I went to lasenza in bayshore about 2 months ago, where I was charged twice for my 1 bras purchase, I realized the next day while checking my online banking account, where I then called to let them know. After 2 months of them saying they will be sending me money I still have not received anything! This is by far ridiculous! I got over charged 40$ and all im asking is to get that back, is that so hard to ask?, I am really not impressed with the work of customer service or whoever is dealing with my situation.
ottawa employee is far too pushy
I went to the store in bayshore with three friends this afternoon, and an employee named Elisa was there to greet us. Immediately, she glues herself to the most well dressed friend. We were looking at the ten dollar bras in the back, since we wanted them for just a fun craft. Elisa says (still only really talking to the well dressed friend) those are kiddie bras, insists we follow her to the more decorated bras. Two of us try to interrupt and explain our mission, but she doesn't take the time to listen, and keeps pushing us to look at things we dont want. My biggest issue was in the dressing room. Elisa offers to come in and check on us, as per standard. When she came back to check if were ready, my friend politely refused letting Elisa in. The employee insisted being let in, as she has 4 years experience and knows what works. My friend had to refuse three or four times before Elisa left her alone. Elisa did not take this well, and in an acuusatory tone was asking why my friend took in a different size than recommended in the first place. This is borderline harassment, and is the reason I decided to complain. The fact that a customer had to fight off her aggressive insistence to see the underwear on her body is simply unacceptable. Overall, this employee needs training on respecting peoples privacy, being unbiased in who she chooses to serve, and paying attention to the customers needs, rather than forcing things upon them. The entire situation was uncomfortable.
Maybe I should clarify that I meant bra as a form of underwear, in the change room situation. My friend brought her usual bra size along with the one Elisa recommend.

I bought a several pairs of panties and I'm disappointed in most of them. First of all one pair of thong panties came apart the first time I put them on. Also, 4 other pairs are way too small. I usually just buy the thong panties, but the store was very busy and I felt pressured into buying the other four. The sales lady that finally helped me said that I could put them around my kneck and that would be the same as trying them on... I'd never heard of that before, but I trusted her advice. I live in a small town several hours from that store so I was unable to return them. Also I didn't think there was a return policy on panties. Needless to say I'm very disappointed in my latest purchase and am wondering if anything can be done to rectify the issue with your products?

two new bras
I have bought hundreds of stuff from La Senza recently and always from past years but I bought two bras recently and one snapped right apart after the third time of barely wearing it and the other one or other two are dis coloured and almost ready to rip and I wash all my bras separate from al other clothing. Maybe there were cheap but that's no right that they break when they aren't suppose too, thanks

I picked two pieces of underwear from a 10 for 35 dollar rack as I only wanted two
I go to the cash and the cashier asks me if I have 10 pairs of underwear when I never previously indicated that I was looking for 10
I felt obligated to buy 10 pairs of underwear when being a university student would not allow me to
The way the cashier approached me and made me feel as though I had to buy 10 pieces to be cashed through made me feel embarrassed and obligated
I quietly said I will come back when I have the proper funds then thank you
None of the lasenza employees recommended any other solutions other than buying their current sale which I could not afford
I walked out feeling unwelcomed by lasenza staff and was ignored by them after I mentioned I could only afford to buy the two and more importantly walked out with no products
As a regular lasenza customer I should not be ignored or be feeling unwelcomed by lasenza staff and should be considered for any products I choose to buy whether it is a sale or not

I am really disappointed with your product I am a faithful and long time customer I only shop at la sena for bras and underwear I purchased some cotton under in December 2017 They were washed once and literally fell apart Stitching completely let go In December 2016 I purchased a bra and the material fell apart after a wash At first I though it this was just a one time thing Now my faith in your product is fading I'm not sure if you've changed manufacturers and fabric providers but something has changed in your quality of prodcuts and not for the good I am left skeptical purchasing your product in the future bc quite frankly I feel like it's a waste of my money I hope what I've said is taken seriously and you investigate into your products so see what's going on Thank you for your time
sexy demi front close bra in pink
Hello. I've just ordered a couple bras from you. A pink sexy tease demi front close bra and one in black. I am very, very dissatisfied. I have pictures of these bras yet I can't upload them here so I will describe. The pink one is dingy, faded, and the seams are coming apart with frays everywhere. I realize these were sale bras but I expected much better than what I got. The lining of the pink bra is brown. With the black bra, the quality was much better but it came in the wrong size. Please make this right for me, I will still buy from lasenza stores but this online shopping experience has really brought me down. Not to mention in the process of trying to send this message, I've had to try far too many times than necessary. I don't have any special characters in this message yet it says so.

hello today august 26th my friend and I were at Bayshore and purchased 79.95 dollars worth of items The cashier that was serving us cashier number 3115627 forgot to place items in our bag. First of all my friend and I were waiting for the bus when we realize the membership card that we purchased wasnt in any of our bags. We had to run back to go get the card and missed our bus. Once we got home we were looking for the perfumes we also purchased and we purchased 4 of them 2 for 5 dollars and only 2 of them were in our bags. On our receipt we got charged for 2 more that werent in our bag. So i would like to make a complaint about this situation Its frustration that i paid the 5 dollars for these 2 perfumes that i was looking forward to having and it was a big disappointment when i realized i had never got them You guys wont be seeing my friend and i at your store anytime soon.

nubra stick on bra
I recently bought a Nubra for a wedding. I made sure to follow the instructions on package and by the lady that sold it to me so I knew I could wear it again. I wore it for nearly two hours and suddenly one cup lost its stick and came off. Not completely but enough that it wasn't holding and was very uncomfortable! I tried to reapply it and it would not stayand I'm only a size B. After I got home I took it off and made sure to care for it as directed, thinking it would be sticky if I just clean and dry it. I was wrong. The one cup is not sticky in the slightest thus I can never wear it again. There is no dirt on it and I cared for it EXACTLY as instructed. I am beyond disappointed in this product! Didn't even last all night and can never wear it again! Had I known it was a one time use I would have never spent the $ 30 on it. Absolutely ridiculous amount for a crap product.

Hi I went to the La Senza in Ottawa at the Bayshore shopping centre I was greeted by Elisa who greeted me nicely and asked if I knew my size which I didn't so she measured me brought me to the fitting room and gave me a bra that was too large. She said shed be back to check on me, 5 minutes go by and I've heard her check on everyone but me. I've already called out for someone but she had left I got dressed went out and there was no staff in there. I put the bra back on the counter and went out to look at bras with my boyfriend myself. Also feeling frustrated. Elisa comes up and asked if I had already been through all the bra styles? I said no I was waiting for someone to come in. She said oh okay well lets go back in so I can resize you and I said no thank you Ill just try to one size below I really don't want to wait in there again. She opened a drawer for me to look through options a few minutes later I hear her talking to a co-worker says that I made her look like she was stupid. She was not whispering and a few other customers looked up as well. When I went to try on a few other bras I heard her say to her co-worker outside "Seriously does she think she knows better than me? What a joke"
I haven't shopped for bras in a long time because of situations like this! If you are unhappy by a customer do NOT talk crap about them while they are still in the store or even while you are working. I was stuck having to go through the purchase with her as well knowing that once I leave she'll probably talk [censor] about me to a co-worker the second I leave. This was about a week ago now and its still really bothering me.
I'm really hoping someone can get back to me about this as I didn't have the courage to speak to someone on the day and didn't want to interrupt anyone. I really felt awful afterwards and made me feel so defeated.
They don't post or accept "negative" (below 3 star) aka honest reviews on their website. Deceiving. I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years and the quality has gone down significantly, underwear used to last years even being machine washed and dried, now they fall apart within the first few wears of special care and hang drying and customer service doesn't care.

Had an absolutely infuriating experience today at La Senza at Mayfair mall in Victoria. The sales associate rang my friend through perfectly chatty and pleasant and upon my time took it upon herself to pretty much call a meeting with other associates and discussed store design and such during my entire transaction. She didn't look at me once, blurted out a total at which I had to shout "debit" through their conversation, didn't offer me the same things she had previously offered my friend and didn't even do me the service of handing me my bag. I would like to add for the record that I was perfectly polite the entire time at the store. Perhaps customer service is not in this incredibly rude and incapable women's interest. I'm more than likely going to take my purchase back just to prove a point.

extremely poor customer service
I was at the lasenza store located at ION Orchard singapore. Was about to payments for the items, apparently one of the item's price tag had abit of tear hence the staff was unable to scan the tag. The staff even had the cheek to ask me, "can you go get a new one?" I honestly dont think that was of any good service at all. After that, she even keyed in the wrong promo code & overcharged my card. If another staff hadnt came in time to let her know that she keyed in wrongly, i wouldve blindly allowed her to charge me $300sgd for the items. She did gave me back the remaining amount in cash but could happily talk with her staff and take her own sweet time and made me wait for so long. Frankly, that was totally unacceptable. Please do something about it. thank you.

I am a 31-year-old mother of one. Yesterday I spent the day searching for a backless push up bra. After spending a long time searching, I landed at La Senza (Square One Location) where they did have the exact bra I was looking for. However they only had it in beige. I was told that you carry black but you are out of stock everywhere. I cannot wear this colour because of course, it will show under my brand new dress I bought for my 7 year wedding anniversary this weekend. I am a woman of colour. I am used to major companies lacking the variety of beauty products to accomdate my skin tone and hair texture. People who look like me have accepted that we will just not be represented. We are used to seeing the same body types and skin colour dominating the beauty industry and I we fight to make sure our daughters don't feel less beautiful just because they don't fit that mould.
But this is not about that. This is about it being 2017 and I cannot find a bra in the colour that I need. I have bought bras from La Senza for years even though you lack the variety I need. Please, please, please consider making your 'nudes' in a variety of browns and not just beige. It is offensive to me as a woman of colour that a bra, underwear etc would be called 'nude' and to have your employees recommend them to me as a nude. It is just one more annoying thing that I have to deal with along with all of the other discrimination I face.

I bought two bras from the store at Select City Mall at Delhi without being aware of the different types of cuts available at the store, I bought two different cuts. As a result one style only fitted me well and the other kept on troubling me but I continued to wear it as I had washed it already and knew that it can not be exchanged now. After a few days I thought of taking this bra to the store and I was told by one of the employ that this particular style wasn't for me. I asked her then why didn't she guide me before while I was buying it. The manager didn't agree with me at all that it was their mistake. I strongly feel that I should be given the right to exchange it. Date - 22nd of May.

sticky strapless bra
I bought a sticky strapless bra yesterday and I took it out of the package and realized I would not wear it. So I put it back in the box. I went to return it and she said she couldn't refund it because it was out of the box, nobody informed me when I bought it that it was final sale. If the women at the cash register told me it was final sale I would not have purchased it. I feel like I was taken advantage of because it was a pricey product and nobody informed me that once the box was opened I could not return it. I would like a refund please.

You have an employee by the name of Sarah Parsons at the Orchard Park location in Kelowna, BC. She is the most unprofessional, and rude individual I have ever met in a retail setting. I have seen her at her previous job at Dynamite in the same mall and got nothing but the worst service I have ever received. Due to this individual working there I automatically stopped shopping there and told my friends and family to not shop there either due to the horrible service. It now saddens me that this company has hired her as well. She ruins any good experience I have had at LaSenza. I have ran into her at LaSenza in the past and today as well, as I was working at my place of work. She works in retail and she should understand that stores get busy and when there is not enough people working it is not the person that is helping you's fault. She created a scene in my store demanding service right away because she has been waiting more than long enough to be served at the cash registers. She works in the mall and should have more patience than that and a little more understanding for the person that is helping her. I personally felt hurt by the way she treated me in my place of work and LaSenza should really look into the person as a whole before just hiring anyone. It doesn't matter that she isn't in her place of work but people like myself can recognize her and she is still an employee of your company and she still does represent your company because you did choose to hire her. I do not appreciate being yelled at when it is out of my control, and I also do not appreciate rolling of the eyes and rude comments behind my back when I am in your store. I will never walk into LaSenza again if this individual is working and I will do the same and tell my family and friends to not shop here either. I have bought all of my undergarments for your company since I can remember but due to this I will be taking my business else where.

As someone who has shopped at lasenza for 15 plus years, I was appalled when I brought my 16 and 12 year old into the store at our local mall this week, as were they. My girls actually asked to leave as they were very uncomfortable in your store. Every single employee had a see through top on, some cropped to the rib cage, with all of their bras visible, one was wearing a bustier with her breasts popping out so much that when she bent over to close a bra drawer, her breast fell out. How did this attire become acceptable? It is neither classy nor appropriate for your teenage girl market. I am no prude, but to have both my girls want to leave the store was eye opening for me. And after taking to Facebook to see if I was alone in this, apparently, I am not. Then after doing some research and seeing that your company is asking young girls to take self-esteem in their bras and post them to Instagram, I can't help but think that the attire of the store employees was their dress code. If I am wrong, please feel free to correct me. If I am right, your company is a HUGE part of why girls think their bodies are no longer theirs and in order to get any attention they must be on full display and the general population continues to judge a book by its cover.

I have been a faithful customer of La Senza for about ten years and have never had any issues until recently. On this recently passed February 14th I was at your South Gate Mall location in Alberta, Canada and one of the sales representatives made an awful, confidence shredding comment to me about the way I looked.
I also have rencetly had a baby, so it has been a very hard struggle for me to get back into shape and me going out to buy something intimate was a huge step for me. When I was at the register paying for my items, your sales rep had the nerve to call me "chunky" and "a bigger person". I am both appalled and beyond upset about being treated this way. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of products from your company and never have I ever been treated so poorly.
I hope that something will be done about the unacceptable way I was treated. I love La Senza and have always enjoyed shopping there, but now I'm afraid to go back because of the way I was treated.
