LG TV promotion was not fulfilled
I purchased an LG TV through Amazon on April 13, 2021 (Amazon.com order number: [protected]) and at that time LG was doing a promotion where I should have received a free PL7 portable speaker with the TV ($179 value). It was never delivered. I have been trying to resolve the issue with LG over the 2 years by emailing [protected]@lgtvpromotion.com and calling them at the number provided by customer service, but the number has been disconnected. I have also tried to resolve the issue through the NJ Better Business Bureau.
After 2+ years, LG now has claimed that this is Amazon's responsibility which Amazon rejects.

Dangerous product not recalled WM3400CW Washing Machine
I have owned my LG Front Load Washing Machine for 2 1/2 years now. OUT OF NO WHERE in the late hours of the night my household got woken up by shattering glass later to find my washer door shattered by itself. The machine had not been in use nor tamper with there is no reason for the incident and clearly a defect in the product. There is glass inside and around the machine & LG just recommended a replacement door. Why pay $200 more for a doer to have the machine fall apart because there is glass inside. Ridiculous!

LG vacuum cleaner
I reported about my vacuum cleaner not working. Gave all the details they requested. I took the vacuum cleaner a eletrical shop to be fixed. It is now 7 weeks without solution. I should not have to do this, plus waiting all this time. I would like a resolution, either repair or replace. It is not the electrical shop that is at fault they never get the parts or wait for weeks to even hear from you..
Something better be done with this complaint, I do not want keep hearing the answer "we are solving this problem", because you are not. I even replaced a soft head thinking that might be problem, which cost $75.00 out of my own cost. I had to travel 150 kms to take the vacuum to be fixed, another $50.00 just in fuel for travelling. Something should have been resolved immediately.

I purchased this refrigerator October 17, 2018. Within the first year it stopped cooling consistently. about once a month the refrigerator and freezer stop cooling to the degree that it is supposed to for a few days at a time. At least four times I have had to replace all of the food in my freezer and refrigerator. Early on, a technician came out and did what he could, but said it was a known issue, and that it was likely unrepairable. I was told that LG is completely aware of the problem, has no solution, and expects the customer to eventually give up and purchase something else. Last year, another technician came out later, saying pretty much the same thing.
Typically, because the issue only lasts a few days, I am not able to get a technician out here in time to catch the problem while it is happening. A while back, I was issued a $200 check to “cover my losses.” But that does not come come to covering my total losses over the last four years. After several live-chat sessions (most of which ended with the representative simply disappearing in the middle of the session - I have screen grabs to prove this), and phone calls, I was told today that I had no option, but to continue having technicians come out.
Desired outcome: Refund or replacement.
We are now going on 2 weeks without our LG refrigerator, lost everything. My patience is worn thin. We have been living out of our yeti cooler. The Graduation party had to be cancelled. We called Mr. Appliance, and it was concluded the compressor is no good. so, we had to pay $130.00 for that call. I don't give up that easy and I was back on the phone again to LG, 6-16-23, a case was opened for warrantied parts. I also received APN (authorization)that will cover the parts. I was told to call the tech co (AAA-Appliance) to schedule a dispatch. I was told by their employee in the warranty dept that LG doesn't work like that. LG is supposed to send a request # through their portal to the tech companies for scheduling. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, I have received nothing except a lot of lip service.
The warranty dept. went ahead and opened a request number (doing their job for them) and sent it directly through to LG's portal. The lady told me it will probably take 24 hours before they will respond. So, bright and early this Monday morning 6-26-23 at 9:30 am C.S.T., I phoned the warranty dept to follow-up on my Request. She was going through her emails and hasn't seen anything yet. Told me to sit tight and she would call me back and let me know what to do next. Well, it is now 12:30 pm C.S.T. and no phone call yet!
No wonder a lawsuit was filed against LG, good grief this has been nothing but a nightmare to try and resolve. What scares me is we have all LG appliances installed after our kitchen was remodeled as well as their washer and dryer. LORD HELP ME DOWN HERE!
70 inch 4K TV
Purchased a brand new LG 70UQ7070 70inch UHD TV
from best buy on 12/10/2022. Picked it up from the store myself so it wouldn't get tossed around. Was working quite well. About 90 days in the picture goes black, but has audio.
Called tech support and we do a "hard reset" unplug and hold power button. It reboots comes on... then does same exact thing.
Long story short, I've been calling, texting, messaging everyday for quite some time. I have so many CNN and RNN numbers. Today I received a VCN number from the presidential liason.
Been saving all of it just to show the ridiculous madness that leads to No resolution.
I have never been more frustrated with an organization. Do a search of unresolved complaints its. Mind blowing. 20% rating. HORRIBLE. just like the customer service is.
I been calling every day...
Got over 8 months of warranty left. Gonna keep on calling. BBB letter coming as well.

I purchased this tv from best buy on 3/1/2023. As soon as I go cut it on I noticed dead pixels on the screen and contacted LG asap. They made me wait till my 14 day return expired from best buy before a tech came out. They replaced the panel 2 weeks later then the power supply a week later. Was told they had to replace the assembly thing and also the power supply once again. I waited 2 additional weeks. The tv cut on and worked for exactly 1 1/2 hours before cutting off and in 3x. I called and asked for a replacement was told the tech has to come out several times before that can happen. Eventually I was told the tv was out of stock and can't be replaced. LG is a very cheap fraudulent company and failed to tell me all of this from day one of my problems that the tv can't be replaced being that is part of the warranty

Product not received and EMI started
I have purchased a double door fridge from lg website on dtd 19th April. Unfortunately they dispatched on 21 and fortunately it was physically damaged. Transporter shared me the photos as i was not available at home so i deny to accept damaged fridge. After this i have no any update of fridge either LG will deliver or refund.
EMI processing charges already debuted or mar be 1 or 2 days EMI will start. And till date I have not received fridge.

Issues with No LG G3 base for TV
Well first I got a t v from LG.com that was doa. Their customer service said oh we'll send you a base for your television and set me a wall mount. The trucking company after making an appointment could not keep my appointment day. So I had to drive forty five miles to go pick my television up. Now I want to return my television never opened it still in the box I called Customer service to generate a refund. And i'm still waiting for an email to generate a return and a refund. I've made close to ninety five phone calls in the last month and a half to get this resolved.

I purchased refrigerator from Home Depot in good faith in 2021. It quit cooling
efficiently around 04/03/23 . I contacted customer and had one of the worst experiences of my life. LG model LMXS28626S/04 must be defective, as I have read reviews about the compressors. Their customer service informed that I had to wait 3-5 business days to get a response. When I called the representative said told me they had a problem finding a repair person in my area. When they sent a work order to here in Savannah, he told me he did not work on that unit because of the refrigent R-600. He let me know that if it had been R-134 he could help. LG Thin Q Refrigerator/Freezer
I was trying to get support to find the settings for the ice maker for LG ThinQ, French Door, refrigerator/freezer, with boutique ice. Online brings up all kinds of information but not what I want. I was calling LG tech support, but I got hung disconnected when it tried connecting me to an agent.
Second attempt after the auto attendant Q & A, again, I got a live person who asked me for a serial number and told me it was inside the door! It wasn't. I mentioned an extended warranty, so they connected me to another auto attendant at the retail outlet asking for the same stuff.
Frustrating! Can't anyone there answer the phone and answer a couple of questions?
Desired outcome: I want to speak with a human being that can help me. I don't want to listen to AI questions!
LG failure to honor a Premium Warranty
Just before Thanksgiving 2022 I purchased an LG Dishwasher, model: LDFN3432T, from a Home Depot in Jacksonville, Florida.
Late in January of 2023the unit quite running with an "OE" displayed on the indication screen.
After several weeks of trying to have it serviced under the Premium Warranty I paid for when I bought the dishwasher, a Serviceman can to repair the unit. He stated to me that he found a broken wire I side the wiring harness and he showed me the wire. He stated a complete new wiring harness was need. Three weeks later, I was told by LG Customer Service that LG would not honor the repair under warranty! I PAID FOR THE PREMIUM WARRANTY!
Desired outcome: HONOR THE WARRANTY!
LG Bottom Freezer Refrigerator MODEL: LRDCS2603S
The compressor went out the fridge on April 3, 2023 I have called every day
to see when a service tech come on no luck yet. The fridge was bought on
Sept 1, 2020 not quite 3 years old yet. I have to wait so many days before
even consider a refund to purchase a replacement. A refrigerator should be
put on high priority we have medications that have to be kept cold as of right
now we have nothing. It is only 2 people in this house whole so we only need
1 fridge for our home. As for customer service it is horrible I will not ever by
another LG product, this has been a very stressful experience. Before anything
else can be done they must try to locate a tech to service this area. This company should sell products if they can not provide service for there products.
Therefore I have nothing to say good about LG Products I just want the
fridge gone.

LG refrigerator
The refrigerator was not getting passed 60 degrees but the freezer is still working properly. Had a repair man come and he said it was the main board. We waited about a week for the part to come in and he came out and put it on. The next day still not working. Called the repairman back and we told him that it was not working and the fan was making a noise. He ordered a new fan, came out put it on. Still not working. He told us that he did not know what was wrong with it.This refrigerator is only 3 years old. I can’t believe that this is happening. We are 69 and 74 years old and can not afford another refrigerator. We are on a fixed income and can not believe your products. We are going to put a post on social media to let them know about your products. We tried calling customer service and one person (Leonardo) told us he will get with his supervisor and they should be sending out a repairman and pay all of costs of the other repairman and cover all the charges themselves to fix it and if it could not be fixed they would replace it. Jefferson the supervisor was supposed to let us know when they would be out. He never called so I called back and he refused to talk to me and I was informed there was nothing they could do for me. Why the day before I was told they would help? I have been on the phone with you people over a couple days, put on hold for 15 mins and sometimes longer. And then was dismissed by your supervisor (Jefferson) like I was a nobody.We paid this other company $628.00 dollars and it still will not work.We have been without a refrigerator now for over 3 weeks. I am on the phone with customer service now and it has been 1 hour so far and I’m still waiting for them.

We called for a repair for the icemaker. Were suggested to use the Flatrate package at 259$ and 90days warranty. When I went on the website, price was 359$ and we urgently needed the problem fixed. I did book the servide and planned to resolve issue after. When I tried to have that corrected, I was treated like a liar. They refused to share the recorded conversation with the agent and stated they cannot find on the tape the section where the Agent stated a price. Technician also quoted the lower price and they refused to share his response. They lied all the way arguing that if they had to give me a credit, they would have to take it out of the Agent pocket...full BS ...I have been in business and know well that when you make a mistake you take full responsibility, assume the cost, train your staff but never, ever blame the customer for your mistake.

purchased an LG dryer in January 2023 from Sam's Club in Kingston N.Y. shortly after purchasing it I started getting a smell of something burning each time I used the dryer. I contacted customer service 3 weeks ago who I was on phone with for 2hrs 56 minutes trying to get it resolved I was informed that a tech would be out to check machine on the scheduled day I took off from work and waited all day for the tech no show no call, I then sent email to corporate office and complained was assured tech would be out on Monday 3/20/2023 (another lost days pay) which he was the tech said there's a problem with the moisture sensor and computer board said because corporate was involved he had to go through them two days later I get phone call from another person telling me he has a ticket to look at unit I explained someone was already here and dealing with it and he starts telling me I'm refusing service I told him I can't keep taking time off so multiple people can look at this (all the time I've lost from work because of this already is over $550) at this point he gets belligerent telling me I have no choice I gave him the company name that already came out Rolando appliance repair and it didn't matter, next I get text from LG telling me I'm being rude and nasty if I refuse a technician I'm out of warranty with no recourse, I'm not refusing anything a tech was here he knows the issues with the dryer either fix it, replace it or refund my money. The games being played are documented as I keep all texts and I record all conversations for my own protection. To date I have lost 2 days of work at $275 per day I have to dry my clothes at a laundromat which is costing money while I have a new dryer sitting at home collecting dust it's disgusting LG is a horrible company to deal with too many games get played

I have an issue currently with Home depot and LG that I need your assistance. It is a refrigerator that I purchased back in January 4, 2023 and didn't work since day one.. I reported this immediately to Home depot and they don't want to deal with it. Their answer was that I had to work directly with the manufacturer LG. I called LG warranty support and after numerous calls, they send a total of (7) different technicians in the course of three months. Among the repairs, they replaced the following pieces;
Compressor (they had to weld the pipes on my house)
Filter
Freezer back panel
Refrigerator back panel
Thermostat sensor
Reprogramed the unit several times.
The unit is still not working and they don't want to refund or replace
LG still refuses to replace or send the “Warranty of return authorization letter”. Their only response is that we need to schedule another technician. At this point there is nothing more that they can replace on the unit itself, and are just trying to gain time and make us to give up on this. My concern is not only the money and the endless hours we waited and spend on this process but to keep receiving people that we don’t know in our house and might be a safety concern. Many technicians worked on the unit with apprentices inside our house while I am away working and my wife and three kids are alone in the house with people we don’t know. This case is creating a lot of stress for me and my wife that I will require to visit a doctor for some type of anti-stress therapy due to this issue.
I have all documented with text messages and images that I shared to LG and Home depot, also the invoice.
We have a current case with LG open.

Purchased 7/2020. Thursday 3/9/23 unit quit working completely. Started calling repairmen early friday morning. I call every company within a 25 mile radius. I called over 30 companies. Not one of them will work on LG. They said they are the worst product on the market. They advised me that the best thing to do is put it on the curb. I thought surely this cannot be true, so I call the LG customer service. Turns out it is a call center in Manila. First there is the language barrier, then the time barrier. They assured me that they had authorized repairmen in my area. Turns out 2 of them that are "certified to work on LG" are the ones that won't work on them. They will not return my calls. Customer service assured me that they had put in a request to have one of them repair my frig. I have called the customer service every day and have had several different excuses, but they keep saying that the repairmen will not accept their request. They will not transfer me to someone who has the authority to make things happen. I am searching for another way to contact LG that is not through Manila. I JUST WANT A WORKING REFRIGERATOR!
Desired outcome: What I see as the outcome is for LG to repair my refrigerator under warranty for free and extend the warranty or to refund my money so I can buy another refrigerator.

I am very disappointed with LG ( Life not Good) customer service and local repair service tech. In Jan 2023, our oven through an F9 code. A goggle search revealed a few reasons, the more probable were: circuit board or igniter. I called LG to request a service visit. They said, a diagnostic evaluation would be performed, which i thought meant they would come out to our residence to do. The code was the diagnostic. On top of that, I had to pay a $125.00 fee for the technician to come. The repair was scheduled (about a week later) and the time range as from noon to 5pm. Arrangements were made to accommodate the visit. 6pm came and passed, no tech nor phone call to explain the "no show" or late visit. I called LG to inform them, I get more confusion and "passing the buck." My issue was escalated to the Presidential Liaison. I requested my money back for this poor service. She told me, that it was not possible to refund my retention fee due to third party relationship. She offered rescheduled and find out why the tech "no show". I accepted for another week to two week appointment thinking i would get another tech. It was the same tech.Two weeks later, that tech calls to say he was sick. The visit was kept, but poorly performed. The tech half ordered parts for the job, which meant an other week for the part to come in and then reschedule the visit. After part arrives, repair visit scheduled, accommodations are made for the visit for noon -5pm. Again, "no-show.' What to heck?
I called LG again with the same complaint. Again, the same results. We can do nothing about it. I can escalate it to Presidential Liaison and try my luck.
The tech calls a few hrs later and ask if he could come and complete the repair. I agree. He comes. Repair completed. After he completed work and writing out the bill, I ask, " what happened to yesterday's visit?" He gave me excuses of being very business and having a bad day. My reply was "you owed me a phone call (at the least) to explain your position and/or reschedule to visit." He agreed, offered an apology, but it amounted to a "blow-off." The service was completed March 1, 2023. This has been a "horrible" experience with LG.
Desired outcome: Restitution for lost time. A discount on the service/ parts would have been acceptable.

I still have the same problem with a washer dryer tower. I did what the service tech suggested and have the same problem.
