Customer service was not up to par, as I had a difficult time finalizing my order. Supposedly there were impediments to overcome because of the pandemic. Whatever, I did receive my order although for some reason the shipment was split in two parts with one of the ceiling fans arriving a day late via Fedex. All told, the entire process from initial order attempt to final shipment was seven calendar days which was tolerable given the discounts from the MSRP at other outlets.

No major issues. Order was received in a timely fashion, especially during this Pandemic! Company has been very accommodating, especially since my wife and I ordered the incorrect lights. So, had to return and re-order. TOTALLY our fault. Have recommended this company to our neighbors and will continue to recommend to co-workers and family.

Horrible company! No customer service at ALL. Cannot reach anyone or get any replies on problems with order. Now I have no money and NO lights. I placed an order on May 19th. I order two lights, paid over $ 425.00. The money came out immediately. On May 26th, I only received one light. The smaller one, not the larger more expensive one. The tracking number for both items were the same, when I went back and started checking to see where the other larger light is in the shipping process. The large light is still missing. Upon opening the one item I did receive , we could see it was way to small for the desired space we needed it for. So I requested a return/ exchange through the website. They gave me a return number so I sent the light back the next day with tracking and emailed that I wished for the larger one and that I wanted to exchange the item. They have not credited me back for the small light light I returned nor has the larger one ever shown up. You cannot reach anyone with this company. I have sent multiple emails. I call every day and it is just a recording. Now I am out the money and have no lights. If they fix and correct my order I will change this review. I will be leaving bad reviews all I can this is horrible customer service. My order # was

Worst business and customer service I have ever experience. I ordered some exterior lights that I needed within a week for my contractor to install. I found the lights I wanted and then searched which companies could offer the quickest shipping. I picked Louie Lighting specifically for that reason. Their website STILL says the products would be delivered in 2 days if you order now - realistically its been a month. A couple days after placing my order I got an email that one of the lights is backordered, therefore the order cannot ship (even though their website still says its available and NOT backordered). I immediately called customer service to say then at least the other lights should be shipped since they are in stock and so I wouldn't lose time/money with my contractor. It took me about a week, HOURS on hold to get through to someone. Finally I got someone that was so rude and short and said that I would need to speak to a manager and they will put a ticket in and would take 24-72 hours to hear back - its been 3 weeks. I've since been calling daily and waiting for hours on hold, I've written 3 emails and wait for hours on the chat feature and have received no responses or answers. Even their website says due to COVID it could take up to 72 hours for responses, but not WEEKS. At this point, I want my money refunded so I can order elsewhere and stop wasting so much time. But they require you to do it over the phone BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING. I'm blown away by this. I totally understand the changes due to COVID, but be honest on your website. IF you're really that delayed, just say it. If products are actually backordered, then reflect that on your website. If you really cant ship within 2 days, THEN SAY IT! I've also since learned from reading reviews this is not new and a lot of people have been having the same issues.

Louie Lighting from onestoplighting helped us when we needed to exchange two outdoor wall lights. One light came in damaged and the other just needed to be returned. He did a terrific job getting us the paperwork we needed to do the return and got our credit so we could order our new lights! Thanks Louie Lighting!

No major issues. Order was received in a timely fashion, especially during this Pandemic! Company has been very accommodating, especially since my wife and I ordered the incorrect lights. Louie Lighting I recently ordered a Quoizel outdoor wall light and the seeded glass shade was cracked in 2 places

I recently ordered a Quoizel outdoor wall light and the seeded glass shade was cracked in 2 places. I called the customer help desk and their representative was very helpful and immediately put in a replacement order for the damaged glass. I received the replacement in a very timely manner, and because of the great customer service, I would order more products from this company.

I ordered light fixtures March 5th and they constantly tell me they will be back in stock in 3 to 4 days. I was charged immediately, not like most companies that charge you when it is shipped. I checked with the manufacturer and they have been in stock for several weeks. Now I've tried to cancel the order and they are stalling and telling me they have to see if it's already shipped. If it had already shipped, I would have received an email. Customer Service said they sent in a request for a cancellation and I asked for a confirmation email. She said she had sent it, but I've never received one from them. I'm beginning to wonder about the validity of this company.

Worst business and customer service I have ever experience. I ordered some exterior lights that I needed within a week for my contractor to install. I found the lights I wanted and then searched which companies could offer the quickest shipping. I picked Louie Lighting specifically for that reason. This company has informed me they cannot deliver the product ordered. They have said they would refund me but have not. Their customer service is RIDICULOUS. I was on hold for well over an hour. They have not returned my call.

I purchased two Progress Lights from Louie Lighting and did not plan to return the fixtures until I experienced their customer service. I did want to have products, that come with a one year warranty, from a company that I do not believe has good customer service and a return policy that cost me $28.80 to conduct a return. All of the other lighting fixture companies that I have dealt with (Lighting by Jared, Build.com, Lighting New York) all offer prepaid return labels.

Louie Lighting I order 2 sets of lighting for my kitchen and both were very expensive

I order 2 sets of lighting for my kitchen and both were very expensive. One set was too small and the other was too large. I needed something in the middle. Therefore, I followed Louis Lighting guidelines: filled out the return online, emailed them and spent MY own money to return via UPS. I have yet to receive a response (email, phone call). Every time I call I am on hold for 30+ minutes. Today, I again tried calling and emailing. No response. After a google search for another telephone number...I came across one and gave it a shot! A man answered, I explained my situation and complaint. His response "Mam, I'm sorry, let me direct your call" and that was all. I still have not spoken to anyone!

Louie Lighting I purchase 5 exterior lights (Vaxcel, Model No

I purchase 5 exterior lights (Vaxcel, Model No. *** ) from Louie Lighting on June 19. These lights were installed by my licensed Electrician in late August, by November 11 all 5 lights stopped working. I called my electrician to trouble shoot the problem, he checked the breaker in the main panel, switch, and conductor up to all five lights and each light socket of which none were receiving power. We also installed a known "working" new bulb in each light and no luck, I then proceeded to submit a claim with Louie Lighting to replace these lights with similar. Since then I've received multiple emails from Louie Lighting requesting information from the "Manufacturer" wanting to know more information regarding trouble shooting. To be clear, I purchased these lights in good faith from Louie Lighting, NOT the manufacturer and believe Louie Lighting should stand behind the products they are selling. I believe I've been very forthright and accommodating to the multiple emails requesting more information however, at this point its starting to seem like I'm getting the "Run Around". I write this complaint with hopes that the ComplaintsBoard.com can help to expedite a resolution. Thank you
