I took the train sunday the 14th of April at 9 07 from mastic shirley. They have not fixed the broken door in over two years. nobody was watching at patchogue station and the driver and ticket collector where not in my busy car. the driver is way in front and locked in. The ticket collector/conductor was in one of the rear cars. I thought he would be in the front car after calling on the broken intercom, took my two bags that way. Went to the good intercom, but they pretend not to hear me and left quickley.
That train went all the way to babylon and I had to take a taxi from Curb Mobility to work for 61 dollars. I was late and lost an hour of work. These two men do not do their job and make sure the doors on that train, which has a history of problems, open. The previous conductor was much more responsible. they failed to flag down the leaving eastbound train, leaving me stranded.
The two employees were curt and they would not talk to me on their intercomm. By now they should know that the doors malfunction on a regular basis. How can I use your train to get to work? I want to be reimbursted for my 81 dollar expense and I want you to reprimand these employees for not doing there job. Also, you should check all the doors on that defective train at every station like they do in other trains
