ticket worker
I want to make a friendly complaint about the service I have in Ktm jb sentral. 24.9.2018 2:45p.m. I arrived at ktm jb sentral I am late for my train so I go to a counter where no customer buying tickets and ask for help that I want buy a ticket to Paloh the ticket is around 2:55p.m. From a lady worker at the 3rd counter where is still closed and she ask me queued for the ticket. She said "Sir still got time you better queue now". So I queue for the ticket, but when until my turn to buy the ticket in the 1st counter. Another lady worker tell me that is time up the train run already around 2:55p.m. . At the time I want to buy the ticket I never tell the lady where I want to go I only tell I want a ticket the train run now. As long as I never tell her where I want to go she is the one should ask me where am I going right? Instead of letting me to miss my train. To improve your company service please take some action on this and don't let other customers feel the same. Thank you and wish you have a better service. caj terlebih pada kad touch n go
Smlm saya naik tren di stesen bank negara pukul 6 lebih. Disebabkan kerosakan alat talian di antara stesen rawang-kkb, kami terkandas dlm tren hmpir 4 jm dan tiba di stesen serendah dlm pukul 11 mlm. Kad touch n go yg diimbas di alat pengimbas telah menolak duit sebnyak RM 10 sekaligus. Apabila hal ini ditanyakan pada pegawai bertugas, dia hnya menjwb dia tidak dpt berbuat apa2 dan tidak dpt memeriksa kad kerana mesin pengimbas tidak berfungsi. Masalahnya ini bukan masalah kami sbg pengguna. Sudahlah smpi sgt lewat, caj harga perjalanan pulak dikenakan secara berlebihan. Hal ini bukan kali pertama kerana sebelum ini pun, mesin pengimbas pernah tidak berfungsi apabila kami balik pada waktu ptg. Apabila ditnya pada pegawai, dia memberikan jawapan yg sma dan menyuruh kami mengimbas kad di stesen lain. Jika tidak, baki kad akan ditolak lg RM10. Oleh kerana tidak mempunyai masa untuk ke stesen lain, maka baki kad sy telah ditolak RM10 pada hari seterusnya. Sy berharap pihak ktmb dpt bertanggungjwb akan hal ini dan memberikan refund pada sy. Hal ini mungkin perkara kecil bg pihak ktmb tetapi merupakan perkara besar buat sy yg baru bekerja dan mengalami masalah kewangan. Jika setiap kali baki dlm kad ditolak begini, ini akan membebankan sy sbg pengguna. Sekian.

Today's train (12/09/2018) at 6.43 at midvalley late by 17 mins.
Unacceptable!
It's been going on since the first time I started using your services from the year 2015.
It's understandable if the previous government was too inefficieunt.
But now that there is a new government, how come it's still the same?
Why haven't you guys fired all those inefficient workers at your company ?

Hi,
Starting from this week, I'm facing issue to purchase KTM train ticket through KTM official webpage on-line purchase.
Webpage keep prompting out error which I never face it become previously. Previously, I only need maximum 5 minutes to purchase train ticket from JB Woodlands. With this webpage error, I need more than 30mins try and error and this this is really frustrating.
KTM might be saying I bought ticket during peak hour but I don't think so. Peak hour is on everyday morning ~9am. I'm purchasing train ticket on evening and still having problem to purchase it/
There are multiple types of error I'm receiving from KTM official webpage during online ticket purchase and I attach inside the photo. I hope someone from KTM is able to solve it ASAP.

I am in 7.45pm ETS train from Butterworth to KL Sentral now (Mon) Two of the three toilets were closed. I believe only one has problem. I used the other one earlier before the train departs. I want a refund because it is not convenient for me who has weak bladder. I expect reply within one week. The cleaner just smiled at me when I asked him why. I suspect he wants to minimise cleaning work by shutting the toilet. The management should do onsite regular and surprise check. Or provide a hotline for customer to lodge complaint immediately from the train.
improper information for passenger
Good morning,
This morning, I planned to rode on KTM from Sungai Buloh station to Putra station to attend the MATTA fair. Without notice, I waited the train for around one hour.
Then I went to the KTM counter to ask the staff, but there was only one staff there who was busy to service other passenger. So, I asked one of the clearner there and the cleaner told me that NO MORE train to KTM Putra.
After that, I refer back to the train route board, it still shown train route to KTM Putra, this made a big confusion for the passengers. Then, I lined up to ask the KTM Sungai Buloh counter staff, the man told me with a non-manner way that I didn't read the notice on the board (he expect all the passengers read a small notice on the board). The problem was I wasted my time to wait the train and they still charge me RM 10 ( touch and go card). The man said it was a penalty, if I wanted to claim back the money, I have to go Nu Central KTM.
It was totally an improper information for passengers. Some more I never see any improvement of KTM.
ladies coach
Hi as much as I know Ladies Coach is for ladies only, there's a lot of reason why this coach was invented, but why I keep seeing man sitting here? To say they didn't aware.. it was written outside the train's body. A lot of people.. the normal coach is empty. I have use KTM service for quite a few times already and I keep seeing this thing happening over and over again. Shouldn't there be charges on them? I believe most of them are gatal because they kept staring at my friend non stop. My friend experienced this matter everytime. It was a very unpleasant condition isn't it? There are CCTVs around. I wish you guys are aware of this matter. Thank you so much.
timetable
Hi, I am a University student from Klang.I need to complain about the timetable .It is really bad, I always miss the KTM train, 6:37am.Before that, the timetable was at 6:42am.This time table is too early, although I wake up at 5:30pm.And between the train timetable, It was between 30 minutes everytime, this make us wait for 1/2 hour for do nothing.What if the timetable can be more early on touch to 6:30am and the second train be 7:00am onclock? The reason is most of the school bus schedule is 7:05am and 7:35am.Although we miss the 6:30 train we still have the 7:00 train.

Me and my family was on the train no. 9425 on 27 August 2018 from Ipoh to Batang Melaka.
We were seated on seat 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B.
I could not help to notice the sound created by either the door or the ceiling as the train moves. For once, I was not a pleasant sound.
Not only that, the vibrating sound of the door just adds to the sound.
Personally, I felt that this should not happen.
I hope someone could look into it.

The worst public transport in Malaysia. unreliable, stupid management, third world service. What a shame in Malaysia we still have this awful public transport. Can u imagine stuck in middle of the railway during morning peak time. 15, 30 then 45 minutes gone standing in the train.This is awful.Malaysia cannot afford this kind of service..please do something ..new Malaysia government
ktm station punya pekerja memang tak guna!
Saya tggu komuter dari kajang nak ke tbs dari pukul 10 lebih sampai pukul 12 tak sampai sampai. Lepastu pekerja station tu dah tau takda lagi tren takda langsung inisiatif nak bagitau kami yang tren takda. Dahla display jadual tren tu tak hidup. Lepastu pekerja pun tau tau dah hilang. Habistu kami yang nak naik tren ni macam mana? Menipu la kalau kata taktau kami ada dekat bawah tu tengah tggu tren lagi sebab cctv dah penuh kat situ. Tolong bertanggungjawab sikit la. Kalau dah tau takda tren tu letak la papan tanda atau tutup jalan nak turun ke platform tu. Jangan tau nak duduk dalam aircond tu je. Nak kerja buat cara nak kerja. Jangan tau nak berlenggang kat dalam counter tu sampai masa balik terus, pengguna pulak yang merempat
payment done but no ticket availability
On 12/8/[protected]@ 2pm I booked to and returned ticket for my daughter at KTM BM - Tanjong Malim, during that period 25 seats were available, and payment done as requested by the service at one of the 7 ELEVEN KIOSK. Later my daughter received an email from the KTM service telling that the ticket to BM not available and only back to Tanjong Malim was emailed to her. And when my daughter was upset the counter service said that her money for the first ticket will be accounted back to her account in one month time. Still awaiting and feel unsatisfied why in a few moment after booking all the 25 seats no more available?
It happen to me too...purhase ticket online, deducted my debit card...at the end...cant boarding...need to purchase new ticket...double charge...but lucky they refund back the first purchase...but unconvenience.
train times
At first was quite satisfied with the previous schedule from kampar to Sg buloh. There were a lot of options to choose and passengers did not have to trouble themselves to find other ways to travel down. Then after having the app and all that, the schedule was set to only 5am to 7am for only one trip per day. What about other times? This is very inconvenient for most people and I seriously urge ktmb to set schedules properly.
train delay every saturday and sunday
The scedual time for the train to arrive is 6.20am but i have already be in Ktm Kajang since 6.00am there is no any train here yet many people here are wait for so long. I think you guys have to take my complaint seriously. And now it is already 7.02am still no train. Please take action as soon as possible or else i will make things difficult for the Ktm Sdn Bhd
time of selling ticket
I wonder what's the reason of restricting a certain time period in selling both KTM train and ets ticket. I understand that the ticket can be bought online. However the counter has its purpose too especially for the elderlies. I believe that the purpose of having a counter at the station is to assist and help people with any queries and purchasing tickets at all time, hence I strongly recommend that the service is available during the working hours of the counter.
student i-card application
I have made the payment through online banking (RM33) when applying for the student i-card. But when I check my payment status in the application status, it is written no payment perform by customer. I am sure that the payment is successful and I have checked the transaction status for my bank account (RM33 is deducted from my bank account). I have also received the email telling me that I have paid the money. I hope that you can solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
komuter breakdown
My daughter board komuter from rembau to kajang at 4.35pm and she texted me at 5.30 telling that she and all the passengers were stranded at somewhere near labu and they had to wait outside under hot sun because the komuter not even stopped at the station. I was so frustated that ktm did not even tried to help the passengers at least waited at the nearby station and it was damn too long! They had to stand there for an hour! Please do something on your services!
student i-card application
Dear KTM, I have paid on my student i-card on 31 May 2018, and until now which is 15 July 2018, I still haven't receive my card. I have made payment of RM35 on it and now I cant use discount price since the card still haven't received. I really not understand that I have paid and it almost waste me 2 months! Why I still haven't receive the card and I keep pay the original price! The purpose of applying the card for us is that we are student and need discount. Then now KTM does not send us the card, what's the meaning that we apply ? The terms and condition there also mentioned that "CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE WITHIN 20 days", and now i have waited for almost 50 days. Please be concern and efficient for this issue please.
Train captain's maniac torture behavior.
Waiting train in Bandar Tasik Selatan station, a train arrived from Serdang to KL Sentral at 8.45pm. When it stops at station, it will honks loudly to disturb people around. Sometimes I wonder, can the racist train captain see outside from the control room to honk the train whenever he sees Chinese people. Because I was blocking my ears with my thumbs to reduce the damage from honking, there was no honk. But if I was too busy checking my phone, he sure honks to hurt people around. Today I forgot to block my ears and he [censored]ing honks twice to provoke people around. [censored]ty service, always late with a racist [censored]ing captain, pricy ticket and we are moving toward wawasan 2020, what a [censored]ing cancer of ktm could be.
