I ordered from them earlier this year and due to some forwarding issues with the USPS (no problem with Logees) my plant ended up traveling the states and not making it to me in NY. But the customer service with Logees was fantastic! I cannot overstate that, even with this covid-19 panic for plants they took the time, did the leg work to figure out what happened to my plant, then they cordially called me back and explained the situation to me and refunded me since they didn't have a replacement plant even though it wasn't their fault. I look forward to ordering from them again in the next year.

I paid the full amount when I checked out, but the next morning I received an email stating that I had not paid enough
I paid the full amount when I checked out, but the next morning I received an email stating that I had not paid enough for shipping to Puerto Rico. I placed an online order for four small plants and paid $25 for a certificate required for shipping to Puerto Rico. Additionally, I paid $16.95 for shipping, bringing the total to $93.75. However, I received another email the next morning stating that I still owed $12. I contacted customer service and they explained that their system had not charged me the correct amount because the merchandise total was actually $76.80 with the certificate included. I expressed my confusion, as the certificate is just a piece of paper and not merchandise. The customer service representative passed my concern to the manager, who showed no concern and provided terrible customer service. I asked for a breakdown of the charges, as I couldn't understand why they were charging me $28 to ship to Puerto Rico when USPS charges the same for all US and territories. The representative insisted that was the price and I had to pay the extra amount. I feel disappointed and believe they are taking advantage of territories, assuming we are unaware.
