This morning (5/30/2017) at approximately 5:30 am, I stopped at your Hudson, Wisconsin store located just off I-94 and Carmichael road. There were no breakfast sandwiches available. In fact, there was only one item on the hot food service station. I asked when it would be re-stocked. I was informed the kitchen person "was on a smoke break".
A cashier did offer to make some sandwiches, but they would take about 5 minutes to make. I do not have that time to wait. At that time of the morning, many people expect these items to be available.
This is an unacceptable way to run a business.

I was in you store on 4th street in Watertown and I witnessed the store manager reprimanding an employees out on the sales floor. Date is 11th of May 2017. I understand that sometimes is it necessary to "scold" your employees but it should not be down out in the open where there are customers nearby, it should be done in a private area. After being reprimanded, the employee walked away bawling her eyes out. This is horrible management in my opinion. It makes me sick that Kwik Trip lets it's store manager treat their employees like that.
unethical behavior
Yesterday evening, around 7 o'clock, my boyfriend and I went to our local kwick trip, two blocks away, like we do every single night almost. We are always getting candy, baked goods, coffee, and chips there. We even get coffee there quite often. I was going to stay in the car, but wanted to get a drink for myself. Not realizing that I did not bring my wallet in, I had my boyfriend purchase my drink. He also wanted to purchase 2 white owl cigar wraps, or whatever. The individual checking us out actually checked us out the night prior even, and my boyfriend is the one making the purchase. We are both 25, go to this kwick ALL OF THE TIME, I constantly hear "see you next time" YET this girl would not sell him the wraps unless I showed her my ID as well. I am not the one purchasing the tobacco product; I work in Public Health and the law states that the ID must be checked for the individual purchasing the product. I understand that I am with the individual buying them, but what if he was my legal guardian? Also, would my 25 year old boyfriend be hanging out with a 17 year old? Don't think so. The biggest peeve of this all was that she refused to sell them to us, even though he had his ID and she could scan his ID. She said she recognized him but not me, even though I AM ALWAYS WITH HIM EVERY SINGLE TIME. She also asked 3 other associates, them all stating, "i recognize him but not you" I was very offended that apparently they pay no attention to the girl he is always with. So much for "see you next time...", when they don't even remember me! They say that to me every single fricken day. How much are you really paying attention to your customers, especially when I am a regular one! This has been my neighborhood kwick trip for 2 years now. Very sad. Needless to say, I walked out to the car, got my ID, walked back in, and bought it. TAKE THAT.
condiments bar never stocked or cleaned
I visit this store on average about 4 times per week. I purchase gas, a quick sandwich on my way home, groceries and lottery tickets.
Every time I purchase a sandwich during the lunch hour, the condiments dispensers are never full and I must fumble for a tear open package of ketchup. The condiments bar and the surrounding area (ie: swinging garbage cans) is dirty. I question whether or not I should be making this purchase? How safe is it to eat? The woman that prepares the hot food is usually stocking the hot food, but I never see her wipe down the area. Today, April 4, 2017, I mentioned to the cashier today as I was paying for my purchase that there was no ketchup, mustard, or mayo in the dispensers. She looked like she wanted to bring this to the attention of the hot food bar lady, but she was busy talking with a friend that had stopped in the store.

I always come to kwik trip on n56 w39345 wisconsin ave, oconomowoc wi 53066 store #360 for my food and gas and anything I need. I am one that doesnt like to complain much but im to the point that I am done coming here and stop supporting this store. Ever since the store manager kristin left there is never food out. Again today on 3/17/17 @12:53:16pm I came for a brat and of course I have to sit here and wait. I think I spent about 2 hours so far every time I came to this store since may of last year sitting and waiting for food to be made for me. There has been times I just leave because of it. I hope you guys can help and get the situation taken care of.

I stopped for gas milk and cookies at the New Ulm location, I was waiting to be helped and the older lady working the far register rudely says"can I help you?" - it should have been "I can help you don't here" in a more friendlier manner... I got to the register and tell her I have gas, and I forgot to check my pump number before coming in so I had to look out the window and she rolled her eyes and huffed her breath- I showed her my coupon on my phone and she was clearly annoyed, then as I was running my card to pay I asked about the car wash- and how it works, when I was mid question asking if I can pay at the car wash with my card she says push the accept and handed my receipt to me.
I have worked retail most of my life and was an assistant manager for holiday station stores for years, I have never been treated so rudely by a gas station clerk.

I was getting food at a store near me that I have been too 100's of times, cars washes, hot food etc. Tonight I got a car wash at 1 am and picked up a sandwich. Needless to say I am 51 years old, I went to check out and the cashier told me I was out of line and would not check me out. I simply picked up a sandwich and was not aware of any line since it was not busy. I was told to leave the store like I was some punk cutting in line. After years of continued service this one indecent is enough to make me never to want to go to a kwik trip again. Even after buying advanced car washes and etc. I am at my wits end with employee's that think they can treat the public like crap. I will never go to another kwik trip again.
cigarette cartons always out of stock
Today went to Kwik Trip in New Berlin, wi to buy a carton of my brand of cigarettes. Again they were out. This time I was given 10 separate packs. The time before this I had to come back like 3 days later. They never put in an order until they are completely out. When they start getting low, why don't they order then so as not to inconvenience the customer. Well from now on, I will be going to a different gas station where they keep the stock up on their cigarette cartons.
Very rude cashier and unprofessional management very embarrassing experience . Hot food items are often expired . I was very excited when Caledonia, MN opened a new Kwik Trip. I travel through there almost daily and stop at this Kwik Trip. Today I stopped in and I happened to be there when Coke was delivering their product and I witnessed the way Linda was treating the delivery man. She was rude and very threatening to him. Obviously there was some situation happening but the delivery man sounded like he was trying to remedy the situation and she was very disrespectful when talking to him. I have employees that work for me as I work for a very large international company and if I heard that any of my employees treated anyone like I witnessed today, there would be corrective action taken immediately. At the very least, Linda needs to be re-trained on customer service and how to handle situations without embarrassing the person or Kwik Trip.
Linda is that you? Sorry but if a customer can hear the conversation then Linda is handling the situation wrong. Calling the vendors boss and explaining what is going on and what can be done to resolve the issue is the proper way to go. If no resolve after that can be achieved then a district manger and someone from corporate needs to step in and resolve the situation.

Watertown, WI Kwik Trip located on South Church Street. This employee named Zack is awful. He is extremely rude to every customer I see interact with him. He is always crabby and very short with all the customers. This guy should not be in customer service at all! I was in tonight asking to purchase a product. He said were out sorry! I said to him I can clearly see them right there. He said again sorry were out. I said are you serious? Yep was his response. I can't believe a employee would act that way or why you would employee someone like him.
I have a complaint about an employee
Today at 6:30am (12/23/16) my husband & I stopped in to grab coffee, fill my truck up & wanted to grab 2 dozens of eggs but my husband didn't bring up the eggs to the counter my husband asked can you please ring me up 2 dozensof eggs, her response was "well" I have to scan it ! so my husband said forget...Sad thing was we knew there's a button for it on the register any other Kwik Trip has no problem pushing that button...This cashier always has a problem!¡!., she always looks that she doesn't like being there, not friendly at all no smiles & she likes to argue with you! My husband & I go there when we stop at Menards 1-2 times a week...& when we told her that we have a 7cents text coupon she wanted to see it I showed her the newest one, she says that too old I can't honor that ..I told her I thought Kwik Trip honors that regardless...She says we only honor the coupon ones... My husband and I thought to ourselves that is a coupon from a phone text message coupon issued by company.., ...We weren't happy leaving there...That same cashier we see all the time ...she just not Kwik Trip standard employee...Her name is Brenda...She about 5' or so tall skinny ( medium), she has short white hair, she has glasses she checked us out on register one today.., ..My husband says over & over, "she is not friendly" ..,

holiday hours
I heard around the block that kwik star are all about family and provide as much help for them as possible in times of need. As I walk into one of my local stores i noticed a sign that said all hours for christmas and christmas eve will not be changed but if you're all about family im a little confused. Shouldn't these people be aloud to celebrate with there family too? I understand being open for some of the day so people can get some last mintue shopping done but all day is taking away from the opportunity to spend with there family.

I come in the Lodi store almost daily. The current manager is berating his employees in front of customers on a continual basis. He seems to belittle them not just criticize. All loud enough for every customer to hear. I do not believe your employees are indentured servants, and also believe the company would not tolerate this kind of behavior from it's mgmt. I understand all levels of labor are hard to get on board, but Lodi is horrible. A retired exec thought you should be aware.

Today, 11/13/16, I purchased a 30 pack of Busch Light from the Kwik trip establishment on West Ave in La Crosse, WI. I was not offered the option for a reciept, and upon returning home, I have realized that this case expire on September 16, 2016. I am an avid customer of many Kwik Trip locations for groceries, gas, and more. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and product and will be sure to take my service to BP if product continues to be less than satisfactory.
One, blame the vendor. They order, stock and rotate their own stock. That is part of their contract with every retailer who houses their product. (Same with Coke, Pepsi, etc). Second, Anheuser Busch uses BEST BEFORE dates, not expire dates. Alsodid you know that beer does not immediately go bad on the best before date? It is actually still good about 4-6 months after the date. We never toss out beer. Never need to.

Stop in for gas e85 pump 10 there was a truck with a trailer taking up all 3 pumps could not get to pump 10 that was ok had to go get milk and bread went to pay had to get out of line for my husband could not get gas the truck and trailer still there they were doing there shopping waited went to pay again he still could not get gas had to get out of line also it was busy that daywent to pay again step to a different register a lady that was in line told me to step to the back of the line told her i had been in line twice then the people behind the counter just kept ignoring me so step to aother register she ask how my day was told her what happen and also this was not the first time she was very understanding andsaid it would be brought up at the meetings people should pull away from pumps if there going to take that long shopping and needless to say my husband said they took there good old timeloading the coolers with beer and stuff very frustrated
rude tone and rude body language
Judy, the overnight staff member that works most nights at the Richland Center, Wisconsin Kwip Trip that I have been going to for years was very insulting, rude tone of voice and body language after I complained that my vanilla coffee was not made. So I had to get the house brand.
I used to go in at least 4 times a week in the morning for my vanilla coffee, and everytime I would go in about 5:45 a.m. my coffee is never made on the mornings that Judy works. I know that all the coffees are supposed to made by 6:00 a.m. I would try to go on mornings when Dan works the night shift. Dan has the coffee and sandwiches out in time. Judy is never done with anything that should be done, why should everyone else have to come in early to do Judy's work.
I am no longer going to your store, you have lost over $2, 000 that I was spending per year at your store. Some years even more. I would go back if I knew she was fired. She is a poor excuse for a employee. There are plenty of other people in this area who need a job, that could do a better job. GET RID OF HER.
What is it with this place. They hire the rudest people and don't discipline them. I had 2 bad experiences with the same person. Haven't heard back from them yet. I'm just going to quit going.
cashier error/payment
got letter in mail that there was a error in transaction about payment for gas. They stated party payed for items in store but clerk forgot to charge for gas. They used my liscense plate to get payment. Called company on this and they stated a male person was the purchaser and was never charged for gas by mistake. Told them don't have any male driver...

Over half the time I go there and get gas paying at the pump I have to stop my day to go in and get a receipt because they don't fill them up. I run a business and it really interrupts my day.
