Phone got broken before Christmas. Phone has warranty on it. I have spoke to customer service and Koddo at Mall. Also spoken to insurance and no one is willing to fix it. Had to get temporary phone but still paying for the phone that I cannot use. How can this phone be fixed. Last call was two weeks ago and said they would look into and get back to me and no one has. How can I get this phone fixed that I am paying for and not using.
Desired outcome: would like phone fixed or refund of not paying for phone on bill. Phone got in August of 2024.
