My late order which I paid in full 50 days ago
I bought, bedroom set on january 2,2023 and I paid in full over 2k right on the store, it was a pillow as gift when you buy bedroom set, store manager refused to give me even that, they convince me to pay in full and get my order for max 2 or 3 weeks, but still nothing in my bedroom! I called in many times, but nothing new, just sorry and we don't give you your money back, I won't go to this business no more and I will do whatever I can to stop my friend and family to buy stuff from this company

We purchased a table set in the fall of 2021. Upon delivery we noticed one of the chrome legs was tarnished. On December 28 I contacted the store. I was given the number for customer service. I contacted customer service and was told to take pictures and provide other information and they would replace the item. That was December 2021 and we have not received the replacement. I have since called customer service 5 times and the store 8 times. Each time I’ve been told they will look into it. Each time, nothing is done. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau. Earlier we had ordered a sofa and chairs and told the sales person the measurements to get the sofa to the basement. He said no problem it would fit. When the sofa was delivered it wouldn’t fit. We went to the store and they refused to give us our money back for the sofa. We instead bought the love seat (because we needed something) and they charged us almost as much as the sofa itself. It’s obviously 2023 and this has not been resolved.

Sectional
Bought a sectional back in March of 2022, received it broken in the box, fought for months to get it replaced. Finally did in September (5 months later) only to have it come broken in the box. Now they can't replace it so we have to choose a new one to swap it with and had to pay another $500 only for them to botch two deliveries and delay us receiving a functional product even further. It's slated to be delivered on the 31st of December but I have no real hope that I'll receive it.

Hi I ordered the electric range stove from lastman bad boy website only on November 13, 2022. When I ordered it showed me it’s available & not showed me anything out of stock or unavailable. And did not mention deliver date & all. Then today nov 15 at 14:47 I received a call from there customer service saying this product will be available or delivered in mid of December & by hearing that I right away told her ma’am I can’t wait till that long & u didn’t mention on website that I have to wait that long & I also mention it’s a stove I needed urgently or maybe in week as my stove is not working so I ordered it to get it ASAP. I also told her as I can’t wait that long can you please refund my money to my credit card. she said we can’t refund the money but we can do store credit. I told her ma’am I don’t want store credit as it not $10 or $20 that I can adjust. I paid $931.80 so please refund it so I can get it from somewhere else & she said no. I again called there customer service 16:30 and talked to one of the person Jermaine and he told me the same and can’t help me. Now I am no where. My stove is not working nor I will get my money back so at least I can buy from some where else. Extremely poor customer service
Had a new fridge delivered August 3/22. Two incompetent delivery guys damaged the fridge bringing it inside .I mentioned to them that they had dented the door. Lead guy took pictures. My Wife called Bad Boy and was told to take it up with the manufacturer, the manufacturer said it was the store problem. We were the asked to e-mail a complaint with pictures, which we did, lots of conversations with various staff members who finally offered compensation and here we are on Oct 25/22, still getting the run around. Their latest excuse is that the person that handles that department is still off sick ( They've used this now for 3 weeks). Certainly not the customer service that Mel expected, he must be spinning in his grave seeing his company going downhill being run by incompetents and story tellers. Never again! try and deal with small independent stores. Customer service at its WORST! The media is my next stop. Sean O"Shea at Global here I come.

On May 1, 2022, I pre ordered a bed for my daughter and was told the order would take 6-8 weeks since I pre order and I was ok with that. It's now October 14, 2022 and I am still with without a bed for my child, she is currently sleeping in my bed with myself and my husband because I have no bed for her room. Lastman's Bad Boy has always been my store of choice since 2012 where I have purchased my bedroom & living room sets among other things which are quite lovely and durable, hence, why I choose to purchase my daughters bed. I am extremely disappointed as I have called by phone & was told I cannot get a refund because I purchased online and online orders are final.I was told a manager would call me as only they can approve a refund.To date no one has called. I have also sent emails and no response recenty. I am desperately in need of a refund so I can purchase a bed for my child. Please help

issue with sectional sofa - 1528378
I bought extended warranty for sectional sofa during my purchase (SO#001230) in Aug 2019. Extended warranty is for 5 years from the date of purchase. I started seeing multiple issues with sectional sofa and so tried to contact badboy customer service phone number which after long wait in queue was always getting disconnected. This kept on happening for some time. So I reached out to local badboy outlet and complained them regarding it and they gave me e-mail account to send the details. I sent out the details of issue. I spent almost one month doing to and fro on e-mails ang giving them details of issue like crack in one side of board, torn from stitches, fading of sofa, bubling and bump in the sofa. After almost month the customer care executive mentioned that the claim cannot be processed as I failed to report the issue in time. He said that policy says issue needs to be reported within14 days of its occurence. And he wants me to prove that I contacted them, I dont have call record logs to support my claim. In all respect the experience with badboy aftersales support has been pathetic and unprofessional.

Posture Care Sleep In mattress
Put down a deposit of $500 for a mattress at BadBoy on Fairway rd. in Kitchener. Mattress arrived at our house on May 10th at which time we paid the balance. The plastic was still on it after the delivery drivers left. When we took the plastic off we noticed a harsh chemical smell. We called the store and were told that that is a normal de-gassing smell from the foam and should dissipate after 48 hours. It hadn't. We called back and were told it sometimes takes longer. After three weeks we went back to the store. There were two issues now. The first was the smell the second was the firmness and the lumpiness of the pillow top. They explained pillow top would soften after use and they can't do anything because we didn't report it early enough. The problem is that it took my mom (who has COPD) three weeks to even be able to get in the room with the mattress. When we called again and spoke to the manager she said they would send someone out to assess it. They never came. When we called back she denied ever having said that and that nothing could be done. I understand a normal de-gassing of VOC's. This is way beyond that. It's August 30th and I can still smell it outside the room with the door closed. No one has slept on it. It is ridiculous that this has not been taken care of. The customer service is abysmal. I've contacted the manufacturer and they will not deal with the public. They say the issue must be resolved through BadBoy.
Desired outcome: We would like a full refund.

I ordered a fridge in January 2022. If has yet to be delivered. Last enquired in August and they said they might have if in the warehouse end of Sept. They keep pushing the date. I have requested a refund but was told all sales final - which implies goods were exchanged for money but I have not received the item. I was told at least 3 weeks ago a manager woukd contact me but I have never received a call.

Purchased item not available and company not cooperating
We purchased a built in refrigerator on-line. The company sent an email that they would confirm the order within 48 hours. Our credit card was charged for over $12,000 and no order was ever confirmed. Each time we call they state they will have someone call us back… but nobody ever does. We are ready to proceed with legal action, as this is fraudulence and theft. I urge everyone to STAY AWAY from Last Man’s Bad Boy!

I placed order for Samsung 11.1.4 CH Soundbar HW-Q990B/ZC in May and still don’t know when I’ll receive it! It’s price also reduced 500$ and available on all stores but whenever I call Badboy Customer Center they gave me new delivery date! Even visited the store in Ancaster but didn’t receive any feedback! They are also not ready to refund the amount! Will never buy from Badboy in my life and advising same to everyone. Send them emails also but no response!
Washer and dryer
I ordered a stable able washer and dryer on April 9, 2022 I paid in full with my credit card told me 2 to 3 weeks. 4 weeks go by I called for the ad save the tax and was told I would be refunded $200.00 but the machine was not ready yet.
In June I got an e-mail the appliances would be delivered the next day 12.00noon to 3.30pm. No show my machine was never on the truck. lies. 2 weeks later another e-mail my appliance would be delivered Friday. another no show I was told the appliance was damaged. I keep calling them I want to talk to a manager but for some reason he is never there. At this point all I want is my $1806.87 that I paid for nothing. I am a widow I don't have money to throw away. Botched Dishwasher installation
I purchased a brand new dishwasher in February 2021 that was installed by BadBoy. After about 6 months of use the dishwasher stopped working. I discovered a severely kinked waste hose. The hose could not be straightened, it had to be replaced. BadBoy refused to replace the hose.
It was obvious that the hose was either installed with the kink in it or Badboy kinked it when installing the dishwasher. In both cases, its BadBoy's responsibility to resolve. They refused to fix it.
After a long and frustrating email discussion (yes, that's right, they don't want to verbally talk to their customers) they stood their ground and refused to pay. This discussion went on for about 5 weeks. Imagine
Please don't give them any business. They don't deserve it.
Desired outcome: BadBoy should've replaced the kinked hose on the dishwasher.

I purchased a twin bed on line on March 7, 2022. I was told that due to Covid the bed was in back order and it was expected in 2 weeks. I called on March 16 band was told in April. I said I wanted to cancel because it was too long and besides my son whom I purchase the bed for was moving. I was told that I would get a refund on my credit card within two weeks. I have been calling ever since and I am always told that someone will get back to me. I am still waiting for a call and refund. In the meantime I am paying for something I never receicved.

I got a phone call from Bad Boy today and they will be refunding my card. If that does not happen I will refile. No explanation as to why it takes this long.

I received phone call from the company and a staff told me that there was no stock available at the moment, the item could be delivered at the end of May. Since I need the item urgently, so I ask them to cancel the order and refund me the payment made. After the phone call, I wrote email many times to order support( [protected]@nooobody.com) and customer [protected]@nooobody.com), and also called and talked with many people with regard to this cancelation and refund, spent many hours on this matter. They all made notes, and a gentleman told me clearly that I would expect to receive the refund in 7 days. However. It has been more than 3 months ...I urgently need the refund since I have no money to pay for credit card. I just request a refund ASAP. The total amount is $958.24.
