Legit Giyani store Masingita Mall
Please do something about the legit store in Giyani Masingita Mall,the service is absurd my colegue received similar bad service and I just thought she was the one wrong up until I experienced bad service from the manager ,she was so rude after I wanted to return a few items before transacting she asked me why didn’t I take out a calculator and calculate to see that the items are expensive as she didn’t want to override,Why you still have a manager in that store I don’t know but it’s bad for your reputation as I’m a regular customer

I bought seamless padded crop and I wear medium size and I bought medium but I can't wear these seamless padded crop because the part highlighted with red in the uploaded picture is hurting me and it's hurting my ribs since it's too tight. These crop are so uncomfortable.

Hi I have sent several emails and called multiple times but was sent from one agent to another. My contract ended last day of June and my last day for my laybuy is on the 25th of this month.
I called to advise that I am waiting for my UIF so that I can pay it off. No one is able to assist me and this will result in my laybuy been terminated. Can someone please assist me.

I was at legit kroonstad on Friday around 10 o'clock. I bought heels.
On Saturday just when I just put them on . I was about to take a walk. Thet both got destroyed.
I sent my sister just for inquiries. She met the lady who works there and told them what happened.* The lady respond that *she wears anyway we can't do anything about it* if I did not wear those shoes . How was I going to know that they have a fault?. I just took my size and pay. Even it's bottoms can can tell that I did not wear those shoes
Just wen I balanced they get destroyed. I still have proof of purchase.

I bought those two jeans two for 300 at Legit Menlyn and because I was in a hurry I didn't fit them when I got home I fitted on Jean and found out it was too small and then I went to exchange for the correct size they didn't even check the slip those jeans don't even have a month with me I looked for the correct size fitted them but was not happy how they looked on me I went to the cashier this other lady who was in the floor told her I no longer want them I want refund she told me with an attitude about the policy of returns of which the slip didn't have and she pointed this other board on the till will the policy but the slip I got didn't have I told her she was like read there it is pointing at the board and told was gonna be given a voucher said no I want my money was forced to admit I wore the other Jean and refunded for one and not two I need my money and I will never visit that Store specifically

I made a purchase on Saturday the 25th of June at legit wonderpark mall, then the power went off before transaction could be finalized, I was told the funds will be reversed into my account and if not I must bring my bank statement of which I did yesterday on the 27th. But I was not given an indication of when to expect my money back and non of the numbers you have on your site are going through and I need to follow up on this as I need my funds urgently... On Friday my wife bought some items at legit stores birchacres mall. the electricity went off after she had paid, the matchine didn't print the receipt now the manager never wanted to give her items as the was no receipt, then the following morning on Saturday I went there to withdraw the statement from her account to show them that the money was paid into legit account but she still didn't want to give us the items we bought instead she insisted that we pay another money to get our items provided we have given her our statement she just told us that our money will be refunded she doesn't know when

I had such an ordeal experience yesterday when i went to do an exchange on two items of which had price tags on them and a purchase slip ...did I not spend 30 min standing while the two Cashiers where busy scrutinizing the items and called the mannanger to also give an opinion on one item of which they felt it has been worn. And only telling me that 30min of me standing waiting to do the exchange as I had already picked other items to exchange with. I then asked what is going on I need to go I am still at work myself what is taking so long. Only then they found the decency to tell me they can only allow exchange for 1 of the items I had bought and not the other as she feels it's been worn. When I asked what makes her think that/what proof does she have,she just said "it's her opinion' the way she see's it" ok that's it? I was completely astonished by this.never have I ever had a problem with exchange..I was so upset I just left the store and even left the clothing item I had bought forward for exchange which was worth more then R200. Without a proper explanation to why they can't exchange it.no refund no exchangewas done...I'm so disappointed in the service and I dought I'll even go to that shop again.after all Legit is my favourite store but after yesterday I ain't so sure anymore.

To do you laybye of a pair of heels, before I could be able to collect my laybye I got mugged and lost the receipt as it was in my hand bag.. Today I went to centurion mall Legit I bought 1 black jean on my way way I checked my truncation that lady overcharged me coz it was 180 but that lady charged 200 I’m so angry
