Dear Sir,

I bought my Sim card [protected] from Koodo on the 8th of November 2023, after some days I change the service to virgin,due to internet connection, it was pretty slow

I contacted the customer service and I asked about the next step and full payment amount in order to close the account completely and make sure I did not miss any amount and he did gave me the amount which I paid it later on, without mentioning anything about a new billing cycle that I must wait or anything related

By chance I was applying for credit card and car loan I gkt shocked saying that I have 2 month unpaid bill and your score is low

I called again, the lady apologize and she transfer me to Mr. Marlon to assist me, he told me that this is not your bill you have payed Extra 40cad in your account, then after a while he said no this bill is for Brenda the old owner of the Sim card, again after a while he said no it is your bill but somehow it came after the billing cycle.

A small mistake from the first customer service made me standing with no credit card no car loan as per the bank eligibility.

This is so unacceptable! I don't need an explanation anymore as I have got a lot of wasting time explanation

What I need is to delete this delay from the credit score

You know better than me about Canadian rules and regulations I guess since I'm a newcomer.
