with my skin and the vitamins are just another con to get you to spend more money on something you can just get from a vitamin shop. They don't contact you in any way to remind you about the ongoing charges which is deceptive in itself. There is no way I wanted to spend $539 for a shampoo, conditioner, 2 sprays and some crappy cream and vitamins. I just wanted the shampoo but they conned me into the other product and then charged a fortune.
keranique, hair growth serum
I started to develop hair that smelled, was greasy no matter how often I washed it. Then I developed sores, scabs and itchy scalp. This product is horrible, I saw a dermatoligist and have developed folliculitis. This is documented with my physician and I have to use a special prescribed shampoo along with another type of shampoo, Seborrheic.
I am planning on filing a lawsuit.
If I discontinue use of these shampoos that I mentioned above the symptoms will come back.

I canceled because I saw no difference.
A phone solicitor called and I reordered Keranique Daily Essentials 30. This was foolish on my part, I admit. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income.
I called to cancel 4/2/2018.
Then received a autoship cancellation #[protected] telling me that I owe $29.98 for invoice# ID3A84BC58F060BD that will be billed on the dates listed on my shipping statement. 5/2/18=1.49, 6/7/18 = 59.95 reduced to 29.98, 7/7/18 59.95 reduced to 29.98. I have already paid over $146.80 to you and do not feel that should owe more for a product that I don't even care for. I offered to return the product.
I am not pleased with the transactions regarding this produce Keranique Daily Essentials 30. I can never recommend this product or the company.

terrible company practices
I ordered the shampoo and vitamins promo offer for $ 4.29 and $ 2.16. I did receive my order used for a 3 weeks and with no change in a thing. I then get charged $86.84 for the shampoo and $ 65.12 for the vitamins, I called to cancel my orders and was told that since I was placed on a "2 month supply" I still owe and round of 86.84 and 65.12. I was beyond upset asking to speak to the customer service manager since the woman I was speaking with was useless...after holding for some time I was told they were unavailable and but she could offer me a discount to clear up my balance and if I chose not to take the discount, I would get charged the full amount...$80.00. That was the discounted rate. $50.00 for the shampoo and $30.00 for the vitamins. Please, do as much research as possible on their business practices before ordering anything from them. I have come across some unfavorable business practices before, but this is the worst.

They promise only one payment but when you receive the bill you have an Invoice with 3 more payments you ended paying 3 times the promise price+ If you want to cancel you have to pay for return the product from your own pocket, Do not buy this product they are abusers of customers.
Is the same with the vitamins and hair product you will pay $270 for both the products !

I just received two packages from keranique:
Item kde-60sb-59-w199-c. When I ordered this product I carefully read the terms and it clearly said "you are always free to call to cancel, change etc"
"if for any reason, you are not delighted — within the first 30 days, etc — you wll be provided a return number to include with your return shipment."
I called twice yesterday and was on hold for way tooooo long so hung up. Called again this morning and did talk to a young man who was very unpleasant and I told him all I want to do is cancel this and am returning the items — he continued to jabber and continued giving me the sale spiel even when I kept telling him all I want is to cancel. You can listen to that conversation which says it is recorded, etc. I just want this cancelled and I am returning one unopened package and one which I opened. Please cancel this immediately. I have also contacted my credit card company advising them not to pay this amount and if already done to remove the charge and to never accept another charge for this. Thank you.

Beware of the advertising popups on your phone advising that you have WON free product. All you have to do is pay the postage and you have 14 days to TRY the product for FREE. I never received any products in the 14 days. I emailed and cancelled but already been charged the full amount for product that I never received. It has been 3 weeks now and still nothing. Apparently I have to wait until I receive it then return it to get a refund. I am still waiting... This is a scam. Once they have your credit card they will keep charging. Warning do not get hooked into scam. There is no free product or sample to try. Very pissed off for getting hooked into this scam.

I have requested from Karanique, FIVE times, for their Australian address so I can return my unwanted and unopened package that I should not have received. I had already cancelled the subscription. Now that the 2nd package arrived, they told me I couldn't cancel then subscription (even though I had done so over the phone 3 weeks earlier) as I now had money owing for the new package. They will only refund the money, once I return the package. BUT they will not give me the address!

A representative promised me the starter kit for 38.00 dollars, because I was having issues. I called a second time and I was given the product for 38.00 dollars. When I called a third time I was still having issues . I had two accounts . I only wanted one . I cancelled the second account on my initial call. The problem was not resolved. I had to call numerous times. I was frustrated and lied to, so I cancelled all of my accounts and asked for a refund. unauthorized credit card charges
I received two (2) boxes of the product, for which my credit card account was billed $49.95 each. I e-mailed KERANIQUE on 08/30/2017, requesting that all future shipments of the product be cancelled. On 09/10/2017, my credit card account was billed $49.95, and subsequently billed another $49.95 on 10/10/2017. I did not get a shipment for either billing.
To sum it up, I have received two (2) boxes and my credit card account has been billed for four (4) boxes. Although shipments have apparently been cancelled (at least I didn't get them) KERANIQUE is continuing to bill my credit card account. I have e-mailed KERANIQUE numerous times regarding my concerns, and requested that my credit card account be credited a total of $99.90 for the September and October charges. KERANIQUE has not even given me the courtesy of a reply, much less credited my VISA account $99.90 as reimbursement for the fraudulent charges.

Hair product promotional kit
A promotional mail with a coupon for free trial was sent to me as a good customer award from COSTCOo. I signed up and got the first trial; i hated the product and did not want it. Keranique proceeded to send me new products, even after i called them and asked them to cancel. They charged me for the products and sent my account to collections to pay for products i did not order, asked them to discontinue and wants me to pay to mail back the products to them. Its been five months of fighting with this company, and now their actions will ruin my credit, and i have to pay for a product i did not order, i hate and will not use. Shame on keranique.

I am very disappointed in this product, not because it isn't working, but because I feel I have been misled by your advertisement. I thought I was getting your product three different times, but only got one and was informed that the next two payments were for the first kit. So I am paying 33.66 as payment for the first kit thinking I was getting the product two more times. I feel like I have been scammed.

Treatment for Women. 2 months passed until they finally gave me the Regrowth product, however, I have not had good results. As you promise a return for the products. I could not request a full return previously because I didn't have the full package to start with. So technically, I started the program in April, 2017 (as you promise your 4 month from that point of time).
My results proved unsatisfactory, so I desire to receive my refund for my last 4 month trial.
I called Customer Service, 07/25/2017, and they rudely hung up on me.
It seems that they are not either willing to follow through, or they will not comply with your trial period guarantee?
I am rudely disappointed with their poor service, as I have not been warranted the purchased products that I already received.
I would like to be refunded in full...as I received these products late, or I will take further recourse with my attorney.

I have contacted the company by phone they told me back in July after I noticed the deduction taken out that they have cancelled the transaction. Then I phoned them again after the second transaction once again they said they have cancelled the transaction and that very dafter I spoke to them they took a third transaction of $430 so they are failing to comply I even have copies of their emails where they said orders canceled. Would appreciate full refund with in 21 days.
