Impasse with property manager issue with balance
For 8+ years I have been a resident at one of the properties at 4800 Atlantic Boulevard that your company took over. For a myriad of reasons I decided not to renew my lease-an unprofessional property manager who does not respect tenants, issues with mold, mildew and maintenance. On July 5, I signed a 6 month lease with ***
On July 5, I signed a 6 month lease with ***. On January 26th , I moved out of the premises located at 4*** I also provided a written forwarded address *** on January 5th.. It has been more than 30-days since moving and I have not yet received my security deposit . I have called and emailed the Property Manager Katherine G numerous times, I also emailed the corporate office Link Management, and still haven't received any response
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
