Hello I am from Windsor Ontario. I emailed your head office awhile ago about a complaint regarding a cross cross bra that I purchased because it hadn't fit me correctly and wasn't able to return it or exchange for the same price because of a tiny miniscule deodorant mark on it that wiped off with no problem. Is there anything that I can do. I haven't even worn it once and I have no idea what to do with it now...$45.00 later. I'm so upset that I no longer want to shop here any more due to the customer service I recieved and I spend a lot every time I go. It's dissapointing. Do I have any options

Recently like two weeks ago i visited to your store in pacific mall the lady handle very easily and in a nice way but she gave me so many things to try but when i purchased she gave me bigger sizer and after 4 days like i was not in Delhi when i can came to change the lady on the cash counter she changed only one and second one she said she dint have size so she will message me or call that when i can come collect as at that time she gave me possibility that my bra will be change as soon as they will get new stock which is like 10 days ago.and she told me she will ring me in 3 days max but there is not call no message and i am pretty surprised that opening a big brand but if i talk about your service you have so careless staff and you want to come customer again
how and why? that was my first time my visit i am sure will never ever visit your store again and i really like to file complaint against so would like to know contact deatils of your senior.
as next week i am leaving for my hometown England and was thinking to buy more from your store but i guess there is no chance and i want my money to be refunded..

I visited the La Senza store at Phoenix, Market City Mall, Kurla, Mumbai, India and purchased items worth eight thousand rupees. The lady who said she is the store manager called Asha swiped my card. My charge went through and I got a message on my phone confirming the debit. Something was wrong with their machine that it did not give the print out and the lady told me that the charge hasn't gone through and insisted that we try the payment in the Aldo store next door. She again swiped my card and gave me a chargeslip. She also confirmed that the extra money which she charged would come back to my account within 8 hours which hasn't happened after waiting for more than twenty four hours. I need someone to take this feedback seriously and get back to me about why my money has not come back to me.

I ordered from Lasenza in the past and previous time I had a great experience with these guys so I decided to order again. I bought some lingerie from Lasenza and my order arrived in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the quick delivery and must say that items looked amazing. But there was one small problem. Everything I received was way too small. So I emailed customer service, explained what happened and asked for a replacement. They did not reply. Waited a week and decided to send another message, but once again was ignored. Two weeks already passed and I have no idea what to do!
Last 3 times I’ve tried ordering my order doesn’t go through but the money get taken out of my account . I have to call & get them to refund my money. It’s a pain in the [censored] & they won’t do orders over the phone. I love la Senza so it would be nice if that wasn’t a thing cuz I hate waiting weeks for my money back.
I purchased this bra in black last year in store and after a few months, the fabric on the area connecting the cups had completely peeled off of the foam. I thought I received a one off bad item. May 30th/2022 I purchased 2 more and had the same issue within the first 2 months. This is clearly a manufacturer defect and they won’t do anything!

I have recently bought bra, which's Bra straps has been broken. This is the first time I bought bra from here and I'm disappointed in product.
The more I unsubscribe to the mailing list from La Senza the more emails they send!
I will never shop online or in store ever again. Do not give this company your information if you care about your respect and privacy.
I went to La Senza in Bayshore where i was charged double for my bras! i called to let them know so i can get my money back, after calling once/twice a week for 2 months i still have NOT received my money ! this is rediculious & i will deffinatly WONT be shopping her anymore !
