Hello I spent over 400 pounds in a space of one hour today in your bookies on a machine I believe this is unfair and Ladbrokes took advantage of my illness of my gambling problem I want to know if I can provide nessary information and get a full refund. I didn't even win once and I have no money left to pay my bills I have no family and I am stuck. Pleas help me. I can provide the transactions on my bank card

Good afternoon My name is John Popescu I leave in Swindon, I am regular customer Ladbrokes every week I spend more then 1000 £ gamebet on the machine. I have 2 hours in the shop in this moment and the man from here Paul from the staff he do not want to give me 15 £ how much I have in the machine. He said to me "Machine is locked and I can t give you the money back" I called the police already, tomorrow I go to the council I will pay a lawyer because what happend now I will request damage and this man to be fire. He called me romanian gipsy, [censor] off and more bad words... I called the customer service but they been very rude with me, I will send a letter to the Council, I will do everything want I can for justice.in this shop they are CCTV camera someone must investigate what happend. It s not first time when this man is rude, because he want tips from customers, and every night he put money from his pocket in the machine. On the 26 th of march 2018 i have bet 40£ on 6 games, one of them playing that day and the next 5 on the 27 th of march 2018. The first game was a win and i had the cash out option for 71£ but i didnt cashed out. The next day on the 27th of march 2018 as the first game started my cash out war suspended by another match so i ve been to the nearest ladbrokes agency and explained to them whats happening. They called the customer service and let me talk to a guy, that guy told me that i made an accumulator bet and this is how it works but its not true it was not the first time beting i tryed to talk with him but pointless...in the end i was not able to cash out. Is there anything i can do to recover at last the money i lost if not even something more because at one point i would have a pretty amount of money to cash out. I have to mention that i was using the mobile app to get. Kind regards and i am waiting for an answer or advice of how to proceed next

Good afternoon,
Today as was really upset in the way I have been spoken to by one of your staff.
I called up today to see what was happening with my account as I spoke to someone within grid on Saturday morning and was advised to send over my driving licence to proof who I was.. which I did.
I called today to confirm this was received and that I would be able to withdraw the money in my account.
Not sure of the persons name as he wouldn't give it to me but he was so rude.! Never complain about anyone but really think you should know how your customers are being spoken to.
I was advised the address on the system was wrong to my actual address.
When I signed up to the grid card in the Cheltenham store I was approached with an offer to sign up.. so I did.
I did not enter or see any of my details being inputed only said my details and showed my Id driving licence to the grid employee setting me up.
Now the guy that set up my account entered my details in wrong I am struggling to get my money out of my account.
You have an email with my driving licence sent on Sunday.
Please could someone get back to me with how this can be sorted out.

Hi my name is Deepak Verma, Today I went to visit one of your shops in gosforth Newcastle upon Tyne they would not let me in, last year my self exclusion expired through moses. I told moses that them shops I want to recommence betting should contact head office, The staff Mr Verma u can't come in until Moses has written to say that I can come in. I telephoned moses last week they told me gosforth Whitley Bay, bigg market Clayton st west should contact head office. Head office of Ladbrokes did not email anyone if them shops to say u can go back. My complaint is to satin sad to day that I can't go into them shops I'm ready to go I feel has though the staff are not being very fair. My Account name is aces4allin. The promotion was bet 50 in play on the Millwall v Cardiff game and get a 25 in play free bet. I placed a bet of 50 on the Millwall v Cardiff game. On the Millwall or draw no bet and it ended a draw but ye are refusing to give me the freebet. I have closed my account and will never again use Ladbrokes if ye don't honour this freebet. Ye are saying its a void bet so i dont get the freebet but is doesn't say it will be a void bet when I place the bet. Plain and simple the bet has a chance to win or lose when i placed in in good faith and the freebet should be given to me. I have been a long time customer of Ladbrokes but I promise I will not use yer services if ye don't give me the freebet. I have lost thousands to Ladbrokes over the years and ye cant even honour a small 25 freebet then good luck to ye.

I placed a bet on 27th Dec 2017 at your Twickenham Ladbrokes branch. I had a small win in the net so went to claim the net on 9th Jan 2018, but the bar code machine would not scan my ticket. I asked what else could be done and the cashier advised to go to another store. I phoned customer services which cost me £0.42 and they also said there was nothing they could do. So I now need to spend my time going to another Ladbrokes branch. I find this customer support totally unacceptable as I went to a Ladbrokes to claim the money that I originally placed my bet at. I always use Ladbrokes to place any bets and would not want to take my business elsewhere, but will be forced to do so if this is not resolved to my satisfaction.

I did a bet with Ladbrokes they have a site called the grid. If you are winning on your bet this site enables you to put your receipt number in and it will offer you a cash out. This is not the first time this has happened that it offers you an amount but you can't take it. I have enclosed 2 snap shots of my offer the first is in grey with a information sign. The second shot is what it says when you clic on the information sign it says some rubbish that this is not the case. I was only waiting for Peterborough to score with another game starting at 5.30. Ladbrokes are scamming people and it's not on. Why show me a cash out amount that you just can't take. Something has to be done about these cheating bookies.

I recently left the company as I worked in the named shop above I have emailed my area manager and got no response so I am taking this further the shop manager there is racist to her customers swears at them makes them feel uncomfortable and is the reason I left as I found I could not take it no more the shop has lost customers threw this and she has barred customers that she doesn't like for no reason I expect something to be done about this woman as she is wrong for your company and what you stand for if not I will go higher than I have already done thanks

opening times
as i'm a daily costumer on ladbrokes shops i expect them to be proffesional, but...not. I'm living in leyton high road near to the ladbrokes shop and i've noticed about 5-6 times the staff doesn't respect the schedule mentioned. even now i'm sitting outside and waiting for the staff to open the shop. it's 11 o'clock in the morning and they suposed to open the shop at 9:30. this is really unproffesional and i really look forward to change the betting shop. thank you

Your website is a damn disgrace and yous really need closing down and certainly looking into its conning people for there hard earned cash ladbrokes used to be the best out there now it's the worst I will make sure I post everywhere to make people aware and to stay clear and every time you get close to a win boom website goes down and says error so lose game that is a rip off no other site does this I have been with ladbrokes for along time I spend a lot of money if not on the website but in your shops and yous have went so down hill and by reading reviews there are thousands saying the same thing such a bad website and really needs sorting out or reporting
changing the odds of the 49's
For many years now, I have been a very loyal customer at Ladbroke, Abertillery, Gwent store. The odds have been the same for a very long time and beaten the other competitive betting shops. I always place a 25p bet for 3 numbers, including the bonus ball for the chance of winning £100.25. However, placing my normals bets on the 10th December I found, without ANY notification, the odds had changed and now 25p will only win me £87.25. I am sad and disappointed at this, as other companies are now beating these odds. As a loyal customer, I wouldn't want to go elsewhere but, I will if the winnings are more for the same amount of money. I'm disappointed that there was no warning of this happening and it happened so suddenly.

a shop not doing their job properly
I put a 10pound treble on at aintree and it won, pretty much i said to the man behind the counter that I will have best odds guranteed only for the races you didn't need a grid card cause I didn't want to use it and he put the prices on and it turned out it wasn't best odds so pretty much been done out off 140 pounds, that's not fair and if u check the CCTV and recording you would be able to see n hear that ladbrokes is in the wrong for not paying me out at best odds, my contact number is [protected] if u need to contact me and I was in a ladbrokes shop for 50 minutes trying to sort this last night
cashier behaviour
I was at your Montrose ladbrokes branch today, cashier JENNI was really very rude to me. I go there frequently to place my husbands bets and normally the staff are very helpful and pleasant. I also use your shops where ever we are in town/city also corals and I have never experienced anything like today.
The shop was reasonably busy, but the counter was quiet, I approached Jenni and asked for best prices on my husbands bets, he also has a grid card, on the counter a sign stating to ask staff for help on this is placed on very shop counter, so I assumed it is not a problem to do so. Her reply shocked me, she muttered something about she'd just do a price at the time thing and not each one individually, as they were busy. I looked around and although there were customers there were none behind me or st the other cashier. She then said OK then but it will take me a while, my husband had 5-6 slips to be priced amounting to £40. While I waited on her doing her job, there was only one customer she had to serve in front of me, and the other cashier managed to get the other 3 customers bets on without a hassle...while also managing to get her a coffee, see to the heating and sort out a machine for a customer. All the while she kept muttering that "they needed a screen there for the customer to do it themselves", and when she'd finished "thank god that's it!" She then put the bets through and I gave her my husbands winning slips to take off, to which I got another huge sigh and a huff! When I paid the difference there was no "please" or "thankyou" infact she didn't even say a word. All in all this process took around 7mins...and I can assure you it could have been a lot less too if she had been diligent in her work, and a lot less sniggering and muttering to her colleague infront of me.
As we travel around different places, and my husband has a bet most days, we are either in Ladbrokes or Corals, I have never come across behaviour like this and find it very disrespectful.
I do understand Saturday's can be busy...at times...and have experienced this in city shops such as Dundee and Perth, however JENNI wants to be transferred there to see what being Very Busy is.
And does Jenni not understand if it wasn't for the walk in customers there wouldn't be a need for her to be there either...maybe it is the way to go.

Hi I started with a hundred and used my debit card there t and c say they pay out the next day 26 hrs later left with 1300 and pay me out on a not working bank day I asked to withdraw why did they not do as I asked please help me I won 10000 it hurts they broke the law when I asked to withdraw there was a hole bank working day they

Hi Guys, I placed a bet on Randwick race 6 today (7/11/17) I placed $50 bonus bet on number 11 on a fixed place. I got $135 back and I was estimated $180 and then when I looked back at the slip it had jumped to odds of 4.20 and said I would get back $210 Which wouldn't make sense because it should have been $180... but then only got $135 so just wondering how this happened? Thank you
£20 bet placed but no payout
Pre season on 2 juy 2017 I placed a £20 bet on joe hart club at the end of transfer window to be west ham utd odds 5/2 so a £70 return. I am aware he is now on loan at whu however the bet did not state that he had to become their own player just the club at end of transfer window... Please pay up or I will take this further and never use ladbooks again for future business and inform as many people on social media of the incident as possible. inplay betting soccer.. game minutes wrong
I placed a bet around 10 minutes into the nueva Chicago football game thinking there is 35 minutes left of the 1st half.This was around 19.45 04/11/17 .. as my bet was a first half only bet it was quite important. The game then ended on the 34 minute..If i new the clock was around 13 minutes behind including injury time i wouldn't of placed that bet..
IV asked for a full refund and being told the minute are just a guide..1 minute or 2 i can understand but not 13.. 13 minutes is unreasonable and it not good for your customers to here and read about this..
Labrokes customer service agent was totally unhelpful and being a gold customer i couldn't believe that the agent didn't refund me straight away as the money i spent with labrokes is very high £4500 plus last mouth.
All i requested is a full refund of that bet not as a free bet..
Terms and conditions need to be reasonable and this matter is very unreasonable

Labrokes staff is so racist in Swindon Wiltshire Ladbrokes on commercial road there is chubby lady whose name is lou she said to me she is one of the manager anyway I was doing my football bet scan checking on one of the machine suddenly I notice there are 2 pounds left on the machine so I started betting games I got 2 game slips out this lady come running saying you can't play customer money left on the machine so my friend paid the money through a card and top on that she blocked my gaming terminal and she started aguring with me and said me to get lost from the shop that's how this people treat the customer. Isit my fault playing with that 2 pound money left on machine and if the customer left the money and I am the second person to go on the machine she said you can't have that money customer will come back it been nearly 1 hour I was been seating on the machine and no one turned on it seems like this lady is bit racist or she have problem with Asian we don't want like this staff please take some action on this staff her name is lou labrokes is located in Swindon commercial road
I have a complaint, concerning VEER a staff member at Ladbrokes Streamham High Road.
I was on 18/08/18 @ around 11.30 am rudely disrespected and also sworn at from a staff by the name VEER to day, whom also served me on the 17/08/18 - 11 am were the gaming machine faulted and he had no key due to one of the staff taking it home.
I had balance remaining in the machine that was not printing so he asked me to wait till keys arrive witch I did, during this time I place a £4.00 bet on another game explaining to the staff member (VEER) that I'll be using some of my remaining balance watch £150.00 in the machine to pay for the bet.
I decided to play as I was waiting for the keys to arrive were I then lost the balance and due to disappointment I forgot that I had placed a bet that was behind the counter with MR VEER.
The next day I went to place my bet as I do for the week football were MR VEER Started shouting at me and being incredibly and unbelievably rude early on Sunday morning the 18/08/18.
I had forgot I had a bet and not payed for that he had already informed and agreed,
I had a faulty machine that refused to pay me out,
Then the next day I was rudely disrespected first thing early in the Morning.
I have been a customer for over 15 years and am disgusted by the way I was served by MR VEER and that's my very first bad service I have ever had in Ladbrokes retail store.
Machine Faulty,
sworn and shouted.
