On the 29the september, I went to pay off my edgars account at legit stores. I paid the full balance of r3100.00 as requested on the system, in cash. Only to continue getting fone calls from the edgars after a month saying I did'nt pay my account.
I went back to the same legit store early in november and was told they cannot see my payment on the system, and that their cameras can only show a month back. I was so devastated as that is a lot of money and the sales lady and manager say they cannot see my payment.
The sales lady whom I paid to (with a name tag of annie) says she can still remember me but cannot say what happenned to the money, that it might be paid in the wrong account and I have lost my receipt.
Is there really nothing that can be done to trace my payment, as that is a lot of money. Where am I going to get it again as I have waited until my bonus to clear my accounts. Please help me...

I bought a shoe on Monday the 14th of November, I just wore the shoes today and it's damaged already
I bought my shoe on laybe November so I take it out end of November and keep the shoe because I was about to be makoti so now am makoti so I started to wear the shoe yerstaday and it broke same day
The shoes they advertised and the shoes I got Wasn't the same but the description was on the tag is the same

I brought a 3 buckle ankle boot at Legit Walmer Park on Friday 12 of May 2023 at 13:27 . I only worn it 3 times but on the 3rd time i noticed its torn. I am really disappointed. I always buy my shoes at Legit and never had an experience like this.

The staff at the tills are rude and unprofessional. I had to listen to them speaking about personal matters and thr gay guy was so loud. No service was given ended up walking out the shops. You need to give new staff. These ones there are not serious about their jobs
On the 3rd of November I bought heels ...which I thought they were in good shape until I got home they were not I took them back they told me to take another ones but when I got home they also had some issues I took them back ..I wanted my refund they refused to give me my money they said its the factory fault not the shop
I bought a Two jeans at legit vaal month a month ago,so I only washed the other jean twjce,to my suprise the jean has white patches all over just from two washes...how can j be assisted in this regard because I'm not happy with that.
