I attempted to make a payment for my December 2023 payment for over 2 weeks in November 2023. The website was down and was not available until November 30 2023. I attempted to make my loan payment and the site said an issue occurred and to try again later. I did this 4 times and got the same response each time. I waited till Dec 1 and noticed that the payment went through. Then On Dec 4 I noticed that my January payment processed as well. This overdrew my account and I now have fees associated with this complete mistake on Lakeviews part. I have tried to reach them by phone and have been on hold for over 2 hours at two different times. I feel they are inept and do not care about the customer at ALL! I am so fed up with this crap! I have never been late with a home payment nor have I ever had overdraft issues. Now because of these people I have it. There should not be this long of a wait and should have a MUCH BETTER way of resolving issues such as this. 2 days in and still have not talked to a human being. Completely unacceptable!
Desired outcome: Need to be reimbursed for my overdraft fees and have my last payment returned. I need to speak to a human being who is able to assist and not pass me off multiple times to some one else.
