I purchased a Bosch dishwasher on Oct 11/21 because Bad Boy advertised no tax on purchases. I paid in full and received a confirmation advising me that the delivery would take place Oct 18th. No delivery took place. I called and was told the delivery was changed to Jan 12/2022. This was not acceptable to my situation as I could not wait 3 months. I spoke to Nadine at 500 Fenmar head office location and she told me the cancellation was processed and I would have it in 7 days. To-date I've made 7 phone calls only to get the runaround that the manager "Clint" at extension 279 would be reaching out to me. I have been promised this several times and no one has called.
Not sure if a Clint exists because apparently the rep on the phone conveniently didn't remember Clint's last name.
It's shameful that this is the service they provide but falsely advertise how wonderful they are. I am now attempting to escalate to the top Executive level through my contacts in the industry. I am hopeful that their Director of Business Development Samantha will want to rectify this matter since this business was built up by her grandfather Mel. I'm still hopeful someone at Mel Lastman's Badbody has the decency to call me back as was promised.
