Kecuaian polis bantuan
Good evening. I am Mahandran Govindaraj , ic number [protected], a regular customer of KTMB . Today I took 0510 hours Ets from ipoh to kl Sentral. After got off from the train, I were on the elevator to check out. Due to long queue near scanning machine, the passengers cannot move once reached the top floor. The Police Bantuan only stopped the other passengers from getting on the elevator after the officer asked her to stop. She is paying attention. I am on sling on my right hand couldn’t get on the floor and nearly fall down on the elevator if my son and other passengers didn’t help. They hold me from felling on the elevator and got injured.
If I got injured, I will be in trouble and KTMB also would be in trouble because of the carelessness of the Lady Polis Bantuan , her name starts with alphabet A. When I approached her , she is quite rude and asked me to complaint and make a report. I think this kind of staff will jeopardise KTMB and the public. I just after my shoulder surgery three weeks ago and I am on my way for Physioteraphy. I felt deep pain when I nearly fall down and I hold the elevators side belt with my left hand. J felt very upset and the pain is still there on my shoulder and in my heart.
Hope this kind of incidents won’t happen in future and keep save the life of the human beings, including the Polis Bantuan.

Desired outcome: Give a stern warning to the Polis Bantuan and teach her how to appreciate the lives of the public with the responsible given to her. She is very young and if she continues like this , she will be a liability to KTMB
Rude security @ guest service centre at batu caves

Ok, this is what happened. We bought KTM cards at kl sentral for adults only because as far as we know the kids (5 & 6 years) don't count because we used to follow the LRT and children aged 6 years and below ride for free. Upon arrival at ktm Batu Caves, the security @ guest service center scolded us in a loud and rude tone while saying the kids need to paid and told us to pay at the counter. Ok, fine. We understand if we are the one who make a mistake and we ask in a nice way but is it necessary to shout and insult us? In this case we were wrong from the beginning because we didn't ask the rule that children should be paid from what age to what age, but do we need to be shout? We are a family of nearly 20 people using ktm service for the first time and being treated like this, how would you feel if you were in our place. There were babies and children and the trip was quite far from kl central and when we got there we were shouted at and abused by unqualified staff.
Our other issue is that KTM and IC cards that have been filled with money cannot be used even though we have already paid for them at KL Sentral. Since the IC cannot be checked, so, we feel a loss because there should still be some money inside that has been lost. The man also gave us a card by slamming it in front of us. Then, there had been some arguments and shouting between us. When asked why he had to shout and get angry at us, he said he did that because we didn't want to pay and tried to run away, but he didn't realize from the beginning that he was shouting at us. We had also lined up and had no intention of running away but since some were carrying babies, we told them to leave and find a place to wait. Is KTM doesn't do training for their employees? They are not taught how to serve customers? Even if not trained, it's the manners and discretion taught from childhood how to talk to people. Is there no virtue in the worker? Why do you have to be rude?
The last sentence he said 'don't come here again'. how can he as a guest service center representing that place issue such a sentence by rejecting us from visiting that place. We should be the ones who should say 'this is the first and last time we set foot in this place.' and yes, it is enough to have the first and last experience in your own country. We will not set foot there again because the tourist center is not welcoming to visitors. We are outsiders who come there to see your place as guests, we don't expect special treatment, just show good manners. If foreign tourists see it, isn't that a shame for our country? Batu Caves is one of the tourist attractions, the staffs should be friendly with customers, instead of treating customers as refugees or criminals, if wrong, reprimand them well.
As a guest relation officer, who is the front line needs to have discretion and pure values as Malaysians. We are also among the front line workers and guest relation officers who have taken various trainings and attending various kinds of people but we are never rude to our patients, customers or guests. And this is the first time we were treated like criminals at Batu Caves.
Desired outcome: KTM, please train your employees not to be rude to customers, it's embarrassing for your company and our country Malaysia. Please emphasize ‘Manners maketh Man’ to him. Thank you.
The lighting and service in the train
Its 2.44 am in the train from kl sentral heading to padang besar. Lights are all so bright. Maybe can consider to dim the lights if not nearing the stops ao that could allow passengers to rest as they travel and also instruct other passengers to be considerate as some people are talking as though there is a party going on while the rest are having trouble to rest with the bright lights and loud noises. If it was in the afternoon then it would not be much of a problem but its close to 3am now.
Desired outcome: Please do something about the ligtings and also monitor on noise levels made by passangers
Passengers play smartphones outloud
ETS Ipoh to Kl Sentral 15 may 12.02pm
Throughout the journey the two passengers behind me at row 10 were playing outloud their smartphone music and movies. I was hoping the attendants will convey some form of basic etiquette to these passengers but nothing was done. I hope the staff in charge will do the needful to ensure a conducive environment is available for all.

KTM Arrival time
I’m writing this complaint about the KTM schedule in which the KTM doesn’t comply to.
Route: KTM Petaling-Pelabuhan Klang.
The schedule for the KTM supposed to arrive is 7.44pm and by the time I’m writing this is 8.10pm, and the KTM is yet to arrive. This makes your service is 26 minutes late and that is unacceptable. Please improve your schedule and let us passenger know the status of your KTM through announcement. Your station manager also did not inform us that the KTM will be late.

Omgggg dari dulu sampai skrg I naik ktm never have I ever panas gila duduk dalam ni. Minggu ni I ulang alik naik ktm tapi tiga tiga kali tu there’s no aircond dengan ramai nya cuaca panas pula panas sangat. Tolong la fix macam duduk dalam sauna tahu tak. Train I hari pertama is kl-seremban, kedua seremban-kl, ketiga kl-seremban. Harap maklum ketiga tiga perjalanan ni tak ada aircond

Saya telah dicharge double price dari seremban ke kampung raja uda iaitu sebanyak RM 22 lebih padahal 2 hari before saya baru naik ktm jumlah sepatutnya hanya RM11. Semasa saya tng di kampung raja uda, staff hanya pelik sepatutnya jumlah RM11 dan hanya mengatakan "takpe lh mahal sikit janji selamat sampai". Dan satu lagi saya tunggu dekat ktm seremban tu dari pukul 3.30 petang, sejam baru train sampai. Lepastu kena sidai lagi dekat kl sentral. Elok2 boleh sampai awal, ni pukul 10 saya sampai rumah..dh lh saya kena sidai berjam2, kena double charge pulak adeh
Bukit badak station. No parking during weekend. Even the station guard always seen to be missing and sleeping in car
Sat (29/04/2023) 7:53am. Bukit badak station. I parked my car in-front of the station, since the pay parking were close and station parking is not allowed. Then sleep guard called me and told, cannot park in-front the station, then i asked him where to park than . He was telling you go park somewhere else and not our station is not responsible for your car. I not asking him to take responsibility over my car but i just need a proper parking. I hope to someone high in-charge to look over this issues. Is just not safe here when every time i heard about tyre and car stole here. Or is this issue link with these people working here. Because its always unsolved.
Perkidmatan kaunter ktm sangat teruk
Kejadian ini berlaku pada 24 april 2023,jam 4:20pm di ktm subang jaya. Tng card saya tidak boleh digunakan. System itu tunjunk kard ini tidak sudah disahkan. Oleh itu, saya pergi kounter sana tanya pekerja perumpuan itu mengapa system tunjuk kard ini tidak sudah disahkan. Saya tanya mengapa lard ini tidak boleh guna? Dia minta saya ulang apa yang system tulis. Tapi selepas ulang,dia minta lagi saya ulang lagi dengan suara yang tidak seronok. Selepas ulang, dia terus marah saya, cakap saya cakap apa.
Perkidmatan dia sangat teruk, tidak minat untuk bantu orang selesai masalah.
Desired outcome: Saya harap perkidmatan ktm boleh meningkatkan, terutamanya perkidmatan kaunter.
Ladies Coach is not solely for ladies
Today 13.26 I boarded on Seremban station towards KL sentral. The ladies coach is full of those males. I can understand sometimes that other coaches might not have enough spaces. But when I passed by other coaches (which not mention ladies coach), the coaches are empty enough for those men to board. Please please please be strict on this where only females or family can board at ladies coach. It's really not a good experience to board KTM where I purposely go for ladies coach but the coach was full of men. They even push me in and kep touching me 'accidentally' all along the way to KL sentral. Please take action on this!
Desired outcome: Please be strict and ask the station officer to check and clear off men in the ladies coach for each and every station. If not, then just tear off the 'Ladies Coach only' sticker on the KTM since it's not true!

This is not the first time I complained about it. What the purpose of ladies coach if there is a guy always been there. What the hell police doing in KTM. Don't you can come inside the coach for recheck. Do you guys thinking that women's can fight to a guy who are really dumb and stupid till he comes to sit ladies coach. You guys also cal always check on cctv footage in train but you guys also didn't want to take any action. Are you gonna take action only if there is pervert guys is it. Do something that benefits to all.
Desired outcome: Maybe ktm can consider to do a coach just for guys.
No one attend at Counter KTM Nibong Tebal

I waited at the counter for half an hour (since 3pm) without anyone attend at counter and no one answer even i keep calling “halo” for many times. There’s only a small plate to tell “please wait SOLAT/TOILET”, for my understanding, solat/toilet may takes 30 minutes or less than, so i just waiting for the staff comes back. But still no people here after i have waited for 40 minutes. I understand that the staff will have breaks, but at least mention your break time at counter to let us know that the time we should coming back.
Your ETS train service delayed too long on the 24th Mac 2023 from KL To Ipoh
We regret taking this ETs train on 24th March 2023 7.03pm to ipoh which was suppose to leave at 7.03pm but delayed till 8.15pm. There is no announcement about the delay. Your staff a the counter is also not sure of the delay. Is his how you do service to customers. Your service is like [censored]!
You have no excuse of the delay since the is scheduled service. You should be prepared with the service as scheduled and give excuses about delays. This not first time this happening.What kind of service are providing.I will make a official complaint to the transport Ministry.
Kemudahan TnG
1. Wujudkan sekurangnya satu mesin TOKEN / TOP UP untuk pelbagai jenis kad TnG. Tak kira lah untuk IC, Watson, RapidKL ke. Apa guna cip tu kalau tak boleh guna untuk TnG.
2. Wujudkan Qr Code pay kat setiap kaunter KTM. Zaman sekarang dah maju, semua pakai kad / qr code.
3. Ajar orang² kaunter untuk empati lebih sikit. Bagi solusi atau idea bernas. Bukan relaks je padahal tengah free.
Staff Service at KTM Bangi station
lack of sympathy , trying to embarrassed me because I have topped up my ktm card balance with coins . that's all I have now, everyone has a hard time and I'm dealing with it now , im struggling . your staff has spoken without taking care of sensitivity by saying "Duit syiling lagi? Jangan lah setiap hari duit syiling, "
And i said "sorry awak ni je saya ade ..ni je yg tinggal" and your staff replied "pergi lah tukar dekat bank" ..i starts work by 8am n finish by 6pm , so when should i go to the bank with only 15rgt of my coints... i just came to top up the balance yesterday and this morning only during the incident ... so what does his meant by 'every day'? ... I was sad and cried into the ktm on my way to work because of your staff's words. It is unacceptable to treat people that way during their hard time ... welldone KTM ! U guys successfully made someone feel ashamed today .

I am about to take the KTM which leaves at 11.44.But the LRT I took was late, and I was late, but I got there before 11.44, but it was gone, and it was going to waste me an hour, you know?Not only today but this time, I also tried to take a bus every hour before. Hi I am Kaliamah I already bought ticket to Singapore 3/2 8:45 am to Singapore.
My husband bought me and usually we scan passport we can proceed , and no need to show ticket but today officer working there suddenly ask ticket need show .When I contact my husband and show payment And booking ticket also he never let go coz need show printed ticket .

I really disappointed with KTMB staff who do not have any device to check also rather than bring out new rules everyday.KTMB working in gate entry 8:30am ETS Johor Bahru really not fit to proceed work, cannot work efficiently.
They can easily call and check passport and let go because this their fault changing rules every time .keep walkie talkie for nothing .

I am on the train service from KL Sentral to Batu Gajah
Thank you for providing us the service. What I would like to point out for improvement instead of complaint.
Everything is good, on time and clean. Except ONE particular thing is NOICE POLLUTION from the train announcement and TV constantly playing with LOUD MUSIC.
I am not relax at all. We are force to listen to the noice all the times. It is not advisable to take this train because 2 hours journey is hard to bear for the ear and causing headache.
Desired outcome: I wish the KTM management can adjust the suitable volume, turn off the music that constantly playing, TV playing with no sounds. So passengers can be relax and rest throughout the journey.
Poor service and no accountability
On the 29/12/22 I went to the seputeh station and bought a ticket to seremban. I asked when is the next train. No one could give me an answer other than to say wait. Then another passenger said maybe about 15 mins. Half an hour later we are still waiting. The train was 'late' and then on board the train. As we approach salak south, we were informed that due to communication error the train will need to sidetrack. Another 10-15 mins delay. Then when it started to move again. Passengers were told that it will not be at the usual speed. No reason was given.
Desired outcome: Better service. Reliable schedule.
Passenger not wearing mask in the train
People are required to wear masks in public transportation, as we all know. I am extremely disappointed that the KTM staff on the train did not even take the initiative to inform the passengers to wear the mask during ticket checking. If he is a covid positive patient, he will infect a few people in the carriage. I understand he was on a online meeting during his ride but still wearing mask would disturb his conversations. KTM should take swift action in this regard. I am one of KKM's employers, and we work tirelessly day and night to care for a covid patient. We do have family to look after. If irresponsible people are allowed to live freely, there is no point in us working so hard for the country.
