They don't seem to care about the quality of their service, and their prices are way too high
They don't seem to care about the quality of their service, and their prices are way too high. I had a bad experience with them when I needed to ship some important documents. They were late and didn't even apologize. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save your money and go with a different company.
This company is a joke
This company is a joke. Don't use them! They lie, cheat, and steal your time and money. I wish they could get negative stars. So disappointed. If moving cross country isn't stressful enough, they make it worse. Run, don't walk, run from this company!
I got this company to move my stuff from Cali to NC in Oct 2021
I got this company to move my stuff from Cali to NC in Oct 2021. It's Feb 2022 now and my stuff ain't here yet. They keep giving me excuses for why it's taking so long. I don't get it! If I ever get my stuff, it'll be a miracle!
I hired Leadership Logistics Inc
I hired Leadership Logistics Inc. through American National Moving broker. They still haven't delivered my stuff from Los Angeles to Lexington, Kentucky. It's been tough to get in touch with the owner ***. We have no clue where our items are and we have a sick relative who needs the things in those boxes. It's really upsetting! We just want our stuff!
it's been a hot minute since my stuff was supposed to arrive from Leadership Logistics Inc
it's been a hot minute since my stuff was supposed to arrive from Leadership Logistics Inc. and it's still MIA. Like, what the heck? I reported it missing and they still haven't found it. I mean, I gave them my stuff back in October and it's almost April now. I've been living in NC since December with nothing but the clothes on my back. This company is straight up whack, I don't know how they're still in business. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.
I'm going through the same nightmare as everyone else with Leadership Logistics!
I'm going through the same nightmare as everyone else with Leadership Logistics! It's not okay! We're in a pandemic and people lost their jobs and need to move for new ones! This company is a scam! They give you the wrong price and then keep your stuff hostage! If you've been hurt by them, email me at "gvaletti at gmail dot com". I'm starting a lawsuit against them and need your help. Justice will win. Thanks!
This company is a no-go!
This company is a no-go! I moved from Cali to Texas in July 21 and finally got my stuff in Oct 2021. When I opened the boxes, it was like they went through a war - my Crystal and China were shattered! I've been trying to contact them since Oct 4, 21 to submit a claim for the damage, but no luck. The guy who delivered my stuff said I had 8 months to submit a claim, but I can't even find anyone from Leadership Logistics to help me out. I called Medal of Honor for help, but they were useless and told me to go through the company. How am I supposed to do that? Any ideas?
I had a move with Leadership Logistics Inc
I had a move with Leadership Logistics Inc. on October 19th from Playa Vista California to Fort Lauderdale. They said it would take a month, but it's been 3 months now and I still haven't received my items. They keep lying to me and not giving me any updates. I think they stole my things. I'm moving to Las Vegas now and I asked for an address to pick up my things, but they won't give me one. I just want to file a police report, but they ignore my emails and calls. I think my things are gone in another country. Don't use this company, it's a scam. If I could give negative stars, I would. They gave me an address at XXXXX Sherman Way, Canoga Park, CA XXXXX, but it's not a storage building. I'm ready to sue them. *** and Erica just keep giving me the run around.
Leadership Logistics Inc
Leadership Logistics Inc. is one of the worst biz I have ever worked with. My experiences with this org has led me to believe that they truly do not believe in the practices that orgs with stellar reputations possess. I caution anyone to do biz with this co. From the beginning to the end of my experience, was an utter nightmare, to say the least, and it took me 2 weeks to write this review, which was the time I needed to calm down and craft this document in a way that my words would be clear and precise. Let me be very clear in saying that most of my frustration lies with the co's owner, ***. If this co has any positive reviews below, I am sure that the review is a fraud, as I find it highly unlikely that anyone would write positive feedback for this co. The "owner" *** was extremely rude, disrespectful, lazy, and an outright mean human being. He made threats both physically and verbally towards me and my pregnant wife. He singlehandedly made our move a nightmare and I'd rather hire someone off the street before I would work with this co or anyone affiliated with them again. If you think I am exaggerating at all just give *** a call.
This company is terrible!
This company is terrible! Don't use them! We had the same problem as other people. They used brokers (don't use Complete Van Lines either!) and the communication between the movers and the brokers was really bad. We paid for everything to be moved, including our woodworking shop, but when Leadership Logistics Inc. showed up two days late, they said they didn't know we had tools or a garage and we had to pay double - almost $14,000! We had no choice but to pay because we were running out of time and there aren't many movers or storage places in California. Now we're in Texas and our stuff still hasn't arrived. We were supposed to get it between June 14th and July 14th, but it's been weeks and we don't know where it is. We've tried calling the numbers on their letterhead, but no one answers. We don't even know where our stuff is! They have all of our things - my art supplies, my husband's tools and teaching materials, our kids' school supplies - everything! It's really devastating.
I wish I could give them 0 stars
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Everything you read in the reviews is true. I am just shocked it has a whole two star average review rating. I think that is too high.
I can't even begin to describe the stress these people have put me through and how it has affected my health. I hired a broker for my move and they subcontracted LL. Had I known they were going to use the worst moving company in the country I would have gone elsewhere. Here's the summary of the nightmare this company has put me through.
1) They showed up 5 hours late for the pickup. That meant I had to stay behind t clean up the apartment past midnight since they were not done until 9 PM. I wish this was the worst part.
2) they overcharged me an additional $1000 on bogus charges on what was a very simple move (not a lot of stuff). Also, this is despite the fact I decided to ship less stuff than I had originally planned to so basically, I was expecting a refund. They knew I couldn't say no at that point because I had to vacate my apartment so this is straight up extorsion.
3) Here comes the fun part. I have STILL not received my stuff. When they did the pickup they told me it would take 5 business days which I thought was acceptable. My move was from San Diego to Vegas so we're talking about a 5 hour drive. On day four I called just to checkup on status and I was told my stuff would be delivered Sunday or Monday. Monday came and went and they didn't show up. Long story short, they have given me 7 different dates! and every time they give me a date I have to clear my schedule, cancel any plans and wait for a delivery that never comes. They are so incredibly inconsiderate. They really think I have nothing else to do but sit here for a month and hope they feel like showing up.
4) There is no way to get a hold of them. The numbers listed are bogus. They are busy 100% of the time. I was able to get a hold of an email through YELP! which is nonsense. What kind of business is this? Erica tried to help me out and I must say she really was on top of it the first two times I contacted her and I told her how much I appreciated her help. I told her I had a trip coming up and I didn't want to have to cancel. This is a trip I am taking for medical reasons and she assured me last Friday was de definite date I would get my delivery. Surprise surprise, it is now Monday and I'm still waiting and now she has decided to stop responding to my emails which I think it's very telling.
Please do yourself a favor, get ANYONE else for your move. I am now looking into taking legal action against this company because of all the harm their lies and deceit have caused.

I was given a binding estimate for the move but ended up paying more, despite no changes in inventory.
I was given a binding estimate for the move but ended up paying more. The move matched the estimate's description. EZ Movers in Illinois gave a binding estimate and subcontracted to Leadership Logistics, who billed differently and charged me more. The inventory list matched the estimate. I plan to take EZ Movers to small claims court in Illinois for joint liability. They would have to pursue you for any damages. I prefer to discuss this and settle outside of court.

I engaged Leadership Logistics' services to move my belongings from Desert Hot Springs, CA to Brooklyn, NY via a third party Complete Van Lines. My belongings were picked up April 21 with a requested delivery date of May 10, and as of today, June 11, I have not received them, nor have I gotten any sort of update on when to expect them. At this point, the 21 business days from pickup have elapsed, and despite all my efforts to reach out to Leadership Logistics both directly (phone, email) and via Complete Van Lines, I have been unable to reach anyone who can tell me what is going on. It's been over six weeks, and it's completely unacceptable not just to have not received my things, but to not even have gotten an update or estimate on delivery.
My father passed away in april and I contracted with US Standard Moving to have his belongings moved from San Diego to my home in Illinois. I had a contract but when the movers got 2 days late there they said my stuff was larger than the rep on the phone quoted. They doubled my price. I was 2000 miles from home and on a short timeline so what else could I do? I paid them the next installment that they wanted. I was told my items would take 2-3 weeks and I was good with that. I got 1 update from *** from Leadership logistics that said they were working on getting a shipment out but it had not even left California yet. *** was semi good at returning emails but now it is June and I have written 3 since 5/26 and can't get a reply. The last one said that she would have the shipping de(partment call me and I have not receive a call at all.I'm not sure if I got scammid here but these are all of my fathers belongings and I really want them back. This is the 3rd company involved in 1 move
Contract we signed during pickup clearly states they accept Credit cards
Contract we signed during pickup clearly states they accept Credit cards. After goods have been collected we are told they do not accept credit cards Company is now claiming, after goods have been packed and shipped away, and after payment form has been collected, that the credit card we provided will not be accepted because they do not want to accept credit cards. After having dealing with misquotes by their broker, we don't trust this company enough to give cash until delivery is completed. We then ask to be able to pick up goods, and they demand 50% of payment to be provided. This is stated nowhere in a contract now invalid by their breach.

Leadership Logistics picked up my household goods on February 21, promising a delivery date within 21 days.*** has been impossible to get a hold of and has told me in very few words that my things are on the way for 3 weeks now. It has been 50 days since my household goods have been picked up and I have no idea if they will ever be delivered or what condition they will be in, given photo reviews others have posted.
Lack of communication
Lack of communication. Was told to pay in full for our move and we complied. Goods still yet to be delivered We paid our movers in full on December 29,2020 in order to not have to pay for storage. And we have been patiently waiting for a date for our goods to be delivered. We email every week and are still waiting on a date: it has gotten to the point where we will have to buy some new household goods. The last time we were emailed anything was March 11,2021. We have emailed them the prior week and this week as well with no response. Seeing as we have paid our movers in full we would just like for our things to be delivered already instead of being given the same response since dec/jan

An agent/broker paired us LEADERSHIP LOGISTICS to perform the transport of our belongings
An agent/broker paired us LEADERSHIP LOGISTICS to perform the transport of our belongings. A death in the family meant moving our Matriarch's things to FL from CA. We distilled my late mother's belongings down to her most dear items: photos, memorabilia, scrapbooks, etc. The very things you would pack up in an evacuation. Load-up was Jan 2nd, 2021. It is now May 10. In mid-March, our belongings were still warehoused, so we asked to pick them up. But Leadership Logistics insisted 100% our shipment was "going to Fl that very next week!" Naively, we trusted this. On Jan 2nd, at pick-up, we were asked for an additional payment from LL, and our total due upon delivery was also revised upwards. Every complaint that you read on ComplaintsBoard.com's site is exactly the same distress and deceit we are experiencing. All communication haphazard or dropped. No idea where our things actually are, because we would like our mother's things. #***. (Please ComplaintsBoard.com help us, warn others to beware.)

Date of Transaction: 9/19, Amount paid at pickup (cash): undisclosed, Deposit: undisclosed, Final delivery balance: undisclosed
Date of Transaction: 9/19, Amount paid at pickup (cash): undisclosed, Deposit: undisclosed, Final delivery balance: undisclosed. The business committed to moving our household belongings with storage from 9/19 to 11/12. We dispute the lack of delivery information. The business has not communicated the condition of our belongings, status, or ETA. They have not addressed the issue. Our belongings are over four months delayed without explanation, with the excuse that 'all our customer wants their items.' Filing a complaint stems from exhaustion and frustration due to the delay and lack of resolution. My belongings seem held hostage, which is absurd.

Leadership Logistics has failed on its end to deliver our household goods
Leadership Logistics has failed on its end to deliver our household goods. I have made several attempts at asking to retrieve my household items because of the lack of communication, as well as continuous change of dates for delivery. I was told by ***, the owner, that if I was to come and get my goods, I would first have to pay the remaining fee as well as a storage fee of $580.00. This is all after I have already paid $682.00 deposit and $*** cash when they picked up our household items. They would not inform me where my household items were being held and I was told its best I wait, that my furniture would be delivered on the 6th of May. This conversation was April 27th. My household items were picked up April 14th, and we were told they would be delivered within 2 weeks. I was more than willing to work with the dates due to covid and them dealing with other moves. The dates continue to change and be pushed to the left, and they are holding my effects hostage.

My property was to be delivered by 9/14 at latest
My property was to be delivered by 9/14 at latest. Today is 10/30 and still no delivery. The owner is ignoring my texts/phone calls. I hired Leadership Logistics, through a broker, to move my property from *** to *** I paid the broker *** and I paid the mover *** They loaded my property on 7/17. On 8/6 I notified them of my move-in date on 8/15. They said my delivery window was until 9/14. It was never delivered. They are more than 6 weeks late with my delivery. I have been told on 6 different occasions my shipment would be delivered and it hasn't. The owner/driver of the company, ***, is ignoring my texts and calls at this point. The company will not answer the phone and their voicemail is always full. I asked the owner when my property will be delivered and he refuses to answer. I fear my property has been lost/stolen or sold. I have had to buy things for daily living, even though I already own them, because they wont deliver my property. PLEASE HELP! I have texts and emails to support my claim.

This business promised to ship my belongings from California to Oklahoma
This business promised to ship my belongings from California to Oklahoma. They failed to delivered 24 items out of 138 items. The items are missing. I contracted with Leadership Logistics, Inc. (LLI) and paid over $*** to ship my belongs from Oroville, California to Kansas, Oklahoma. LLI picked up my stuff on January 5th. There are total 138 boxed and items picked up. When they are delivered on March 12th, 24 boxes and items were missing, including an over 250lbs generator. How could they miss a big item like that. The deliver driver dumped my stuff on the street and left before verify that all boxes were accounted for. I told him to wait for me to verify and he said to file for insurance claim if anything went missing, then drove off. I tried to resolve and recover the missing items, but the company wouldn't help me. They said the same thing as the driver said to file for insurance claim. The insurance covers mere cents per items. My missing items costs over $***. If items were damaged, I can claim insurance compensation, but 1/3 of the items are missing, it is amount to out right theft. Please, I need help to locate my belonging. I do have the contract paper work.

Hired to move my belongings from California to Maine
Hired to move my belongings from California to Maine. Picked up my belongings August 3 and I still haven't received them, 6 months later. Company was hired through a broker, *** at ***, to pick up my belongings and deliver them to Maine. (I didn't know they were a broker until my belongings were picked up by Leadership *** After speaking with the shipping department at *** the *** was told they would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. They picked up on August 3 (was supposed to pick up between July 31 and August 2). Paid over *** in cash so far. Final delivery date on their paperwork was 11/10. As of today, 2/2, they still have not delivered job #***. I was told by *** that no one delivers to Maine (which is a lie), so i gave her the option of delivering to Massachusetts. She has also told me on several occasions that if I want my belongings that I should come to San ***, California and pick them up. I have received nothing but lies and excuses from *** at Leadership. It's been 6 months and I really need my stuff. I can't afford to fly to California and get my stuff, rent a truck, and drive back to the east coast. At this point my best bet seems to be filing civil and criminal complaints against them as today I was told they still have not scheduled shipment and I don't think they are even going to.

I hired *** to move my belongings from CA to OH
I hired *** to move my belongings from CA to OH. They are now over 2 months past the delivery date with no new date set for delivery. I hired a company named *** who brokered my move to Leadership *** This move from *** to *** OH started on November 3rd when they picked up my belongings. I paid them *** of the *** account balance with the remaining *** to be paid upon delivery of goods (the total ended up being almost double of the original estimate) and signed a contract with them on that date that stated the first available date of delivery to Ohio as November 18th. Additionally, the contract states and I quote, "Generally, estimated delivery is 30 days from shippers first date indicated as available for delivery." It has now been 62 days and my belongings are still in their warehouse in CA. I've been in contact over email with their business manager, ***, multiple times over the past couple months, some of those conversations initiated by her and some by me. She keeps telling me that they are working on getting my things delivered but hasn't given me any real reason for the hold up. She did give me the name and number of *** who works in their warehouse but he also only says they're "working on it" and are "working on shipments going to Ohio". This is the the only information they've given me. I let *** know last week that I would be contacting you as well as the *** and in her response email didn't even acknowledge it. I've also asked her other things things that she's ignored, including an estimated delivery date, the chance to speak with her boss and pictures of my belongings so I know they are all there and undamaged. Furthermore, I've tried calling numerous times but their number goes straight to a voicemail system and which is always full so I can't have correspondence with them except for email.

Delivery window of 21 business days (August 5 - September 2) was not met
Delivery window of 21 business days (August 5 - September 2) was not met. Additionally, they will not provide an estimated delivery date. Items were picked up from our house in Redlands, CA on August 5th. There were issues almost immediately including: 1. Telling us that the price was going to be more that initially agreed upon (we ended up leaving things behind) 2. Despite knowing our destination (a major city), we were not told upfront that their trailer would not be able to accommodate a door to door delivery. We would have to pay a minimum of *** in shuttle services if we wanted that service. 3. Being told that usually delivery takes place between 7-10 days but that, by DOT regs, the company has 21 business days from 1st available delivery date. So, we put Aug 5 as our first available delivery date and were given a window of Aug 5-Sept 2. Beginning August 13, I contacted the company to inquire if our shipment was on its way. I was told "management at Leadership Logistics are currently working on getting the shipment delivered to you as soon as possible." Beginning August 25th, I started to call, email, and text daily asking for updates on our shipment. Each time I was told "management is working on it." When it became clear they were not going to make the 21 business day delivery window, on August 28th I asked again about an estimated delivery date. The company, represented by *** refuses to provide any delivery estimate. We are a family with 4 young kids who had to make a cross-country move during a pandemic. Leadership Logistics lack of transparency and accountability has added untold amounts of stress to an already extremely stressful situation. Having read some of the other complaints on ComplaintsBoard.com, we are now stressed about whether all of our items will even be delivered. Our kids are already sad about having to leave behind everything they knew and not having our shipment means that they continue to feel unsettled and displaced since we can't even put their beds together!

This moving company lost some of my property while in there care
This moving company lost some of my property while in there care. Driver of that company handled my property with no reasonable amount of care and was unprofessional by stackin heavy boxes on top of ones marked fragile, even stacking a blue locker on top of boxes. This caused the boxes to buckle and smach many of them. Inside these boxes were items i packed with bubble wrap and also packing wrap and still alot of my property was broken and cant be replaced. I have pictures that prove what I am saying about the carelessness of this driver. I paid over *** to this company on May 4,2020 and still to this day, i havent gotten the items they lost. Every item missing is important to me like my bed which includes a mattress and box springs, wood bed frame, double size cherry wood headboard and footboard, glass shelf to my china hutch, the top section of my entertainment center that holds the main lighting system, a tall corner wood shelf unit with 5 shelves, coffee table top with 2 glass sections, and other items. I have pictures of these items as well. Both of my parents have passed and alot of sentimental things they gave me have been broken by this driver. Including a 1971 mirror ocean scene with boat that my dad gave to my mom while he was in the navy and mom gave it to me. Driver just taped a piece of cardboard around it. Of course with no cushion nor padding even around this mirror. It was completely dimolished and cant even be glued back together. A total loss. I am beyond upset, I am heartbroken and discusted with this company and I truly believe they need to return a large portion of the money they took from me in good faith and in trust that they would ensure the safety of all my things. Thats their business, thats what they do for a living. This should not happen. I did not see professionalism and i have not even felt that they feel the least bit regretful in their actions. I really feel that they did not hold up their promise nor their responsibility. This move was from CA-NM Product_Or_Service: Moving company Order_Number: KXXXXXXX Account_Number: KXXXXXXX

My pickup was 24 Jan 20 I've not received my stuff to date 24 Nov no response to calls/txt I was given dates 4 Apr May Jun Aug Sep & Oct no one showed A broker connected me to this company, they picked up my things, changed the price by *** but I paid it because my date to depart was 26 Jan, they were supposed to deliver anytime after 30 days, which was 25 Feb, I was told by the young man who picked up my shipment there was 30 days free storage for my shipment and to not worry about it. To my surprise, I received a call on Feb 09 from the owner/driver as I was traveling from CA to VA who was cursing/yelling at me, so I hung up the phone. He later called the next day because I wouldn't accept his call because of how he was speaking to me, and he was upset because they couldn't deliver the shipment. I explained to them the exact same thing I explained at pickup to him, no one would be there as explained due to job training, I was then told that my shipment would be placed in their storage and would cost *** (because I was transitioning to Virginia and my things were going to Texas) and if I didn't pay it my things would be sold, this was paid for February & March by me, because the delivery driver wasn't heading in my direction, and my God Mom was away at OJT. They (owner/secretary) have lied repeatedly to me and the driver/owner said they were in Dallas and their truck broke down and they were awaiting a part and as soon as they received the part they'd be at my location, this was back in May, again today is 24 Nov. I have been MORE than patient awaiting my shipment and today is 24 Nov and I still do not have my things. I have had to go and acquire what I need until I can get my shipment from this company. I was given a date in April, May, Jun, Aug, Sep & Oct to no avail. WHERE IS MY STUFF? I am retired military and I want ALL of my things. I have email after email, and text messages of their excuses, and proof of no return calls or responses as of late to my recent inquiries and messages. The owner/delivery driver, and secretary have repeatedly lied to me about my things and I have proof/receipts/recordings to verify it all. I even sent an email recently only to find out they are permanently out of business, which leaves me wondering where's my shipment. I have been more than fair, patient and understanding, especially with ALL the lies and Miscommunication from these people with this company. Please advise and assist me in getting my shipment delivered. Again, I just want my Shipment. Shipment Information: No: *** to Texas

Summary of Experience with Company: I made the order (Reference ***) with the broker, ***, on 9/28 and they subcontracted out to Leadership Logistics. Unfortunately, I didn't know Leadership Logistics would be the company I'd have to work with. Upon setting up the order, I made an EFT for initial deposit on 10/5 for $700.00. A few days before pick up *** contacted me to double check on the amount of items that would get loaded into the truck, to make sure there would be enough room. Turns out more cubic feet were added so I paid an additional $703.36 via EFT (an additional 157 cb.ft at the cost of $4.48/cu.ft). When my items were loaded into the truck (on 11/1) I gave the driver a personal check for $*** and he said that my items would be delivered in 7-10 days. A final payment is due when my items are delivered for $*** A week and a half later I contacted *** to see when my delivery was going to take place and they said it would be 21-24 days due to the distance for travel (almost 3000 miles from CA to MA). I waited another week and contacted *** and spoke to ***, the customer service rep, she tried would send Leadership Logistics emails asking for an update but she received the same statement from the manager, ***, "I do not have an ETA at this time, I'll update you as soon as I know." or "dispatch is still working on getting your items shipped out." *** suggested that we did a three way phone call with Leaderships dispatch and when we called, *** (head of dispatch) picked up then hung up on us when he found out that I was also on the line. After asking for the manager of *** (on 1/5), for a better explanation of what's going on and a refund for the inconvenience, ***, another customer service rep tells me that Leadership has a delivery to make in New Jersey and their driver isn't willing to make the drive to MA to drop off my belongings and I'd have to pay for a shuttle to get my stuff from NJ to MA. I told her that isn't an option and I want the door to door service that I paid for and will not pay for anything that isn't in the contract. She said that the manager of ***, ***, would have to take over since this issue has escalated. I haven't heard from *** since 1/5 and when I asked *** (manager of Leadership) if my belongings are still in CA on 1/6 she said "yes." *** also said her dispatch would give me a call to go over the delivery info and I have yet to receive any call from anyone at Leadership Logistics. My belongings have been in a warehouse in CA for over 2 months with no delivery date in sight.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
