Traded my car in on Dec 2nd, got new car for 7 days but no registration. Brought car back on day 7 cuz couldn't drive it legally. They gave me my trade back. Now on day 25, still no new car or updates. Checked *** site, says new car registered on 12/23 but no one reached out to me. I reached out multiple times, no answer.

I got a car from Grieco Ford and the service was terrible. The sales guys were rude and didn't want to help with anything. Whenever I called, they hung up or transferred me to voicemail. If I knew they were bad with customer service, I wouldn't have bought a car from them. Stay away, especially from Darlin. I asked to talk to the supervisor many times, but they wouldn't put one on the phone.

I bought a 2019 *** Tahoe from Grieco Ford on 3/4/22. It's been 32 days since I bought it and my finance included registration, but I still don't have it. Every time I call, they give me the runaround. I've been pulled over twice for not having my new plates and driving with an expired temp plate. It's embarrassing and frustrating. This isn't fair or right. If they don't fix this in the next 5 days, I'll sue Grieco.

I emailed and called them many times over the past 4 months about the remaining balance on my old car loan. They told me to call my insurance, which I did, and they said they paid their part of the total loss. Now my credit score is messed up because I can't pay the last loan and the new one. They said it was all taken care of when I got the car, but it's been 4 months and it's still not fixed.

I was tryna buy a car from Grieco Ford and it was a hot mess. I hit them up on a Tuesday and nobody would hit me back. Every time I called, I had to start over with the deal and talk to a different person. Me and my wife even filled out an app and they ran our credit. This went on for 6 days! On the 4th day, the manager called me and said they were short-staffed and had a death in the fam. I was like, "ok, but why didn't nobody tell me that before?" He said the car I wanted was on hold for me, but I just wanted to know if they could get me financed. They kept saying someone from finance would call, but nobody did. Finally, on the 6th day, a salesperson hit me up and said he would handle the deal. I thought, "finally, we're getting somewhere!" So I hit him up the next day and he took forever to respond. When he finally did, he said someone else bought the van that morning! After almost a week of waiting and being told the van was mine, they sold it to somebody else! I've dealt with a lot of dealers in my life, but this was the worst.

I went to Grieco Ford on Tuesday 4/21 to check out a 2019 ***. I liked the car and decided to get it financed. I put down a $1000 deposit on my debit card and waited for the bank's approval. The sales rep, ***, was helpful. On Thursday 4/23, *** from finance called me to come in and fill out the paperwork and leave an additional $3000 deposit. He said they would deliver the car to my house after the bank verified it. I went in that day and filled out all the documents and put the $3000 on my debit card. On Friday 4/24, I called for an update and was told the bank was having trouble verifying my information. I sent additional documents via email to ***. On Saturday 4/25, I called for an update and was told the bank was not accepting those documents. I asked for a refund. On Monday 4/27, I called for an update and was told my social security number was not being accepted. *** from finance said he would work on getting the deal through. I asked for a refund if they couldn't get an answer that day. On Tuesday 4/28, I called for an update and asked for a refund again. On Wednesday 4/29, I asked for a refund again. On Thursday 4/30, I asked for my money to be put back on my card. I was told it was done but it would take 24-48 hours. On Saturday 5/2, I still had not received a refund. I called and spoke with ***, who said the refund was processed but then called back and said it was not processed. I went to the dealership for the third time and spoke with *** and ***. They said they couldn't do anything until Monday 5/4. I asked for a check and was told it would be done first thing Monday morning. On Monday 5/4, I was told they couldn't issue a check and it would have to go back on my card. I asked for it to be processed immediately and for a receipt to be sent. I still have not received confirmation or a response to my email or voicemail.
