On may 9th they sent me an email telling me my signed documents were received which meant the 174.67 would lower back to my plpd amount on my car. Today I noticed that they never changed the payment back. I called the 1-800 # and spent all afternoon on the phone with three dropped calls! Waiting in line and customer service billing was good but they transferred me to auto? And it dropped my call three times. I would actually like to speak to the president of this company, i’ve had nothing but trouble from them and a very discourteous agent in mi that was so obnoxious in asking me questions about my accident claim in april of 2022 and so rude she had me scared that if I filed my claim they were taking me to court?. I had a legitimate going off the road after I hit pot holes at night and my lights went off! I damaged my car the front the side … and she asked me questions i’ve never been asked before! I had just found out in the hospital I had an ascending aortic aneurysm and was not ready to be drilled and I finally said forget it I can’t do this. This last spring I tried again and was told I have to deal with the same agent! I should have gotten the 7000.00 for my car that’s what insurance is for. I’ve never experienced this with state farm ever. Poor customer service and rude claims agent! The only reason I have not dropped them is because I want to be reimbursed for all the extra money I have had to pay them! And I want my claim looked at again and by someone different then the michigan agent. I was fully insured with full coverage at the time of my accident.
Desired outcome: I desire to have my claim for my car of April 2022 reviewed by someone else and I’d appreciate a response please. Plus my refund for them charging me 174.68 since May of this year . I believe my payment was 65.07 before this happened .
