LeatherUp.com shipping

Ordered a bag for my motorcycle. They immediately took the money from my account and sent me an e-mail saying the item had been shipped. When the item didn't come on the delivery date, I called them. Was told, we didn't really ship it yet, the e-mail just says that the item is being shipped. When I asked to speak with someone as a supervisor I was given a suppesed person who basically said, there is nothing you can do. When I asked for a refund and to cancel the order suddenytly the item was shipped today. if you want to send it back and pay for the shipping you can do that at your expense. When I asked to speak with someone else, I was told there is no one else to speak with. Sent complaint e-mail to both Amazon and to the company with no response from either of them. As of now, I do not have the item, I cannot speak with anyone else and I can't get a refund. What a bunch of crooks.

LeatherUp.com Run - do not walk away from this scam artist company

This site is getting a huge reputation for asking you to order a size up or down from usual. I believe that is so they can float your money for as long as possible while they ignore every request you make to their so called "customer Service" department.

I have had to dispute 2 returns with my credit card company in order to get anything resolved with them. They do not communicate with you and will sit on your returned merchandise forever without letting you know the status.

If, somehow, they end up getting your order correct and sending out a size that actually fits you are probably going to fair ok but is it worth the risk>? It has been nothing short of the biggest hassle I have ever endured with a company and has cost me enough in return shipping and time disputing that I could have purchased the stuff locally and been better off - RUN - do not WALK away from this scam artist Company...

I have had two orders through Leatherup.com and one ended up needing to be returned. It's not the company that says you should order a size smaller, it's the people in the ratings comments. These people are ones that buy a product then rate it after they get it. I did follow the raters advice and ordered my boots a 1/2 size smaller, they ended up being too small and I had to send them back. There was no hassle with the return, I just had to pay for regular USPS shipping and insurance (the whole thing was $8) then I had to contact them and give them the tracking number, so no big deal. It was returned in a timely matter. Plus they gave me a discount on my new boots for inconvenience and the customer service guy was professional and courteous.

LeatherUp.com Return Policy

I ordered two motorcycle helmets and received both helmets in their own box inside a larger box. I chose the one that fit and returned the other. I followed the instructions included in shipment. Today I received the helmet back, with a FORM letter stating that I returned in the storage box, therefore DAMAGED. The helmet is in perfect condition. I contacted customer service, they told me that it was common sense to return in both boxes. NO REFUND. There return instructions should be clear.I beleive that this is how they scam people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LEATHER UP.COM !

By now all of you should know leatherup.com is a front business for a Pakistani criminal group operating under many company names. they've screwed vendors for years and continue to screw consumers. look at the production charts of the clothing. it's all produced by 4 companies, then distributed to the fronts for sale at wholesale. undercutting the vendors and killing the market with junk.

LeatherUp.com I've been ripped off!

BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!
I made the huge mistake of purchasing some items from these criminals. The leather jacket was small even though I ordered a size up per their recommendation. When I called to return it I was given a hard time and told they wouldn't refund it if it measured per their size chart which is different from the rest of the world. Since they said this so many time my wife and I took it to an alterations shop and had it measured per the leatherup.com size chart and it came up short in three areas. Length, sleeve length, and chest. We took pictures based on the hundreds of other poor reviews I wish I would have seen before dealing with these animals.

I returned the jacket per their instructions and they did not refund me the full amount claiming the jacket met their size chart. I called back and was hung up on when I told them about the pictures. Master Card has a copy of the pictures now along with their size chart so now not only will I get my money back but they will be charged with a charge back fee. I've also filed a complaint with the magistrates office for fines.

The motorcycle cover I received is an XXL yet it is too small for my 8OOcc. It is also a cheap non breathable plastic which will hold condensation and ruin your bike. In other words it is worthless for the intended purpose. Not eve going to bother with them trying to return it. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!

Boots Purchased and worn for 16 days and rivets separate from leather
The boots were ordered on 20 May 2018 and delivered on 23 May 2018, I wore the boots for 15 days and on the 16th day my pants leg got hung on the boot and I looked down and a rivet had separated form the leather. I contacted Leather Up customer service and explained the issue and sent pictures. I explained to customer service that based on only owning the boots for 16 days I felt the quality of the boot was questionable and instead of repairing that I would like to replace with another style and I would pay the difference in price. I received the following email.
Dear Customer,
The manufacture company will replace the piece that has been damage and will refund the amount that you pay for repair. Item can not be replace because it has been worn, in order for us to refund the amount of repair the manufacture needs a copy of the receipt. If you have any questions please contact us at [protected].

These boots have several rivets on them I really don’t know how long the rest will last. This is why I requested another style.
I just want to return the boots and receive credit towards another pair of better quality
Dear Customer,

Warranty only covers In house repair and unfortunately that all we can provide since the boots are use. Please let us know if you want us to ship the missing piece.

Thank you

LeatherUp.com Very poor follow-up

I ordered a leather Motorcycle jacket from LeatherUp.Com. The jacket arrived,
and appeared to be a great value. However, when I put it on, it became apparent
that I ordered a jacket that was one size too small. I called the company to
find out exactly how to do an exchange. They told me to enclose a photo copy of
the original invoice, along with the filled-out exchange form. So I did as
instructed, and shipped the coat back to LeatherUp via FedEx within 2 days after
I received it. (They have a 30 day return policy).

The jacket was signed for at LeatherUp on April 25th. As of Friday May 12, I
have received no email stating that my new jacket is on it's way. When I
called LeatherUp on Tuesday May 9th, they said that sometimes it takes 2 - 3
weeks to get into their system, and that I should call back Friday (the 12th).
When I called today the (12th), they told me that the person who handles
exchanges doesn't work on Friday! When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I
was told that I was speaking with one already. When I asked to speak with a next
level supervisor, I was told that would be the owner, but that he doesn' take
phone calls!

Someone is supposed to call me on Monday with a status. If-when they do, it
will be one day short of three weeks since they've had my return in their hands.
I was very happy with the merchandise I received initially. But their ability
to handle routine customer service issues like exchanges is the pits!

Beware!

Says my order # 1601349 was delivered. It was not. My e mail on file should be rme8742@aol.com This is a Christmas gift. We do not live in a neighborhood where it is vandalized.

BEWARE OF LEATHERUP and their business practices. I recently purchased Xelement boots from LeatherUp. I rec'd the boots, they were way too big and were made in Pakistan. The promo ad that I had rec'd in my email read as though they were made in the US. The problems started when I returned the boots for exchange. I rec'd the boots back from the company because I didn't follow their exact instructions, then my credit card was charged with a fraudulent amount of $14.25 which my bank has quickly disputed. I believe this company is bilking thousands of $$$ from unaware consumers.

My husband and I ordered 2 leather jackets from the website www.leatherup.ca. We received it on time, but it looked like piece of rubbish. The quality was the worst. I tried to return it and get refund, but these jerks refused and started to blame us and used a lot of unpleasant words. Be aware of that and post comments about your experience with them. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

Ordered a jacket early spring. After light use, I pulled out the zip-in insulation and found a hole in the liner and 2 more starting. At that time, a snap also came off.

The jacket only had a 1 month warranty, I found this out 6 weeks after I bought it.

Customer service did not care at all what happened and didn't bother to help with anything. Sure, after warranty but really, by 2 weeks. Something really should have been in order but they would not even offer a discount on another jacket.

As other reviewers have noted, leatherup will not post negative reviews on their site. that is misleading at best, I would say it is dishonest.

I might "leatherup" but it will never be with this seller.

Correct. They only post positive reviews of which most of them they made up. We had a group purchase with 36 members of our club. All 36 of us received wrong sized items and nothing but hassles from the customer service people at this zoo. A real bunch of Buffoons and wankers.

I'm having a problem with sizing. Even their size chart on their website is wrong. Their sizing is bogus. In most cases what you get is not the correct size then they play games on returns and refunds. Beware is right.

This company should be investigated by the Feds.

I ordered a Mesh Motorcycle Jacket from Leatherup and I ordered an Extra Large, this jacket I received had an XL tag on it but would not fit a 12 year old. Not knowing what size to order and returned it. The cost of returning was $8.80 for me plus Leatherup does not return shipping charges, so just to try this jacket on it cost me over $16.00. Then I wanted to put on a review on the website, the site will not let me because I did not purchase the jacket. So in effect anyone discussed with their product and returns it you will never see a bad review of the product. NEVER, EVER purchase anything from this company.
