Superbly spooky!
I'm a super curvy lady with a small waist (I wear a 16 normally, bra size 36H) and their XL and XXL dresses and leggings look amazing on me. The fabrics and workmanship are always of a very high quality. The quality of the jewellery is top notch. My studded faux leather jacket turns heads. People have stopped me in the street to ask where my outfits come from. The dusters I have look beautiful over every dress I have got. Their customer service is excellent and delivery is fast, packaged beautifully. I get super excited when my packages arrive! I just can't have too much Killstar in my wardrobe!
Amazing Customer Service
I've purchased items from this site only once as they're a bit pricy. They offer a UK site and a USA site. Be sure to check which site your purchasing on because the stock is different and the shipping is obviously higher. The quality of their items are very nice and most are worth the retail price. That being said, if the brand of the item is not KillStar, check the brand's site. I've found that the price can often be cheaper from the source.( like plane tickets) They are prompt with your order (mine was sent out same day!) and give you a tracking number with updated information about your package. Love this site!

Couldn't be happier!
I selected carefully quite a few items from the web store I had been drooling over for some time and placed my order. The shipping was internationally free when purchasing for over 150? so that was very nice indeed. The delivery was very fast (I live in Finland) and I was so happy with every item I got!
I had a small issue considering a zipper on a bag I bought and contacted the customer service about it. Service was incredibly fast, I always got a reply on the same day, they were so friendly and in the end it worked out just fine. Couldn't have asked for more! I am very pleased with Killstar n will be ordering more in the future
Clothing is terrible quality
Their clothes are way too expensive for the terrible quality. You're better off getting clothes from a Halloween costume store. The quality is the same. I bought legging that are already ripping at the seams. The leggings were 50 dollars. If something is that much money it should last. If they are going to make clothes that are like fast fashion, they should charge fast fashion prices. The two shirts I received are awkward fitting. They are a size small but the chest of the shirt is made for someone who is petite but some how has double D's. It's completely unrealistic. 100% a waste of money which sucks cause the clothes would be so cute if the quality was better
Customer service is fantastic!
Okay, first and foremost I had an issue with an exchange I tried doing; they had resent me the same size back that was intended for an exchange. Although I was mad, I got great answers from princess regarding the issue & everything is being taken care of as we speak. I'm hopeful I'll get the size I need once the original package gets back to them. Other than that, I can't wait to order more from killstar & rep them majestically. I have a peace of mind now that if I ever have an issue again whenever I order, I'll get answers right away. Keep doing what y'all are doing! Rad customer service! Excellent quality, fast shipping!
I ordered a killstar bag this past Saturday and received it by Tuesday! Theyre out in the west coast and Im in NY so I thought itd take about a week to receive my bag but I was pleasantly surprised by how fast my package came. On to the bag, I ordered the luxe love handbag and omg it is so gorgeous! The silver hardware is so pretty! It gives an edgy vibe but because its a satchel style it still looks very classy also. The heart lock in the front of the bag is darling, I wore it out today for the first time and saw girls eyeing it trying to figure out what brand it was. The black vegan leather is of high quality and sturdy. I cant wait to order more from this site, everything they have is so gorgeous! Highly recommend this company!
I couldn't ask for better customer service
I have been buying Killstar dresses for a few years now and unfortunately, my latest purchase had a defect. I emailed their customer service team and communicated with a lovely person called Annemarie who put my mind at rest this was not the norm and helped me return the item. The whole interaction was completely stress-free and easy. I cheekily asked if there was any way of getting the dress before a certain date as I was hoping to wear it to a festival and Annemarie said she would get the dress prioritized as it was not just an exchange, which was very kind of them to do. My Killstar addiction shall continue and I'm glad that I am purchasing from a company whose staff are helpful and care about customer service, which seems to be a rarity these days.

I'm so hesitant buying clothing online, it's usually a hassle and disappointment. I've ordered from Killstar at least 4 times now and everything I've ordered is extremely well made and true to their size chart. When I buy clothing I wear the crap out of it, and every clothing item I've purchased from Killstar has withstood washing over and over again. Their purses and wallets even come in dust bags which is a really nice detail most companies don't have.
I just encountered my very first issue with an order, a purse arrived without the removable strap and after emailing the company I received a friendly reply right away and a replacement strap is already being shipped out. They have by far the best customer service I've ever experienced, it was a pleasure instead of a pain. I can't express how refreshing this is, I wish every company was this great.
Killstar continues to impress
In April '18 I purchased a purse and several items from Killstar. One of these items was a handbag. Within a month of having and using this purse lightly one of the straps snapped while I was using it. Seeing as I'd had the purse for a month it was too late to return the item, but I decided to reach out to the customer service team anyways just to bring awareness to the issue. I received quick and polite responses requesting images of the purse and damage. The customer service representative was apologetic and attentive. I was not anticipating any form of return or reimbursement but was pleasantly surprised to be given a gift-card for partial value of the handbag. Overall the items I have purchased from Killstar have been of great quality and their customer service has been attentive, understanding, and pleasant. I will continue shopping with this company and encourage you to do the same!
Malice Platform Trainers Really are as Cool AF and the customer service is great
The Mallice Platform Trainers the subject of my latest purchase from Killstar arrived yesterday and within 5 minutes I was wearing them. They looked even better up close, than they looked on the website. Definitely worth the full price I didnt even pay for them. I absolutely love them, and they definitely have that unisex appeal. The quality is of an extremely high standard. I fell once wearing them, but that was for a number of reasons, I have cerebral palsy and I didnt take the usual precautions of breaking them in before wearing them in town. Secondly technically they are girls footwear and have a slightly narrower soul, than the guys flat shoes I normally wear. In fairness I fall in them too all the time. They help me concentrate more on my walking which is good thing. I have to say though both the guys and girls I was out with last night thought they were absolutely awesome, and quite a few photos were taken of them.
I have been buying cool stuff from Killstar for a few years, admittedly mostly during the flash site wide sales. Rarely if ever, have I been disappointed with the value for money deals, the clothes or the footwear, the latter unfortunately only available on the girls website. For me that problem if you can call it that, is a minor issue. I am quite content to get stuff from both their websites in search of the style and comfort Im looking for. In all my dealings with Killstar their customer service has been excellent and hassle free, which is great as well. These wonderful people really do prioritise their customers. I purchased my jackets in the past and my Trainers through refund exchanges, and they couldnt have been more supportive or attentive to my needs. If you have to exchange an item or want a refund its never a problem as long as the items are returned in the same packaging and condition which they were received. I cant thank the staff at Killstar enough for the assistance and understanding they have given me over the last few years. I really like their attitude that nothing is a problem and there is always a solution inherent in their dealings with me. Dont worry returning stuff for me is a rare event for me in Killstar land but very occasionally have to return items due to wrong sizing and fit etc. Oh by the way there delivery service is top class, items arrive on time, or much earlier than anticipated

Ordered from this store a few times and haven't had an issue. The clothes are sometimes not the highest quality for the price. They do ship their stuff quickly. Sizing can off on some of their stuff too. So keep that in mind because with returns--it falls on the customer.😕

Don't buy from Draco/killstar I bought a pair of boots 8 weeks ago and this happened to them IV added a picture I reached out to them expecting them to exchange them for me but it's is the response I got they just don't care

I had a total of 700$ worth of purchases order, on three packages. 2/3 packages were stolen since it's an e-commerce site there is no customer service. I keep telling them the fedex investigation involved both missing packages. They keep giving me the runaround. Then to make it easier I opened another fedex claim on the second package now they just won't answer emails. I bought the clothes threw afterpay and I can't claim fraudulent charges. They are using their e-commerce situation to ignore customer requests and issues. They resent the other order associated with claim
I ordered on February 9, 2022, from the Killstar website. I am located in the US and waited a while for my order, only to be notified that it was delivered when it never arrived. I have been patient, checking around to see if the package would appear, but there has been no sign of it. I reached out to the courier service and was advised to contact Killstar directly. After doing so, Killstar informed me that they would initiate contact with the courier service, which could take days or even months for a response. This runaround is unacceptable, and I am thoroughly disappointed. The item I ordered was meant for an event. Unfortunately, I cannot provide my order number here.

To my surprise, the package was ripped open and two items were missing. There wasn't enough time for a neighbor to have tampered with it, and I noticed the driver sat in the truck for a while before approaching our door. He quickly left after I opened the door. Our package looked as if someone had torn it open and selected what they wanted, and it was still delivered in this state, which is illegal.
I attempted to contact customer service, but they were unhelpful and didn't try to assist when I asked. Now I'm reaching out to you. It's very frustrating that they don't have a phone number. The tracking information is confidential, and the order number is private. The total was $67.89 from killstar.com, and they shipped it on the 21st. I've also contacted Killstar and will be opening a case because they seem to have a history of ignoring their customers, according to other reviews. I just want either my items or my money back, and if this isn't resolved, I'll take my business elsewhere. This situation has unfortunately forced me to postpone a planned photo shoot.

Shine brightly vest

Killstar advertised on their website and on my invoice that the vest/tank top was 100% cotton. It said it on the invoice which is bonkers. The shirt didn't feel right to the touch, because cotton has a specific feel, the tag said it is 60% polyester, 35% rayon, and 5% elastane. There's not an iota of cotton in it! 0% cotton for a shirt that is advertised as 100% cotton. False advertising. There's no fine print that says it can be variable or synthetic. Just completely false. I'm so shocked.
Buyer beware.
I do not anticipate they will provide me with a just solution, as they historically require people to return the item, from the customer's own pocket, and usually only grant store credit. Unprofessional and exploitative of the customer. Please try to support indie goth brands.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund that does not require a return.OR the actual cotton version of this shirt sent to me free of charge, not requiring me to pay new shipping.

I placed 2 separate orders july 5, got an email July 6, stating my order shipped with a tracking number I check on it July 8 there had only been a label created so in reality they never gave it to mail carrier I emailed then they never got back to me I wrote to them via twitter someone responded and lied to me saying it was on USPS so I havent recieved my package mind you this is standard shipping so this all takes place in California
It's now july 12 and my package still says pre shipment an for the second order it looks like its gonna be the same thing I got an email stating it shipped on july 10 through fedex I contacted fedex they said they never got my order and when I track that order it says pre shipment

Did not receive store credit
Purchased leggings from KillStar. One pair arrived damaged (rivet had fallen off). The other was the same size, but somehow fit 2x too small. KillStar said they'd send a replacement pair of leggings via USPS. Contacted USPS with tracking number via phone. Label was created but nothing was ever sent. Company continues to state item was lost in the mail. Requested that I sign document (created by them) to state item was lost in the mail. I wouldn't sign it because it's untrue. Also, I returned a 2nd item. They claimed I was given store credit. There's no indication on my account that I was given store credit. Part of the purchase was made with store credit. I filed a claim with my bank. They were able to get back the money paid out of my account, but couldn't do anything about the money lost via store credit.
Biker jacket
On December 7th I ordered a $200 dollar vegan leather jacket from this company. It has not arrived and appears to have gotten lost in their store as they haven't even shipped it out. I have attempted to contact them on everything-The email on the website, instagram, Facebook, Twitter. No response no matter what I do. Seems like they do not provide a number so they can get away with stealing from people. My order number is 289713. I just want a refund.
File a claim with your bank if anything like this happens with a retailer.
Over 3 months to resolve return/exchange order
I used to buy from Killstar regularly. I will never purchase anything from this dishonorable comoany ever again.
Long story short it took them over 3 months to refund me. They made multiple mistakes with my order and repeatedly ignored my emails to them. I had to pay return shipping even though Killstar made mistakes with my order.
Finally, Killstar tried to issue me store credit for a new item I returned within their 14 day window and brand new in packaging etc. I included a note with my return stating very specifically that I was upset, wanted a refund. This company plays games and acts like a bunch of upset children when you dare to complain about their now terrible service.
Killstar tried to force store credit on me, so I had to open a BBB complaint, wait over two more weeks, email them yet again all to get a refund under $50 for a dress I returned to them weeks ago.
And finally, as a customer of Killstar.US for about 6-7 years I own a lot of their dresses. The last 4 items I ordered were of noticeably lower quality, very poorly made and the sizing was wildly off. Killstar takes zero responsibility for their products and never responded to any of my emails asking about these issues.
DO NOT RECOMMENDED. I am so angry at how I was treated and that my time was wasted for so long, over so small an amount. Playing games with people like me will only make us rightfully angry, and your business will be held accountable for it's poor treatment of paying customers. I am truly outraged and will share my experience across social media in an effort to spare others what I just had to go through for a $45 refund.
Customer service
A recent order, took over two weeks to actually ship (with customer service, after taking forever to respond, claiming that it had been taken to ups already, and that ups said "packages sometimes accidentally don't get scanned") and now that I actually have received that order, there was an item missing. Naturally I'm contacting their customer service and getting no response.

If you place anything over the amount to qualify your order for free shipping, prepare to get screwed over and given the run around. I'll continue to update as the currently ongoing fiasco with this company continues to unfold.
I'm still waiting on an order from 11/28, was told on 12/4 a delay happened at the warehouse and it would have priority placed on the package so it would ship that same day.
It didn't, LA got hit with a fire 12/5--still no activity on the package or any word from [protected]@killstar.com until 2 days later on 12/6 contradicting what was said on 12/4 and later in the same day was told it got lost and now we're going through a lost shipment circus.
Keep in mind my previous orders w/ this company all would ship within 1 day on orders that I had to pay shipping and would always arrive in 3 days, I never even bothered checking the tracking.
This company is either 1) selectively scamming, 2) too stoned to run a business properly, 3) about to fail as a business and can't really keep up costs to cover what they promise their customers
Dealers choice, either way once this issue is resolved I'll never shop with this company again. For those that feel they must, I strongly urge you to consider shopping with one of their resellers.
Horrible customer service
To make a long story short: several of my items I received were missing and replaced by different ones. They were completely different and had nothing to do with the ones I ordered.
I contacted them and asked why they made this strange decision because honestly, I would like to hear the truth rather than receiving something random I didn't pay for. What would I do with these clothes? I don't need extra problems. They found nothing to tell me and ... hung up on me. Great. What a "professional" support!
If this happens again with ANY retailer - File a claim with your bank to get your money back. It's worked for me every time.
At least you managed to speak to someone, they've disconnected both their US and UK numbers. I'm honestly not sure why they even ask for your # during the checkout process because they never call you even when something strange happens to your order. This company is up to some fishy stuff, they never even sent my order but claimed UPS picked it up (UPS vehemently denies it) to cover for them basically doing something disingenuous for a quick insurance claim for a shipment that was never actually lost to say the least.
DO NOT, order big orders from this company, they will happily screw you and then give you the run around.
