My *** Hot Tub (bought January ) still no workin' despite my efforts since October
My *** Hot Tub (bought January ) still no workin' despite my efforts since October . After not showin' up three times Lakeside pools Kingston scheduled yet 'nother service call for Monday Dec 21st. I called the mornin' of to validate that the technician would actually be comin', and to enquire if the tub needed water in it, since it wasn't workin' I had to winterize it. I was informed that the technician was indeed comin' and that there was no need to fill the tub. For the fourth time they did not show up. The followin' day a technician arrived and advised me by phone (I wasn't there) that he couldn't do anythin' to fix the Hot Tub without it bein' filled. I had left a hose there just in case but I expect he didn't care to invest time in fillin' it. Despite numerous calls and two more missed appointments I still do not have a functionin' *** Hot Tub and have no confidence that I will.

We got a pool and it was put in 2017. Right from the start, the concrete was done badly and cracked right away. The owner said it was the worst concrete he's ever seen. Plus, we never got our ladder and we've had a leaky pipe since day 1. They promised to fix it but it still hasn't been fixed and we still don't have a ladder. After a lot of back and forth with ***, they finally decided to put a coating on the concrete. But then they changed their mind and decided to rip it up and pour new concrete in May . But the new concrete was even worse than the first time. The so-called concrete "professional" tried to expose the concrete but didn't do it right. To fill in the holes, they poured some weird epoxy stuff on the concrete. It looks all weird and slippery when it's wet. We even have pictures of kids getting hurt because they slipped on the deck. And to make things worse, the concrete "professional" didn't order enough concrete so they had to pour it in two parts. Now the deck has different colors of concrete. The owner agrees that the deck needs to be replaced but hasn't given us a plan to fix it. So even though we bought the pool in 2017, we still don't have a ladder, we still have a leaky pipe, and the concrete deck is dangerous and poorly done. The product they gave us was done badly, they don't care about customer service, and they treat us like we're not important compared to new customers.
