I am so amazed this company has not shut down inspite all these reviews that I am seeing now, I wish I had read all these reviews before stepping into their store.
They are thugs of 1st class, I was made to purchase a 5 year warranty for $500.. Exactly at 3 years, the wood on the table is chipping off, my leather love seat is peeling off, andthis is not covered in warranty.. As its wear & tear. Wear & tear in 3 years.. Atleast 10 years would have been acceptable.. Do not be fooled buyers.. Their quality is horrible.. And so is their customer service.. Not reliable, they are manipulative. Save your money go elsewhere..

We are seniors and purchased a small upright freezer online for our new (downsized) house. The ad showed that the item purchased was "In Stock" after accepting our Mastercard Payment 'Immediately' we received no communication from them for over 2 weeks. We followed up by phone on numerous occasions only to be told they would check into the delay and call us back (I'm sure you know the answer to their responsiveness). Realizing we would get immediate delivery from other stores and being extremely frustrated with Bad Boys lack of the most basic Customer Service, we requested a cancellation of the order and a refund of our purchase price. Needless to say, that started an ongoing month of "let me check into that and get back to you". Finally having no patience for the 'Double Talk', 'Discount Offers' and 'Bait & Switch' Tactics I demanded my money back, only to be told they do not refund on 'Special Orders' could someone please explain to me how an advertised "In Stock" Item is a "Special Order" don't worry it seems Customer Service can't answer that question either! :) BTW they have an 'F' Score with The Better Business Bureau for unresolved complaints. Even their staff rates them poorly on 'Indeed'. I know I should have researched this myself before I ordered...guess I'm the [censored]!

On or about Feb 5th I contacted Bad Boy's Solid Gold Warranty as my washing machine broke. I've had technician's come out 3 times, replaced the mother board and wiring over the course of 5 weeks. After each appointment I've had to contact either ARS or Solid Gold to find out what the next course of action is. Neither company would contact me to keep me up to date. Over the past 2 weeks, I've been contacting Solid Gold and keep getting told that a technician is looking into it and will call be back. several days later, no response, so I call again. Once a again I'm told someone will call me back. Now 8 weeks later...yes 8 weeks later I receive a call from some other appliance repair company saying they are sending out a technician on Monday to look at the washing machine and nothing from Solid Gold. So, now I'm right back where I was 8 weeks ago! I've had to take my family of 4 washing to a laundry mat every week, costing me more money. Especially now with the Covid-19, I should not have to put my health and my families health at jeopardy because technician's can't figure out what's wrong. If this washing machine is not fixed on Monday, then I will be demanding a new one to be delivered not lather than Wed April 8th, 2020.
LG TV with solid Gold warranty -will not honour
Sales Bill # 407739, Customer service person I dealt with was Rimpi at Ext 250 She concluded that electronics were not included in the 50 Month plan and that the warranty started at the purchase date not the as explained in the Solid gold warranty package.
NO where does it say that electronics are not included in this and nowhere does it say the 50 Months start on the day of purchase. In fact in 2 places on the document does it say the warranty starts after the LG warranty expires. I am no just giving up on this as my TV is in need of repair and the cost is approx $600.00. I am asking for this to be repaired as promised in the warranty you sold me and as per the documents provided. I paid you 300.00 plus tax for this warranty. I will also be sending a message to the newspaper about this if I have no response by April 6th. Anyone who has read the warranty statement has concluded I am in the right to be covered by this warranty until May 8th 2020.

I purchased a sofa from Badboys (Lastman) Furniture for $1500.00, when we sit on the sofa our skin began it itch, my grandson laid on the sofa, his body that touches the sofa had red bumps and very ichy, when we called Badboys they refused to do do anything, they wanted me to purchased another sofa and get rid of the other. I tried reasoned with them but for over 6 months they didn't reply and when they did, they tell many lies, being defense, make up stories, etc. I'm frustrated, depressed to know how cruel they are since my entire family have all Badboys items in our home. I reached out to the owner, send numerous emails, phone calls, yet they refused to exchanged the sofa.

So, I'm pretty upset. On Thursday before Black Friday I received an Email from Lastmans Bad Boy, saying they had a 58" RCA HDMI smart TV as a web Crasher for $98, obviously I was sceptical so I called the store on Dundas. The Lady who answered assured me the deal is in fact true, however it's a door crasher not a web crasher. She said each store has only 6 so make sure to be one of the first 6 there and they opened at 6am on black friday.
So my Mother and I were there at 430 am and lined up for this amazing deal. Let me remind you how cold it was that day, as well my Mom had to work a 12 hour shift that day :(At 6 someone came out and got the first 3 people in line ( myself and my Mom included) but when we got inside the store they were selling a 32" proscan for $98. I was livid! The salesman were pretty rude, not listening and telling us " it's the webs fault. Call them" any of you have the number for the web? Lol. Anyways as we were leaving ( with no TV, freezing beyond belief and tired) the manager ( at least I think the manager) came out to give us head office phone number.
Well head office listened to us but never did a thing, until I got angry and said I want to speak to s supervisor or manager. I finally got ahold of someone, who said she can only offer me a free 32", I said not good enough, she then in return said I must have known this deal was to good, I said I thought so and that's why I called the store and got confirmation. Well now she is livid, asking for some time that she needed to speak with the owner. She hasnt called me back, I left 2 messages on her direct line with no response. Called her from a different number and she answered on the first ring. She said I have to call the store since I'm their loyal customer. She said she would send them an email to have them call me but still nothing.
I'm sorry the customer service at Lastmans Bad Boy is horrible and I'm so disappointed in them. So beware when lookinging through Badboys flyers and online, it's just a scam to get you into their stores :(

I accepted a and I paid . before they bring table my sister see the paper and she said they wrote 5 pcs and because I can't read English I didn't know that when I went store I talked to them and show the picture of the paper which wrote the 7 pcs but the first they said table counts 3 pcs after they said when you see 4 chairs In store you should to know it was 5 pcs when I told them it was paper on the table and wrote 7 pcs and the man who helped me said they will bring 2 more chairs they said we can't do anything and if we want to give you 2 more chairs you should to pay extra and now I don't know what should I do

My uncle who is a senior citizen recently made a large purchase in the mississauga store. We received delivery on Friday. The drivers were rude and ignorant. I asked them to remove the boxes as what was agreed upon with the salesman . They yelled at me that they don't do that and that the salesman lied to us just to get the sales. The proceeded to tell me that they don't work for this company and don't answer to them and if they do anything extra they have to be paid. To me it is not extra because that is what was agreed upon when we paid them almost $12, 000. This company should work together as one not be bad mouthing one another.

Very bad liers in this place. They are not honest about their business. The saleman and manager are so rule. Products are alway on sale and do not allow return of any items that buy from here. Products are not going deliver on time. I went in store and ordered and expected date 3 weeks ahead for delivery on July 20.. Wednesday (17 July 2019), I called in and found out that 1 dinning set will not delivery on the date I have selected and I did not get any notifications regarding to the delay of the dinning set and they do not an exact date when it is going be in stock for delivery. I am not satisfy and very upset about this situation. I called in ask for the manager to call me back and nobody called me. I visited the store again quite a few time. If the product is not going deliver on time, I would like a refund. They refuse to refund the money. Basically, everything I bought from this place Badboy can not be returned snd they did not mention about it. The reason why products are always on sale. Try to scam people to buy their products and can not be returned. Such a bad store.

I was desperately shopping for a low priced couch online Sundap at around 11pm. The couch from this company pooped up and stated the item was "in stock". However did not say when it will be delivered. The transaction was processed online monday morning around 12:17am. I woke up monday morning 9am the 1st thing i did was call this company bad boy and asked for more details about the product because the was just one picture and did not give more information. As you cannot tell if there are 2 cushions that are removable or not or density size, hard or soft. Because these factors are very important to my buying. I asked the girl on the phone when the delivery will be she said she does not know and it will have to come from the supplier. And am like what? why is it saying in stock on line before when i ordered, she stated that my order is not even in the system yet i told her to cancel it and even asked to speak to her manager. she will not put her manager on the phone. eventually someone came and presented herself as her manager. she said my invoice has not even been generated so my order will not go through and she will not be able to tell me when my order will be delivered until an invoice be generated within 24-48hrs. Monday at 9pm when i checked my email i realized there was an email asking to send an ID in order for my order to be processed because its on hold. I also see the transaction on the credit card but they denied that it was processed. I sent several emails for them to cancel the order yesterday after receiving that verification email. I starting feeling suspicious how do you ask for id after i told you to cancel the order. why are you sending me an email why dont you just go ahead and cancel the order. I though that email was very sketchy. I woke up this morning and seen the charge posted on my credit card as a transaction. I called and spoke to a manager who told me that it is final sale. No where on the item, or during checkout, or even the order receipt states that it is final sale if this is the only reason why they do not want to refund me the money. And what i do not understand is the fact that i spoke to them on monday morning at 9am and they could not even find my order and stated it is not in the system and not generated why go ahead and process the order. They have not responded to my email after monday But yet sent an email asking for id.All i am asking for is to not process and refund me my money. This is a nightmare.

On 11May, I visited your store in Brampton & decided to buy TV+ TV table+ reclin chair. Two sales men approached me 1Moore & 1Manbir. I came to the store & already having in mind the TV on subject since I saw the advertisement on website but needed more information & I asked Manbir, about the TV features whether it's a fully SMART TV & I specifically asked him if This TV have Android system & his answers were all affirmative i.e. full smart functionality with android application system & he also let me buy an extended warranty with $205 paid extra. Due to store assembley problem of my stuff the delivery got delayed tell the 18May but I later called the store & managed to make the delivery done on the 17th. On 15May, I contacted Bell (the intrenet&TV service provider of my house), I called them to have internet modem shiffted from my bedroom to TV room downstairs & during my conversation with Bell techniation I came to understand that my TV model doesn't have Android system which will not allow me to see the Bell TV channel that are in my current Bell plan & also doesn't ha e bluetooth. During my conversation bell offered me to upgrade the plan to (5fibe TV), which will solve the non availablty of Android but will incure me a
double extra amount that I have to pay monthly. I immediately called Brampton store on 15May & my ordeal started from here as I couldn't get the right knowledgable people who knows wheather the subject TV have Android system or not & I have been kept holding the line over 45min & finally a person named Mani, answerd me & confirmed me that this TV doesn't support Android but he further assured me not to worry since he personally using same TV & offered me a private TV techniation with extra charge of $40 to come my home & fix everything which I agreed. On 17May delivery arrived at 1pm & the techniation came at 9pm & till 11pm he was trying to get the ordinary channels that are offered in my plan with Bell but he failed & I couldn't view any Bell channels, I paid him the $40 & he left. On 18May starting from 10am I called Brampton store & was trying to reach the store manager or any senior personnel, & after long wait I was able to talk to Manbir, the sales person who was behind all this ordeal but he was so rude & denied anything concerning Android topic or the smart features of this TV & he unexpectedly disconnected the call on me. I immediately called back trying to reach again any of the store senior personnel & tell them about Manbir, behavior & everytime about the TV problem & I have to hold the line for over 50min disconnecting & calling again over 3times & was able to talk to a gentleman named Row, idintifed himself as store manager & while I was talking with him trying to explain him my problem the line was unexpextedly taken by a lady who said she is one of the floor manager (funny & unprofessional situation..), & again before I proceed with her of my problem the telephone operator came unexpectedly on the line & she told me that the person Mani, whom I wanted to talk earlier is now here & she immediately transferred me to him. The time was almost reached to 1pm & I couldn't discuss with Mani, what I wanted cause he I interrupted my talk by saying that his company Reginal manager has just arrived the store & he is going g to discuss the matter with him & call me back & I insisted on him to call me back which he never did. I waited for an hour or so & tried to call the store again but nobody replied.
My personal summary/observation to all above is that I have never expected to be humiliated in such way & I never expected BAD BOY SUPERSTORES to treat their new customers in such bad way. Starting with the very poor telephone service from the Brampton store, the sales personell who regreatably is not honest, don't know anything of the products they are selling & finally the store managers who suppose to be available to help in such situation & support customers as well their company intreast. Please, I'm very disappointed & dissatisfied with my first experience with your store & would like to cancel everything & refund my money. Thank you

My wife purchased a tv 2017 with an extended warranty. The tv just went dead. She called them and was told a service technician would be in touch as they had to find one in ottawa. A week went by and no contact. She called them again, we are still looking for a service technician. After two weeks they said your tv is not repairable. How no one came to check and we should not have sold you an extended warranty on a floor model tv. Then refund the warranty no sorry cannot do that. We were then told that we would need to go to the whitby store to get a replacement tv. We are in ottawa and are not driving 4 1/2 hours. I suggested they ship the new tv, sorry not in your extended warranty. Ok split the shipping cost, sorry cannot do that either. What can you do nothing. We were told once again that if we went to the whitby location with paper work they would replace the tv. It just happened I would be in toronto on may 16th. My wife arranged that we could pick up the tv from the kennedy store location. Just bring in the paper work and no problem. I arrived at the store and the first thing they said was where is the old tv. This was never mentioned to me when I was talking with them. The person on the counter made a phone call and then put them on the line for me to talk to. This person said your wife was told that they would need the tv back and they have this conversation recorded. News to me and I had talked to them and this was never mentioned. On top of they the supposedly recorded the conversation without telling her they were doing so. A big breach. Each time their story changes. They will never honor an extended warranty. Spend money and you may as well flush it down the toilet. So now we have a 58" tv less than two years that is useless. They go by a policy book and will not deviate at all to help a customer. Since we no longer live in toronto they will not do anything to compromise to get this resolved. No customer service. Will never shop with them again. All we want is a tv replaced under warranty and they will not ship and now they change their story about the replacement.
