Black velvet bed frame MISSING PIECES !!!!!!!
I am very upset with customer service I have waited a year for this bed frame and now it is delivered and I have white pieces with black headboard, I will travel today to switch these pieces, either change the headboard or the frame pieces please I have been on hold with customer service on 2 phones for an hour now, I want something done about this immediately, or I DO NOT EVER THINK I WILL ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN THIS IS TO MUCH

I cancelled an order within 20 minutes on Sunday April 18th, 2021 and they still took my money and charged my credit card. For a product that will not be delivered for at least 3 months. ( Which I am now disputing). I was offered a credit note but I do not want that. I'd prefer to have my credit card credited. There is no reason for this as I gave BAD boys PLENTY of notice.

Bed
Purchased a bed, fell apart. Had it replaced under warranty and within a week it fell apart. Warranty service department is non existent and lack the professionalism that would accompany a reputable company. Nordam, senior warranty service representative addressed the issue like she was doing me a favour? Shame on the Lastman Family that obviously haven't learned that a customer base is key in any ecomical environment.

Delivery of my bedroom furniture set
We bought a bedroom set from Bad Boys Ancaster and when delivered the Queen size bed that is in 3 sections ...one section was wrong
We have complained to the store and they tell us that they can do nothing
We have emailed bad boys at their social complaints dept and no one replies
We have called their complaints dept and we are put on hold for hours at a time
No one answers
We need some results or we will be looking to get this order refunded by our credit card company

I ordered a dishwasher from Bad Boy on February 13. My credit card was charged that same weekend. I received a confirmation email, but I wasn't given a date, or a time range, of when it would be available for us to pick up at the store. I emailed to find out when it would be available, several times, but my messages were ignored. I called a customer service number given in the confirmation email, but I was put on hold for two hours before I had to hang up. I tried another customer service number and spoke with someone who repeatedly said that I had to email them. He said he couldn't help me, this is how they do business, I have to email. Next, I tried calling the store where we were supposed to pick up the dishwasher to see if they could help. I got transferred to head office, where I left a voicemail that was not returned. I called back two days later, left another voicemail, it was not returned either. Then, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. The next day, I received what appears to be a standard email from Bad Boy, stating that all sales are final. They still haven't given me an approximate arrival date for the dishwasher. I have requested a full refund, but they refuse. I have read many complaints from people in the same situation. Makes me wonder how they're still in business with such poor business ethics and major lack of customer service.

I purchased a Samsung TV model UN55TU7000, order #1000359567 online. It was ordered January 7, 2021 and delivered January 19, 2021. We took it out of box and hooked it up and immediately noticed the screen has coloured vertical lines on 15% of the screen. I contacted Bad Boy and they told me I needed to contact Samsung to deal with problem. Samsung identified the issue as damage to the screen and would not warranty. I have been in contact with Evan from Bad Boy many times and am getting nowhere. I want the TV replaced or refunded but am getting no co-operation. All diagnosis by Samsung has been as a result of them requesting a picture of the screen, which I sent them.
Samsung or Bad Boy will not accept responsibility that the TV arrived in the condition it is in. They all want to wash their hand and are unwilling to resolve my purchase of a damaged TV.
Purchase a fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher
On Nov 2, 2020 I purchased a fridge, microwave, range and dishwasher (Order # [protected]) for a total of $4, 045 online. A month and a half after, on December 18th I followed up with the delivery and they confirmed that all items were ready to ship except the range. I spoke with a customer service representative called Meena and she suggested purchasing a different range available in stock. I decided to pay an incremental $457 and get everything delivered at once; she confirmed everything would be delivered on January 9th, 2021.
On January 4th, 2021 I called to confirm delivery time; and they mentioned nothing was available except the dishwasher and the range. Confused about the situation; I called Meena and she confirmed that everything was ready to ship on January 9th.
Today; January 8th, 2021 I called to confirm delivery time and your customer service representative mentioned that only the dishwasher was available to ship. It's been over two months and at this point I'm not certain my order will be ever fulfilled given all the mixed messages. I tried to cancel my order but they mentioned all orders are final sale. But I have not received anything so how can't this be cancelled.

There is zero communication from these people i was only able to get through once on the phone. I wanted a refund they said all sales are final. That must be against the law. They take my money then keep it.

I have had the exact same issue with them over a sofa, love seat and recliner I ordered September 22...They take your money, postpone the 'eta' of the piece(s)...I told them the last time that we could go on in such a way for decades...my furniture is now been postponed to the end of February...when I asked for compensation, they offered me fifty dollars towards my next purchase and said they couldn't apply it to the current purchase...as if I would opt to buy anything else there...when I asked for a refund, they told me I'd have to pay a restocking fee for something that wasn't in stock...I also got fed a line about profit margins and China production on their Ashley furniture...It should all be illegal if it isn't already and there should be some Avenue of recourse for customers...

I purchased Samsung TV from badboy.ca after I was redirected by samsung.ca to their website as a authorized resellers, I wish that never happened.
so long thing short, this is my first and last experience with a local business. before I place my order online I gave them a call, and asked if they have it available, they said they are out of stock but as long I can place my order online they will deliver within 2 weeks, and they are expecting the Tv to be restocked by 15th of December maybe earlier.
so I placed my order with confidence, then I gave them a call, when is the shipping, they said, it is what it is. it take 48 hours for the order to show in their system, and that wasn't a good start.
6 days later, I called again and they told me it still doesn't show when it will be delivered but I can call in few more days.
I called today and finally someone told me it shows in the system that its scheduled for delivery by end of January, 60 days to deliver a TV that I already paid for in full in CASH!
I was a refund, as this violates the CPA as the maximum delivery time by law is 30 days ONLY, and 30 days is already tooooo much for a paid product

I have received a damanged product. Though it is ordered and picked up from the store, the Store team routed me to Customer service and I am having tough time to reach to the customer service team and store cutomer service team is VERY RUDE and NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO ANSWER THE QUERY OR THE NEXT PROCEDURE.
This was really frustrating and service and people at store are HORRIBLE and i was totally disappointed with the purchase and service.

Hi Team,
I have placed an order at Lastman's Bad Boy online site at September 14, 2020 at 8:33:53 AM EDT. While booking this order the store team confirmed that its gonna take 2-5 business days. Once it is booked, they changed their words to 6-8 weeks and I have requested to cancel and issue the store credit.
Unfortunately, till now there is no status on the store credit and their customer care never answers the calls.
When I walked in to the store to check the status, the store team behaves like they don't want to deal with online orders and need to deal with only ecommerce department where they never answers the calls.
Need your help in resovling this issue.

I am filing a complaint about a refund
I ordered a sofa online (Signature Design by Ashley Arcola Series RTA Sofa in Java 8260438AB) Order #1000293286 on Sept 26/2020 and on Oct 15/2020 Ecommerce Agent 3 (Lastman's Bad Boy) got back to me by email saying the sofa I ordered was discontinued. I asked for a refunded on Oct 15/2020 and on Oct 19/2020 Ecommerce Agent 3 (Lastman's Bad Boy) got back to me saying " Please be advised that our company policy outlined on our website, https://www.badboy.ca/website-agreement, states that all sales are final.
However, you have the option to receive an in-store credit or you are able to re-select to another product. Please advise on how you would like to proceed.".
Before I paid for my sofa, you guys should have told me that it was discontinued, rather than wasting 3 weeks of my time and now trying to force me into store credit. I am very sorry, but i am not interested in any other product in the store. Can you please help me get my refund?

On july 23, 2020 I purchased a bar (order #1000122212) online from lastman's bad boy and pain in full by mastercard. On august 5th I was notified the product will be available in their warehouse within 7-10 days. On august 20 I was informed they had run out and supply will be available in december. On august 24th I asked for a refund as I was not willing to wait until december. On september 2nd they in formed me that as per company policy all sales are final and they are willing to "provide in-store credit or have a sales agent contact me to help re-select to another product." on september 3rd I informed them that I want my refund, they don't have the product and still took my money for a delivery date of december, not knowing if that delivery date is viable. On september 14th they asked for my order n umber again which I provided. On september 14th I notified them that since they are not willing to refund me, the same product is available from another vendor at reduced price and same delivery date and as per bad boys company's "price match policy / price protection policy" I asked for the refund of the difference. On september 17th I was notified that a manager will follow up. On september 17th I received I was informed "but this item is sold out and we do not price match on items that are sold out". S the item is sold out why did they take my money back in july and why are they refusing to refund it for a product that is never delivered and is sold out? This is unethical and immoral and in my opinion preying on unsuspecting public. Is this how mr. Lastman made all his money, by ripping off the public rather than hard work? Help please... I have attached the picture of the product from their competitor.
Dining room set purchased on september 17,2020
On September 17, 2020 after searching online for sales on dining sets I decided to purchase a dining room set from this FRAUD of company that is still legally operating in Canada which is beyond belief. I paid $494.04 for the dining set which was advertised as EXPRESS SHIPPING. the next day after my purchase an ad came on my Facebook page and I decided to check the comments section. Immediately I got scared because they were all saying the same thing. I went to the website to cancel the order after reading the comments and to my surprise the website doesnt allow you to cancel (first red flag). I called the Ancaster Store which was my default store online to find out when the dining room set will be delivered. The CSR said they do not have it in stock and they are not sure when it would be. Huh? I reminded her that this item is listed as Express shipping and they should not be advertising something that is not in stock. I told her I needed the dining room set and I will like a refund. she said I cant get a refund but i can come to the store and choose another item that is in stock. Huh? I decided to call ahead to the Kitchener Store since its closest to me. I spent over $20 in transportation. Mind you I'm not working I used my savings and I have limited income. This is why this hurts to much. The manager at the Kitchener store is clearly a fraud also. Most of the items in the showroom are not in stock some of them are also online as listed for SALE. There was nothing there for me to choose from so I left. I got an email ordersupport@nooobody.com this email redirected me to another email, the second email directed me to two other emails. I got no answer I was then redirected again to ordersupport@nooobody.com. Really? I sent an email indicating that what they are doing is illegal and I would be going to the media. I got a response that the item will arrive in two weeks. Today September 23 I got another message It will be delivered at the end of October. I have read hundreds of comments and all are saying basically the same thing. in addition if they do deliver the items are damaged or wrong products. I sent a warning in a whatsapp group that im in about this company several persons responded that they had the same experience. I definitely wont be doing business with these crooks again! All i want is my money back. How are they still in business?

On september 16th, I ordered an oven/range from bad boy. Our current one broke completely and we needed a new one with specific sizes. I ordered online as their website had available a range with the dimensions I needed (they do differ based on depth specifically). I received an email verification and my money was taken from my account. A few days past and I did not hear anything about a delivery date. I called the phone number in my email confirmation and it kept prompting me to leave a message after being on hold for 30-45 minutes. I found another phone number, it may have been for a store directly and the manager there told me that the oven is out of stock and I would not get anything until november. I asked for my money back as I should not be able to purchase something that is out of stock. I was given a phone number for the online manager evan at [protected] ext 257. I was told by someone named lily that evan could authorize a refund. I called evan and he confirmed that the oven is available or "one like it". My issue is, I don't want "one like it" I want the one I ordered and said it was available online. Evan refused to refund me and said that he was trying to help me. Again, I should not be able to purchase something off your website that you dont actually have. And you shouldn't replace it with something I didn't want. Evan refused to offer a refund and promised me he would find me the range for delivery the next day. Shortly after, I got an email from the kitchener store, from gianina, she also said they dont have the one I ordered, but that I could purchase another one with the similar dimensions for for $100 more. When I said I didn't want that one, she also advised that if I were to get a refund, they would all be fired. That being said, when I questioned how they can have an item available for purchase, but not actually have in stock, her response was, that it just isn't in stock now, but they will eventually get a shipment hopefully by november. They refused a refund. I ended up having to get this other range and pay $100 more. It is absolutely a disgusting and disgraceful way of doing business with customers. Terrible service. Do not buy from bad boy, espeically online... Their inventory there is not accurate. Today, I still have no range despite the promise of next day delivery. Awful. I want my money back.
Love seat
We exchanged two reclining chairs for reclining sofa just our a year ago. I put in request to have sofa fixed back in May 2020 I've been getting the run around and excuses. This is now August 2020. We are fed up because this has been the fourth time we had to fight to have repairs done. What's the point in having a warranty if you don't honour them. We now are wanting a refund because you sold us a product of poor quality.
I'm a War Veteran and don't have a lot of money and to buy a new sofa and trusting the company to sell good quality. Now our sofa is garbage. So please just refund our money or I believe the public should know how little you care for customers. It's all about lying to customers to make a buck. Sale person promise that it great quality and con you in buying a warranty but not telling that further is garbage and you take forever to honour your warranty.
