I got a car from this place
I got a car from this place. At first, I put some money down, but then they sold it to someone else for more money. They said they'd get me the same car, but it took a whole extra month to get it. When they finally gave it to me, I found out they checked my credit again without asking me. That messed up my credit score. Then, a few weeks later, they charged my credit card $1000 without telling me. They said I didn't pay for something, but my receipt says I did. They also promised me a cooler with the car, but I haven't heard anything about it. I want them to take the charge off my card because they did it without asking me. And I want people to know not to go to this place.
I went to Limbaugh Toyota in May-June and one of their workers kept calling me to trade in my car
I went to Limbaugh Toyota in May-June and one of their workers kept calling me to trade in my car. I told them I wasn't interested in selling or buying a new car, but they kept calling me. Then, I got a bunch of letters saying they checked my credit without my permission. They still wouldn't stop calling me, and on June 3rd, they even offered me money to sell or trade my car, even though I said no. I have proof of all these issues with letters and texts.
I went to Limbaugh Toyota in August to fix my Honda Odyssey
I went to Limbaugh Toyota in August to fix my Honda Odyssey. The Salvation Army, Dallas TX paid them $5,941.37 for the repair. I flew to Birmingham to pick up my car and pay for it. But on my way back to Dallas, I found out that some of the repair work was not done. I had to stop at a Honda dealership for a quick fix. When I got back to Dallas, I took my car to a local Honda dealership to fix the still broken door and gas tank for $1,146.52. I wrote to Limbaugh Toyota to ask for a refund of the $1,146.52 we paid to have the repair work redone. I sent a letter and attachments on November 9th, and someone named "M. Bolden" signed for the FedEx packet. But until December 14th, I didn't get any response from Limbaugh Toyota. So I emailed them on December 14th, but I still haven't received any response as of today, December 21st. Can you help me get a response or a refund? Thank you.

They didn't do their job right
They didn't do their job right. I bought a 2014 Infiniti q50 from Limbaugh Toyota in September . Before I signed the papers, I saw that the front grill was damaged. I told the sales lady and she said she would send me a new one. She promised to take care of it, but she didn't. That's the first problem. The second problem is with the car's history report. They sold me a car with a messed up odometer. I asked them to fix it, but they said it would take too long. They didn't do anything about it. I feel like they cheated me. I've been trying to sell the car, but no one wants it because of the messed up odometer. I'm stuck with a bad car and it's their fault. They should have fixed everything before they sold it to me.
Me and my wife bought a Toyota 4Runner from Limbaugh Toyota in 2015
Me and my wife bought a Toyota 4Runner from Limbaugh Toyota in 2015. We also got a maintenance plan for $1500. But then we got a letter from Fidelity Warranty Services saying that the plan was canceled because of overlap with a complimentary Toyota Car Care plan. They said the dealership had to either rewrite the plan or refund the money. We told the finance manager, ***, and he said it was taken care of. But we never got the refund or an updated plan. We tried calling and emailing but no one has responded. It's been a few years now and we're still waiting.
My daughter's 2011 Toyota Rav4 got into a little accident and we took it to Limbaugh Toyota on 10/30 at night
My daughter's 2011 Toyota Rav4 got into a little accident and we took it to Limbaugh Toyota on 10/30 at night. We filed a claim with *** and went to the dealership on November 1 to make sure everything was okay. We met with *** and rented a car from the dealership. But things didn't go smoothly from there. There was confusion between *** collision center and the service department on what needed to be done first. Eventually, it went to the collision center and then to auto repair. My daughter picked up the car on 11/27 and paid $937.83 with her credit card. But the car wasn't tested properly and she had to wait for someone to test it. When she got the car, the engine light came on and the car shuddered when drive. She brought it back to Limbaugh and they said it was due to misfiring and required a new ignition coil. We paid $889.10 to "fix" the coil. But less than one week later, the car exhibited the same problems. The car was brought back to Limbaugh and they said it was the head gasket due to overheating, which was apparently due to not fixing the hose from the initial repair. We paid $2410.99 for the repair. Limbaugh had the car for just 5 days short of one month to repair. We paid an extra $889.10 for the injection coil and an additional $386.74 for the rental car days beyond our insurance policy coverage. The Rav4 was finally returned in proper working order on 1/11. On 2/18, *** advised after conferring with the new General Manager and Customer Service Manager, Limbaugh has no additional responsibility. It is apparent, the dealership is either highly incompetent or unethical or a mixture of both and tried to take advantage of my daughter and her situation.
Service not done like they said
Service not done like they said. They told me they would do a full transmission service(filter, pan gasket, drain, and refill of 4-5 quarts). I brought my car in at 11am on [protected] and was promised a full transmission flush by *** for $300. *** called me at 12:56pm and said they couldn't do a flush because my transmission didn't have cooler lines. I asked what they could do since my transmission was low on fluid. He said they could do a regular transmission service for $320. I asked to speak to the service manager, *** forwarded me to ***. I asked if they would drop the pan and replace the filter and how much fluid they would change. He said they would change the filter and replace 4-5 quarts of fluid. I authorized the service for $320. *** called me at 2:26pm to say the service was done. When I got there at 4pm and got the bill, the service wasn't what they said. The tech just removed the drain plug from the pan, let a little fluid drain, and replaced only two quarts of fluid. I talked to *** and he said they never replace the filter. I said it was replaceable and he said they never replace it. I asked why they charged me $316 for two quarts of fluid and 30 mins of labor. *** said not to look at it that way because they charge $140 just to hook up the Toyota scan tool to check the fluid level. If that was true, the original transmission flush would have been $300. Here's what I got: 2 quarts of Toyota World Class Transmission fluid for $21.82, Toyota scan tool for $140, 1/2 hour labor and miscellaneous charges for $154.17. Total was $315.99. I wasn't given the service I was promised and was charged around $160 per quart for two quarts of transmission fluid. I spoke to and emailed *** on X-XX-XXXX about the issue. She forwarded it to ***. I spoke to *** on [protected] with ***. He said they charge what they charge, I accepted the service, and I misheard or wasn't truthful about what the service manager said. Thanks.
