My wife and I moved from north Georgia to Florida in 2022. The first thing we had to do is replace the water system, well water, and we called this company. We thought the name and associated products were reputable, but we found out that their system does not work like they say, it has never functioned and the first year, they charged us over $300 to come out and replace a filter. This year, we were told $699 to come out and service this. I am having this removed and shopped back to this company, and if they refuse to refund my investment, I am looking for others for a class action suit, I know we are just the tip of the iceberg. Interested in this, contact me on Facebook, under my name. This system has damaged our toilets, our kitchen sink and the hardware is frozen, beware of these people.

Recommendation: Run away as fast as possible.

Message to the CEO of Leaf Home Water Solutions:
I hope this message finds the person who is running this company:
On August 3, 2022, I purchased your complete (so we were told) water solution for our home, which draws our water from a well. We called your company because we bought our home from our neighbor , who recommended your company. We draw our water from the same source, and not knowing anything about how any of this works, we depended on your company to provide us with the information on what we needed based on the water test that Miguel Rodriguez, your project manager, recommended. We have a high level of iron in our water, and he explained that your system would take the iron out, manganese and H2S. Along with several issues, refer to your Job Number WJAX 0 1354. i HAVE ALL THE PAPER WORK ON THIS JOB NUMBER, DELIVERED TO US AFTER THE INSTALL OF THE SYSTEM.
During the testing of the water, your representative recommended your complete Whole Home Water Treatment Solution. In addition to this, he recommended the Drinking water solution, and given the 7 year warranty. On August 4, 2022, one day later, your company installed your system in our home, with the sale completed. Our price for this system was $10,643. You offered 0 % financing, and even gave us 6 months to pay it off. During the sale of this system, my wife and I asked him how much it cost to service this system after the first year, and he clearly stated that it would not be over $150., and not to worry about that since it would be at least 3 years until we needed to replace anything on the system, and your parts were under warranty for 7 years. THIS IS WHERE THE RUBBER MEETS THE ROAD
I PURCHASED WHAT YOUR COMPANY RECOMMENDED FOR OUR HOME, WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS WORKS, WE JUST TRUSTED WHAT YOU ADVERTIZE . WE RECIEVED A PACKAGE IN THE MAIL AFTER THE SALE CONTAINING YOUR WARRANTY AND HOW TO REGISTER IT, WHICH WE DID.
Our neighbor came over to see what the loud noise was coming from a nice shed we provided for your system to be out of the weather. It was so loud, people down the state highway could hear it, and we found out what it was. After the year, your system sets this off to let you know to read the meter, and it gave an 800 number to call for service. While he was looking at the system, he noticed there was no salt to fill and asked me how that would work, since he lived here for 18 years and had to put salt in his system to control the iron, and I told him that your light replaced the salt, the best I could understand it, that basically we paid $11,000 for it, but were told it was maintenance free, except for replacing the filter each year, and were told it would be no more than $150. He was not as surprised as I was to learn they bought a system from your company for $5,000 and all he had to do was add salt and some other element to his system, so I assumed they had the whole system too, which is totally different than what we bought, the main problem is that we draw our water from the same water source, so how could we still have a high content of iron and he not. Last year, we were told that we did not order a salt system, WE ORDERED EVERYTHING THIS MAN SAID WE NEEDED, AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD WATER WITHOUT THE HIGH SALT CONTENT, WHICH COULD BE A REASON MY WIFE HAS BEEN HOSPITIZED 2 TIMES SINCE YOU PUT THIS IN MY HOME. STILL CAN'T FIND OUT WHAT IT IS MAKING HER SICK, BUT IT IS ON GOING.
When your representative came out to test the water, they found the high content and said we needed to add to your system another $2500, in addition to what we purchased, to correct the problem we bought this system to take care of. And on top of that, your service charge was over $300 the first year and now they want $699. Just to come out here and service the system. Sir, this is outrageous and appears to be taking advantage of us. We were told we were getting the very latest technology on the market, that a no salt system would be greater than those we replaced, and it was a total lie. I am 72 years old, but I am not a dumb person, I know a con when I see one, you see, I still hold the record for in home Kirby sales and I still use the 1978 model I sold 213 units of. A good sale is when both parties gain from it, but a con is when one side of the sale wins and the other loses, and this is clearly a con based on what you just learned occured here in Starke, Florida. I have reached out to your company and since no one responds to our requests, and believe me, my wife has been through the mill with your Jacksonville office, and another one I don't know about. She handles this kind of business because she has 40 years of experience dealing with insurance agents as the CPR. Every time she speaks with someone she comes away upset and with her health issues now, I am contacting you personally to see what your company is going to do to make this right. So far, no one seems to care about the negative reviews I have found on social media, and I have posted story after story on some of them, and intend to publish this letter to you personally, in the attempt to have yall make this right, there are many other actions I know I can take legally, but I prefer you just refund our money and come and get it because this is driving both of us nuts, how can a company growing like you are stay in business as these complaints get more and more, I have found so many, I posted many of them on my Facebook page, and have already heard from so many people, check it out, my name on Facebook, go down the page and you will see, it is all public, but better yet, just refund our money, it has never worked, we are being extorted by your Jacksonville office, because if you do not service this, our warranty will not be good, and this is clearly unfair business practices, and it would be to your benefit to have someone like me who clearly sees this for what it is, go away. It will surely cost your company untold amounts in the future just through the warnings and posting of these events until you do the right thing. Trust is broken, but I am good for my word, the old fashioned southern dude who will not be taken advantage of any longer. You would not be the CEO of this company if you did not see what is going on as the worst case scenerio.
You will find all the information you need to judge what has happened here by your job number. If you would read this again, please understand that although I am old and tired, I won't quit. We need to have clean water, and for two years, we have watched our health be effected, this is not even blaming you for that, but if this goes on, it could very well be a major factor. I am getting over prostate cancer surgery and the stress of all of this is taxing and I feel this is the end of the line for this story. I have not gone to the State of Florida or the BBB yet, these are certainly the next steps to take, and if I have to hire someone to take this to court, it will surely be much more than what I am asking for now, I am serious about this, but I feel it is better to address this without further cost, however, $11,000 is not an amount I am willing to lose due to unfair business practices and a great con job. Please step in and do something, you are beginning to get a crowd here in Florida, and this can't be good, or at least I can't see it benefiting either you or me to continue this. I will be looking forward to hearing from you soon, since we have no clean water and realize what you sold us has never given us any either,

Since you do not want any personal information, with all the con jobs this company is doing in florida, I am interested in a class action lawsuit against them, but it is hard to contact people, just look at the people they have ripped off, I am a disabled army veteran, my wife is very ill, I am recovering from prostate cancer, and the stress and outrageous behavior by this company has truly harmed my family in more ways than just the system they conned me into buying. After spending near $11,000 for what they said was their complete system, it has never taken the iron out, and since they sold it, it has damaged my home, and my wife has been hospitalized two times, for 3 days, and they are working on just why this is, so far, we don't have the answer. This company should have to pay the people back if their system does not work, and their system has never worked, in addition, they told me I needed another $2500 to take care of the iron problem they were supposed to fix. I am attempting to contact their ceo, now have the letter publiced here, called them this week, no one would even give their name, so please publish a way so that together we can afford a class action suit, they are a big company and we can't afford to sue them ourselves, but together we could, I am going to the governor's office as soon as the events of the elections are completed, they are too busy to focus on the fraud going on right now, but you can see all of it on your pages alone, I don't understand the 4 or 3 star system here, they should never get a star, period.
