Whenever i try to log in the w101 symbol. It all ways bring up a sigh the say '' Unable to lauch game. Please download and run the Wizard101 installer again. '' But everytime i redownload it. It brings the same thing up. But it will let me bring up test realms on w101. I'm mad and confused why it will brings up the test realms instead of the regular game. plz help.

I have tried to stop wizard 101 from taking their monthly fee out of my account and here it is again this month. I tried to call them but they said to leave a message on the website which is what I have done already. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau.
Chat Restrictions
Why can't we type numbers like two or 2 it’s getting on my nerves! I mean I have to say too to say 2 or tree to say 3 why can’t we type numbers dangit! It makes me confused sometimes, and why can't we at least say crap instead of crop? I am so confused; sometimes it takes me five seconds to figure out what someone is saying. Why can’t we say anything like that? Oh and why do we have to pay to go to other worlds and some places its driving me crazy!

While developing Wizard101, we realized the style and content of the game would appeal to all ages. As a result of our young audience, we decided to incorporate safeguards that make online play a generally safe and positive experience (especially when dealing with other players).
We have excluded numbers from the chat system to ensure that children who don't know better cannot easily exchange private information.
As for stating your current level, health and mana, the Menu Chat system has these pre-formed statements under the Friendly -> Stats section.
Unauthorized Money out of my account
Unauthorized money came out of my account, and drained my savings account to cover it. I don't know if it will happen again, but I will be sueing for money recovery, and emotional stress for not knowing if any other money is going to be coming out. I won't be a to pay my normal bills without worring if I have the money to cover it. So the money you took, I just want you to know that was food out of my kids mouth! Thank you so much for screwing me over!

Sex and Death Threats
While playing Wizard101 my son received a threat from another player who said they were going to kill him, but first have sex with him. Then they listed our address. I tried calling King Isle Entertainment, but there is just a message to go to the website and email any questions or concerns. I did this, and the only response was that they needed the character name used for the person sending the threats, which my son did not remember.
With the subscriiption and crowns, we spent $300 + on this game, and for that amount spent, absolutely lousy service when there was a concern about my son's safety.

I agree I have screen shots of people being racial and making remarks of watching porn on this game, no child should play this game without adult supervision, it's the open web and there are predators on this site, your children are not safe as KingsIsle's only concern is selling packs, gear, and mounts, look at their 12 days of x-mas which is supposed to be about giving and yet their first 2 days are about you the consumer having to buy, I stopped buying membership as of 12/06/2018 and have spent my last dollar on this site and would advice others to follow suit.. 4 maxed out characters, life, death, storm, fire...

KingsIsle Support, You have a lot of nerve coming here feigning a 'very serious' posture on this issue. The more I thought about your response, the more incensed I became, and why I came back here to tell another such tale so parents would know what to expect in your games, both Pirate 101 and Wizard 101.
I have personally reported nefarious activities within your game with date, time, and character name of the offender. A player was dancing (an emote within the game users can use) behind me screaming how good it felt to gRAPE me, along with other sexual suggestions. Your response could be summed up, I am sorry but you are a Free To Play player, change realms.
One of KingsIsle's 'hands-off solutions' was to pawn off in-game policing to a user based Hall Monitor system, with the inevitable result of those Hall Monitors abusing the powers they granted them. KingsIsle has yet to take a proactive stance, has no contact number, has an email department that cannot seem to resolve anything until the third email. The only call to action that KingsIsle has made in its six year history is when it comes to banning users that take advantage of loopholes in the game due to their own poor programming/testing. Sorry KingsIsle, but I know how you have been, and what you have done in your history. Their previous endeavor was ShadowBane, a game that triggered a class action suit forcing them by court order to keep the servers up because users had recently paid the company for in game currency (a Free To Play standard item).
To all parents, you should probably avoid allowing your children to play any Free To Play games unless there is a working contact number. KingsIsle has proven to me over and over again that email only contact with customers is grossly ineffective.
UMad?, they can check chat logs. Kingsisle Support, You should take this seriously, as should have your email department when this parent contacted you the first time. This kids address was blasted on the open chat screen and your email department missed this?
How can they catch the guy if you can't provide sufficient info.

automatic billing on credit cards
My grandson no longer plays this games and it has been billed to my credit card for about 4 more months. I want this game cancelled and I want a refund to my credit card. I also want to know what my next srep sould be should Ithis not happen.

I have been playing Wizard101 for more than 2 years and I have found the game to be fun. Back in April 2016, a friend of mine bought a 2 month pre-paid gift card ( $20 ) for me to use. I successfully redeemed it and had two months of membership. In July 2016, I bought two $10 Kings Isle gift cards for my sister's birthday. However, when i tried to activate one of the cards, it said the card was "INVALID"! The card said "NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS ONCE THE CODE HAS BEEN SCRATCHED OFF". My sister decided to give the other card to me, which I was able to redeem. I know that the invalid card was different. When I tried to redeem my 2 month pre-paid card that was already used, it said that the card couldn't be redeemed again. Who knows if someone used the code by entering different numbers and letters and hacked the game.
Kings Isle should be more responsible and respond to people who NEED HELP. It would benefit both the company and the people who play it. So far, they have the safest mmporg on the Internet with all the filtered text chat and ability to report and ignore rude players. A company is a business, and their job is to earn money- I understand that.
All I'm asking for is BETTER CUSTOMER SEVICE...

Dear King, s Isle, My grandchildren play Wizard 101 and it looked so fun I started playing. We made a second wizard for their two cousins and my daughter also liked the game and she also plays. We love everything about this game and are elated to be part of the Wizard community. I did purchase a bundle for one grandson and he loves it. Yesterday I purchased a gift card from my bank and it won.t accept it. I AM EAGERLY WAITING TO PURCHASE CROWNS AND IT WON'T ACCEPT MY BILLING ADDRESS. I really like the seasonal fish, the basking in the sun shark, Christmas in July, the cool Birthday celebration and the excellent Halloween surprises. We get excited when we are able to open up new areas and hve new Quests. Crafting and gardening are so much fun and all the cute and adorable pets and the mounts. We never tire of playing. Since there is no way to edit my above post, I will amend it here. The above listed number may be a KingsIsle number, but it in no way will that number give you access to a live human being. It is simply a voice mail number.
The main story is full of holes. First, there never has been a contact number for KingsIsle. Good gracious people, call your banks, and stop the unauthorized reoccurring charges to end this 'nightmare.' There are numerous ways in which KingsIsle is a bit underhanded, but not for the reasons listed here. These are all solvable through the complainer's bank.
For the kid sitting here begging, try the free games to earn crown to buy those areas yourself. However, this kid is a perfect example of what is wrong with the game environment. Begging is rampant in the game, as is scamming other users. Why parents should avoid allowing their kids to play this game without adult supervision. There are posts regarding realm WU (a server of the Wizard 101 game) that is plagued with kids that are trouble makers.
I have been playing Wizard101 since 2010 but they keep muting me and suspending me from stuff that is like, weeks or months or even years before they muted or suspended me. They say that the suspension is until the 19th but it is now the 20th and IT'S STILL NOT LETTING ME PLAY! I have e-mailed them telling them to get my account back but they haven't replied. Talk about fairness.
I don't believe you should even be able to ban, mute, suspend people on a game. It is a stupid and heartless idea. The 'terms and conditions' is stupid. The people from Kingsisle are bloody rude. They don't care about the people who play. They are greedy and always want money from me. They sometimes have this offer: But a year's worth of member ship for the LOW PRICE of $59.99! I mean, LOW PRICE? $59.99? It is a huge rip-off when the regular price is $69.99. Everything is expensive.

@nickielh good luck i am still trying to get bbb to understand they LIED to them about not having a us base which means they cant claim non us base laws. my complaint was about them HIDING facts from their players about it being a demo and not a whole game like the ads say "play for free at..." which means i dont have to pay a dime to play the whole game.
This company is ripping people off, especially parents. My son has several times stolen our debit cards
in the past 4 months, even after getting new ones and hiding them, and used pay pal to buy $4000 worth of crowns. We've tried to get a hold of them but no working number to stop this and close down the account. So going to complain to the BBB and and other place and going use medium to slam this game and their polices and not allowing parents to control minor's accounts allowing them to steal money for crowns.

I agree with all of you. I am playing this game and I trust them at first. I thought they are a good company but they are not. They are being mean to me by muted my character when I got hacked by a jerk in the game. That jerk was tricking me, he said that he was the manger in the game so I gave out my account to him and he took it. I was scared and nervous cause that is my first account. So I send kingsisle email and ask them for help and plus I learned a lesson, I can't believe that was a trick. But then they said my account will be permanently muted and I still didn't get it back! I was argue with them about that and no matter how many times i explained they still don't care and they are now IGNORING ME! I have call their number but no one answer only the system was talking. My mom have payed a lot for me to play the game cause I have bad depression and she was mad so bad!

Wizard 101 took $ 650.00 out of my checking account without authorization. I have emailed them twice, had my bank contact them, called the Better Business Bureau in Texas and contacted the Attorney General's office. They have refused to return my money. I will not give up. This company is fraudulent and should be put out of business.
