When playing candy crush saga yesterday i spent 1. 90 on something. . . Not sure what. . . A booster or something. Today my debit card showed a 10. 00 charge! Also, i keep getting free lives from friends, but i have never received them. I should have about 15! I researched and found to not click on them until you need them. Then click on the envelope under the heart that shows your lives when you need them! I have no envelope! Where are my free lives?

I am at level 755 and been there for a month. I have been playing for over one year. This level is very hard if not impossible to pass. I refuse to spend money in order to finish this level. I am quitting.

King.com I feel very strongly that both king.com and facebook are stealing

Bubble Witch Saga on Facebook.. Often requires you to purchase credits for lives etc… However, quite often you can beat the requirements for a level but the game does not let you advance, forcing you to spend more money for more lives.

I have written three times to king.com to please get help and have this problem corrected. There has been no response.

The game is offered through a partnership with Facebook. Facebook offers zero support for the games they are profiting from. Anyone else have this problem, please contact me. I would love to pursue this legally. I feel very strongly that both KING.COM and FACEBOOK are stealing.

After you play there on-line"free"games you will be FORCED! to download there flash player or have to restart your computer, Because when there "Download software" comes up, It will not let you opt out.

It will freeze you on that "download ", Will not let you exit..

At least with other sites they are out right stealing your info, And are honest about it, They have you check the I agree to the terms of use.These individuals whom are stealing from you, , Are forcing peaple who don't know better, To download software that is tracking all there info, Collecting there freinds lists, , Ever wonder why your freinds now get e-mails from KING.COM...

If you love your computer, , , and the privacy you are intitled to, , , DO NOT USE THERE SITE!, , , You are putting your financial wellbeing in danger, As well as your computer..If you are a member, I ask that you try a little experiment...Try to unsubscribe see what happens, , lmao, , , , , they won't let you..

I too have had issued with King.com in that in-game purchases have been paid for, but not received. Facebook (or Zong) who handled the transaction and who confirmed payment rec'd, told me that purchases can take up to 24 hrs to filter through to the game, which doesn't seem reasonable to me and, even though I have waited over 36 hours, the purchase still hasn't appeared. This was the latest incident. I have had 3 other incidents involving purchases in-game via my mobile, and King.com referred me to Facebook, who in turn referred me back to Google Play or the developer (King.com). Google Play (like Facebook) take no responsibility and referred me back to the developer. I contacted them again a week ago, and still have not heard back. Where is the protection for the consumer?

Facebook is merely the merchant venue through which the game is offered. It is not offered as a partnership with FB. If you feel you have a case against the game's maker, go ahead, but trying to sue FB would require you proving they are acting as a vendor while in full knowledge the game is violating their terms of service with the game's maker.

I have being playing bubble witch saga for sometime now and have paid for lives but the game takes the lives i paid for and 6000 coins. I have tried to complain to king.com but nobody has got back to me in over a month.

Useless annoying piece of ###
I've struggled with this stupid game for month to years so far only to constantly fail and stay stucked at the same spot
What a ###! I blocked this ###. Only wasted my time and nerves
Don't ever try playing it
It will only break the nerves of everyone who might try

This game turned out to be quite the scam playing a level everyday that turns into weeks then months ridiculous . Also quite happy to take your money and still to no avail can you pass a level . Shame on King for putting these scamming games out there. You don't mind paying the odd few $$$$$ But it's to no avail. A money making grabbing game is all I call it. Frustrating Dissapointing The Public .

Fixing to delete this game. I get so mad when I have a certain amount of bubbles left in my cauldron at the end and less than half pop out to bring up my final score. That's just an example. What a rip off. This happens every time I'm to the end. I never get the same amount of bubbles as my cauldron says even when I buy extra. Wasting my $ and ripping people off! I spend money with this app frequently and i'm not getting what I pay for. I have no problem putting a few $ into a game but if I cannot get the benefits of the money I put into this entertainment I will quit playing and I will recomend to everyone I know to quit playing. I am also turning this over to facebook authorities.

King.com scammed out of money

I had been playing on king.com for years for free. Every visit I was encouraged to "transform" my free account into a cash account by giving them money. I don't know why but I recently did just that. I gave them some money and in return got some addition cash for joining. Shortly thereafter I started seeing notes when playing games that I wasn't allowed to play multi-player games because they were "investigating" me. So I sent them an e-mail and got a number of BS standard e-mails in return. Then they TOOK money from my account. I sent a furious e-mail. They in turn gave me back my original deposit and closed my account. The funds they had given me as an "incentive" were taken, as were my winnings. King.com is a scam.

While playing kimmys arcade On November 5th I purchased $2.00 for gold bars to continue the game. Didn’t get it so I purchased two more times for a total of $6.00. This happened once before and I want a refund.

If CC Saga wasn’t rigged or controlled it would be fun to play. But with the game controlled it is. no longer fun. You can only win a level when you let the people playing win at your choice. The games are so rigged!

One minute I have gems and the next minute they're gone it's happened to me a couple times I don't pay to get out of jail I don't use them. I've even spent money on your game a few times but I'm getting sick of my gems

always disappearing I work hard to get them and then they're gone

I am absolutely livid. I was well over 350 days without missing a day & go on tonight to find i am back at day 1. Can you explain why please? I definitely played it yesterday.

Also, the spinner keeps losing segments for no reason.

I am on 1509 and have been playing for a couple of hours. I bought a 19.99 bundle and did not get more than 3 hours of play. The bundle was for 12 hours of play. (09/04/2019) (from about 9:00 am) Please refund my money, this is not the first time this has happened. Please look into this for me. thank you for your time. jeanette behnke

I'm owed at least 50 free games.. days of free post time. This is redicuous. This happens a lot.. with the video I'm sending it was the 5th time trying ... please help me out with this. It's not fair .. I'm on level 4965 .. though I'm good at this game I also spent money.

You're suppose to have 30 moves to solve this but I only get 19. This is literally, impossible. Why the change in moves? I will have to stop playing.

I am stock on level 440 and can not cross the rail way since I am not receiving any help from friends. Always I used to get help immediately, I suspect that my massages are not going out or in.

unauthorized money transfers using my PayPal account.
Games freezing -winnings not posted or credited.
when I attempted to deny access to my billing.. I started losing Tournaments and my PC got a virus?

Back to back screen freezing when I almost completed a win on 7139. I used gold bars twice 20 gold bars lost and I would have conquered 7139 id the screen did not freeze. I am furious and a long time player who has spent lots of money on the game. Can't take a chance on replaying and losing more gold bars. HELP PLEASE

Always tells me I only have 1 gold bar hardly ever gives me boosters ,and when I finish each game when push the play on t never lets me play on so if you can’t help me I would rather delete my account which I tried already but it won’t even let me do that Thanks Randy Tattersall

On 7/9/2023 I inadvertently paid for a "bundle" twice. Each $59.99 was charged to my American Express card. I was ok with that and received all things paid for on my Kindle Fire tablet. The next day I went to play and everything was locked out. Instead of the hours and items it was only showing Locks. There was no way I could access them.
