All of my tools have been wiped off, at least £60 worth, I am furious and want to be reimbursed ASAP. Absolutely ridiculous, the game keeps cutting out loosing lives and now this. My email address I use for correspondence is [protected]@live.co.uk but the one on my Facebook account is [protected]@hotmail.com. I had 91 coconut wheels alone and have lost a lot of money.

I purchased extra lives and on 10/26/16 I had 121 gold bars saved up. This morning on 10/27/16 I noticed that I only have 1 gold bar. This is So very uncool and I would expect to either be reimbursed for my purchase or you some how figure out how to put them back. I can see that there have been several other complaints about the same type of issue. I would hope you you are working on resolving this issue and making it right for the people that have been effected.

This is related to the game called " candy crush " as well as " soda " . I updated the game on my iPad and then I noticed that I cannot complete the level as the game shuts down completely . I HATE the new candy crush update! The game board sucks and is not as appealing as the old version. It's hard to maneuver on the game because everything is so "chunky" I stopped playing because it sucks! Sad sad sad! I loved that game during my down time at night.
This is the first problem I have had with Candy Crush Saga. I won the game 647 and moved on to play 648 about 10 times then I got moved back to 647? If they can't give up credit for games we have already won and we have to play them over then it's not worth playing anymore. Sounds like people have much worse problems than me and that's not a good sign!
I tried to give this a second chance because I really, really loved this game, but it locks up my entire laptop, takes forever to open if it does at all, the graphics are tiny and pitiful. Seriously? These can't all be issues caused by porting away from Flash, particularly not the ugly new look of the game. I am having the same problem as the first, second, third ... Person so why can't you fix this problem everyone is having. I was just playing on level 675 and I used 3 of my candy and was just about to win and it kicked me off as if you didn't want me to win. Ellen Degeneres was saying last year how great it was to play this game so I started to play it everyday it was great but now it's frustrating I wonder if I wrote to her about this now what would she say now. I play candy crush all the time. I have had a couple of problems with the game where gold bars disappear, and when my pad broke and I replaced it with a new tablet I lost all my gold bars and bonuses. I wrote to candy crush to no avail. I am now stuck on 1810 and have been for days, I refuse to spend more money as it is so easy to lose what you spend without any reason. Level 1810 is a speed level and I am 75 years old, not as quick and dexterous as I used to be. I feel this level is made for the young not for the aged. I feel that candy crush should look to the people who play their games and reply to their querys. Not ignore they people they rely on to play their games.

I, ve lost all progress on candy crush app as I deleted and re-installed it due to it crashing, now every time I try to play it takes me back to level 1 even when I connect to Facebook . I have contacted King on numerous occasions and they pass me onto automated FAQs which are no help whatsoever and do not resolve my issue . King must be able to retrieve my progress using my email or Facebook password .

I have consistent black-outs with the Candy Crush and the Candy Crush Soda. I have also lost money with this problem and I'm tired of it. The game is not enjoyable anymore. This company is unreliable and, from reading the reviews, they are noticeably unresponsive to customers' issues. Have you noticed that they don't post any phone numbers for technical problems? Same thing happened to me on lots of different levels. I did report the problem to Apple iTunes Store each time it happened and they refunded quite a bit of money. However the last time I reported it they said I should stop buying boosters as they weren't going to refund any more money. So I did

They have cheated me out of hundreds of dollars. Most recently I paid $29.00 on the "Marvelous Mix" and all I got was the 250 gold bars but none of the 27 lollipops that was part of the package. I'm putting a stop on that credit card transaction & filing a complaint with the BBB. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED ONE RESPONSE BACK. At least 30-40 times after buying extra moves to win a game, as soon as I use the moves & win the game, the screen goes black and I have to play that game again. This company is cheating so many people out of their money but I'm going to do everything in my power to get this out in the public eye and get it stopped. I've also called a local TV station & got a response for an interview & then they will investigate & expose the problem.

The same thing has happened to me at least 30-40 times on the game Jelly Crush. I just paid $29.00 for a special called "Marvelous Mix" which consisted of 250 gold bars & a variety package of the 4 lollipops for a total of 27 pops...I got the gold bars but no pops. I've sent at least 5 emails the past year with no response but this time I'm filing a complaint with the BBB & stopping payment on my credit card for the last transaction. I'm not stopping until they make this right.

Candy Crush Saga have boosters to help with the game. Half the time they don't work, but they still charge my visa! This morning alone I spent nearly $10 for boosters that don't work but they still took my money, March 6, 2016. I would like a refund on some of the money I have spent on this as this is 4th or 5th it has happened! This morning my issues are with level 409, the switch 2 candies booster would not work. It always seems that one I have the problems with. I don't like spending my money and getting nothing in return, it gets very frustrating! Please help!

Friends tell me they do send help/lives, so are you holding my lives in hopes that I will spend $$? level of difficulty on certain boards
You've done it now! I've thoroughly enjoyed playing Candy Crush and completing the challenges you have planned for each board. I made it to Level 1038, however this board is, in my opinion, miserable!
You've made it so difficult, that it isn't even fun any more. I can just imagine the programmers snickering devilishly among themselves, as they must realize that they can screw with the players' minds. And, I have paid plenty to buy "helpers" in order to clear a board. It seems absurd that you'd want to discourage players by making certain boards too hard.
In my opinion, you've managed to take the fun out of it. Maybe some people enjoy the difficult boards - but for me, you killed it. I am sick of trying to complete Level 1038 - so I have no other choice then to quit playing. You win!

It's really annoying the wen i purchased gold bar that get deducted wen I accidentally hit extra move, it automatically deduct the gold bar. However, if you don't have the gold bar and hit the button in error, it asked if you want to purchase and you can cancel if you do not. Why can't you let me confirm if I want to use the gold bar or not. It goes for all of your games and its very frastrated. Why would I want to buy gold bar wen k know I can't win the games. In the past week it has STOLEN 50 gold bars from me. Today was the last straw. You know how you get to click on the wheel once a day to win prizes?!?! This is my second complaint for same issue. I paid you money several days ago to go on to 201. My money was accepted by you but issue was not resolved. I am still waiting. You need to refund me! You took money, cost me the gifts to take advantage of during the time period, and I am still waiting for my third friend so I can play. This behavior on your part is not acceptable. Totally disgusted. My next complaint will not be to King. You don't seem to get the message. You just take the money without the exchange for merchandise.

I'm on level 880 which requires you to get 800, 000 points in 45 seconds. I've achieved this 4 times in the last few weeks and it says a bomb is about to explode and won't advance me. I also have a friend who plays and she always finishes first with points. Not only does she finish first but she's always a million points ahead of anyone. It's impossible to finish first anymore. For 5 days I have asked. Zero friends have responded. On other King games where I have no bars, friends always respond withing minutes or hours. Seems absolutely like a ploy for King.com to force me to deplete gold bars, since response here is not uniform. Duplicitous company.
