So, I bought the facial kit from Kylie Skin and I was excited to try it out. But then I changed my mind and wanted to cancel my order. I saw their return policy and it was a bummer. I tried to cancel my order but the customer service person said they couldn't because they couldn't get in touch with the warehouse. I was pretty disappointed because I didn't want the product anymore. Now I'm stuck with it and not using it. My bank closed the claim and I had to reopen it. It's just frustrating.

I was so excited for this - I'm a big fan of ***/*** and this was the one expensive thing I was going to treat myself to this holiday. It sold out within minutes as I expected! I also decided to get one of the new candles while I was at it. I checked several times each day after I placed my order in anticipation of it coming. On November 20th, a *** Skin box came, and I right away noticed that it looked too small to hold the advent calendar. But I was still excited, so I opened it up and only the candle was in there. I thought that was weird but decided not to give up hope and right away contacted customer service saying that the advent calendar was missing. The rep asked if the box was messed with (it wasn't) and asked for a photo of what I got, which I sent. Then I was told that the advent calendar was sold out (duh) and that the best they could do was give me my money back. I asked for more info - did it ship separately? Did they sell mine to someone else? Did it get lost in the mail? What's going on? The response I got was that they sold too many, and that they thought they sent it to me. WHAT? How does a big company like this sell too many of something and then NOT know that they sent an incomplete order? How did they "decide" who was and who wasn't going to get the advent calendar that they sold too many of? Did this only happen to me? I have so many questions and so few answers. Just getting a refund is not enough. The way this whole thing went is a nightmare. I thought a big company like this would be better and I'm really upset. This was my first time ordering from *** Skin and it will definitely be my last. 10/10 do not recommend.
