Long John Silver's parking lot hazard

The service and the food was great! Our issue was that on our way into the restaurant at the parlinglot (by a parking block) there was 4 metal screws sticking out of the ground. It seems that there was a handicap sign that had been removed. My husband accidentally stepped on one of the screws and it punctured a hole in the sole of his shoe. Although there was no major injury, I believe that it is extremely hazardous!

Long John Silver's product and service

Drove 15 minuets, placed order for family all chicken, onion rings and corn for sides.
Was chaged extra for onion rings when it is listed as a side? Was told corn was not available. Drove the 15 minuets home to dis cover it was ALL FISH! Was told to drive back and they would replace the fish for chicken,
I said no you can replace everything it will be cold.after complaining agreed to replace complete order and somehow corn was now available?
Very bad experience an hour of driving back and forth sad people have one simple job to complete and somehow screw it up...

Long John Silver's horrible food-nasty restaurant

We visited Long Johns in Mt Vernon Mo. the food was horrible, cooked in very old grease, fried hard as rock and when picked it up was dripping in grease. We ordered two fish & shrimp platters. Spent $20 and couldn't eat it. The restaurant was filthy and when went in bathroom to wash grease off hands it reaked of urine and was filthy. Will never go back!

Long John Silver's fish, chicken and shrimp

We ordered 3 meals at the Fort Oglethorpe Georgia store on 8/4, the oil that the food was fried tasted so old that we were unable to eat the meals. We were very disappointed. We made a trip to the Fort Oglethorpe store because we prefer Long Johns to Captain D's (which Is closer to where we live). We will probably learn to like Captain D's since there is only one other Long Johns around our area which is a longer drive. It wouldn't be worth the drive to get food that you can't eat, not to mention the cost.

Long John Silver's customer service

I just left the drive thru at long john silvers location on Gratiot in Detroit. I drove 20 mins to receive the 1.99 special; i haven't been in years because there is not a location near me. not only was the cashiers personality pretty dry over the speaker, but she lacks customer service etiquette. i asked for 2 of the 1 piece specials and 6 hushpuppies with tater sauce and cocktail sauce. i was told that they were our of tartar sauce packages. I will have to leave the drive thru, come in and pump tartar sauce from the inside counter. I asked if she could pump some and hand it to me, and the response was a very mean NO! I left the drive thru and drove another 15 minutes to a different location. I am very disappointed in the service that I received here. how is a fish restaurant out of tartar sauce? why couldn't a worker make up a bunch of containers and put it inside of the customer boxes. this is a simple lesson in customer service. I am on my way to the next location and I pray that it's good.

got to the location on 8mile and June before I could finish my complaint. Gerald and Nene were the epitome of customer service. not only were they energetic, they were polite, they both treated me with respect and a smile. they made me feel like the time, the gas money was worth it. I will be sure that when I visit my friends in Detroit, I will stop at the LjS to see Gerald and Nene! I feel appreciated. the food wasn't hot, but after the first location, I'm ok with it.

Long John Silver's service and false advertising...

Me and my husband wanted something to eat late last nite early this morning about 12am... So I look up a list of restaurants that was open near me and it showed long john silver on 1414 harrisburg pike in columbus ohio store number y335029... But when I got there about 1230 I pulled up and the store was closed... So I called the store and the person didnt even seemed like they cared... Me and husband really had r mind set for some fish hush puppys etc...

Long John Silver's food and service

I went to the KFC Long John's in Antioch TN 37013. I wanted over 2 hours my order was wrong, and the fish was burnt up. So I went back into the restaurant and told them that the order was burnt, and ask them to fix it again, the same thing brunt fish I would like the meal replace that I waited 2 hours for, and a refund. Long John Silver's a & w coupons

I went to long john silvers. In Sandsprings, OK. I had a copoun, she said can't use it as ths computers were down. The coupon was for a free regular drink and frys with purchases of 3 chicken tenders, but I was given a double cheese burger and didn't ask what I wanted even though my coupon didn't work on the one computer they could use, it was really sad place to eat, it was dirty and hot, because the air conditioning was out.

Long John Silver's why did store close?

Why did ljs close their shop with kfc in novato, ca. On redwood blvd?
I was a regular customer and really enjoyed your ljs menu!
The fried cod combo, yum! The fried shrimp, great! Hush puppies, awesome!

The other store locations in richmond or vallejo are to far away and fairfield or south san francisco are unthinkable.

Oh why, oh why did ljs abandon are fine town of novato?

Long John Silver's senior discount only on soda

I am complaining regarding the senior discount given only on the soda purchased at LJS. I asked the girl and she said that's the way it is. Depending on the LJS location and the cashier, the discount isn't the same. The only place there is a problem is at the LJS in Spring Hill, HWY 19. Today 7/24/2017, a whole .16 cent discount on ticket number 2203 @ 12:59 PM (on a total cost of $7.16) . On 7/18/2017, ticket # 2659, the whole meal was discounted with a $.72 cent discount.

If LJS doesn't want to offer a senior discount on the whole meal, depending on the manager at the time, then so be it, but to offer it only on the soda, but not letting people know it's only on the soda isn't being really truthful. 50% of the time I stop here at the Spring Hill LJS, they only give it on the soda and 50% of the time they give it on the whole amount. Thanks for listening. I stop at LJS because the S.S. doesn't go very far nowadays and it is the only time I can get out to a reasonable eating establishment.

Long John Silver's improper business practices

A Polite and professional girl took my order, the 9$ deal with 2 of one 3 of the other, not to be trite they were out of onion rings? I gave extra to cover someone if they did not have enough, the guy was all about hanging out the window at me, nice though... I get home and it's 1 and 1 of each. That makes you look bad to hire people that do that. *. From the Far East by Cadieux and East Warren, we could use a franchise around here for everyone.

Long John Silver's why can't I get my food for free like other ppl

There is a cashier Lady by the name of Stephanie that works at the Clinton office or Clinton store here in Long John Silver's she gives food away for free all the time how come I can't get my food for free that's uncalled for and that's ridiculous why is it they don't have to pay for their food but I do this is ridiculous this is at the Long John Silver store in Clinton Oklahoma

Long John Silver's my order was wrong, long wait, and dry fish

Im in daytona beach fl john silver, I pull up finally to order my food, I eventually got to the window and I still had to wait 15 mins to get my food! They were so behind, they had customers waiting in the parking lot for their food. So unfortunately I had to wait until they delivered their food first. So I get my food she got my drink wrong so I just told her not to worry about it, she literally shoved a second drink in my car, so I just took it. Got to work found out I was missing an item and my fish was so hard and dry it was like eating fish beef jerky. I am so pissed. Worse service I ever had there. A complete waste of 10 bucks

Long John Silver's poor service

We went thru the drive thru at the store in Irving, Tx, store #31802. After ordering, (we were the third car in line) at 2:07 pm, we finally got to the window at 2:28 to be told they did not have the two Dr. Peppers we ordered. Frustrated at this point, we left without any drinks or food. I also want to point out that the other two cars were already pulled forward to the window before we got in the order line. While I do appreciate fresh, hot food, this was unacceptable and I will not go to this store again. I will still go to other LJS's, but not this one.

Long John Silver's food

Everytime i go to the long john silver's in location 3318 SE military DR, San Antonio TX, i will order some natural cut fries. Theyre delicious and good. Now, pardon my language, but every [censor] time i order that, i get the normal fries and i dont have time to complain or get them replace because i have to go to work right after. I dont like to complain but for the amount of times its been done, what do i have to say to get them?!

Long John Silver's fish taco and broccoli bites

ordered drive thru at first ave Long John Silvers at 7:10 pm - employee was confused ny my order and rang it up before clarifying the order. once i got home i realized they just threw everything in the bag with only the taco wrapped. even the taco was tossed together with one broken piece of fish. all the food was lukewarm. i only live 5 minutes away. I believe the employees weren't taking their jobs seriously.

Long John Silver's order accuracy

This was a Taco Bell/LJS combo place. I order a family meal. I had one person in front of me and two behind me ordering along with the drive through. The cashier did not know what was in the order and I had to explain to her the steps of the family me as the board indicated. The person in front and behind me got there order before mine wa even started along with the drive thru orders getting completed. The lady behind me even commented that I should have been served first but I just assumed something needed to be cooked since they had not even taken out any part of the order. Then when I saw my order being put together I noticed they started as combo meals. It then just combined to be the family meal with no extra fries or hush puppies to complete the family deal family aides and 8 hush puppies...(that I did not realize until I got home). It took 17 minutes to put the food from the drawers to the box to my hand. And it was by even super busy. As stated earlier, maybe a total of 6 orders between inside/outside. And then upon my six minute drive home the fries became cold, not warm or regular temp drop, but down right close to room temperature and soggy. I tried calling the restaurant when I arrived home to get a busy signal and then when I finally got through I was hung up on. Just terrible. Spending $20 on garbage service. Never had a problem here but this time was awful and I really just want my money back or partial refund for the fries and lack of hush puppies.

Long John Silver's I took my 89 year old mother for her 1st time to ljs in clinton ar

I took my 89 year old Mother to LJS for her 1st time in Clinton AR. Along with my Husband. We placed our orders & sat down. The cashier brought our food & was very curtious. My fish, chicken & fries were cold & dried out. My Mothers fish was as it should have been however, her fries were cold as well. My husbands food was hot as he had to wait for them to cook more fresh. I never complain about my food & I tried to just eat it without saying anything. My husband insisted that I take it back to the cashier so I did. I had taken 1 bite of the chicken & prob 3 of the fish I had eaten both hush puppies & maybe 1/2 of the fries. The cashier once again was very curtious & apologized for the problem. In a few minutes the manager (Ida) I didn't get her last name brought the food out to me. As she set it in front of me she said next time make sure you bring it us before it's almost all eaten. I said excuse me? I never complain but this food was not fresh. She turned & walked away. As we sat there I became more adjitated & upset so we left without saying anything except I asked the cashier for the name of the manager she told me ida I said she was very rude to me & she said she was sorry for her actions & that she was often that way to people. I said I would make a complaint to the head office. I called after we left to speak with ida. She answered the phone & I attempted to explain as much as she would allow me to then she interrupted me & said the food was fresh. I told her if it had been I would never have turned it back in. She was very rude & unprofessional. I told her she should make sure the food was fresh before it was served to get customers & there would be no problem. She just would not hear me at all. I told her I planned to report her she said I don't care & said "I have pictures & I have my ducks in a row honey so go for it!" Never gave I been so disappointed in my meal at Long John Silvers! We Love it. We live where there isn't one so when we do find one we count it as a treat! Not this one...Not eating there again! I hope someone will care enough to look into this & repremend Ida fur being so unprofessional & not caring at all for her customers satisfaction! I wish I had taken pictures to show the problem but I never imagined it would escalate to what it did! Ridiculous!

Long John Silver's management

My daughter is employees at the Galax VA location, although she shows up everyday, does her job, and never calls out, the store manager decided to just keep cutting her schedule week by week planning on taking her off the schedule, needless to say I told her to just go ahead and quit, the funny thing is that it was done because one of the assistants decided to be a smart with her and when she said something about him working without his uniform he told her to go home, this store manager has 2 assistants which are husband and wife, at one point the wife was working at Walmart but left on the schedule at long John's so her husband was working under his name and then under name so they could both get a check even though this is considered fraud, if you would like to contact me I can give you their names and you can get a work record from Walmart and see that even though she was clocked in at Walmart she was also working at long John's at the same time, I believe that would fraud on the store manager and the 2 assistants, not to mention the store manager never works past 4 or so but gets paid for many more hours then he works, trust me I know how social media works and if you as a company allow this type of fraud then maybe everyone should know I am sure that everyone like to know what type of management you have at this location and that the 2 assistants have their children sitting in the lobby for hours while they work, seems to me that as long as the manager Joey gets to leave and work what he wants he could care less about the impression of the buisness.

Long John Silver's drive thru

Today at store 32075 at 1:18 6/20/17, I ordered my food. I was told by the lady at the window it would be a 4 minute wait for fresh chicken. I said that's okay and waited in the so. Il. Heat. My dashboard said 94. It got hotter and hotter as I waited 13 minutes. I had just opened my door so I could knock when the gal brought my food. I told her I'm dying of heat out here. She apologized. I drove off. I wanted to complain because if I'd had my kids or pets w me they could have been even more overheated than I was... And as a customer... If I accept that I may have to wait a reasonable amount of time, then my time should be respected as well... and no one deserves to wait in heat like that for that long... Food for thought y'all...
