On Monday August 21st 2023, I was released as an inspector from lemonsquad. Their reason was because, they considered a text message(I have included these messages below)regarding me begging for work(for over 2 months, and also stating, that I would have no choice, but to leave a negative web review of the company) "threatening". I asked "Threatening?", then thanked them for their help. They said "they would remove me as an inspector".

I've been doing inspections for them for over 5 years. I was hired by their C.E.O. Andy Dabbs. I've not heard directly from Andy, on this matter, as I'm fairly certain he has no idea. He should be disappointed in his "team".

Over the past few months, the work level has reached deplorable levels, and I have been told over and over, that they would reach out to their team for some work, but, none.. I'm a 30+ year veteran of this industry, a master mechanic with many certifications, 18 A.S.E. and many others. I take great pictures. I have been praised for my level of attention to detail, and my level of description. I've had 3 late assignments(in 5 years, due to my wifi connection in the mountians),one returned(because it was my first rv inspection with this company, 5 years ago, and I didn't do it correctly), hundreds completed to perfection, with no complaints! I work for other companies in this industry, and since Wrench.com purchased SOME these companies, they have ALL gone down hill. Even the way we get paid, which is through a 3rd party app, Bill.com... then they keep our pay for up to 5 more days and charge us to get it. SCAM! WWW.WRENCH.COM, AND WWW.BILL.COM ARE SCAM COMPANIES!

Now, at least you know and can go forward with choosing a different company for any and all of your inspections needs, new, used, warranty, automotive, Recreation Vehicle, motorcycle, boat, heavy equipment etc...

Thank you for taking the time to read this review..

Desired outcome: To be paid fairly, and receive the promised minimum of 5 inspections a week. This promise was made by Andy Dabbs when we spoke 5 years ago.
