I have just begun with Lauren and Agent Assistant. They truly seem to be on the ball and return my calls quickly. I believe it will be a good experience with them. Lauren seems to have my best interests at heart.

I have been using their service for a few months now. Already closed a number of deals and so many more in the pipelines. Jen provides amazing customer service as well which is huge in this industry. Overall very satisfied with their performance and the care we are receiving.
PSA: For those considering Agent Assistant I wanted to forewarn anyone considering using Agent Assistant. We signed up last year to supplement our lead gen sources, and pre-paid for 1 year. They delayed the onboarding as they were going through staff changes. They started the process of converting our leads 3 weeks out, and within a week, we realized that their follow up were not live calls as advertised, but automated sms and emails. We shared our dissatisfaction and requested a cancellation and refund. In all fairness, we said that they can keep month 1, since it was already started, but the remaining 11 months should be refunded. Apparently if you pre-pay for a year, they will not refund any of it even if you are not satisfied. We came to terms where they would reallocate $2997 or our pre-payment towards 2 months of lead gen - with an agreement to live transfer 6-10 qualified buyers for each month. In those 2 months, 2 transfers were made, and 0 were qualified. They then stopped working on the conversion which we were still under contract until June . I reached out as to why they were not converting - no response - no reply. Just ghosted! We will be filing a formal complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com, but wanted to share our experience to hopefully save anyone here from getting taken for a ride. #badinvestment #byebyemoney
The fact I have to give this business even 1 star is sad. This company has not only not performed the services outlined in our contract but they have now scammed me out of another $2,000 after submitting not 1, but 2 cancellation emails on a MONTH TO MONTH contract. Their reason for getting that $2,000 was "it was sent to the wrong email". Well... the emails had been sent to my ACCOUNT MANAGER both times, and neither of them had a reply to tell me I was sending them to the wrong place. I submitted an entire PDF timeline to my CC company to dispute the charges showing absolutely NO communication from this company. Plus when they did stop billing me after taking the $2,000 they didn't even provide ANY services that month, not a single lead was sent to me in any way shape or form. All the ones they did send to me over my 5 month pre-paid contract were NOT screened the way they stated they would with their "6 point process" which is literally bologna. I had ZERO ROI on anything over 5 months of using their services and I know how to convert leads to sales. This company is a complete scam and all they want is your money. The fact my account manager "left the company" and that was the reason I wasn't hearing anything back is not my concern, a good company would be on top of getting you an account manager stat because that's what you pay A LOT OF MONEY for! We aren't talking hundreds, we are talking THOUSANDS of dollars that no one in this day and age can afford to lose out on. When I was given this new account manager I spoke to her TWICE no matter how many times i attempted to contact her from the month of July-October. That's BS. Please save your money and do not use this company for anything. You have been forewarned.
It's not often when an advertising company does what it promises.. Agent assistant will deliver pay for it'self.. I would recommend it to any agent who wants to increase their leverage.
My favorite thing about AgentAssistat is that I don't miss calls. I pay a lot of money for Zillow leads and they keep track so they don't go to someone else.

Agent Assistant has been wonderful in helping me to manage my leads in my real estate business. They screen all my leads in real time as they come in. Then, after they make contact, they pass the leads on to my team. This is how we can handle so many leads coming in from many different lead sources as I don't have time to call all of them myself. They streamline the lead process, especially with Internet leads. Jen ***, the manager at Agent Assistant, is fantastic. She's very responsive and helps me find solutions that improve the efficiency of my business.

Agent Assistant is an amazing company to partner with if you are purchasing leads! I purchase between 100-200 leads a month and they are there to answer all of the calls and transfer the leads directly to me! I would strongly suggest partnering with them to close a larger percentage of your leads! They give me the ability to do the fun part of the job instead of being stuck on the phone all day!

I still find Qualified buyers to be fickle in their search for homes, which is no fault of AA, but at least we are "in the game..." and I know that my own ability for callbacks in the past has been lousy. I just didn't seem to have the time or attention span while dealing with current buyers to look up and remember to "call back" old buyers. AA calls back old buyers. According to statistics, calling back old buyers can bear fruit at some point. Looking forward to that!
I wish I had found Agent Assist earlier
I wish I had found Agent Assist earlier. I added them to a poorly performing campaign late in the game. Even though they only had a few weeks to show their stuff I found them to be very fast, very professional, very engaging and I felt a definite uptick in the quality of service I was able to provide my leads right out of the gate. Agent Assist will definitely be a part of all of my future campaigns.

DO NOT USE! No Refund given after free trial. The last day of my free trial was the 26th. I texted my so called agent assist mentor on the morning of the 27th to kindly ask her to cancel my subscription. Never heard from her. I called her 2 days later and she said the company does not give refunds. Seven hours after my Free Trail runs out and I can't get a Refund. This company is only after your money with bad results. Would never recommend to another Agent and will Make sure other Agents know how they work.

Large real estate teams are dominating this arena with huge financial resources and teams of agents. As a single agent, it was impossible to manage everything that needs to be done AND compete with the big guys for leads. AgentAssist changes that and makes me competitive. In the past 60 days, AgentAssist has worked over 1,000 new and old leads (ask about their old lead program!), called every single one of them (in under 5 minutes from origination) and was able to make voice-to-voice contact over 25% of the time. The ones they couldn't reach are now on a nurture program and over 1,400 text messages have gone out in the past 60 days. With them doing the heavy lifting, I get back some of my life and a lot of my time to focus on what is most important. My clients!

I've paid up front for the service, it is not working. The company is unresponsive to my inquiries and uses extremely deceptive sales tactics. I've paid for a year of service. I am mid-way through my contract period. The service is no longer working, in fact when leads call in on the line that forwards to this service, the line drops dead. This comes after a tremendous amount of confusion and lack of clarity on the terms of my agreement.

During the sales process they win you over and get you to skip the free trial in exchange for a discounted 4 month deal. However, if you need to change anything or get anyone on the phone you can't get them to answer. They won't return emails, and you can calls sales but they won't transfer you to anyone in customer service. It would be a good service if they actually gave a *** about doing the right thing.

Yesterday they charged my credit card on file $ 399 I called customer service and Spencer ( the sales rep) He was supposed to email me a document he said I signed which I do not believe I did. The service during the free trial period did not perform as promised. Spencer admitted that Zillow and there service was not properly working. I do not want the service due to poor performance. I did not sign up for a paid service. ESPECIALLY since it does not function as advertised.

Was told there would be a free one month trial. Never had that. They charged me $799 on my credit card on 3/28. I tried to cancel on 3/30 after finding out that there service was bogus. Filed a credit Card dispute. They too have tried contacting them with no success. I keep trying and trying to call them, and always goes to an HR phone n umber. No one has returned calls. This is NOT the way that any reputable business operates.

I was contacted by Agent Assistant for a free 30 day trial.They apparently took my credit card # and scheduled an orientation for their services on August 10th at 10:15 AM. I received a call from the Agent Assistant area rep where I promptly decided to decline their service for lack of need. The Rep tried to reschedule me in at a later date and I said perhaps maybe in 6 months call me back. Then in September looking at my Bank statement they withdrew $299.95 out of my Bank Account. #1 I never accepted their services.I CANCELLED BEFORE STARTING #2 I never received anything from them accept stress and feeling ripped off! #3 After calling them back and berating the service Rep. she assured me that the charges would be reversed and still NO reversal of charges!

I told this company within the first few days I wanted my money back. After all, there is "supposed" to be a free trial period. No luck I've spoken with them on the phone and also via email. I was mislead into thinking that this was A lead generating product I was purchasing. They do absolutely NOTHING but take your money and provide no service. Company is a scam. They offered ISA and leads the service was terrible, leads were not even in my market and they charged 2k per month for it.Terrible Service was overpriced, underdelivered, terrible ISA support. None of the leads were even in my market area. They were also still marketing listings of mine that had already sold, so when i actually did get a lead, they were upset they the house had sold already. I had several friend agents secret shop their service while i was lisenting and i could not believe the things the ISA's were saying, mispronouncing names wrong, locations... even my last name! I complained and cancelled my service, ended up getting billed 2k+/- for the initial service, tried to fight it but then just gave up. Thought that was the end of it until i just received a threatening call today from a GA based debt collector that i had heard on other posts they hired to try and shake down people with. Said i owed them 9k unbelievable. This company is the definition of crooked

Unethical Business Practice Agent Assistant is a deceitful company that is only worried about you signing an invoice. I cancelled my subscription after almost a month of using their service, the sales rep then sat on the phone with me for 30minutes arguing that they have full right to charge me for all the other months. Now they have contacted me 3 months later sending me an invoice for the full contract after no contact has been made for the past 3 months, they kept sending me the awful services throughout but had just ignored them. Now they are threatening to send my bill to a collection agency. I requested certain areas and price points I wanted and the Majority of leads they would send my way were in no way qualified or up to industry standards. This whole company revolves around having slimy sales reps trick you into contracts that you are unable to remedy when you discover how bad the service is. I really don't know how this company can still be running with the deceitful sales reps and over promising and under delivering and then just taking any of their consumers to collections. I was completely fine with paying for service i received but did not want to be forced into extra months after I had already cancelled. Agent assistant has shown to have unethical business practices.

Guaranteed lead generation was not delivered as promised
Guaranteed lead generation was not delivered as promised. Numbers and or Quality were far short of guarantee . I signed up with *** who over sold the service. Promising Min of 15 qualified leads per month within an area agreed upon. I negoitaled a 3 month period at $1500 per month. The sum it up. The number and quality of leads with way below that promised. One month on getting a total of five. Also the leads were all names that were difficult to pronounce. With few exceptions. My contact person was *** who I believe was new at the time. I complained a couple times with no resolution. After a two month period I informed *** that I was discontinuing the service. She called me several times to discuss and I returned her calls eash time. We never spoke personally. Flash forward to last week and I have been turned over to collections. They were trying to collect overr $2,000.00 for the last contracted month. They could not give details of how or why they came to this figure. Long story short. Agent Assistant did not deliver as promised. thus my cancellation. I will not pay this fee and services were not delivered. FYI the last payment was not processed because of Credit Card changes. Thus the collections or I would be asking for a refund. I honestly feel the total amount should be refunded but probably a slim chance of that.

Travis guaranteed me 8 to 14 'qualified' leads per month and I have received 17 total in 98 days, which are a joke and unqualified. Travis sold me 8-14 'qualified' buyer/listing leads for $2000 a month for 4 months. In 98 days, I received a total of 17 leads, with only 1 being a remote possibility. Most leads had very broken English and didn't understand why I was contacting them; one was a renter with bad credit looking to rent again. On August 2, a month and $4000 into this program, I called Jen Formby to express my disappointment. We reviewed the leads, she agreed with my assessment, and promised not to charge me further until the issues were resolved. I consented, requesting no charges until a fix. Since that call, 66 days ago, I've received 2 of the 17 leads, including the renter seeking a rental. Without any follow-up call, AgentAssistant charged my card again for $2000, and I can't reach Jen or Travis. From the moment I signed up, they pushed for full payment for a 'better deal'. I resisted, knowing it would be a mistake. It's a scam with no intention of fulfilling promises. Jen also refused to review the sales pitch recording to verify Travis's promises.

AgentAssistant does not offer the services it claims to give. False marketing and poor execution cause me business losses. Company offers two services 1. Lead generation -which I tried for $3200 and provided me no good leads (which is not part of my complaint but also was very poor and I cancelled subscription once I realized how bad it was). 2. Qualification services for my existing leads. They were supposed to be answering my zillow calls and other leads -where they claim they reach out to leads for several weeks up to year until they get hold of them. Their zillow answer rate was horrible -missed 6 incoming calls in 10 days according to Zillow and it lowered my overall Zillow customer satisfaction score. but they also (as far as I can tell) never once contacted leads after an initial incoming call. Supposedly they are contacting all your leads multiple times till they get a hold of them -which never happened. Also you can hear the zillow transfer calls because Zillow records all calls -some calls sounded professional (depending on who was answering) -but others sounded bad -like really bad- non-professional, not knowing what they're doing type stuff. I even had clients whom I had gotten connected with question who was answering my phones stating they didn't know what was going on -thought they were talking to a high schooler. I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund my last payment to them of $399 (they can keep the $3200 I already spent). I have been filling complaints with them since February 27th.

They have already ripped me off $3,000 and claim I owe another $3000. They promised qualified "live" real estate leads of interested buyers looking for the services of a real estate agent. That is a big lie! First, none of the leads were "qualified" leads and they were not leads that called in looking or agent help. They were people who the telemarketers at Agent Assist called and hassled them into giving information and then trying to hand them off as a "live" lead. Most of the so called leads did not even know what was going on. They refused to be pre-qualified by a lender that shows no interest. If they were pre-qualified by a lender, they were already working with a real estate agent. The person who was my "account rep" even pretended that he was going to sell his house and wanted me to give him market analysis which I spend an hour working on for him. He had no intention of selling his house and he tells all his new clients this as part of the Hooking scheme. Not one person they referred to me was a viable, qualified lead. Then they refused to allow me out of the contract even though they were not performing as promised. If this company contacts you run, run run! They will screw you out of $6,000. If you don't pay, they threaten to turn your account over to a collection agency. As a small company, you can't afford to have a collection on your credit. They are so bad! This company deserves to go out of business for the unscrupulous ways they are deceiving poor real estate agents just trying to grown their small businesses. I believe a class action lawsuit is coming for them. They will be out of business within 2 years. I want them to refund the $3,000 I have already paid or at the very least not charge me for the remaining $3,000.

A refund of 799.95 is due to me from a cancellation of service that was mis represented and never provided. Company never answers or calls back. A sales rep from Agent Assistant called me on May18,2020 selling me on a lead program providing "awesome leads". She sold me on a special COVID pricing for 2months get the 3rd month for free for $799.95. She also tried to sell me on a program claiming to monitor my lead along with my other leads in which I told her that I do not need that program as I already have a system set in place to do that, I just agreed to receiving leads from them. She tried to talk me into a longer agreement but I told her due to being burned from other lead companies, I would try them for 3 months to see if they deliver then I would consider more. I received no paperwork, contract or receipt for the money that was charged me. The same day I received a call from a follow up agent Jennifer from AA, in which right away we figured out that I was not signed up for the lead program but the maintenance program. She then forwarded me to a gentleman named Eddie, that I spoke to on May 20,2020 which tried to talk me into a lead program for way more money (1,800/month), and I decided due from their misrepresentation, I was not comfortable moving forward and wanted a refund from the mis representation of service from the initial sales person. Eddie said someone would reach out to me. Today is June 2, have not received a call from the company. I have also called/texted and left numerous messages to these individuals and the main company phone number direct, in which never has a live person answer. After reading numerous bad reviews on this company and their "practices" I am very nervous I will not receive my monies back for services mis represented and not provided. I just want my $799.95 returned back to the credit card. This is a lessened learned...don't forget to always check ComplaintsBoard.com before releasing funds to a sales person for leads or any services for that matter, even if the sales person says that the "special offer" will not be honored or expire if you have to get back to them. Very disapointed.

Lack of performance/non responsive/unreliable/bad customer service I hired AgentAssistant on May 18 to do ISA work calling leads I recieve from a different source that I also hired. AgentAssistant promissed they had the tools and resources to connect with any lead source and that they would call everyone of these leads on a daily basis. I paid upfront for a 4 month package, equaling $1,899.95, on May 18. The onboarding session was on May 19, so I gave them all the info for my lead source and they said they were putting all together to start calling the leads. They started calling on May 20 and did for 2 days: May 20 and 21. Then on May 22 they stoped calling the leads and the leads were still coming from the same source but a different email addresss and AgentAssistant did not informed me of this or asked anything about the change they just stopped calling. I realized they were not calling on May 26 and informed the representative Corinne *** about the issue. She said they were going to fix it immediatly and I trusted her. By May 28 they were still NOT MAKING ANY CALLS and I reached to Corinne *** who did not respond at all. On May 29 I sent them another email expressing my unsatisfaction and that I wanted to cancel and get a full refund. No answer at all, no phone calls to the leads at all during the weekend of May 30 to 31. This morning June 1 after calling and emailing many times, Corrine *** sent me an email asking me to follow a link to reactivate the system to which I responded that after 10 days of their lack of performance I could not trust AgentAssistant any more and that I wanted to cancel and a full refund. No answer! Only got a voicemail from Corinne *** repeating that I should click on a link she sent to reactivate the system. I called customer service and they say Corinne *** was going to contact me and solve the situation either if I wanted to continue or cancel but *** didn't contacted me neither by email or phone. I have sent several emails to the company and called all the phone numbers I have found for them and nobody is responding. I have lost 10 days of business opportunities and all the money I'm spending on leads and this company is ignoring me completely. I need them to contact me to process a cancelation and give me a full refund ASAP.
