This complaint is about the company KingSize. I ordered 7 items for my son's holiday gifts. I paid through paypal and sent to my postal box. Paypal did not say that I needed a street address. When checking the tracking it said it had been delivered but I never received the item. When checking with the shipper Fedex they refused to tell me where the package had been delivered. I had my daughter who happens to live in Abilene, Kansas ( I live in Oklahoma) check the delivery picture and it was delivered to one of her old addresses in Abilene, KS. She talked with the lady at that address and she told my daughter she returned the package to Fedex. Fedex told me I would have to file a claim with KingSize which apparently is also Full Beauty Brands. I talked with a lady who was from overseas and she told me I would have to file a claim on their website, and that Fedex had used a third party deliverer, however, I could not find it. I am very frustrated because I feel like I have gotten the run around because someone did not look at the address and sent it to the wrong state. I have however filed a claim with paypal and am waiting for their reply. This is not rocket science. Please help!

Desired outcome: At this point I would just like my money refunded. I will never buy from KingSize again!
