lost luggage
I travelled with Kuwiat airways on 22nd sept 2018 ( KU 118) from JFK to kuwait and further to chennai ( KU 343). I had checked in 2 American tourister bags of which I only received one at chennai. One Red color bag is missing. I have been desperately trying to contact chennai office but they say they don't have much information. Jfk hasn't replied to many mails since the day of event.
I have extremely important and invaluable documents in the bag including my original college transcripts. I was coming to India to graduate and now I can't until I get the documents. It's exettemly crucial I get the bag as soon as possible. I am in extreme turmoil and need some strong action to be taken. Please get back to me with any information as soon as possible.

Booking Reference number for e-ticket. WXWF05, date 19th June 2018 to travel to Bangladesh; Sylhet on the 30 JULY 2018 and returning on 29 August 2018.
On traveling to Bangladesh; Sylhet, date 30 July 2018 with my husband and 11 year old child. Flight number KU 102 plane was delayed for 3 hours.
The connecting flight had taken off without without us. Missed flight KU 285 and got delayed for over 16 hours. me and my family were taken to a hotel where i had to share a double room with my son, no clothes to change into, did not know what was going on. On arriving in Dhaka suitcases where damaged and things inside the suitcases had become damaged too. If that was not the end to my problems.
On my return back to England, Flight booking ref: KU/WXWF05. I receive a phone call telling me the bus taking me and my family to Dhaka from Sylhet was cancelled, Flight KU 906. I was told I had to make my own way there. You can imagine the worry and stress i was going through in having to organise a taxi and pay extra for the journey that was already covered as part of my flight paid for by myself.
I would like to claim compensation for the stress me and my family had to go through, paying extra money for what was already included in my ticket, damaged goods, and delayed flight for over 16 hours, due to first flight being late in arriving to it's destination, Kuwait.

Till date Kuwait airways has not refunded the online cancellation of PNR V9NJEX since July 2018. When enquired with their refunds team on email [protected]@kuwaitairways.com they claim to have processed the refund back to the K-net card bank account used for doing the booking but are unable to provide the bank transaction details.
No refund has arrived in the bank account and no banking transaction details to verify with our bank provided by Kuwait Airways refund team.
They have even stopped replying to emails. Surprisingly they don't have escalation email address also to complaint against the same.

i am writing to complaint about changing flight bookings with kuwait airways without any valid reason. i booked flights for my below named children well in advance with your prestige and well recognized airline.

however, it has been very disappointed to note that as the fare rising we are being informed about rescheduling the flight by change of dates and long waiting times at kuwait airport or apply for refund which is inappropriate. our original bookings were made on the basis of passengers' convenience and early bird fare advantage but now it is being changed by kuwait airways without considering their comfort and early booking advantage. their flight rescheduling is affecting to attend events, and returning to london is adverse impact due to change of date and long transit waiting hours at kuwait airport which would adversely affect them to attend their college/university or resume work schedule.
i paste below their earlier and rescheduled booking for your perusal with the request to look into the matter and would appreciate if their original bookings are retained.

flight delayed indefinitely due to negligence of kuwait airways
Respected Sir / Ma'am,
I am Souvik Maity, a Kuwait Airways customer, on flight KU 167, for 4th September, 2018, flying from Kuwait to Paris at 7:30 AM (Kuwait time).
This is to bring to your kind notice that Flight Number KU 167 from Kuwait to Paris has been delayed by more than 4 hours now. It was scheduled to leave for Paris at 7:30 AM (Kuwait time) and reach Paris by the afternoon.
However, due to a technical snag from your end, and the flight not been correctly inspected before hitting the runway, I had to deboard the flight as asked and have been waiting in the airport ever since. Unfortunately this is negligence on your part and I am unnecessarily been made to wait.
Because of this, I shall be missing my train reservation, I shall be reaching my destination much late, shall be unable to access public transportation and incur financial losses of more than 250 Euros. This inconvenience, hence, calls for compensation from your end to mitigate the related financial burden which is added on me, because of a fault on your end.
I hope you look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

theft from mt cabin baggage
Dear sir
This is the to inform you that some one has stolen a brand new IPhone 10 from my cabin baggage from flight from Kuwait to Bangalore, yesterday night. That is flight dated 30th August 2018 flight number KU 353
He has broken the latch of the zipper, opened the bag and has stolen the phone.
After removing the phone, he had kept the lock inside the bag.
I noticed this after reaching my home.
Please find below some of the pictures of my bag and the lock broken condition.
You are requested to kindly register this complaint, investigate who HS stollen this and help me to get the phone.

i’m complaining about the service which is very bad
I was in flight number KU620 under name of Sally Ebrahim my TV screen was not working this is the first challenge I had, I have asked the Philippino flight attendance and her reply was "try to refresh it may be it will work and may be not as most of the TV's are not working" which is un professional answer for me then they bring the meal and my sandwich was "expired" I have called the flight attendance and asked her to smell it and she agreed it is expired she took the meal and replaced it for me, however the second sandwich was expired as well then I called the Philippino lady and she told me the smell is normal for her with a very rude way and this is the second answer from this lady is not profissional at all. I refused to eat it and she took it away.
This is not acceptable at all I am traveling a lot and this is my first time to try Kuwait airlines and I will never try it again and will never recommend it to any of my friends.

I Malik Shipra travelled from New Delhi to Jeddah via Kuwait airlines KU 384 and KU 787 on 22 August, 2018 but on reaching Jeddah i did not find my bag. Due to which I suffered a huge financial loss as it contains imp docs. and other valuables.I filed complaint with file no KU16279 at Jeddah airport but up till now received no information regarding my baggage. Itinerary detail :
· I booked 2 nos. Of kuwait airways ticket thru online for kuwait - chennai - kuwait
· the pax are :

· the ticket was booked in kuwait using my personal kib visa credit card.
· kib emphasis travel insurance which I availed it for my ticket only.
Grievance detail:
On kwi - maa sector:
· on the day I travelled from kuwait to chennai it was ramadhan timing.
· the etd of ku343 is 6:00 pm
· but after boarding on plane, the flight was on runway till 7:00pm
· after 7:00 the plane take-off
· since we were fasting, the time to break fast was 6:45pm - but, the plane was on runway.
· as the security before the gate, removed our water and dates, we could not break the fasting.
· the flight attendant did not provide even a cup of water, as they told the plane is on runway.
· it was about 7:00pm the plane take-off and after about 10 minutes the flight attendant provide us a cup of water, which we got after a long argument.
· as an islamic country kuwait - as a islamic carrier kuwait airways - have not provide or take necessary measurements for ifthar time, knowing muslim passengers have fasting about 15 hours; either they must have been allowed to bring water with them or airline should have provided it.
· but, other carriers during same period, provide with an ifthar pack and take dua'a as credit from "saayimeens" during ifthar time.
· further, as the flight is delayed for take-off, the landing was also delayed.
· the flight reached at 2:10am at chennai and henceforth our connection transportation to required designated village also got delayed.
On maa - kwi sector for abdul bari kaleel ahamed - pnr # s2eglk - e-ticket # [protected]:
· the flight reached kuwait airport on-time, even earlier - but our baggage on the conveyor belt was so delayed - nearly 90 minutes - approximately less than two hours.
Note these points:
· delay in take-off

· no proper arrangement for fasting passengers
· and delay in receiving baggage
Have created me tension & stress and got annoyed, which bothered me to write this letter.
Kindly review my grievance on my about said points - both inward and outward travel and hope you will give me good solution.

lost baggage
I travelled from Kuwait to India Kerala Thiruvananthapuram airport on Kuwait Airlines and my 2 baggages was lost and it's been 5 days till now and I still do not know the status of my bag. I had to buy new clothes as the missing bag contains all my clothes costly things . The unknown status of my baggage caused a lot of mental agony and ruined my total schedule as it had many important documents. I made several calls to find the status of the bag . I travelled from Mumbai to Kuwait and then we are actually I had a exit reentry visa expired so the government of Saudi Arabia didn't allow me to enter the kingdom so they deposit me from the same Airlines Riyadh to Kuwait and then back to Bombay and I paid near both 27000 to the Kuwait Airlines and you hold my passport until I I didn't pay and it was 24th of June 2018 when I reached Mumbai early in the morning near about 5 a.m. 24th of June from then until now I didn't receive my luggage even I paid your Airlines for deportation from then until today I called maybe 50 or 60 times your helpline number making complaints about my luggage you know if they told me wait for 48 hours until we are able to trace your luggage but still I am unable to collect my luggage I was staying in Mumbai for 2days actually I am from Kashmir and I was waiting there but today's I paid my hotel bills and food and still I am not able to get my luggage and then they said me ok go back to home we will send there on the Srinagar International airport and you have to receive from there so please help me what should I do ?thank you very much
booking without a ticket (according to ku)
I bought two Air Tickets via Ria Travels for Kuwait Airways flight to India from JFK.
After purchasing the Tickets & paying on-line for them, Kuwait Airways said that Fraud was detected they processed a Refund for the amount of the Tickets to my Bank, without notifying myself or Riya Travels that there was a booking made without a Ticket. I had the E-Tickets & when the Website was checked for the booking, there was never any indication of any problem with both Tickets.
When my children (JEK & KJK) tried to check in for their flight, they were told that they had a Booking without a Ticket. This issue could not be resolved between Riya Travels & Kuwait Airways, resulting in both passengers missing their flight..
Afterwards Ria Travels indicated that they received a document(enclosed) indicating Airlines were sending out a Fraud Notice after 51 days.
Also an investigation by my Bank, Citi Bank, did not indicate Fraud on my Debit card ( Citi Bank Mastercard - enclosed).Kuwait Airways refunded the total amount paid in two equal payments, which was not noticed by myself.
If there was any issue with payment to Kuwait Airways or the Ticket, We should have notified. Instead When the booking was checked on line, it indicated that both passengers were booked & had seats, even giving the same e- ticket number. Thus a Fraud warning 51 days after the payment was take for two seats, is False, since they were cancelled by Kuwait Airways, without letting the passengers know there was an issue or notifiying them of a refund since Ticket was not issued, even though both passenger & Travel agent were unware of any issues with this booking.
delay in flights which resulted in loss of my valuable time and businesses
My both the flights from kuwait to frankfurt and from kuwait to mumbai got delayed and missed due to which i have suffered physical and mental stress and also loss of time and business.
I had a exhibition in Frankfurt and instead of reaching one day before i reached on the day of exhibition that too late.
I paid healthy amount in exhibiting at Achema 2018, Frankfurt. You can check exhibitors list which shows booking of stall in the name of Sigma Roto Lining LLP.
I missed important meetings with clients and as a export manager of company its on my head to answer the management.
Both the flight details are attached for your reference.
I strongly believe Kuwait Airlines should release suitable compensation for the same.

We are a family of 5, and had traveled from Mumbai to istanbul via Kuwait in flight KU-302 AND KU-155) booking reference number: J9I66R
We are vegetarians and had booked veg meals while web booking. There were two senior citizens who travelled with us and had to face huge inconvenience as all 5 of us were not offered our lunch during our connecting flight to istanbul from Kuwait. With my father and mother on the flight we had a hard time managing as both are aged and one of them is diabetic.
We also would like to give you a positive feedback on your new fleet of aircrafts which are quite impressive and are value for money. But sorry to say and very disappointed with this kind of goofups.
We have booked our return flight too with Kuwait airways on 20th of May from istanbul to Mumbai.
We kindly request you to confirm a vegetarian meal on our flight from istanbul to Kuwait to Mumbai.

rudeness and misbehaviour by crew member mr. fahad bloshooe with the passengers on ku-383 on 8th may 2018
Hello Kuwait Airways,
We want to lodge a strong complaint against your crew member on board Mr Fahad Bloshooe.
We were travelling by flight no. KU-383on 8th May from Kuwait to Delhi. Our ticket numbers are [protected] and [protected].
Your crew member on board Mr. FAHAD BLOSHOOE was very rude with us and misbehaved with us on the flight. He spoke very rudely and said that ‘Go and lodge a complaint against me, I don't care'. He even refused to provide water twice even though the seat belt sign was turned-off. We made the same complaint verbally to his supervisor after deplaining.
You will have to take strict action against him, failing which we shall initiate appropriate action against Kuwait Airways for failing to protect customer dignity.
Please let us know your action plan for taking an action against Mr. FAHAD BLOSHOOE

Hello,
We had originally booked a round trip flight from Bangalore - Kuwait - New York and back to Bangalore
from New York on Aug 3. However, our flight from New York (JFK) to Bangalore (BLR) was cancelled.
We contacted New York Reservations office, They booked another Itinerary with 2 stops( One additional stop over)
and a 7 hours delay. This is a great inconvenience as per our schedule, and additional stress on a
senior citizen, due to additional stop.
Please consider the inconvenience caused and additional stress on a senior citizen,
due to additional stopover. Its our humble request to compensate for the same and loss of time or help us
re-book with a different schedule (Etihad airways has a schedule which matches our original schedule).
Additionally, the customer service at New York has been very unhelpful in this regard. We hope to hear
back a positive reply soon.

When i make search for the ticket from Doha to Cairo on 06th may flight with layover 05:40 hours after i booked i find the flight earlier plus duration with layover 11:45 hours which is not acceptable for me Plus More Expensive almost 200+ QR i can't please i need the other flight that i found which's duration hours 05:40 or to refund my ticket to be able to reserve another flight i try to call the numbers no respond .
