NO REFUND ISSUED for a cancelled order
We ordered a dishwasher online on September 11/21 and was told after payment had been processed that it wouldn't be available until the end of December. We cancelled the order the following day and were told via email 2-3 days to process the refund. Well, we have spent the last 6 weeks trying to reach a ‘manager' to complete the process for issuing a refund (emails, phonecalls, messages - we have a paper trail). It is virtually impossible to reach this ‘person'. What a mistake to have ever dealt with Lastman's Bad Boy. First and definitely the last time. The saga will continue as we try to reclaim our $1128.87.
Posted a review OCTOBER 26/21 on Google and the [protected]@nooobody.com replied they would be responding immediately to resolve the issue. Left 2 messages again yesterday at [protected] ext.279 (Manager)

I have been trying to cancel a order for 2 months now, everytime I call I get put on hold for 45 . When I finally get thru to someone they hang up on me or transfer me to someone else who hangs up . I was given a fake email to try and cancel my order . I don't know what kind of furniture company this is . I would never order from them again.
TV - not in stock, cancelled order, not refunded 30 days later
I looked at a particular TV that would fit in a cabinet and needed to have precise measurements. Due to how specific my needs are, I asked before ordering online, is this TV in stock because we need a TV immediately. I was told "Yes, it is in stock". One week later, no TV, online order record showed not even shipped yet! Took AGES to even get a human to speak with. Finally did and was told "This TV is not in stock." and they then tried to sell me another TV. I explained the situation and said I would need to cancel the order, that the TV they wanted to sell me was not the correct size. My order was cancelled on Sep 25 (purchase was on Sep 13). We then immediately purchased the TV that we needed at another store. I asked for a reference number for the cancellation and was told I would receive an email. No email ever came and since that time I have been calling to attempt to get the money back on my card. Have called and been put on hold for 40 min 3 times, have called and been sent to a "manager" only to be put to voice mail with no response to my message 5 times. I have sent about 10 messages through the online platform and have spoken with 2 people yesterday (10/20/21) and this morning (10/21/21) both of whom said they were not the one to assist me but would contact a customer service agent to call me. No one has called me. Still nothing. $856.20 on my card since Sep 14. This business has a 1-star rating here and with the BBB.

King Size Mattress
I want to exchange it for a different one because the quality of this one is garbage and not comfortable. They won't return emails or calls and I need a resolution. I have tried calling and emailing the company but no one will get back to me. I am very dissapointed in the lack of customer service on their end and need a resolution as soon as possible.

My wife and I purchased a sectional for quite a bit of money when we moved to our new house, we were told that everything would arrive within 3 weeks once ordered. After we found out that it would be 2 months. We cancelled our order August 20, 2021 were told that the refund would take place within 5- 10 business days and that there would be no charge on their part because the order was going to take longer than anticipated and we would not have any furniture to sit on for 2 months.
We have since contacted them 4 more times only to get the run around stating they are "printing the bill requesting a refund from their manager" I called again today October 9, 2021 which the person I spoke to told me that the order was still active and had not even been cancelled yet. I asked if there was someone that I could speak to in hopes to get this resolved once and for all today but said there was no manager on duty to speak to (which not sure how that's legal)
As there has been no resolution to this issue yet, I will be filing fraud with my credit card company and I will be posting all of this information on social media networks so people can make the right decision and never purchase from these criminals! Bad Boy seems fitting for their business practices...
Rest assured I will never purchase anything from this company ever again, I would rather sit on a 10$ lawn chair purchased from Canadian Tire then resort to having to purchase from these people.

Bosch Ascenta SHX3AR75UC Dishwasher Damaged Order #[protected]
We ordered the dishwasher online at Bad Boy on Sept 24 2021. Delivery was made on Sept 28. After unpacking we noticed the back of the dishwasher was bashed in (by forklift?). The back is single walled metal and the dent was clearly visible from the inside. Shining a flashlight between the metal and plastic tub from the back the light was visible from the inside. This was not a cosmetic flaw but the dishwasher is absolutely unusable (it would leak profusely). Also, the interior of the packaging was wet (we assume from condensation?) already showing corrosion on the top metal. The top door control panel was soiled. We telephoned Bad Boy right away to report the damages. We told them to come back with a new pristine unit and haul the damaged one away. They refused saying Bad Boy's policy is to contact the manufacturer for their approval! They asked for photos (damage and serial number) to be emailed to [protected]@nooobody.com which we complied. Also, that the packaging must be kept (why?). This is not an inexpensive dishwasher bought for $1, 154. Not knowing what to do we called the next day again demanding that a new replacement dishwasher be delivered. They refused. When asked how long this 'manufacturer's approval' will take they said a couple of days. Obviously, we don't trust them - who would? What reputable retailer would do this? They're probably playing some kind of game with the manufacturer using us as a pawn.
Desired outcome: Bad Boy to immediately deliver a new pristine replacement dishwasher and remove damaged unit.
Bedroom room set
Purchased a bedroom set from bad boy for over $6000.00 I was told my delivery was scheduled for Thursday I paid for it up front mostly in cash and then they call me the night prior to delivery to say I cannot receive it then because they are doing inventory! My son specifically asked them prior to purchase will it be delivered Thursday ? They assured us Thursday because my son needs to be home to accept the delivery so he specifically took off that day from work anticipating his delivery! We even went back to the store to complain the sales lady answering the phone hung up on us which was unacceptable and extremely rude! The assistant manager agreed the situation was not our fault it was stores fault ! He said he could not refund the purchase but assured us that we would be compensated for the giant mix up! The sales person called today saying he could see it may be delivered Friday however we work and are not home 🏡 to receive the order I'm absolutely disappointed and extremely upset because we tossed the old bed 🛌 room set out because we we assured the Thursday delivery that never happened! Don't tell customers there delivery will come on a specific date if you are not able to fulfill the order on that date! My son has to sleep on the couch until the situation is resolved 😡

I purchased several appliances from Bad Boy and every one of them ended up with an issue.
Thank goodness I purchased extended warranty.
In December 2020 I called to have my Refrigerator and microwave looked at. I was told that they would send out someone to look at both. The person that came was only for the refrigerator. I told him that I have issues with the microwave too and he took pictures and sent them in. When he returned the second time for the fridge I told him that I have not heard back amount the microwave, he took a look and said that this cannot be repair but that was not what he was there for. He took more pictures and sent them in. After not hearing from anyone, I called the warranty company and they said it cannot be repaired, I should call bad boys for a replacement. It took two months to get this information after making several complaints and speaking with head office. In February head office connected me with the Scarborough location to order a new microwave. It is now August and I still cannot get this microwave. I was told that it would be in in April. I called in April and then was told 2 weeks. I have continuously called and each time I receive a new delivery date. For the past two weeks I have been trying to get a hold of a manager. The receptionist at head office kept putting me back in the queue after telling her several times I want to speak to a manager. Then she tried to give me an general email address, which did not belong to a manager. After telling her that this service sucks she finally sent me to a manager's phone line. That person, of course, was not available. I left a message and wrote down the extensions (x267 and x290) left on her out of office message. After waiting another 4 days I called and the extensions above...one rang out and I left a message for the other requesting a call by the end of the day or I will take to social media. That was last Wednesday. I have not received a return call. This company obviously does not care for their customers or their reputation. The customer services is inadequate to put in the nicest terms I possibly can. Your products are ALL defective and you do not stand by your word. I paid for extended warranty and I need you to stand by your word. Because of all the stress this company has put me through, I am requesting compensation on top of my replacement microwave. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours, I will be forced to retain a legal representative and/or call the media to tell my story.

Sofa
I bought the sofa late September 2020. The first delivery was done, but it was broken item. I contacted for exchange. The second delivery for exchange was done in middle of October, after a bunch of emails, calls were done. But it's not a happy ending. In March 2021, there was an issue of sofa, I then contacted for support, they asked me to provide a lot of things and I sent all the required ones. And until the end of July (more than 4 months of emails back and forth), they accept to exchange another one. This time, again, it was a broken one. The funny thing is that the first delivery, that broken was on the right hand side, but for the third delivery, it was broken at the left hand side. Not only that damaged delivery, the delivery man also took with them an extra piece of my current sofa. I am now having the sofa with yet-to-solve issue and lack of a piece. I have tried to email their senior support staff, called many times, but no help at all. I paid the GOLD warranty for NOTHING.

I ordered a fridge online June 13, 2021. I called to see when delivery was booked. It was then I was told it would be end of July. I receive broken furniture. At this point, I want it return and money back but zero people answer at the "Just call our service department [protected]" .. after HOURS on hold, I still got no one.
When I receive broken dresser, I called store and that phone no. right away.
It went downhill after that. Store said to send pictures of the broken item to [protected]@nooobody.com and if no one replies in a week, call them (you know but no one answers so you can't call, but I tried again.
The FB web site person finally help after me posting on their page (THE ONLY PERSON WHO DID HELP)… they got someone to finally call me.
agent 2 said it would go to a furniture fixing place and I said.. if they don't contact me.. she said call or email me.. then said email because no one answers the phone. I said I KNOW.
No one contact me. I asked agent 2 for money back. She didn't respond.
I went to store to talk to manager. They checked and said it was in to get fixed but I have to wait for them to call me.
After agreeing to WAIT for an order because of covid
I am now living with clothes in boxes because I can't use new dresser.
And I would like money back but you can't get a hold of anyone.
This store was newer to our area, although it was in TO for as long as I can remember you can't shop at it unless you went to TO. When it came, I never heard it was so absolutely so bad to shop at or I would never have tried. The track was broken and no screws to attach.
The actually broken area, technically can't be fixed because they ripped where it screws in. And waiting to fix, or new drawers, is RIDICULOUS providing how terrible and LONG there service is.
I JUST WANT MONEY BACK so I can't use it elsewhere and stop living out of boxes.

Sectional couch and washer and dryer
We ordered a sectional couch and washer and dryer in May and we're told that our items would be delivered June 5 when we called to see what time it would be coming, we were told that our delivery order was not put through an error on YOUR end. We paid in full on our credit card .Then we were told we had to wait till July 7 2021.In the mean time we had to sit on our floor and use a landury mat to do our washing witch was not only a huge inconvenience to us its also been an additional expense to us. Then July 7 comes took the day OFF WORK to be here for our delivery when it comes not only was our washer and dryer NOT DELIVERED WE DIDN'T GET A WHOLE SECTION TO OUR SECTIONAL COUCH! I've been calling for days now waiting on the phone for over an hour and a half to either be put on hold or just plainly be hung up on . I'm getting no help this is the WORST PLACE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY im calling CITY TV to that segment we're they do investigation into companies who literally steal your money and not give you your items ) maybe they can help me

Washer Dryer order over two months and not yet delivered.
We Ordered washer dryer on April 14 and we still haven't received it. We called a couple of times and they keep extending the delivery time.
We called the customer service couple of time and said what is the status in April May and they said it will come in June first week. It's June 9th and we have t heard from them.
We emailed and when we asked for refund they said store credit and as it's a final sale we can't get a refund. We are stuck now.
It's not like it was super cheap! My husband ordered thinking it's a deal for maybe $100 cheaper but service is so bad and no one cares if they have one or more client issues. It was a big and huge mistake shopping from there. We have used Canadian appliances and have never he such an issue. They don't even have a ombudsman to complain. So disappointed and will warn everyone never to shop from here!

Feb 24/21 order [protected] reclining loveseat. Paid over $700 for this item and it's still not been delivered as of May19/21. I have requested a refund 3 times now and have been told that as per their company policy, there are no refunds. The ETA deliver on the website I purchased from states 2-4 weeks. I would like my money back. This company is operating on customers payments made for products they can't or won't deliver. This must be against the law.

2 Recliner chair
I purchased 2 recliners in March 2021 and 1 of them came with the wrong power bar therefore, the chair cannot be used as a recliner. I have emailed, called and left several message with no response. When I call your H/O I am put on hold indefinitely.
When I finally got through to the main switchboard I asked for a manager and was hung on, when I called back the line was busy.

The bed for bedroom set that I ordered is not available anymore and there is nothing else I want. The set was a gift for my daughter on April 2 2021. We did not hear back from store about when the order would be delivered. My daughter finally got hold of someone who said the set would be delivered the end of April. Misrepresented purchase
Ordered a 3 piece kitchen set and cancelled within 20 minutes. I was told all sales final. No refunds. This is not clear at all on website. Only when they sent me a reply addressing my issue did I see all sales final. This is not made available to you until after you make the purchase and they send you confirmation. Which I did not get for 2 days after I asked to cancel. So they have my $450 on my credit card and the set that I cancelled won't be delivered for at least 3 months. I was offered an in store credit. I've over 2 hours away from the nearest store. Owners need to be in that jailbird outfit and put behind bars for stealing from people. I'm retired and cannot afford to throw money away to the likes of these people.

I am in the exact same boat as you and sorry to hear. I bought a dishwasher on the thanksgiving long weekend as they were advertising no tax. I paid in full roughly same amount you are owed and to-date I have been told that manager “Clint” was to call me back. I’ve spoken to 7 people this week and apparently he’s calling me at 1pm. Very doubtful. I will be escalating to head office after this. Terrible customer service. Never again! Thanks for posting.
