I bought last sunday one tshirt (sale item) i didn't checked at that day that was single piece ,it was damaged in back side near sleeve small three holes yesterday I saw that damage so today I went for exchange & explaining to staff & manager (Filipino lady) only my cousin wear then he noticed damaged so he put it back but she said NO ITS ALREADY WEAR blaah blaah something, she didn't believe the customer opinion & item in selebel condition but still ,she need to resolve the problem over then she blamed us , IF NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND SO WHY MENTION ON BILL WITHIN 14 DAYS & SALE ITEM EXCHANGE... IBN Batuta mall, Koton store bad service I'll never go again that store...

Today at 4 pm I went to logon store which is located in circle mall , JVC , Dubai
And made a purchase for 218 aed, while I'm paying I asked the Cheshire if I can return he answered yes you can within 14 days. I went back like 30 mins later because my brother didn't like what I got so I went back to return because he said it's fine to do it within 14 days and it only passed like 30 mins then he told me no you can't refund and that's what the receipt says , well he told me before I pay that I can refund but when I went for a refund he refused to say the truth which is he told me I can refund with a 14 days.
It's my first time to purchase from such a store plus I run a lot of big social media brands and never been in a situation like this with such a bad attitude. I want a refund as this is the minimist I'm asking for in return of the worst experience I had in the store today.

Order made, confirmed and apparently shipped from Istanbul on December 31st 2019. Delivery on the website says 3 - 5 days. It is now January 9th 2020 and no order has been delivered. Customer service said they would investigate and call back - they haven't and today no one is answering the telephone. Disgusting service. These items are supposed to be gifts for tomorrow - what am I supposed to do now? Money was taken from my account immediately, but no products have been delivered.

I bought a purse from Koton in Istanbul (Istiklal street) and within a few hours of wearing it, the strap broke and the fabric was ripping. Very bad quality. (Pictures provided). Not to mention the HORRIBLE staff working there. They were EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. While talking to the cashier, she said "Stop talking, I can't hear you" to OUR FACE, disrespected my mother who was standing next to me, started yelling at us and overall they have TERRIBLE customer service. Koton used to be a very respectful store and with good quality; now when in the Istanbul store, instead of shopping we get humiliated and disrespected? How can they treat customers like this? Very terrible and this will definitely be the last time I, or anyone I know, shop there.
worst cashier in bodrum meltdown mall today!!!
Today 7 july 2017. I went to koton store in meltdown mall aftet i picked up what i need i went to ask the lady on the cashier about the exact price after that they had 2 cashiers with 2 costomers so i stand in line behind one and my neice behind the other the male cashier stopped so i was expected to be next, instead of explaining that the line is strangly to side way she ignored us and passed 2 other ppl before us and when i was stonshed and asked what about the line she was very rude in the way she point us to the line she choosed.
I am a constant costumer to koton i have never been treated with such rudeness nor arrogance.
I hope that this get corrected

Terrible customer service
The Koton furniture store in Munich has terrible customer service. The store attendant asked us if we live in Munich, and then refused to show us products or open the adjacent area for us when he found out we were tourists. Said he was too busy to help us, even though we were the only ones in the store. Horrible company and horrible customer service - don't waste your time.
