Hi, every time I've wanted to continue my game on especially "very hard levels" , my purchases for gold bars, lollipop smash, switch etc my purchases have not gone thru. I've missed out on getting at least 200 gold bars if not more by know as well as using up my inventory to finish a level. I'm on level 11,150 and should have won my episode race, but once again my purchase wouldn't go thru. Every time, it says it's something on your end. I never complaint. I've lost at least 20 lollipop hammer, UFOs, switches and more. Prices are too expensive and you should be giving away more free stuff... I've spent alot of money on this stupid game, maybe it's time to quit, it sucks!
Desired outcome: Replace everything I've lost due to your issues or refund me the few hundred dollars I've wasted on this freakin game

Hi , My daughter has anorexia and has recently come out of hospital after her sixth long admission, She has had this debilitating illness for three years and is trying her best to recover, Part of this process, She has started using Candy crush as a distraction whilst she battles to eat a meal,
This evening an advert came up for weight loss showing an oversized female in a bikini and a female in what society class as the norm!

I was in the clear 1st winning in the race for levels 5361 to 5375. We were racing for 40 gold bars. I was 1st and left everyone pretty far. But the next morning when i woke up, I was placed in a different group and there was a player who conveniently won the race. The pictures of the people in that race were different from the group i was playing with for that round. Candy crush was obviously cheating since I did not buy more to finish up the game. Very disappointed. I don’t know how to prove this. I wish i have taken pictures but I didn’t know it would happened. This is the first time i encountered. It was not like that when racing for 20 or 30 gold bars.

Candy crush saga when you buy a extra 5 moves while playing one man at a time it moves from 5to 3 moves when you only move one time the moves be stealing your moves and that's not fair it does that all the time after you done paid for the extra moves it only let you move twice when you suppose to be able to have five moves so you can spend more money that's stealing

You really need to drop this 20 lives a day. Everyone has different reasons for playing, I'm basically home 22 hours a day from a back injury from work. And during the day , to break the day up . I play candy crush, and 20 lives a day is not enough, I see lots of people are not happy with the new rule, and you might be cutting your own throat, and lose lots of people. By being greedy

I have paid into this game twice (Aug 20 2022) received nothing. Asked for help and someone called Eden at King Player Support came online. Eden made initial assumptions about my platform, hence a waste of time to begin. When we did establish the correct platform and info Eden needed, all has gone quiet. No response from Eden or player support now. If this is how they do business, then im done, no more from me.
Desired outcome: Either refund or purchase completion (and a response would be nice).

I sent an email to King.com asking why the extra 'goes' have been removed. When you finish a game you got the option to carry n with 5 extra goes using 5 Gold Bars. This increased after game you played till it reached the limit of 35 extra goes. This has now changed as they said they like to keep game 'fresh' etc and now it will be 5 extra goes plus some boosters for paying 10 Gold Bars. This was a lie as I payed the Gold bars but got no boosters. I again emailed them but all they said was to use the Candy Crush community page ? No point in that as they can't resolve the issue only King.com can do that. But all they seem bothered about it players spending money on the game, which I won't be doing anymore. There's plenty of other games to play.
Desired outcome: To get what they said is the 'new' feature.

For about 2 weeks now my piggy bank in Candy Crush Soda Saga has disappeared. At the end of a level, it shows the bank full and gold bars bouncing off of it, and on the main screen has an exclamation point next to my dwindling gold bars, prompting me to get more. The only problem is, the piggy bank is gone. I have purchased to break it many times in the past with no issues. I googled my problem and no solution comes up.
Desired outcome: To have my piggy bank restored.

I was doing the 500 player challenge… paid money to get extra hammers and gold bars for extra moves, I was at level six out of seven but got cut off….. no I had a message from Walgreens on my phone that I clicked on, tried to go back to my game, but it was gone. I was at the same level but not in The same situation I was in before I clicked on the message from Walgreens. All the money, all the bonuses I had used were gone, I had one more level to pass

Level 3860 is ridiculous! It requires 138 jellies be removed with layers of chocolates and licorice locks. I only have 14 tries to achieve this goal.
I love candy crush, but when I get on levels that seem impossible, I get so frustrated and want to stop playing altogether. Is there anything I or you can do about this level?

Not receiving lives from friends
Why my Candy friends don't assist me with lives but they ask them from me and I give them, it's been a long time now not getting lives when I request them from candy friends. It is not motivating at all now.

Game will not move on
My friend and I are playing candy crush saga, on a laptop via facebook.
I have reported this problem at least 4 times now and just get a ridiculous generic reply telling me to reboot my phone, which is no help whatsoever and tells me staff are not even READING the emailed cmplaint.
After logging in, a pop up appears " DIVING COLLECTION " ...on my friends laptop it is " VAULT CHALLENGE ".
When you hit PLAY, nothing happens, when you try to close the box using the X, nothing happens.
We cannot play the game as the pop up will not move.
We also cannot make any purchases as again, the pop up box will not disappear.
As you can see in the video, my mouse is working fine, but the box will not be closed.
We have cleared cache, cookies, my internet connection is fine - nothing has changed on my laptop and it was working fine about 2 weeks ago.
There cannot be a problem this end as the error is on 2 different laptops
Desired outcome: I would like you to sort it, or tell me it cant be sorted so I can delete the game instead of wasting my time checking emails and complaining.Your customer service is diabolical !

After playing a hard level for 31 attempts I finally caved and spent the 10 gold bars to get more plays, only to come up short by one. It wasn't an enjoyable level (some I don't mind playing 60 times, but this one was boring), so I spent the extra 16 gold bars on more tries. I finally got it, it had the check mark and everything. It was doing the ongoing crushing of candy and I was very late for a meeting so I clicked on the X, because I finished the level. I brought the game back up only to find that after spending 26 gold bars that cost me around $5 to buy, the game didn't 'count' and I have to play the level over again. This is so unfair and I have to say, ignorant on your part. It's bad enough the entire thing is rigged in order to make you spend money you don't have, then when you do this happens. I'm so angry I can't even sit still.
Desired outcome: You could at least pretend you care about the people that spend money on your games.

I have been playing level 4038. I have beat it 2x now. The screen freezes and won’t continue back to the map to advance me. I have wasted lots of extras trying to beat it too to only still be blocked for some reason! Help!
