i had a bad time at lindora clinic
i had a bad time at lindora clinic. the provider *** was mean to me and acted all racist. it made me feel real bad. she gave me my papers and then left when i wanted to ask questions. it was super rude and made me feel real small. i don't think i'm the only one who had this bad experience. i wanted a good and supportive place to go to for help but it wasn't here at lindora. they should tell people before they spend money i think.
Started Lindora program just as Gov Newsom ordered Shelter-in-Place
Started Lindora program just as Gov Newsom ordered Shelter-in-Place. I'm at high risk for COVID-19. Stuck at home for medical reasons but Lindora still open. I told them need program hold for now but they didn't wanna budge. My signed agreement says I can hold for medical stuff but they wouldn't listen. So mad and disappointed by Camarillo clinic staff. Was looking forward to it but oh well. Paid for a whole year but doubt gonna go back. Want clinic with friendly and kind people. Lindora is good program but avoid Camarillo if possible.
I had barely begun the Lindora program when Gov. Newsom issued the Shelter- in -Place Order. I fall into the high risk category for contracting COVID-19 so even though Lindora is still open I informed the staff I would need to stay home for the time being due to medical reasons. The agreement I signed with Lindora states I can request a program hold due to medical reasons. When I contacted Lindora to request this promised hold my request was met with immediate and intense resistance. We went back and forth a bit but the staff was adamant. They would not even consider doing this for me even though my signed agreement clearly states they can. I was so looking forward to doing this program but attitude of the staff at the Camarillo clinic has put me off totally. I'm so upset. I paid for a year but even though I will lose a lot of money I doubt I'll go back. I want my weight loss journey to be fueled by a clinic with a personable and supportive staff. I believe Lindora is a great program but my advice is avoid the Camarillo Clinic if you can.
The Lindora program worked good for me
The Lindora program worked good for me. There were many calls to "check up on me", but it was just to tell me about the sale they had, so I stopped picking up. I signed up for the 1 year membership program by paying month to month. When I called to cancel with my clinic, they told me I couldn't cancel until next month and had to come in. So I did, but the next month I called the main office and they told me I could cancel online, which the clinic didn't say anything about. I'm sure they just wanted me to buy more product. I cancelled in mid August and was told Lindora would tally up what I owed them at the end of the month. So I believed that I was officially cancelled mid Sept 2021. But I was charged $159.00 on my cc unexpectedly. I wasn't expecting the charge, but was expecting to pay half the month. The lady I talked to was kind of mean and it wasn't worth arguing since I knew it wouldn't turn out in my favor. I'm pretty sad about this since the program was great. But the company is just really greedy and their policies are not cool. Thanks for reading.
I started going to Lindora Clinic on July 20th
I started going to Lindora Clinic on July 20th. I did all the papers, and I began my journey. After a month, I noticed a monthly charge from them. I called, and they told me it was a monthly fee, and I signed all the papers for it. There was a lot of paperwork, and to be honest, I didn't read it all. So, they got me on that. What I do know is that I kept telling the salesman at the office that I couldn't believe it was $218 for a year, and this is great. I never heard him say that it was just for the sign-up and the first month. When I called him to talk to him, he said that he said it a few times, but I don't remember that. I said, "If I heard you, I wouldn't have signed." Anyway, I got a call from the headquarters, and they said that there was nothing they could do. I said, "If there is anything you can help me with," but again, they said there was nothing they could do. I signed the papers, and that was it. Lesson learned. They have no flexibility, which is a shame. One would think that a company like that would try to work something out with the client. I have to make a whole year of payments moving forward. But after reading all the complaints, I only hope that they can cancel my membership when the time comes.
Horrible service!
Horrible service! Be careful and read the long contract. The managers will say anything to get you to sign up. I bought a 1 year plan and it was all about pushing their products. I was successful, but they only cared about selling me more stuff. The clinic manager told me I had to come in for labs to continue. I knew I didn't want to continue, so I didn't go. But they kept taking money from my account even though I couldn't use the service without labs. I also signed up for a lifetime membership, but it turns out I have to keep paying every month. What's the point? And now my clinic is closing, so I have to go to a clinic 20 miles away. Wish I had checked ComplaintsBoard.com first.
I been a member at Lindora on and off for 20 yrs
I been a member at Lindora on and off for 20 yrs. Right b4 COVID began, I paid for a buch of booster shots. Once COVID hit, I stopped goin anywher that wasnt necessary cuz my dauter has hart n respiratorry issues dat I wuz vry concerned about. I kept payin my monthly memberhsip intending to return wen COVID wuz less of a concern. Lindora contacted me to let me kno dat my boosters (dat I paid for) would expire 1 yr after purchase. I asked for an extension due to COVID n my famlyz health concerns. Dey didnt respond dirctly but asked da office manager to and only extended it 2 months which meaned that I would lose many boosters even if I come in da max times each week. Im shocked dat its legal to say dat a booster dat I paid for expires and even tho I pay a monthly membership, I may no longer get the booster I paid for. An employee told me dat I needed to keep payin $109 a month memberhsip in order to come in for the boosters (even tho dat isnt the case if ur physcal is current). Lindora doesnt care about members or be responsive to dem, n doesnt have any flexiblity w/ the pandemic dat we've all been dealin wit. Lindora lost my business for good.
Program good but watch out for "member
Program good but watch out for "member". They no good at canceling, have to go clinic to do it. I no go clinic for year, still get charged $109 every month. Finally went in person to stop but they charge my card again the next week. They say takes 21 days to stop after notice but still charge for 30 days. This is BAD. Company just want money and no care about clients. Can't say yes to this company. Be careful when buy.
I had a membership with LindoraClinic but they charged me $50 and didn't update my labs after emergency operation
I had a membership with LindoraClinic but they charged me $50 and didn't update my labs after emergency operation. Suddenly my membership wasn't in "the computer" and they kept taking money from my account without calling me back. Three years ago, I joined their Zerona program but had to sign up for a $50 monthly membership and couldn't pay for just the labs. In the first week, Lindora suspended my program without my consent and kept charging me $50. They wouldn't cancel due to the contract, even though they suspended my program. They kept saying they needed a Dr. note, so I got one but still lost all of my money and the Lipotropic and booster shots from my account ($1500).

i been gettin called from lindora clinic and i dont want it no more
i been gettin called from lindora clinic and i dont want it no more. its annoyin.
Went clinic on El Toro street
Went clinic on El Toro street. Manager said no extra fees for my membership that expired last year. I said no more payments on my account ending in December 2022. They took out 300 plus bucks from my bank on 4/30/2022. Give me back my money.
I payed up front for the Lindora clinic program for a whole year, not month by month like my regular bills
I payed up front for the Lindora clinic program for a whole year, not month by month like my regular bills. The program goes by the name of ***. Near the end of the one year deal, I made the decision to cancel it. Lindora doctors charged my credit card anyway on April 14th for $159.00 like usual. They say it was because I didn't give them 30 days notice, but I tried to cancel it way back in February. They turned me away and said to come back in March, so this wasn't my fault. But they won't pay the money back and won't even give me the service I paid for. I think they owe me every penny ($159.00) and also to say goodbye to our contract.

I stopped going to LindoraClinic two weeks ago 'cause my plan was gonna end in April
I stopped going to LindoraClinic two weeks ago 'cause my plan was gonna end in April. I had to take a blood test that same month and didn't want to spend more money on it 'cause they charge $180.00. Even though I was still eligible for some of their product, they said I couldn't get them. So, I cancelled the plan and asked them not to charge me anymore. But they charged me $59.00 again today anyways. And I can't even get those shots I wanted unless I take the damn blood test. They told me cancelling takes a whole month, so I called them this morning to ask 'bout it. They said they can't refund my money or give me the shots. I don't get it, they charged me when I cancelled.
i did lindoraclinic for a whole year and had to pay $159 every two weeks
i did lindoraclinic for a whole year and had to pay $159 every two weeks. my contract was up on 2/19 but when i called customer service they told me i had to cancel in-store. i stopped going to meetings in october because of their new hours. when i finally went to cancel on 3/4, they made me sign papers and said i might not get charged for march. but of course they charged me on 3/14. i called to complain but they said i needed 30 days notice to cancel so i won't get a refund. ugh.
I started at Lindora Clinic on August 20th for a program to help me lose weight
I started at Lindora Clinic on August 20th for a program to help me lose weight. I talked with a nurse but she hurried me out of her office quickly. I also got a physical exam and started my diet with an exercise routine. I needed to lose 20 lbs and visited their office daily for shots. My weight fluctuated every day and I was frustrated that I wasn't losing weight. I talked to a medical assistant who changed my diet to a stricter one, but after a few days, I felt sick with headaches and was very dizzy. I emailed the headquarters and told them that the program wasn't working for me and that I needed to cancel my contract because it was making me sick. They put my program on hold but wouldn't cancel my contract.
So, I signed up with Lindora for a year and got unlimited programs
So, I signed up with Lindora for a year and got unlimited programs. But then *** showed up and messed things up. Because I'm an old bird, I had to be extra careful and stay home. Even some of my docs didn't want to see me in person. So, I stopped going to Lindora. Now that I've shot up with the juice, I wanted to go back and finish what I started, but they won't give me any credit for the *** that I missed out on. What's the point of taking my money if they're not going to use it to help me out when I actually need it? I think they're breaking the law by doing this. Landlords can't kick people out because of ***, so why can Lindora keep my money and not give me the services I paid for? It's pure b.s. that the managers won't talk to me about this.
I joined Lindora Clinic on 3/29
I joined Lindora Clinic on 3/29. Two days later, I got sick. *** and my doctor both told me to stop the program. My doctor gave me a note on her prescription pad with all her info, including her license number/signature. On 5/25, I went to my local clinic but they turned me away. They said they needed the note on my ***, even though a prescription pad is a legal document. My doctor wanted to charge me $100 for a new note. I called corporate and someone emailed me paperwork to cancel my contract. I scanned it and sent it back. I got a reply that they received it and it would be processed within 21 days. But then, on 6/1, they charged me $159 again. I got an email on 6/9 that said my request was received and went to their Chief Medical Officer for review. It could take up to 21 more days. How can they treat patients like this?
I sign up for LindoraClinic on July 14, but I never started the program
I sign up for LindoraClinic on July 14, but I never started the program. Sadly, on July 23, I fell and hit my head on the closet door. This caused a hematoma and my face was badly bruised, so I couldn't start the program. After a while, I felt itching on my head, and my daughter took a picture of a black spot on it. That’s when they diagnosed me with basal cell carcinoma, and I had to undergo surgery to remove it. So, on 8/30, I sent a doctor's note to Lindora to cancel my participation in the program.
The contract I signed in July said that it would take 20 days for a response from Lindora's doctor. So, after 20 days, I contacted them, but their doctor hasn't replied. Also, the company deducts $109.00 each month from my debit card, and my bank can't help me stop this automatic payment. Recently, Lindora informed me that my request to cancel their program may have fallen through the cracks. This is my third cancer diagnosis, and I have other health issues that I’m dealing with. Therefore, I don't want to participate in this program and pay a monthly fee at this age of 74.
I joined Lindora Weight Loss program in 12
I joined Lindora Weight Loss program in 12. I changed the date they were taking the monies from my account to the 10th of the month. I talked to some of the nurses and corp to confirm that Payment was for the next month. Everyone said yes. I developed cancer and was told I needed a letter to continue. I told *** in Woodland Hills that my doctor didn't want me on the program anymore. She said I needed a letter. I gave *** a letter from the doctor on 7/22 that said I had to stop the program. I was supposed to get a refund from the July 10th payment because I didn't go there in Aug. I called corporate and was told it would take 21 bus. days for *** to review my request. On Aug. 10th, another payment was charged. I called corp and my first question to *** who picked up was if the Aug 10 payment was for Sept. She confirmed it was. I called multiple times and finally *** called and said the 8/10 refund would be processed. She said the payment was the 10th to the 10th which *** at Corp said. Now no one will return calls.
I stopped going to Lindora Clinic last March 'cause of COVID, 'cause I'm 60+ and my hubby's got health issues
I stopped going to Lindora Clinic last March 'cause of COVID, 'cause I'm 60+ and my hubby's got health issues. But when April came, they started charging me again, even though my other gym and pilates memberships were on hold. I tried contacting the office several times, but they said only the area manager could help and that she'd call me. But guess what, I haven't heard from her yet. I even wrote them a letter and hand-delivered it to their clinic, but the lady at the front desk, ***, pulled down her mask to take a call and then left it hanging on her neck. Not cool, right?
Anyway, I finally got an email from some MD, ***, saying she can only give me a refund for two months. But I haven't received that yet, and they still took two more payments from my bank account. They say they're a "medical facility" and take COVID seriously, but it sure doesn't seem like it from my experience.
I been a member of Lindora since April and I've been paying fees every month since then
I been a member of Lindora since April and I've been paying fees every month since then. Even during the quarantine months of March, April, May, the fee was still taken out of my bank account. I asked at the clinic about it and they said they will fix it, but they didn't. I had knee surgery planned for October so I told the manager in September that I'm canceling. He said it was okay and that was all. In September, at my last meeting, I told the person helping me that this was the last time I'm coming. But she didn't see it on my chart and asked me to fill out a form. I did, but later on, in October, my wife found out that another fee was taken out and the clinic denied the cancellation form, even though they didn't explain why. The manager was mean to my wife and said that I was angry, which wasn't true. When my wife called customer service, she had to look for a number that worked and found out that I couldn't cancel until 11/10, which no one told me before. I paid all my fees for over one and a half years, and I wasn't told about an additional phase. Even though my wife asked for a call back from *** the manager, we didn't hear back and we stopped paying.
I signed up with Lindora Clinic last year in May
I signed up with Lindora Clinic last year in May. I got the $159/mo membership for a year. Because of Covid-19, I lost my job in July. I called them to cancel my membership or get downgraded to the $59/mo one. Corporate person *** told me that I still needed to pay the $159 or they'd send me to collections. I explained that I lost my job and had other bills to pay. She didn't listen and just repeated what she said before. I even said that what they were doing should be illegal. *** told me that after six months, I could downgrade to the $59/mo membership.
A couple of weeks ago, I called and talked to *** again. I said that I wanted to downgrade and not pay any fees. They charge to downgrade, and I thought that was wrong. *** said I had to make an appointment to go to the clinic. I talked to *** to confirm the appointment. I reiterated that I wanted to downgrade to the $59/mo and pay off the rest of my six months. She said that she needed to ask Corporate if that was okay. A little later, she called me back and told me that Corporate gave me three options to get out of the contract. I could stay on the contract for six months and pay $954, or downgrade to the next tier, sign a new contract for 12 months at $109/mo and pay out $902, or go down to the $59/mo, with a new contract and pay out $708.
After losing my job, I've been working as a Door Dash driver to make ends meet. I think that Lindora Clinic's actions are wrong and should be illegal. Unless you are rich, don't sign up with them!
