KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu review: Constant failure of lifts in bukit mertajam railway station

I lodged an official complaint on the failure of lifts in the KTM Bukit Mertajam Railway Station on the KTM FB page as follows:

I wrote an official complaint via messenger to KTM Berhad on their FB platform on the constant failure of lifts in the Bukit Mertajam Railway Station which has caused severe inconvenience to the passengers including my mother who is a senior citizen most recently on Monday 22 Jan 2024. There is absolutely no other mitigation plan in place to even help the passengers most of all the elders who need to walk up several flight of staircases, and instead of giving me an official report number after informing me here on messenger, when I asked for it they blocked me on messenger! I will not hesitate to take this up further. I am shocked with the audacity of blocking my messages. I will be escalating this and sharing all the messages in this platform where it is clear that I as a member of the public in lodging an actual problem have been blocked without any sort of resolution.

I am bewildered and cannot fathom what sort of unprofessional behaviour is this of blocking a member of the public when they are lodging an official complaint just because I asked for the complaint number. I'd like to know who is manning the FB page and I am going to escalate this further.

Attached are the screenshots where i was BLOCKED on your FB messenger page when I asked for more questions. I will certainly be escalating this as I am shocked with how this is being handled.

You can be sure I will not let this rest as such behaviour by a govt body is unacceptable and I will be pursuing an action if this is not resolved soonest.
