LiquorLand Australia review: Employee / customer relations

I parked in an undercover carpark at the North Lakes Shopping Centre. After exiting my vehicle I was accosted and abused by a liquorland employee for "stealing" his car park, based on the fact he put his indicator on for the carpark before I entered it with my vehicle. He was quite abusive using abusive language and trying to intimidate me. He was of Indian appearance.

When I approached his manager in the Liquorland store to formally complain, he also became abusive while accusing me of stealing the parking place. He was completely unreasonable and turns me off ever shopping in that Liquorland store again. This man was also of Indian appearance.

I saw no evidence of reservation of the parking spot, and suggest that like other major shopping centres, close and undercover parking spots should be reserved for customers and staff should be parking further away. This is obviously not enforced here. I find it disturbing that a young man (probably no more than 30 years of age) believes it is OK to verbally abuse a senior citizen (I am 65 years old) during this period of COVID-19 restrictions, or at any other time for that matter.
