missed power bank and broken trolley
Team,
I along with my family travelled from kochin to JFK Airport on April 7 2019. During the baggage check at Kuwait they requested to keep my 2 Power bank and mobiles in a separate bin. When i take my bin back I came to know that one of my power bank is missing. When i complaint to Kuwait airlines guards they requested to check my bags. I couldn't find the missing one. Guards took my baggage to do another scan to check the missing power bank. They couldn't find any and when they just pulled the trolley from the conveyor they broke the handle. They never apologized for the missing power bank or the broken trolley. I complaint to Kuwait airways authority ( assume he is from GeForce team) He promised me that I will receive compensation soon and requested me to register a complaint. Never heard back from him again.
I have attached the complaint letter which has the reference number. Looking forward to hear soon.

What happened: due to delays my connection to bangalore was missed. The new flight I was put on did not have my luggage so I arrived without my luggage. I reported to baggage reclaim and they said they had no idea where my case was. I gave them my number and I contacted kuwait airlines. 24 hours later they called to say they had found my luggage.in the meantime I had to work and had to buy clothes to go to work. I had to go back to the airport to collect my luggage which meant a taxi journey there and back which also cost me money and time and inconvenience.
What I want: I would like a refund for all the expenses incurred and a goodwill gesture because it has been a terrible experience.

Dears, , my family ( wife & kids & maid ) was supposed to travel from doha to cairo 7-May 9:30 AM and arrive cairo 3:35 pm...booking reference ( RQVASP )...i received message 06-May 12:49PM from Kuwait airways telling me that the flight has been cancelled and the new flight will be at the same day but at 19:10PM and arrive at cairo 08-May 00:45 PM, This change made our plans upside down due to the following reasons:-
1 ) My kids did not go to the school at the next day because they arrived cairo late night.
2) My daughter missed a test at 08-May.
3) My family supposed to attend an important family gathering at 07-May
and they missed it.
4) I booked and paid for the original booking because the flight was at the
day time and the changed flight was at the night time.
5) I changed my working schedule at 07-May to drop off my family to the
airport.
6) We spent much money due to that change because some arrangements
has been changed.
So, i am waiting for considered compensation from Kuwait airways due to the last minute change ( specially that i guess that this change for pure economical and saving money reasons )...

we lost our check in bag when my father traveling from usa to india
My father traveled from jfk to chennai on 6th may 2019 at 7.58 pm in ku118 flight and exchanged the flight in kuwait on ku343 to chennai on 8th may 2019 at 1.20 am. His name is purnachandrarao kasindula and his eticket number is [protected]. At chennai airport he gave a complaint and received the acknowledgement copy for the same. refund because I was denied boarding because of damaged passport
Dear Sir/Madam,
Me (Ashesh Taparia) and my wife (Surbhi Bhararia) had a flight to board on 20th April 2019 to Istanbul via Kuwait Airways flight KU-302 at 5:25am from Mumbai. At the airport we were denied to check-in by Mr. Abu Faiz Shaikh (your Airline Traffic officer). The reason of such denial is because my wife's passport (Name: Surbhi Bhararia and passport no. Z2965723) was damaged. Your checkin in officer said that the passport was glued when he opened the passport cover. He told that someone in the visa granting process or passport transit process has damaged the passport and put in a cover and sent to you. We requested him that we were unaware of such an issue because the visa was granted and passport was sent in a cover. But we were denied checkin and Mr. Abu Faiz Shaikh made a note of it in his system.
As per directions from Mr. Abu Faiz Shaikh, your ground staff (Air India crew) clicked our passport photographs, entered our names in the register at the departure entry gate number 6/7 and escorted us out of the airport.

We called up Kuwait Airways on 20th April 2019 for refund/rescheduling our tickets. We were informed that we need to contact our agent for the same. Our tickets were booked through Make My Trip, so we called and initiated refund request immediately. However we are yet to receive a proper response from them. All we get is that the airline is not reverting back.
Request you to please initiate refund. Required evidences you may cross check at your end are as follows:
1. Request you to please check the same with your employee Mr. Abu Faiz Shaikh at the Mumbai international airport.
2. You may also check the CCTV footage of your checkin counter from about 3am-4.30am for evidence.
3. You may check the exit register of the Airport Entry Gate no. 6/7. Your ground staff entered our details and escorted us out.
In such cases, where in you are denied checkin at the airport what is the refund procedure ?
Also we should at least get refund for our return journey on 29th April 2019 for which refund was processed on 20th April 2019 itself.
Request you to please help us out in the above matter. Please let me know if you require anything else to process the refund.

I boarded my flight from Delhi at 2am(IST) which was supposed to be arrive at Kuwait at around 3.30am (according to Kuwaits time) but I missed my next connecting flight to London which was scheduled at 5am (according to Kuwaits time) from Kuwait. I had made my other commitments in London for my further travel, and I'm going through a loss of my money due to delay of the airlines. I would request you to look into this problem majorly and take serious action.

I Bharathi hanumanthu travelled on KU354/ (BLR/KWI) 24/01/2019 and was sent back by Kuwait Immigration authorities. And I was surrendered my passport voluntarily and without any compulsion to the authorities. my passport no. S4319264 is with Kuwait airways after verifying the correct reasons for deportation with the Immigration authorities. I am aware that I have to pay Kuwait airways an amount of INR 25000/-. And same I already arranged the amount to pay but the office in bangalore telling that from 2 months they didnt receive any passport from Immigration authority. kindly send my paasport to bangalore I need to travel abroad.

Travelling from Delhi to Paris via Kuwait by Flight No. KU382 on 28.02.2019 and from Kuiwait to paris by flight No. KU167 on 28.02.2019. But we have not received one bag while reaching at the paris Airport and we have been informed that the bag will come to your hotel on 2nd March, 2019, but it doesn't come. when we returning back on 10th March the same is not found on the paris airport also.
We have lodged the compliant at the Paris Airport and there were nearly 12 to 15 other persons also in the same flight without or loss of luggage.

It was new Rimova suitcase value euro 1050, plus I spent euro 500 in hotels and euro 400 to buy winter clothes but I did not get any claim from kuwait airlines also staff in airport was very rude, I can't carry that suitcase so they make a claim plus photos & gave me a very cheap suitcase and asked me to send my claim by e mail
I sent many e mails to airlines but did not get any reply till today

504 on Saturday, May 18, 2019 leaving from Beirut to Kuwait. I was sitting in 24 C and left them in pocket of back of 23C.
I have called Lost and Found one terminal 4 and even visited the airport starting from the next day for few days

I had the worst flight experience ever !
and really was shocked from the flight attendants behaviours and manners ! and for sure will never ever recommend or take this experience again booking on Kuwait airlines.
Im a person that is very into details and i always book the last aisle seat at the back of the plane ...
this special seat i always make sure its reserved on any flights i take, and due to my lifestyle and business as an Arabian Horses Breeder and Show Competition International judge im always flying with different Airways Companies,
What happened on this flight was Extremely Shocking and unbelievable.
My Story :
For my bad luck all the flight attendants were sitting behind me chatting as if they are having a gathering in a cafe!
1st they were very noisy and their voices were really loud !
it was a night flight and i couldnt sleep ... yes to this extend
2nd there was a dislike spell i dont know from where it was coming .. but it was not just a smell it was something chilli that made them, me and the guy sitting same row aisle but from the window side started sneezing !
what the one of the flight attendant did was more horrible !
with a chatting joking stupid way ... one of them jumped from his seat to open the storage above the seat infront of me .. he got some kind of fragrance and started spraying at their sitting area ! he was not even trying to discover that the odd smell was irritating the passengers or not he was really selfish and unprofessional he just wanted to please his stupid silly colleagues spraying this fragrance ...
me and the guy next to me was suffering from allergy so what we did we put masks or something like to prevent spelling this [censored].

The stupid silly thing Armenian flight attendant while flying over Kuwait about 15 min before landing she was looking from the last left window of the plan with a loud smiling laughing voice screamed ( Fire ... Fire ... oh my god kuwait on fire )

Kuwait Airlines have lost our luggage and failed to deliver with our flights to Riyadh Airport. Our journey with Kuwait Airlines was from Dhaka to Kuwait and then transit flight Kuwait to Riyadh.
When we reached Riyadh the transit security confirmed our luggage's have not reached Riyadh on the flight, therefore they do not know if it is lost in Dhaka or Kuwait.
We had then reached our final destination from Riyadh to Heathrow via British Airways for which the luggage's has not been checked in with our boarding pass for the final destination with the last transit flight as they failed to arrive at Riyadh
We have logged lost luggage's with Heathrow also but am very appalled and disappointed and cannot believe the amount of inconvenience this has caused.
I would like my luggage's located and delivered immediately.
All the luggage check in tags and our boarding passses are attached as images along with photos of our luggage's.

This is Tabassum Junaid from flight KW 205 on Wednesday. I am deeply traumatised to find that my luggage was compromised. I have been asking around to register a complaint and just came across your site. All my bags locks were broken and items stolen
I have a very high suspicion the people you hire for unloading are responsible. I have been sitting in deep regret seeing the amount of items I lost. These include medicines, decoration items, makeup and clothes. I have no idea what to do now. One of my bags that I bought just a week ago on my trip is damaged from the handling of your unloading staff. And one bag in particular has had a lot of items stolen as I paid for its overweight size at jfk and on reaching its weight was reduced to half. Please tell me what to do. I implore you to keep a check on the staff handling unloading as this is unacceptable. I have called the managers in Pakistan who have talked to me rudely. This is against politeness and code of conduct of a renowned airline as yours. I am deeply hurt. I want to know who will compensate for this!
laptop claim : rfp 9696 (seized at kuwait airport cause unable to switch on due to battery drainage)
While Travelling from New Delhi to New York, at Kuwait Airport Security, my Macbook pro was seized as I was unable to switch on my laptop and charger was in check in baggage. On my way back I tried to collect my laptop but due to insufficient time, I could not but given the RFP number : RFP 9696 sby the staff so that I can claim the laptop at New Delhi airport bu sending email to delkkku@kuwaitairways.com .

KU118 was one of my worse experience while doing my international travel from JFK to KWI.
Incident 1 :I asked for water, "Just Wait ". That's not mannerism.
Incident 2 :I asked for kids meal, " flight does not have a kitchen to cook and serve, you need to book it online". Ridiculous behavior and rude service.
and many more such incidents. The only person who was efficient and good was the first class Crew. The lady named Yeown was the worse. She never smiled and acknowledged any situation and requests.

Actually me and My husband were travelling from Madina (saudi Arab) to New delhi(India) via transit in kuwait by Kuwait Airways and when we reached Delhi we found out that out of our 6 luggages 1 luggage was missing. Delhi ground service help us file a missing complaint and created a Ticket and ensured us to deliver our luggae at the given address in a day .But as we enquired about the luggage they updated that it is neither in kuwait nor reached Delhi, and they think probably the luggage is left out.I have been constantly emailing and calling The Kuwait Airways Delhi but every time they drop the phone saying they will get back to me in a while, but never called back . This incident of luggage misplaced and the response of Kuwait Airways says alot about your customer services. The irresponsible behaviour of not responding back to the customer may cause you losing your customer. As for me i will never again risk flying with Kuwait Airways.. Just get our luggage back and I am done with Kuwait Airways.

I travelled from Frankfurt to New Delhi via Kuwait. I left Frankfurt on 23rd Dec and reached Delhi on 24th Dec early morning. My last connecting flight was KU383 from Kuwait to Delhi.

I traveled with my family including a kid and it is very difficult situation for me to spend my time without my daily needs stuff.

I Mini Sanchai travelled with my daughter from New York, (John F Kennedy Intl) to Thiruvananthapuram, via Kuwait airlines KU 118 and KU 331 on 11 December 2018 but on reaching Thiruvananthapuram i did not find my baggage which contains 4 bags (2 big bags & 2 small bags). Due to which I suffered a huge financial loss as it contains imp. documents and other valuables. Or else i will be forced to take a legal action with huge compensation against your airlines.

Flight was late arriving from London to Kuwait, the air stewards on plane said the connecting flight (same airline) would wait for us, as they knew the situation. Regrettably they didn't wait, resulting in my missing out one day of my holiday, in which I had treatments booked, therefore I lost money on that day. Coming home we had problems, resulting in our having an extra flight to Doha. Needless to say I am looking for compensation.
