Will not buy from them again!
I must say that Knitted Belle Boutique gave me nothing but headache and I had the worst online shopping experience with them. I have purchased three items from them and received my order quite fast. I was very impressed with such a quick delivery because shipping was free.
Anyway, when I was about to try everything on I realized two items were damaged. Knitted Belle support said I'll get a replacement and asked me to ship damaged items back. I sent them back and after that nothing happened. These guys stopped replying and I never received a replacement or a refund. Will not buy from them again!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Total rip off!!
I've ordered a pair of cute shoes from this website and size was incorrect. So I contacted Knitted Belle Boutique customer service and told them that I want to return the shoes in order to get an exchange. They said that I have to send them back first and then I'll get another pair.
Returned the shoes and heard nothing back from Knitted Belle Boutique. Then they contacted me and said that replacement and refund was not possible because shoes were damaged! That was not possible since I never even worn them.
Then I told them that I want to get them back and they said that it was already too late and that they donated the shoes!
Total rip off!
We responded to this and this was resolved long ago.
The seller is dishonest guy, who refused to return money back
I purchased two knitted sweaters from the company www.knittedbelle.com. I got it on time, but when I opened the package, it turned out that the quality was horrible. I immediately contacted the rep and told that I wanted to get full refund and returned the order. The seller told me that I could return the order and he would return the full sum and for return postage as well. I returned the purchase and never heard from this basta*d again. Crap.
This is a fake review. You never ordered from this company.
Items took 6 weeks to arrive without notice of back order. When needed to return items, was told credit to store only (a policy which they do not disclose at point of purchase). Owner, Carina Hatton refused to respond to my requests for refund. Terrible customer service, poor delivery.
